The general public is unhappy and wants things to improve, but what and who on earth could improve the present situation? Can anything actually be done? Certainly, the police can't do anything. Their hands are tied. Is there any way to improve things for the good people in this country? It would have to be someone with radical, maybe even illegal, ideas, willing accomplices, lots of spare money, and some inside knowledge. Get all that, and then maybe you could do something.

The word education comes from the Latin word educo, 'to lead out'. I always considered travel as one of the best educators. It broadens the mind with real-life experiences. Travel also broadens the angler's mind and sharpens his or her skill. You meet many anglers from different countries, with their own national culture and of course their own angling traditions. It was very difficult to know why my mum kept doing the same thing at first and asking me to repeat the same thing over and over again. But I don't mind now, I understand she forgets everything. I write it down on a piece of paper to remind her. I follow her around the house and collect things she puts down; she won't remember where she left them. Some days are hard and I cry but other days it's like playing hide and seek with mum's hand bag. I love my mum very much and I know she loves me too.
