Near Misses is intended to help educate readers about situations like those that happened in my lifetime. This book is about my life and the near-death experiences I've experienced in my lifetime over many years. Hopefully, it will also help you understand some of the situations and, specifically, what to do if you ever find yourself facing something similar. This might even help you prevent them from ever occurring.

Family stories are typically passed down by word of mouth, and thus over the generations much our family history is lost forever. This anthology collects letters and stories actually written down by various people so that future generations can read them and have some inkling of what people were like. Included in the anthology are stories of what it was like growing up in the 1930's, 1950's, and 1960's. Also included are detailed stories of actual events that had significant impact on the individuals who wrote them done, including:¿ taking a grandmother to church on a sled pulled by an ox¿ a best friend killed in action during World War I¿ a tragic car accident that left a man paralyzed¿ a cattle round-up¿ a father's suicide

Cruise' In, recounts the story of seven adults on a defunct vacation trip. This mishap though inconsequential leads each survivor to their best in continuing their daily chores, survival and existence; developing into a group cohesiveness until rescued. Their vacation voyage throughout the tropical seas uncovers the real meaning why some people make an intimate friendship, while masquerading into premeditated actions. While this voyage is not a depiction of how a voyage should be or end, the characters realize there are more common, humanistic sides to being real friends.

This is how the knitting begins to get my mind focused on goals throughout the year. This book encourages me to continue to work with tutors, coaches, classmates and/or lead as a parent, by showing up for college courses when possible. It could be showing up for each shift as well as continuing education, because after all, this is a book to keep up to par on endeavors instead of continue to want to do so much when these goals are in progress somehow, through the efforts presented through each photo, correct?
