Genioplasty is a versatile surgical procedure that can be performed using different techniques, such as sliding genioplasty or chin implants. Sliding genioplasty involves cutting and repositioning the chin bone to either advance or set it back, addressing issues like a weak or overly projecting chin. On the other hand, chin implants involve inserting synthetic materials to augment the chin's size or shape. Surgeons customize these procedures to suit each individual's facial structure and desired outcome, ensuring a natural and harmonious result. Beyond cosmetic purposes, genioplasty is also utilized in reconstructive surgeries, correcting congenital defects or injuries that affect the chin's appearance or function. Recovery from genioplasty varies but generally involves some swelling and discomfort, with full results becoming noticeable as the healing progresses. Overall, genioplasty serves as an effective way to enhance facial harmony and restore confidence in individuals seeking to refine their chin's appearance.

This study looked for thermophilic Campylobacters in wild animals' faeces. A total of 521 samples were collected from wild animals of different states of India. Samples included 302 ruminants, 166 non-ruminants, and 53 birds. Among ruminants 71.2% belonged to deer family and in non-ruminants, 44.58% felidae and 21.68% canidae family. Among captive birds, 24.52% belonged to Pheasant followed by wild fowl 20.75%. CBA in microaerophilic condition at 420C temperature yielded highest thermophilic Campylobacter (11.90%), followed by mCCDA (10.56%), BA (8.25%), CA (5.76%) and HCCA (4.22%). Multiplex PCR confirmed 11.71% Campylobacter spp., including 58.06% C. jejuni and 40.32% C. Coli. Ruminants (59.68%) exhibited highest incidence, followed by non-ruminants (29.03%) and birds (9.68%). Tryptone soy broth with 20% glycerol and -800C temperature could be better preservation media for Campylobacter isolates upto 180 days. Nucleotide sequence analysis (BLAST) and Phylogenetic tree (MEGA 11) confirmed Campylobacters in wild mammals and birds. Current study found that TaqMan assay (qPCR) could detect even a single template copy of pathogen with specificity for Campylobacter genus.

After fifteen preceding sets of practical exercises laid forward in preceding manuscripts, I have inspired from my core ICT academic and research experience to produce this manuscript. Here, a successive set of 35 cohesively written practical exercises in softwares, directly related to Assisting Specific Professions, is laid forward, in a similar style as in the preceding manuscripts. Such exercises apply better to beginner levels in university courses. Of course, its applicability to advanced level courses may be appreciated by many academicians to their discretion. It is retained here that adaptations of these exercises by academicians to their requirements is very possible. It is recommended for students to devise good/workable summary sheets for each exercise, along with writing proper report and referencing needed. For each exercise, a share of analysis is required to develop thinking and critical/professional abilities. Most exercises are devised for computers/laptops along with currently trending smart phones/tablets. Students must communicate properly with their coach, who in turn, are recommended to perform judicious follow-ups.

In this study, attempt was made to study the bearing capacity and settlement characteristics of a strip footing for unreinforced and reinforced slopes, with a numerical approach, using PLAXIS 2D Version 9.0 (R.B.J Brinkgreve and W.Broere) software. Optimization of finite element plain strain two-dimensional model was done for embedment, edge distance, geogrid length using the software PLAXIS. It was observed that the load settlement behaviour and ultimate bearing capacity of the footing can be considerably improved by the inclusion of a reinforcing layer at the appropriate location in the fill slope.

This project has been described the use of wireless sensor networks(WSN) to improve water management and for controlling other parameters such as temperature, light, humidity, moisture. wireless sensor network(WSN) and other agricultural techniques might help farmer to utilize and store the available water, improve their crop productivity, reduce the production cost and instead of depending just on prediction WSN make use of real time values, using Arduino UNO, sensors, LCD.

The problem of undesired water production is one of the most serious issues confronting the oil industry. Fractures, solution channels, near water zones, high permeability zones, fractures connecting water aquifers, and heterogeneous oil-water contact all increase the likelihood of early water breakthrough in a well. Once the problem of undesired water production in a well begins, it grows and becomes extremely difficult to regulate. Because of its low viscosity and high mobility, water can bypass oil, reducing the amount of hydrocarbon formation. This undesired water output grows over time and can consume the entire wellbore section, accounting for more than 90% of total production. Several mechanical and chemical water shut-off jobs are available. Several water shut-off jobs, both mechanical and chemical, are employed to reduce undesired water production, but implementing these techniques at the precise point of water breakthrough downhole is extremely challenging. Furthermore, these procedures have a lower possibility of success and are not trustworthy in stopping water output for an extended length of time.

The advancement of information and communication technology in society has directly impacted education by developing distance educational programs and changing the pedagogical methods of learning. This study was carried out with MBA university students in a distance program. The sample included 12 students and the instruments selected to obtain the results were an electronic survey with surveymonkey.com software to collect demographic data from the participants and a semi-structured interview with open questions via Zoom. For the study, qualitative methodology was used with a descriptive phenomenological design; The description of the students' approaches and opinions were emphasized. The study allowed us to know how different factors or variables intervene thatare decisive in the quality of the program, such as the type of platform used by the ducational center, the experience and skills of the teachers; both with technology andwith this type of program in pedagogical use in the teaching-learning process.

The study was conducted during the 2021 Kharif season at the student instructional field of the Department of Agronomy, School of Agriculture, ITM University, Gwalior (M.P.). The aim was to assess the impact of conventional and nano-fertilizers on sesame productivity, quality, plant growth parameters, yield attributes, yield, and the economic aspects of sesame cultivation. The soil in the experimental field had a sandy clay loam texture, neutral reactivity to normal electrical conductivity (EC), and medium organic carbon (OC), nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K) content.

On the basis of systematization and structural analysis of theoretical and applied problems of soil salinization and desalinization the processes of salt removal based on fundamental laws of physics and mechanics of continuous media are considered, as well as some questions of thermodynamics of saline soils and approach to their study from the position of laws of natural process most often encountered in reclamation of agricultural land. Methodology of quantitative assessment of salt leaching during leaching of saline soils on the basis of mathematical modeling of salt yield and productivity of agricultural crops is discussed. In order to circumvent the problem of post-extraction and implant-related bone resorption, the concept of immediate implants was introduced in the late 1970s. It was suggested that this approach could not only limit physiological bone resorption leading to better aesthetic outcomes but also minimize the number of surgical procedures.The immediate implant placement approach has been studied extensively since being introduced. Evidence available indicates that it is a successful procedure that may benefit patients. However, careful planning and case selection are needed to ensure implant success and final esthetic outcomes.

The panchayati raj as a system of self-governance was introduced for the first time in 1959 following the Balwant Rai Mehta committee report (1958) that recommended a three-tier structure of local self-government consisting of gram panchayat at the village level, taluka panchayat samiti at the sub-district level and zilla parishad at the district level.
