Hosi or Chief Mangoro born c.1792 joined other renowned military forces of his time at a young age, as a strong and revolutionary combatant was conscripted into those brigades, travelled to the Northwest and to the far north. The Mangoro Bokisi tribe and community also known as Makhuvele¿Mugwena branch of Bakwena was led by Hosi Mangoro in the years coinciding with the Mfecane wars. Hosi Mangoro and his community settled at Speloken in 1832 on the foot of the Klein Letaba River and south of the Ribolla Mountain. The African mode of self-identification those days was through the chieftaincy. The basis of African political and social life was the chiefdom. This was a grouped together members of the same productive unit and was dominated by the members of one clan in this case the Makhuvele clan-alas Bokisi Community. Chief Mangoro Bokisi administered a form of justice that was entirely based on the moral community and the chiefdom, protected the army with his war medicines, interceded with the clan ancestors and regulated production strategies. Chief Mangoro Bokisi gave to his followers a sense of belonging and unity by using symbols of office that were believed to invest him powers.

The design and investigation of bicycle frame material is the primary goal of this research study. People typically use bicycles as their primary form of transportation, particularly in underdeveloped nations. The bicycle design should be comfortable, lightweight, durable, and affordable. Among the most significant issues facing engineers and designers in the field is the challenge of creating a bicycle that satisfies these requirements. This problem can be solved by optimizing the bicycle¿s performance and cost through innovative, creative conceptual design. When compared to other vehicles on the market, bicycles should be as easy to ride, maintain, and store as possible. The current project includes the static & dynamic study of bicycle frame system using different materials such as carbon steel, aluminum alloy, and composite materials. The results of computer-aided design show that the bicycle can achieve a unique - biscuit type¿ structure that is very light and has a comfortable seat that mimics the horseback. The bicycle also has a spring and damper system under the seat and the frame to minimize vibrations and shock to the rider.

To further advance the field, large validation studies are needed to confirm these data and investigate if salivary biomarkers are confounded by age, gender, race, smoking, presence of oral inflammatory conditions, or co-morbid conditions. We believe that validation studies could lead to their use in point-of-care devices that could have a major impact on periodontal care. One can envision that these devices could be used to assess periodontal health similar to the way a glucometer assesses blood glucose in diabetic subjects. Specific biomarkers (i.e., MMP-8, OPG, MIP-1a, IL-1b) levels above set thresholds might suggest immediate therapy would be beneficial, similar to how insulin is provided when glucose is elevated in a diabetic. In turn, individualized periodontal care based on salivary biomarker levels could be provided in the near future and these analyses could become an integral part of the assessment of periodontal health in dental and non-dental settings.

Cameroon, like any other developing nation grapples with unstable and unsustainable economic growth, failing to adequately support its public finance network to meet the increasing needs of its growing population. This instability, stemming from the deterioration of macro and microeconomic indicators, is a consequence of various contemporary challenges (both major and minor) that span socio-economic, environmental, and political realms. These challenges are comprehensively analyzed through four key determinants: Real or Natural Economy Contemporary Problems, Financial Contemporary Problems, Social, Environmental, Land Tenure, Infrastructure Development, Public Asset, and Safety Contemporary Problems, and Governance and Corruption Contemporary Problems. In addressing these contemporary issues, this work employs neoclassical theories and efficiency concepts. However, despite significant investments made by the Botor Tolay woreda Administration in financing public projects, there are challenges in achieving effective implementation.The study finds the four major factors that affecting the success of public project implementation in the Woreda those includes planning and scope cause of delays, Client related, Contractor related and external factor related delays of the public project implementation. The findings of correlation and regression show that there was a positive and significant relationship between Project implementation and, Planning and scope of the project, Client, Contractor and external factor related delays influence the effective implementation of public projects.

In Chad official statistics report aggregated primary school dropout of 15.6%; 15.0% for boys and 16.3% for girls, survey-based studies have sought to verify these dropout factors for girls in Kélo district. The primary objective of our study is to find out the factors of school girls¿ dropout at primary in Kélo and check a solution for girls to stay at school as long as possible.Semi structure interview is conducted with parents, students, teachers and administrators of the district in the site.

This book aims to bring to the center of attention the personality and activities of an important leader among Romanians in the Austro-Hungarian monarchy, Vasile Goldi¿. He distinguished himself as a defender of the oppressed peoples of the dualistic monarchy, advocating for their rights. In the fall of 1918, he supported the formation of new independent nation-states. In the subsequent years, Goldi¿ increasingly advocated for the idea of European unity, which, in his opinion, was necessary to ensure peace in the area and guarantee the existence of the nation-states that emerged at the end of the First World War.

Phytochemical screening of the crude extract revealed the presence of flavonoids and polyphenolic compounds as major constituents. Polyphenolic compounds, including tannins, exhibit anthelmintic activity. Tannins, found in Elephantopus Scaber extract, may produce similar effects. Another potential anthelmintic mechanism of tannins is binding to free proteins in the host animal's gastrointestinal tract or glycoproteins on the parasite's cuticle, leading to death. The aqueous extract of Elephantopus Scaber demonstrated superior anthelmintic activity in a dose-dependent manner compared to the standard drug. The paralysis and death time of EEES at 100 mg/ml were nearly equivalent to that of the standard drug albendazole. This suggests that the anthelmintic activity of the Elephantopus Scaber extract is comparable to the effect of the standard drug albendazole.

Umberto Eco (5 January 1932 ¿ 19 February 2016) was an Italian medievalist, philosopher, semiotician, novelist, cultural critic, and political and social commentator.
