Suturing is defined as the joining of incised tissues with needle and thread so that the tissues bind together and heal. Social inequality is everywhere in the world. But Indian inequality is in the form of Hindu caste system with thousands of castes and sub castes. Dalits are lower caste people called as untouchables, who are discriminated in all walks of life. Every hour two Dalits are assaulted, every day, three Dalit women are raped, every day, two Dalits houses are burnt and every day two Dalits are murdered. During 2020, 50291 cases in 2021, 50900 , in 2022, 57582 cases of atrocities were reported. Dalits when migrate abroad, caste travels with them, in their blood and Caste discrimination is practiced in daily life. They faced physical, verbal assault, abuses, insults, jokes. Exclusion comes when they continue social norms in cultures, surnames, dietary habits, hobbies, festivals, marriages, associations, matrimonial ads, temple structures, organizations. There are many parallels of Indian Dalits and the practices ostracizing them world over. As there are Challenges there are various remedies to end caste discrimination and atrocities on Dalits that is the gist of this book.

The study examined the effect of financial assistance and the performance of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Nigeria. It sought to identify the various support programmes initiated by the government to enhance the performance of SMEs, to examine the extent to which the implementation of these support programmes affect the performance of SMEs, to access the factors determining the performance of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Nigeria, and also to determine the effect of financial strategy on the growth of SMEs. The study relied on primary and secondary sources of data. Primary data were sourced through the administration of a questionnaire. Secondary data were collected from relevant journals, books, government publications and available statistical package for social sciences to generate frequencies, percentages, and contingencies (cross tabulation). The data collected from the questionnaire were analysed descriptively. The descriptive analysis involved tabulations in percentages and use of appropriate statistical analysis, while responses to interviews were also analysed.

Fungi can able to synthesis potential enzymes to degrade the various polymers. The soil sample was collected from the waste material dumb yard to collect potential fungi. The purpose of the project is to implement a Geographic UAV and security attacks in mobile ad-hoc networks. The mobile networks consist of nodes which may change their location frequently by considering different routing protocols like AODV, DSDV and DSR. First motive of my project is to compare Packet delivery ratio between different types of protocol and then create different nodes like in GPS then further implement routing algorithms with latest technologies. In our project we consider different N number of nodes and their respective location. Then we try to further implement on the basis of shortest path we have to calculate optimized path between source and destination. Therefore, the routing algorithm must consider this factor. There are several strategies to exploiting the location information in an efficient manner like GPS, GPSR and LAR etc.

The intraoral use of lasers has progressed over the last few decades as clinical experience along with scientific investigation, has increased information. This experiment entitled above was conducted during summer 2022 at AICRP on groundnut OUAT, Bhubaneswar. The experiment was laid in RBD with twelve treatments replicated thrice comprising Diclosulam 84% WDG @ 20g and 25g a.i./ha (PE) in combination with intercultivation at 25-30DAS and Quizalofop-p-ethyl 5% EC 50g a.i./ha (POE) at 18-20 DAS ; Pendimethalin 30% EC @ 1kg. a.i./ha (PE) with Quizalofop-p-ethyl 5% EC , Pendimethalin 30% EC + Imazethapyr 2% EC (Readymix) with Manual weeding at 20-25 and Quizalofop-p-ethyl 5% EC 50g a.i./ha (POE) at 18-20 DAS , Hand weeding twice at 20 and 40 DAS with Weedy check and Weed free. The yield loss was upto 61.3% in case of weedy check , registering lowest yield among all the treatments. Diclosulam 84% WDG @ 25g a.i./ha (PE) fb intercultivation at 20-25 DAS (T4) significantly reduced the weed dry matter (22.09g/m2 ) resulting in highest weed control efficiency (93.4%) and lowest Weed index (0.7%).It also recorded significantly higher plant growth and yield attributing parameter, and recorded the highest pod yield (2290.0 kg/ha), haulm yield (4340.0 kg/ha) over others with highest net returns of (Rs.71865.0/ha) and B:C of 2.26.

The significance of impairments becomes more critical while realizing ultra-high dense wavelength division multiplexed systems (DWDM) that are used to exploit optical bandwidth. Particularly for long haul transmission with number of WDM channels, the accumulated non-linear effects lead to waveform distortion and cross talk between Channels.Therefore, in order to realize broadband optical communication systems and networks, it is imperative to compensate the pulse spreading due to group velocity dispersion (GVD) and fiber non-linearities due to optical kerr¿s effects.

Proper oral hygiene and care are also important for the long-term success of a full dental prosthesis.

An analytical model was derived from the Gaussian-AERMOD approach and used to estimate or predict the concentration of fine particulate matter (PM2.5 and PM10), and some gaseous pollutants namely CO, SO2 and NO2 emitted from selected industrial stacks in the major northern Nigeria industrial cities of Kano, Kaduna and Jos. The model results were correlated with experimental data collected from six industries which were selected two each from Kano, Kaduna and Jos for one year using Altair 5X multi-gas detector, Gasman monitors, and HAT 200 PMX detector which are digital meters that sense and display the concentrations of gases and fine particulates matter on the screen when switched on. The results showed that there exists a strong positive correlation between the measured and modeled results with correlation coefficient R ranging from 0.7-1.0 for all the pollutants investigated. The dispersion pattern of pollutants were also studied by considering the effects of some parameters such as stack height, stack exit velocity, stack emission rate, temperature, solar radiation, wind speed and direction, and were found to vary significantly under space, months and seasons.

Composite materials are emerging chiefly in response to fulfill demands from technology due to rapidly advancing activities in aircrafts, aerospace and automotive industries. Natural fibers have recently attracted the attention of scientists and technologists because of the advantages that these fibers provide over conventional reinforcement materials, and the development of bio fiber composites has been a subject of interest for the past few years. The present work focuses on investigation of mechanical properties of banana fiber/epoxy resin composite at 30%, 40% and 50% volume fractions of banana fiber and different fiber orientation 00, 450 & 900. The mechanical properties like tensile strength, flexural strength, are experimentally evaluated. The experimental results of tensile testing are validated using software package ANSYS.12.0 the obtained results are very much closer to the experimental results. To probe the bonding between the reinforcement and matrix, the scanning Electron microgram of fractured surface of banana epoxy composite were recorded. So it is better to use banana/epoxy composite with 40% volume fraction and 0 degree fiber orientation for various applications.
