Immigrants to Americans tells the story of my family's journey from immigration to raising a family and teaching them how to be truly American. They were taught to adopt the language, customs, and values of America. They did not turn their backs on their heritages but became Americans first. These values, especially religious values, were ingrained in my generation. But there is a danger now of the country collectively losing its shared vision of what America or being an American is. The second part of the book addresses these concerns.

The title, Words Fitly Spoken, is derived from Proverbs 25:11 and the richness of its quotations is the fruit of Puritan devotion and spiritual wisdom. These quotations are listed under 140 primary topics and are gleaned from more than 160 Puritan authors. Its purpose is to assist God's people to "grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ" (2 Peter 3:18). The book closes with a lengthy bibliography to assist readers in their pursuit of Puritan studies.

Regardless of your current life situation, everyone has an emptiness that creates doubt, disappointment, sadness, loneliness, pain. All have experienced pain at some point in life. The idea of a pill for every pain has been overused. There are many other options to choose from when managing mild to moderate pain; however, most will think first of which pill can fix this. I have put this information together all in one easy-to-use tool. I have created an easy-to-use book of ideas to give options for pain control, which will lead to better pain management. These ideas/methods can be used by both medical professionals and laypersons. Many are free and readily available to all.

Stories of Life is a warm, expressive, heartfelt account of some of the major spiritual truths learned by the author over time, spanning some seventy years.There is humor, drama, tragedy, and encouragement to be enjoyed as the author explains the situations that occurred to bring about her spiritual learning and growth. She reveals the struggles and events of a difficult childhood and young adult life, as well as the resulting success that came after commitment to following God's chosen path for her life.There is a section of historical facts covering the time period in the book to help contrast the societal changes that have transpired during these years. The author ends with a general biography of her life.

Psalms, Psalms, Psalms is the third daily devotional book in the series. The author writes from his heart, relating each devotional to a passage of Scripture. The other books in the series--I, Psalmist and More Psalms to our God--have served not only as daily devotional works but also as outreach tools.

First of all, this is not a self-help book. This a journey to discovering the true beauty that each of us has resonating on the inside. Getting married, having children, pursuing a career, and not knowing our true identity is a train wreck waiting to happen. I have lived on a continuous merry-go-round. The merry-go-round starts out slow paced; then, it increases speed, and finally, one day you realize that you cannot control the speed (not that you were ever in control anyway). As a woman, we go through life carrying pain from place to place, never really getting the healing that we need. Yes, there is some surface healing, but it crumbles when we find ourselves back in a position of vulnerability. We go through life taking pictures based on our pain, our experiences. These pictures that we take, we place them in frames and hang on our walls. Some of these pictures we allow others to see and some of them we keep hidden in the background. We look up one day and realize that all the pictures that we have taken have created the person that we are currently. Not all our pictures are painful; there are some great pictures that each of us has taken. My prayer is that the good pictures, the pictures that make us smile and give us warm, cozy feelings, outnumber the pictures that cause us to hold our heads down in shame, guilt, and regret. Let us lift our heads. We are more than our past and our experiences! God has great plans for us, and He will finish what He has started!

My goal for this book was to highlight fifty women veterans.
