The translations of the Holy Qur¿an are usually confined to literal or word-for-word substitution. The translators might not have analyzed both the Source Language (SL) and the Target Language (TL) in their linguistic and non-linguistic contexts: hence, the receptor of the Message is, after all, frustrated and in a state of confusion in comprehending the translated text of the Holy Qur¿an. A suitable approach to looking into the problems arising from the extraditions of so many translations of the Holy Qur¿an is a hermeneutic approach as this would give us the ability to compare how translators use their exegetical tools for comprehension and interpretation be they linguistic, cultural, conceptual, psychological, theological or spiritual. Hermeneutic approaches have been used in translation studies for a very long time.The Qur¿¿n has been translated into many languages by Muslim and non-Muslim scholars; there are several translations in many languages including English. However, the translations of the Holy Qur¿an into English are an extremely difficult endeavor because each translator must consult his/her opinion and aesthetic sense in trying to replicate shades of meaning.

Herbal products for Parkinson's disease (PD) have been used worldwide in traditional medicine Especially in China, records of herbal prescriptions for treating Parkinson's disease might date back to about 2200 years ago and current literatures reflect active use of Herbal Medicines for Parkinson's disease until now. Practitioners and patients employ Herbal Medicines as an adjuvant therapy of conventional treatment for the purpose of reducing dose of dopaminergic drugs, adverse event related to prolonged usage of dopaminergic agents and improving PD symptoms. The current therapy available for PD primarily relies on Levodopa that offers the potential of slowing down disease progression to some extent but includes lot of side effects. Any potential drug capable of treating or halting the disease still remains to be identified. It is evident that redox stabilization and replenishment of mitochondrial function seem to be an important therapeutic approach against PD as both are required for optimal neuronal functioning. Enormous research done in this field has shown that some natural and synthetic products exhibit neuroprotective.

The environmental justice movements¿ deconstructions of traditional environmentalism¿s approach to ecological justice have led to discussions about whether traditional philosophical theories can be the best way to bring philosophy to environmental questions. Environmental justice movements have been critical of the traditional environmentalism¿s narrow understanding of ecological justice merely in terms of equity and calls for much more than just distribution. Simultaneously due to the increasing threats of global warming and environmental degradation, development scientists and political theorists have been increasingly focusing on the environmental justice issue in their recent works. In the light of new understandings of dynamic and multidisciplinary studies of the environment, environmental philosophers are also exploring similar questions about the nature of environmental justice with renewed rigor. An increased examination in all such narratives has also played a role in generating renewed interest not only in how we understand our relation with the ¿nature¿, but also our relation to ¿others¿ in social and cultural contexts.

The well-being of dental pulp is fundamental for the life span of a tooth. It is, therefore necessary to control caries as well as replace the lost tooth structure with a suitable restoration. However, while managing deep caries in vital teeth, pulpal exposure can be a cause of concern and at times inevitable. In such situations, with our enhanced understanding of pulp and advances in material biocompatibility, the questionable fate of an exposed dental pulp can be raised to that of hope and recovery. Vital pulp therapy aims to safeguard and keep up with pulpal well-being in teeth that have presented with injury, caries, restorative procedures, and developmental or anatomical anomalies as well as initiate the tertiary reparative dentin or calcific bridge formation. Ongoing advances in pulp biology and dental materials have given effective treatment strategies for both sound and partially inflamed pulps. This book aims to provide a comprehensive review about various agents and techniques pertaining to vital pulp therapy.

The dynamometer is used to measure torque and speed of an electrical machine. A three phase hysteresis motor is manufactured using ALNICO Material. This is modified and tested as a dynamometer. Design modifications were identified, analyzed and presented. The construction that uses cup type rotor of Cobalt steel is designed for required specifications. Because of the non availability of the permanent material Cobalt steel, done it with ALNICO Material.

As India is having high potential for dairy development but the major problems are arising at the grass root level to enhance quality milk production and productivity due to lack of sufficient knowledge of the farmers. Quantity of milk production has got impetus during the last decades but quality aspect of milk is getting more and more importance nowadays, as Indian population is becoming more health conscious, as well as dairy farmers of different dairy progressive states also understand the importance of clean milk production. This book covers the status of clean milk production vis-à-vis knowledge level of dairy farmers regarding clean milk production and the effectiveness of multimedia based extension intervention on the knowledge level of farmers.

Groundnut shelling is done either by hand shelling or by hand, pedal and power operated decorticators. Manual method of shelling, which is time consuming and tedious job. Whereas power operated decorticators have these facilities. The remaining components of the developed power operated groundnut decorticator, such as the concave sieve, cylinder, hopper, material receiving tray, blower, power transmission system and main frame were developed accordingly to specifications. For the performance evaluation of the developed power operated decorticator in terms of decorticating capacity, output capacity, decorticating efficiency, cleaning efficiency, percent broken kernels and percent unshelled pods, various speed of cylinder, concave clearance and types of blades were used. In rubber coated blade, decorating efficiency and cleaning efficiency were determined for concave clearances of 15, 20, and 25 mm, 96.2 %, 97.2 %, 94.8 % and 91.41 %, 95.27 %, 96.09 %, respectively.

