The developed model is tested with three water samples and the parameters are transmitted to the cloud server for further action PH sensor ,turbidity sensor, float sensor, buzzer, water flow sensor are used in this research using checking for water.

Photometry and astrometry performed with charge coupled devices (CCDs) at the focal planes of large telescopes are indispensable tools of modern observational cosmology, astrophysics and astronomy. In the modern era of precision cosmology, variations in the sub-pixel sensitivity and spectral response of CCDs can affect the science yield of observations and must be characterized. Unfortunately, there have been very few studies to measure the sub-pixel response variations of CCDs, particularly in the context of observational cosmology. It is the aim of this study is to perform the first measurement of the photometric and astrometric fidelity of high-resistivity, p-channel CCDs. These devices have been selected for major upcoming observational cosmology missions such as the space-based Supernova Acceleration Probe satellite (SNAP) and the ground-based Dark Energy Survey. An experimental study has been performed to make detailed measurements of the intrapixel response variations of these devices at a precision exceeding 2%, which is the level of precision required for the missions.

The anticipated separation of the complex within the gastric environment ensures controlled drug release, enhancing absorption from the upper part of the intestine. This complexation method, with its simplicity and confirmed efficacy through DSC analysis, presents a promising solution for addressing the bitter taste of drugs in oral pharmaceutical formulations. The thorough scrutiny of formulation parameters and the validation through DSC data contribute to the robustness and reliability of this taste masking approach in the development of pharmaceutical products for pediatric use.

Peri-implant disease is a serious problem that plagues today's dentistry, both in terms of therapy and epidemiology. With the expansion of the practice of implantology and an increasing number of implants placed annually, the frequency of peri-implant disease has greatly expanded. Its clinical manifestations, in the absence of a globally established classification, are peri-implant mucositis and peri-implantitis, the counterparts of gingivitis and periodontitis, respectively.However, many doubts remain about its features. Official diagnostic criteria, globally recognized by the dental community, have not yet been introduced. The latest studies using metagenomic methods are casting doubt on the assumption of microbial equivalence between periodontal and peri-implant crevices. Research on most of the features of peri-implant disease remains at an early stage; moreover, there is not a commonly accepted treatment for it. In any case, although the evidence so far collected is limited, we need to be aware of the current state of the science regarding this topic to better understand and ultimately prevent this disease.

Radiographic assessment is essential in every aspect of endodontics, from diagnosis to the management and assessment of treatment outcome. Intraoral periapical radiography (IOPA) has historically been accepted as the most appropriate imaging system in endodontics. However, conventional periapical images yield limited information, which can potentially have an impact on diagnosis and treatment planning. As radiography has been a pivotal tool in the practice of endodontics; almost a century later, building on the pioneering efforts of those using conventional computed tomography (CT) and mirco-CT, the introduction of maxillofacial CBCT in 1996 provided the first clinically practical technology demonstrating application of 3D imaging for endodontic considerations.

The present study was undertaken to evaluate the toxicity of fungal contaminated paddy straw in rats causing nervous disorders in goats. Repeated dose 28-day oral toxicity study was conducted in 16 groups consisting of 6 rats of either sex. The fungal culture filtrates of the three isolated fungi C. cladosporoides, P. chartarum and A. niger was administered to induce the toxicity in rats in the dose range of 0.5, 1, 2 ml/ 100 g. Two groups consisting of 6 rats were administered with mixed proportion of all the three isolated fungi C. cladosporoides, P. chartarum and A. niger. During the study period, animals were observed for clinical signs of toxicity. Body weight was measured and blood samples were collected on day 0, 14 and 28 of the study. Biochemical parameters like ALT, AST, BUN, creatinine, and haematological parameters like TLC, TEC, PCV and Hb were analysed. The fungal infected wheat material was analyzed for the presence mycotoxins by LC-MS/MS method.

Stata is fast and easy to use. In this tutorial, I start with a quick introduction and overview, and then discuss data management, tables of various types, statistical graphs, and Stata programming. Agricultural waste like rice husks has a compound with economic value. Instead of dumping and burning them, extraction and utilization of that compound in the formulation of new products is an advantage for waste management as well as economic growth. Hence, it is mandatory to recycle the above-mentioned wastes or produce new products such as outdoor floor coverings. Polymer matrices-based outdoor floor coverings are a small, but it is a growing sector in the world floor coverings market. This work aimed to evaluate the feasibility of utilizing silica extracted from rice husk ash and waste tyre treads with a natural rubber matrix to develop a novel composite with enhanced properties especially for floor covering products.

The enhancement in a technology requires studying effects caused by the mineral admixture on the strength of the cementitious materials. This project represents the results of an experimental investigations accomplish to understand the suitability of GGBS in production of concrete. In this experimental study the impact of GGBS on strength of referral concrete M30 was prepared using 53 Grade OPC and the other mixes were prepared by replacing part of OPC with GGBS. The replacement levels were 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% & 50% (by weight of cement) for GGBS. And replacing fine aggregatewith 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% & 50 % Quarry dust.
