Lo studio ha fatto emergere un quadro molto importante della situazione socio-economica degli agricoltori che si sono suicidati. La situazione riflette l'andamento tipico dei mezzi di sussistenza, caratterizzato da una forte dipendenza dalla manodopera incerta, da un'agricoltura completamente pluviale, da aziende molto piccole, da un basso livello di istruzione e dalla mancanza di occupazioni secondarie. Il modello colturale è dominato principalmente dalle colture di cotone e soia. La maggior parte di queste colture è incerta per quanto riguarda la produttività in condizioni di piovosità. Tutte queste famiglie sono risultate indebitate. Il sistema produttivo era così debole e incerto. Per questo motivo, è necessario avere un'estensione distinta e sostenibile.

Tuttavia, la parte non abrogata del Codice di Commercio è stata redatta nel 1850, quando l'uso dei container nel trasporto marittimo globale non esisteva ancora. Ciò evidenzia il rischio di un'applicazione illimitata degli usi e costumi alle controstallie dei container.Ciò ha creato conseguenze giuridiche ed economiche indesiderate per il mercato regolamentato. Data la realtà del mercato, a discapito della posizione giurisprudenziale maggioritaria, riteniamo che sia opportuna un'indagine ermeneutica sul regime giuridico della controstallia dei container, soprattutto per orientare l'avvio di discussioni tecniche e giuridiche sulla corretta applicazione di questo istituto.
