The study is designed to develop genetic modification approach in methylotrophic bacteria through an effective expression system to enhance the ability of bioremediating bacteria to consume oil in polluted areas. The identification of bacterial isolates done based on morphological traits and the gene 16S rRNA. All analyzed sequences had an expected (E) value of 0, and more than 99% of the reported valid genera are very closely related to the BLASTN identity percentage and identified as Methylorubrum extorquens and Pseudomonas balearica. The plasmid-treated CRISPR-Cas9 system was used in M. extorquens and P. balearica, and qPCR technology showed the expression of the MDH gene increased 6 folds in CRISPR-MDH-treated M. extorquens. In CRISPR-treated P. balearica, pMMO gene expression rose 25 fold. The CRISPR- Cas9 technology was chosen to study and utilize to improve the biodegradation efficiency of hydrocarbons. To our knowledge in this study, methylotrophic bacteria are isolated for the first time in Iraq, and in addition to that, globally this the first time used, aCRISPR-Cas9 system to increase the effectiveness of these bacteria in the biodegradation of hydrocarbon.

The study ¿Issues of the Romanian children¿s book illustration in Romania and Republic of Moldovä was written WITH NO HELP OF THE AI-TECHNOLOGIES, illustrated with tabs, schemes, maps and pictures. The study is especially actual in the context of the final transition to Romanian as the official language in the Republic of Moldova (2023). Illustrations reproduced are from the collections of the Library of the Romanian Academy, National Library of Romania (both in Bucharest) (1643¿1996), of the Struwwelpeter Museum (Frankfurt) (1844). The author, PhD Vladimir Kravchenko, based it on the data from two research areas: children¿s book illustration of Romania and of the Romanian cultural space (fellowship International Youth Library, Munich; grant, Romanian Cultural Institute, Bucharest, among others). There was also added data on the national and international activities of IBBY and UNESCO. There are considered book illustrations representative for the European and Romanian literary and artistic processes, with stress on the professional creative labor, evolution of ideas and art trends found in the books for children of different ages more or less known.

Mites are arachnids belonging to Phylum Arthropoda. They are characterized by the presence of four pairs of legs, cosmopolitan in distribution. They are small, microscopic and are parasitizing majority of animals specially birds and mammals. The hair clasping mites are common on rodents. They exhibit prolific biodiversity. More than 3000 mites have been known to found in various habitats was reported by Tilak et. al. in 1994. Previously these mites were considered to be present only on temperate countries, but it is known that they are also abundant in tropical countries too. Domestic mites are free living which are found in house environment that belongs to two ecological groups: HDM and storage mites. There are also parasitic and predatory mites. The presence of mites in the house dust is known to come from stored food. Some HDM are found in birds like chicken, fowl, duck, pigeon etc. it causes various infections in birds- externally and internally (S. B. Jogdand 2007 Endemic Bio Resource of India). Some of them have also been found to cause diseases in poultry birds and poultry workers, and create ecological imbalance in nature. It also results into aero bio pollution problems.

Citizens' opinion is of great importance in the fight against corruption. Therefore, it is not uncommon for large and small states to conduct surveys with citizens, in order to understand citizen opinion. Usually, citizens in most cases give great criticism to state institutions for their unmerited commitment to stop corruption. Every year the states make barometer the public opinion and release the percentages of public opinions, not infrequently the opinions of the citizens are extreme for the fight against corruption by the state. This year¿s Euro barometer surveys on corruption found that 4 in 10 citizens believe that corruption has risen in their country over the past three years, with now over 2/3 (70%) saying that corruption is widespread in their country. The survey is indicative, only a minority of people believes that the fight against corruption in their country is effective. More than 3 out of 4 company managers (78%) also believe that too close links between business and politics lead to corruption in their country. Most of the countries in the absence of the effective fight against corruption often change the law, draw up strategies, rules, instructions, etc.

The topic of investigation revolves around the use of electron beam as a mutagen to induce variability in the rabi sorghum population known as TSG-98 (Muguthi). The study, conducted over a span of three years, aimed to evaluate the mutagenic sensitivity and effectiveness of different doses of electron beam irradiation on the germination, plant survival, and chlorophyll mutations in the M1 and M2 generations of TSG-98. The results revealed a dose-dependent reaction, with lower doses being more effective and efficient in inducing viable mutations.

Therefore, to engage the disabled people with the technology and make their life safe, secure and comfortable, authors have introduced the nodemcu with Blynk application which is able to control the home appliances from their smart android phone. Experimental validation of the proposed model implies that this process is more secure and user-friendly for disabled people compare to other existing technology. Therefore, the main contribution of this research is to develop a secured automated system, which will enable the disabled people to control the home appliances and thus overcome the limitation of the existing technology.
