SCC is a kind of high fluidity concrete without vibration, also known as Self-Consolidating Concrete and High Performance Concrete, which was discovered by the University of Tokyo in Japan in the 1980s. SCC usually uses a large number of mineral admixtures and chemical admixtures to achieve a dense state without vibration under the action of its own gravity, and then fill the formwork with dense steel bars. SCC has the characteristics of resistance to segregation, easy filling, easy passage, high fluidity and high deformation ability, and can maintain homogeneity during and after transportation and pouring. Due to fewer defects in microstructure, scc can meet the requirements of strength, volume stability and durability of concrete (Wu et al., 2015).Because of its high working performance, scc is most suitable for the pouring of mass concrete. In order to maintain the deformability and cohesion of concrete, it is usually used in scc with superplasticizer, a large amount of reactive powder and viscosity improver (Prakash et al., 2021). Due to the use of higher powder content in scc there are more small pores and less available water in concrete (Zhang et al., 2003).

Linseed (Linum usitatissimum) commonly known as flax is one of the oldest cultivated oilseed crop (in the world. Altrnaria blight of is an important disease of Linseed (Linum usitatissimum L) that hampers its productivity and oil content. During severe infections, spots coalesced and covered the large area of the leaves. Microscopic examination of pathogens in diseased tissue reveled that Alternaria linicola Groves & Skolko and Alternaia lini Dey were two fungi associated with the spots on leaves and capsules. Studies of relative dominance of pathogens associated with the diseased tissue revealed the dominance of Alternria linicola (95.86-98.63%) in comparison to A.lini (1.31-4.14%) during different growth period of linseed crop. Sixty-three genotypes were evaluated against this disease and only two genotypes namely rated as resistant. Chemicals and neen oil caked were sprayed to known the potential of the fungicides against Altarnaria blight. Minimum disease severity with maximum grain yield was recorded with three sprays of Mancozeb @ 0.2% followed by Propiconazole @ 0.1% and Hexaconazole @ 0.1%, respectively. Maximum yield was obtained with the spraying of Mancozeb @ 0.2%.

Electric vehicles use different types of electric motors. Due to their easy control, high efficiency and torque, and simple design, BLDC machines are widely used in hybrid electric vehicles. The designed motor is verified by performing Finite Element Analysis (FEA) on the dimensions obtained by analytical calculations. Here, BLDC motor design and analysis are implemented using Finite element analysis. Implementation of 120W BLDC Motor which is only applicable for small level bicycles. The motor can tolerate up to one-person load.

It is experiencing a lot of challenges in terms of the following aspects: acquisition of means of transport; obtainment of transport documents; training of drivers, riders, etc; some driving and riding attitudes; accidents; state of comfort of persons who board commercial motorbikes, cabs, buses, trains, etc; working conditions of motorbike riders, drivers, pilots, etc; physical worthiness of motorbikes, cars, buses, trucks, etc; transport costs; safety and security of persons being transported; safety and security of means of transport; corruption in the transport sector; the situation of transport trade unions, associations, etc; the state of infrastructure; issues relating to state-owned vehicles; insurance worries; monitoring and evaluation issues; technological and research neglect; reckless or daring riding and driving; overloading issues; etc. The Government and other transport sector stakeholders should sincerely, judiciously and meticulously work together in and out of transport offices for the betterment of this sector.
Pulses are an important ingredient in the diets of vast majority of Indian population. They are mainly grown in semiarid areas throughout world as their drought resistance capacity is relatively high. Pulses are very good source of protein with a good nutritive value. They have a symbiotic relationship with Rizobium, these bacteria forms nodules on the roots and fix atmospheric nitrogen. Some of this nitrogen is utilized by the growing plant but some can also be used by other plants growing nearby and, if the roots are left in the ground when the seeds are harvested this will provide a source of nitrogen for the next crop. The lentil (lens culinaris) is recognized as a valuable pulse and is grown as a winter crop all over India. It is known to be the most nutritious of the pulses and is an important item in the diet of some people, particularly those of eastern Bengal. India is the world¿s largest producer of lentil. Lentil cultivation in India occupies nearly 14 lac hectare of land with annual production of 14, 00,000 tones (FAO, 2007). In spite of their wide cultivation, the country is facing deficit of lentil grain due to number of diseases.
This study evaluates climate-challenged nations' suitability for solar PV energy, guiding policymakers and investors toward global sustainability. Two key questions: 1) identifying key factors for PV installation; 2) assessing potential in critically insufficient Paris Agreement countries. Findings indicate climate and orography significantly impact solar PV farm siting, while land accessibility and environmental factors have the least influence. Solar radiation contributes 26% to PV plant suitability due to its direct impact on electricity production. Other vital factors include ground slope, temperature, aspect, proximity to power lines, and land elevation. "Critically insufficient" countries (e.g., Iran, Mexico, Thailand) have high potential, while "highly insufficient" countries (e.g., India, Saudi Arabia, Egypt) vary. "Insufficient" countries (e.g., South Africa, Peru) have mixed areas. "Almost sufficient" countries (e.g., Morocco, Nigeria) offer potential with challenges.

After twenty sets of practical exercises laid forward in preceding manuscripts, I have inspired from my core ICT academic Teaching and research experience to produce this manuscript. Here, a successive set of 35 cohesively written practical exercises in softwares, directly related to Business Finance, is laid forward, in a similar style as in the preceding manuscripts. Such exercises apply better to beginner levels in university courses. Of course, its applicability to advanced level courses may be appreciated by many academicians to their discretion. It is retained here that adaptations and refinements of these exercises by academicians to their requirements is very possible. It is recommended for students to devise good/workable summary sheets for each exercise, along with writing proper report and referencing needed. For each exercise, a share of theory with analysis is required to develop thinking and critical/professional abilities. Most exercises are devised for computers/laptops along with currently trending smart phones/tablets. Students must communicate properly with their coach, who in turn, are recommended to perform judicious follow-ups and counselling needed.

The main objective of the research is to design an active thiol substituted oxadiazole inhibitor against GlmS receptor of gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria with in silico and in vitro antibacterial approaches. A scaffold of 1,3,4-oxadiazole was designed and the synthetic feasibility to attain the scaffold. PyRx software was used. The ligand poses with the least free energy. ADMET studies were conducted. The synthesis steps included 4 different reactions. Substituted carboxylic acids were used as the starting reagent. All of the reactions were monitored by TLC. Synthesized compounds were characterized using FT-IR and MASS spectra. The in vitro antibacterial activity of the compounds was examined and evaluated by minimum inhibitory concentration studies. From MIC study results, out of all the compounds, NOV-4 showed considerable antibacterial activity against the resistant strain of MRSA (43300) with a MIC of 4.77µg/L far bettering the MIC of the standard which was a moderate 209.24 µg/L. From these results, it is concludable that the designed scaffold shows significant inhibitory action against the GlmS receptor protein.
Fermentation is being used since ages as a safe technique for food preservation and uses minimal resources. Most common fermentations are alcohol fermentation, lactic acid (homofermentation), lactic acid (heterofermentation), butyric acid, mixed acid, propionic acid and acetic acid. The protein industry uses fermentation in three primary ways, 1) Traditional fermentation, 2) Biomass fermentation, 3) Precision fermentation: uses microbial hosts as cell factories for producing specific functional ingredients that typically need greater purity than the primary protein ingredients and are incorporated at lower levels.
