I felt challenged and I felt on an adventure and felt carried through things I never imagined I would be able to do."Mike learns to let the Lord lead him in the journey of restoration and connecting with his father and especial his brother Scott. The circumstances bring Mike near his brother, as being in hospital and going through ups and downs and being supported by Bella and his mother, Mike learns to trust and learn and wait upon the Lord.After rejecting his brother numerous times and having no interest in a family reunion, Scott's heart is overflown with grace and a new door is open for a new beginning: brothers for life!

This Planet is already having a disastrous effect on the earth due to its huge size and gravitational pull but can only be seen by cryogenically cooled equipment.Not only is the Earth under threat from this intruder Planet, NASA is tracking a number of near earth objects, the highest threat coming from the asteroid Apophis which will either skim past the earth on Friday 13th April 2029 or crash into us creating a series of near extinction events.Realising that people would need an explanation on why severe earth changes were happening The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change was formed in 1988 to provide a false but believable narrative and gain the time needed for alternative power structures to take shape. These are; The Bilderburg Group, The World Economic Forum, The United Nations and the World Health Organisation who are now positioning themselves to become a future government-in waiting dominating our own democratically elected national governments when these catastrophic events play out.This world government will be controlled by a man the bible calls the Antichrist who will run a new financial system based on Central Bank Digital Currencies. The adventure is set in South Western France in the aftermath of the Battle of Waterloo. It begins in the small town of La Garenne home to the Ducs of Garenne and their ancestors for more than six hundred years. La Garenne was a place where nothing much ever happened. An informer Geneviève Clouin, a young French assistant working with Chantelle Quillham opens up suspicions about Halliday, Jamieson and the activities of Alpha Omega. A harrowing quest for answers begins, one that uncovers a shocking tale of deceit, greed and relentless pursuit. Cordell realises that he has become a pawn in other people's games.

In my story, I cover my idyllic childhood at home, protected under my mother's wing, where I simply existed in a state of bliss. This was before the age of six. At six years of age, I attended primary school and my whole world changed. I woke up to a world of fear, anxiety and trepidation. My daymares began and remained with me throughout my primary school days. Corporal punishment was allowed at our primary school and my teacher took full advantage. I was just a short time at school when I was beaten for the first time. I went into shock and I clammed up. I retreated into myself and I became a very sad and quiet little girl. I could not understand mental arithmetic and because of this and, instead of being patient and teaching me, my teacher beat me. This was a regular occurrence. I never spoke up about this at home. School was school and home was home, they lived side by side but they never merged. The poor treatment I received during my primary school years and the impact this abuse had on me affected my self-esteem and confidence for a very long time. I spent most of my life building myself up and making myself into the strong person that I am today.

With nothing but their combined wits and the clothes they stood up in, they set off on a remarkable odyssey around England, staying in grand hotels and leaving without paying their bills.But it was the mysterious and unsolved death of Rosaline Fox which catapulted them from obscurity into the headlines. In October 1929, they checked in to Room 66 of the Metropole Hotel, Margate, where they stayed seven days. On the night of the 23rd, the eve of the Wall Street Crash, a fire broke out in his mother's bedroom and she was found dead. A death certificate was issued giving the cause as shock and suffocation, and she was buried in the tiny Norfolk hamlet where she was born. There she lay for ten days until it was discovered that Sidney had insured her life from accident, and stood to gain £3000 by her death. Her body was exhumed, and an autopsy performed. What the famous pathologist Sir Bernard Spilsbury claimed to find led to one of the most unusual and gripping trials in British criminal history. Set in the Jazz Age and the Roaring Twenties, and reading in part like the plot of a Hitchcock thriller, this is the first full and authoritative account of this amazing case, packed with a wealth of newly sourced material. The author has made nature notes over many years and has extracted details from her observations to enable her to write this book. This book tells of local places where the author has seen birds, flowers, insects, fauna and fungi. In her own garden she has encountered some interesting wildlife. In a local Nature Reserve, that she has visited often and regularly over a number of years, she describes how sometimes a bird not usually seen at this reserve might visit fleetingly. This can be a source of new knowledge and excitement. There are though, plenty of resident birds, flowers and fungi to be seen at the reserve throughout the year yielding much to learn about. Another chapter describes a different wetland area, other natural history, and a new wildlife garden. She relates how she has seen unexpected caterpillars and insects amongst the many herbal and other plants in the Museum garden. The author explains how vital Horsham's Green Spaces are not only for the people, but also for wildlife, as there is much to be found there. These places are important also as a 'Corridor' for wildlife to continue to access more territory and connect to other wildlife habitats. The final chapter is about the wilding successes after twenty years of re-wilding at the Knepp estate, and shows how natural and diverse habitats have evolved and that rare wildlife has begun to settle and breed there. The book provides some further information about local places good to visit. At the end of the book there are a small selection of the author's paintings and sketches of wildlife.

Poemisations is a collection of the poetry produced by Dave Cook after his retirement, born from an unusual and somewhat irreverent approach to poetry and a desire to produce something a bit different.
