This study covers the quality control techniques of manufacturing and service sector issues through the use of computer programs. Thus, to constantly improve quality, costs will be reduced, will increase productivity and profitability, errors will be reduced and therefore will increase our market share. Seven basic tools used in the development of qualifications have been explained and these 7 tools have been applied. These 7 tools are widely used for statistical quality control in production and service sectors. Statistical data were analyzed and interpreted using computer package program (SPSS). Cream is a valuable dairy product used both freshly and in preparation of foodstuffs, especially pastry. Although it is obtained from heat-processed milk, it may contain high number of microorganisms. This microflora affects average life of cream and cream-products that are extremely suitable for microbial growth. This study is conducted to research efficacy of nisin and lysozyme from natural antimicrobials to improve stability of cream used in the pastry industry. For this purpose, nisin (12.5mg/L) and lysozyme (500mg/L) were added as permitted by the regulatory requirements. The international journal of A+ Arch Design is expecting manuscripts worldwide; reporting on original theoretical and/or experimental work and tutorial expositions of permanent reference value are welcome. Proposals can be focused on new and timely research topics and innovative issues for sharing knowledge and experiences in the fields of Architecture-Interior Design, Urban Planning and Landscape Architecture, Industrial Design, Civil Engineering-Sciences.A+ Arch Design is an international, periodical journal peer reviewed by a Scientific Committee. It is published twice a year (June and December). The Editorial Board is authorized to accept/reject the manuscripts based on the evaluation of international experts.
