Sikhs have been part of the Manchester community since the 1950s, integrating into the diverse religious and cultural fabric of the city. They have grown into a significant faith community, with five Sikh temples. However, despite their contributions, their achievements and history remain largely undocumented. This concise account captures my firsthand experience of the past seventy years.
