The European Yearbook of Constitutional Law (EYCL) is an annual publication devoted to the study of constitutional law.

Die Übersetzungen ins Deutsche und Englische geben die jeweils gebräuchlichsten Lesarten wieder, sie dienen v.¿a. dem leichteren Verständnis des jeweiligen persischen Ausdrucks. Beim Englischen wurde im Zweifel dem britischen Englisch der Vorzug gegeben.

Der klassische Philologe und Sanskrit-Forscher Carl Cappeller (1842 - 1925) beherrschte das klassische Sanskrit so perfekt, dass er Sprüche deutscher und griechischer Dichter ins Sanskrit übertragen konnte. Sein hier vorliegendes Sanskrit-Wörterbuch war für die Sanskritforschung besonders verdienstvoll.Nachdruck der Originalausgabe aus dem Jahr 1887.
