The lack of transfer of technology from research system to the client system is the main problem in increasing agricultural production in the developing world. Still there is a wide gap between attained technical know-how and its utilization in the field of common farmers. The present rate of agricultural production can be doubled if the available groundnut production technologies are brought to bear with production process and programme. This require the steady flow of information from the scientist to the millions of farmers. Moreover, inputs are needed to be used scientifically. This is possible through the demonstration as it is an important and appropriate extension method which make it possible to disseminate technology to the user farmers. Keeping this fact in view with the government of India launched frontline demonstration programme for oilseed crop under auspicious of oilseed mission. It has played significant role in increasing the knowledge and adoption of recommended groundnut production technologies by the groundnut growers. Considering this, the present investigation is entitled as the book is suggesting in the title.

This book deals with the issue of 'farm readiness' among the agricultural graduates. With the increase in number of agricultural graduates every year, the employment opportunities have gradually reduced. In such case, taking up farming as a profession is a better option for them being graduates in agriculture. But, many people regard agriculture as a non-professional and less profitable career. So, the present book intends to know the actual aspirations and perception of agricultural graduates in taking up agriculture as a profession after their graduation. It also reveals about the suggestions given by the graduates which further helps in overcoming the constraints faced by them in taking up farming as an occupation.

The evolution of each aspect in technology is rich in historical events, case studies, experience from elderly researchers and technicians. In itself, technology never meant goodness for the community. The need for such notions of ¿goodness¿, ¿doing things right¿, ¿being fair¿, ¿avoid suffering of people, animals and environment¿ must continue into the modern world with emerging technologies, despite the increase of technological powers and sophistication in people¿s hands, across so many countries and in all facets of life. There is therefore an academic and philosophical need for assessing and well-delimiting the facets of ethics into the re-fashioned societal set-up and technological dependencies. The focus of this manuscript will be geared towards ¿Extending The Right to Choose in The Technology Erä. The technology focussed here is ICT technologies and its related sub-fields including emerging technologies. This research remains inherently a continuity work of vision and opinion. Such opinions may differ from other researchers, but formulating varied opinions will ultimately enrich the field of Ethics in the Emerging Technology era.

Sugarcane is a long duration crop for cultivation. In response to the challenges posed by a growing global population and escalating food demand, various strategies have been globally implemented to enhance land use efficiency. One particularly promising method is intercropping, which not only amplifies crop productivity but also aligns with environmentally friendly practices. Intercropping entails cultivating two or more crops simultaneously on the same land, optimizing the use of natural resources. This approach synergizes the effects of different crops, contributing to the establishment of sustainable crop production systems worldwide. During the initial growth stages of sugarcane, its slow rate allows for the cultivation of additional crops in the exposed areas beneath the leaf canopy. An effective strategy proposed to bolster sugarcane farming in Bangladesh involves transplanting sugarcane at a 100 cm distance in single rows with two rows of chillis plants, is suggested as a profitable intercropping technique. This method not only optimizes land utilization but also demonstrates potential for fostering sustainable and efficient crop production practices on a global scale.

The clinical success and longevity of endosteal dental implants are controlled, in a large part, by the mechanical milieu within which they function. The occlusion is a critical component of such a mechanical environment. Occlusion is not defined solely as the nature of occlusal contact between opposing teeth but more broadly refers to the dynamic relation between the teeth, the neuromuscular system, the TMJ and their interactive relationship on the craniofacial environment. ¿Implant protected occlusion¿ refer to an occlusal scheme that is often uniquely specific to the restoration of endosteal implant prosthesis. There are various considerations for following the implant protected occlusion (IPO) scheme that should be judiciously implemented before restoration which are as follows: elimination of premature occlusal contacts, mutually protected articulation, controlling the occlusal table width, provision of adequate surface area to sustain load transmitted to the prosthesis, implant body orientation, influence of load direction, timing of loading, parafunctional activity, occlusal material, implant crown contour , design of the prosthesis should favour the weakest arch.

Due to being located in a dry and semi-arid climate, Iran is facing the risk of water crisis in the coming years. Therefore, in order to deal with it, it is necessary to be more sensitive to the types of water consumption. Among these uses is virtual water. The water used in the production process of goods is called virtual water, a part of which is kept in the product. Virtual water trade occurs when goods are imported into global markets. Virtual water trading is expected to reduce water consumption at the national and international levels due to more efficient and specialized use of water. Today, the concept of virtual water is one of the most important issues in water resource management. In this study, the compatibility status of the concept of virtual water in Iran has been investigated. Water is one of the most important components needed for the continuation of life. Excessive consumption of this element has caused irreparable damage to water resources and the agricultural industry has taken the largest volume of water consumption.

Albeit it was not fully understood when we were caught off-guard with the first-known outbreak of SARS in 2002 in Guangzhou, PRC, the structural similarity of its Spike 2 protein to HIV-1 was confirmed two years later, contrary to the original symptomatic naming scheme. In the first Questions of COVID-19 book, I have expressed my doubts on the virus corresponding better to the negative-sense paramyxovirus instead of the positive-sense, single-stranded coronavirus; for whatever the academic debates are worth, I don¿t have to argue for the recognition on the autoimmune disease nature of the wrongfully labeled COVID-19.Global phenomena require global explanations, even when single-country analyses can provide the most lucid causal picture. In the second volume of the book series, I don¿t mean to dig again too much into the crimes behind the institutional derogations in public health, nor into the mass psychology impacts that deny us of the truths, but some pragmatic solutions for me to offer with the clinical trial interventions.

We know that matter exists in any one of the three states namely solid, liquid and gas. At the atomic level, these states of matter are distinguished from each other in terms of the nature of bonding among their atoms or molecules. Due to the unique nature of their atomic or molecular bonding, solids, liquids and gases possess characteristics macroscopic properties. In this book, we will study some of these properties of matter such as surface tension, viscosity, and elasticity. These properties have wide-ranging applications in engineering, industry, and even in our day-to-day lives such as twisting couples, cantilevers, the flow of liquid, the law of hydrostatic pressure, filter pump, surface tension, etc. This book also helps to create interest among the readers to know the magic of matter.

The recent exponential growth in information technologies and digital cameras has resulted in a rapid influx of digital images. High-resolution digital cameras generate images that require substantial data storage and communication time for storage and transmission. In the healthcare sector, medical imaging modalities like MRI and computer tomography contribute significantly to the vast number of images used for diagnosis. The escalating demand for extensive storage capacity and efficient communication bandwidth has led to the development of image compression techniques. These techniques aim to represent images in a compact form, reducing data volume during storage or transmission across networks. Fractal Image Compression (FIC) stands out as an effective technique. Despite FIC's ability to create highly compressed files that decompose rapidly, challenges exist. The trade-off between compression and decompression times, influenced by a minimum speed constraint, results in longer compression times. To address these issues, this book investigates various metaheuristic algorithms' performance to enhance the compression efficiency of FIC.
