Pondering the Word reflects on how the Word of God penetrates our senses and teaches us not only how to live our lives but also how to manage our lives. His Word is experienced through our encounters with others. We are not only impacted by the words of others; we also impact their lives by the Word dwelling in us. The reader will experience, through many examples, the Word coming to life and providing us practical solutions to our everyday situations. We soon become aware of the power of the Word and how it can affect us in a positive or negative way. The Word lives in us and can become a dependable companion for us.

Compiled in this publication are interviews with community members and residents of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania who lived through historical moments in the city's history and many of whom fought voraciously for the rights of Black people in Philadelphia and beyond. Each of these interviews sheds light on these historical moments and details how each person helped shape the trajectory of Philadelphia. These oral histories allow us to understand the events of the past from a first-hand perspective and remain connected with those interviewed. Each of these interviews contributes to the broader history of Philadelphia and recognizes the lasting legacy of each of the interviewees.

Surveys indicate that approximately 80 percent of the world's population believe in an afterlife. It is also the belief of most religions of the world that there is some form of afterlife. The belief in an afterlife is founded on faith. We do not have earthly proof that an afterlife exists.It is a Christian belief that the afterlife will be a life that extends throughout eternity. Because afterlife is an eternal existence, it would seem that a significant percentage of people would want to understand more of that existence and adhere to what is necessary to achieve the best place in life hereafter. Sadly, all humans are flawed humans, and the attractions of earthly matters is a distraction from greater emphasis on eternal life. Faith is both a mystery and very individualistic. It is impossible for one human to judge the faith of another human being. The depth and sincerity of our faith will be a judgment made solely by our Creator and will determine our place in life hereafter. During his time on earth our Lord made it clear that observance of his two greatest commandments was necessary to gain a place in His Kingdom. His first commandment was to love Him with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength and the second was to love our neighbor as ourselves. The 4,600-Year-Old Story of Snefru and His Five Pyramids.The first book that integrates all five of Snefru's pyramids into a single "Story" pulled from the archaeological record. Snefru ruled during a time of transition from the step pyramids with north-south oriented large enclosures of the previous rulers.....to the inclined sided pyramids with the east-west oriented more compact enclosures of the rulers which followed. And during this transition, pyramid size grew by almost 600% when each pyramid was in-turn the largest manmade structure on Earth. The transition and growth in pyramid size was not without major issues which the architects and builders had to solve. And all of this was necessary for the perfection that was Khufu's Great Pyramid.

Succession planning was a vital process for family-owned businesses and was used to describe a wide variety of activities, including identifying talent and skill gap analysis. One of the outcomes of this book is to explore practices that CEOs or owners in FOBs used in their succession planning transition. Through the lens of organizational health, employee engagement, and succession planning transition, I was able to better understand the CEO or owner's perception that impacted the outcome of these three conceptual frameworks. Upon completion of this qualitative study, it was evident that the perceptions of the 15 CEOs or owners of the FOBs drove the data that provided the emerging themes. The emerging themes were utilized to compare past research and helped develop future practices to identify the preparedness levels of CEOs or owners as they completed a succession transition. In addition to developing practices that identified the levels of preparedness for CEOs or owners, I developed an audit to serve this purpose. Succession planning in family-owned businesses was a topic of importance; although generations were transitioning their businesses, their legacy was what remained constant. In developing their succession planning transition, CEOs or owners needed to be respectful of their past, be mindful of the present, and be prepared for the future.

It crossed my mind again, that you should write something concerning the new diversity and arguabaly that has actually been around since the beginning of time. Who is straight? Who is lgbtq? And whose business is it really? Not talking to myself yet out loud thoughts escaping my mind, and sheba baby was ignoring me she'd heard enough earlier. And you have enough praying concerning your own, and 14% give and take a % of us have had our shared experiences, male and female, and still thankful to have conceived and birth children, hello & hello. So yes, really speaking for the females in our family.Then it crossed my mind that I understood the difference between this and that and of the universe 40% of diseases and hopefully sooner than later cures.. Well we'd all have to go back to the beginning of time to hopefully understand just how many diseases occurred in the land of purity. God's creation. Humans mess up. Only he knows and has the answer to what the words read. Personally I am good where I am in 2023. Oh my goodness gracious! God/Jesus got my attention early right about 2:30 am. Write what you are reading, and I was not nor will be the only one to wonder, or write about the touchy topic and you have experience, and have read Romans 1 uno:26 vienta y seis, and I laughed, cried and smiled and did some mellow shouting. I prayed he would answer and here we are. Inspired specifically by, and through Christ the one who created it and us all. Here we are, please enjoy every word and with much understanding. Continually praying for ourselves and as many as our hands, and hearts can handle. Peace and peacefulness unto us all peace on earth and more unity around the universe.

In our early lifetime there were not many Arcades, Fun Centers or Mini Golfs' so you had to make your own fun and adventures in those days. There were times in which Pablo, his Brother and our friends would be building a make believe camp or fort sometimes it was so interesting to build that we would forget about lunch and play all day long. We would eat cherries and pears from the neighborhood trees and loved every minute we spent as friends and family. Pablo and his brother were active in Football, Baseball and Basketball. They were lucky to have nature so close that they would hike in a days time 10-12 miles and not quiver about it. Flight To The Mountain Top was one such of story living in Germany and Hans was a German boy our age and we would find friendships that we cherish even today. Today we still do the same in walking in the Trails throughout Florida.

Lucky Adventures is a story about two children that share a special bond with their pony Lucky. It's full of special and exciting adventures, while being educational. It teaches words and meanings associated with ponies. It also teaches responsibility of owning a pet.