This is the results of a field experiment conducted for the Doctoral research during summer season of the two consecutive years 2011 and 2012 at Agronomy Instructional Farm, C. P. College of Agriculture, Sardarkrushinagar Dantiwada Agricultural University, Sardarkrushinagar, Gujarat, India. The experiment entitled ¿Influence of irrigation scheduling (IW : CPE ratios) and nitrogen levels on yield and quality of summer forage pearl millet¿ was layed out with the treatments of four Irrigation levels at IW : CPE ratios of 0.60, 0.80, 1.00 and 1.20 whereas three Nitrogen levels @ 100 kg/ha, 150 kg/ha and 200 kg/ha with the fixed objectives.

The characterization of ovarian cysts relies heavily on medical imaging techniques. This approach employs three key imaging modalities, including computer tomography, magnetic resonance imaging technology, and ultrasound imaging techniques. Ultrasonography (US), as the principal imaging modality, can give diagnostic information for ovarian cyst evaluation. Ovarian cysts can be identified with excellent specificity and sensitivity using a pattern recognition method with grayscale transvaginal ultrasound. Doppler ultrasound may enable a more certain diagnosis of benign or malignant ovarian cysts. When the malignancy consists of an irregular multinodular mass and a solid mass, or a cyst wall with a solid mass, ultrasound (US) features are sufficient to characterize the ovarian cyst. On an ultrasound scan, the presence of a solid component within an ovarian cyst is a crucial indicator. Even though ultrasound is better at describing ovarian cysts, ovarian cysts remain unclear in some circumstances.

The study was conducted in Malga Woreda in Sidam Zone of Southern Nations, Nationalities and Peoples Regional State with the objective of assessing the impact of Agricultural Growth Program (AGP) on income and saving of Women Common Interest Group (CIG) member household and the determinants of Women CIG member¿s participation in AGP intervention. PSM method was used to examine the impact of Agricultural Growth Program (AGP) on income and saving of Women Common Interest Group (CIG) member household. The result suggests that AGP women CIG intervention has a positive impact on improving rural household income and saving. The result of the logistic regression model reveals that the education status of the group member, total family size of the group member, access to market, distance of extension service provision office and access to credit service influences the participation of women on the program. All variables found to have a positive and significant relationship with the program participation. It was concluded by the study that the government and concerned body made their attention towards improving rural women agricultural production and productivity.

Based on the results of one year experimentation, it seems quit logic to conclude thatunder medium black calcareous soil of South Saurashtra Agro-climatic Zonefor getting better quality, higher yield and net realization, summer green gram should be fertilized with 40 kg P2O5/ha (along with recommended dose of nitrogen: 20 kg N/ha) further foliar spray of thiourea @ 500 ppm at branching and flowering stage it be beneficial.

This work presents an innovative control approach for Power Factor Correction (PFC) in a three-phase PWM AC chopper. It employs the HBCC technique to drive a three-phase squirrel cage Induction Motor (IM) and supports both soft starting and speed control modes. What sets this strategy apart is its remarkable simplicity, reliability, high efficiency, and cost-effectiveness, achieved by minimizing the number of power semiconductor switches in the power circuitry. The three-phase PWM AC chopper is built using only four IGBTs, and a new closed-loop control methodology is devised, utilizing just two gate pulses to manage these four IGBTs.

Advanced digital technology is rapidly changing the world, as well as transforming the dental profession. It is a misnomer to call it CAD/CAM technology. Digital dentistry is the involvement of computer-based tools during the diagnosis and treatment of patients.The advancement in digital dentistry ranges from the first operational phase which includes digital scanners and CBCT to digital photography for treatment planning. The processing software is then used for converting the analog data into digital data and for designing/planning the restorations. The models designed are then physically produced with different manufacturing and prototyping tools such as milling machines and 3D printers.

This study focuses on assessing the impact of parental involvement on the academic performance of secondary school adolescents in the sciences within Mushin Local Government Area, Lagos State. The research establishes that parents play a crucial role in their children's success, serving as a motivating force based on diverse parenting practices. Relevant literature, categorized under specific sub-headings, was reviewed. The study employed a descriptive research survey with a researcher-made questionnaire to gather opinions from 120 randomly selected respondents representing the population. Three null hypotheses were formulated, and the independent t-test was utilized to analyze them at a 0.05 significance level. The study confirmed the significance of the hypotheses, highlighting the influential role of parental involvement in adolescents' academic performance.

It is well known that addition of organic manures in combination with chemical fertilizers have shown considerable increase in crop yield through their significant influence on properties of the soil and thereby on sustainable crop production. Efficacy of different bulky and concentrated organic manures viz., FYM, poultry manure, neem cake, castor cake and vermicompost etc. depends on their organic matter content, nutrient content and the C: N ratio. Maize being native of Mexico is one of the oldest and most productive cereal food crops also known as the ¿Queen of cereals¿. Increasing demand of food to feed the ever growing population along with rising cost of chemical fertilizers and depleting soil fertility due to intensive cropping system, necessitates judicious use of organic and inorganic sources of input for the crop production, which minimize the dependence on commercial sources to sustain the soil fertility as well as to meet the requirement of larger production of food grains and other agricultural commodities.

Green chemistry plays an important role in preserving the environment and protecting workers from the risk of using chemicals. From this standpoint, this simplified book was prepared to be suitable for teaching the use of chemicals in the bachelor's academic stages, especially for students of science, pharmacy, and applied science colleges. In the projected CSLA method, the CS (carry select) operation is done before the control of final-sum, this is the key difference among the conventional and proposed method.
