At present many developing countries have either launched their national strategy for financial inclusion or are working to develop a sustainable inclusive strategy. The present study emphasises the need to understand various channels through which financial deepening can happen for rural poor particularly in the developing countries in the world. The study identifies various factors influencing financial inclusion with special reference to microfinance focusing on the constituents and impact of it on the rural poor. It uses advanced statistical methods like the structural equation modeling (SEM) to explore the constituent variables that explain financial inclusion in a holistic manner. Through this it aims to better understand the statistically significant relationships and interrelationships between the latent construct of financial inclusion and its impact on different outcome variables using empirical data collected from the field using structured methodology. On the basis of the conclusions arrived it suggests measures which would help in the formulation of strategies with respect to financial inclusion for the rural poor.

The application developed in this project will be fusing a number of smartphone capabilities together harmoniously in order to achieve its intended use of providing useful support and feedback to its user while racing. The project in question is the development of an Android open source based application which will aid racing drivers in developing their driving skills quickly by providing visual, auditory and historic feedback on their performance. The application¿s intended use is to record and show the racing driver¿s racing lines, braking points, acceleration, deceleration and speeds on the whole of a dedicated racing circuit and the feedback will be achieved through the mobile device features, such as its speakers and display, as well as data being logged using SQLite and available for later analysis.

The study aimed to investigate the impact of border posts congestion in movement of construction equipment focusing on the five main border posts in Zimbabwe. Delays in the movement of goods, particularly construction machinery, have led to serious problems including postponements, cost arguments, arbitration, court cases, cost overruns and loss of customers. The aim of this study was to examine the causes of delays in the movement of construction machinery at border crossings, to determine the impact of delays in the movement of construction machinery on construction companies and to investigate ways to reduce delays in the movement of construction machinery at border crossings. Information on the causes of traffic jams and possible solutions to the problem was obtained by means of a questionnaire. It was also used to collect data from the construction site to gather information on how congestion at border crossings affects construction activity. Content analysis was used to analyse the data using Nvivo software and quantitative data was entered using Excel to find data for presentation.

The purpose of the paper is to analyse the financial results reached by the companies and institutions funded by FITD in the period 2016 ¿ 2020. Paper results from the financial support, the companies and institutions will be categorized according to their size, department, instrument and programme they applied for and performance analysis before and after receiving the funds, and taking into account Macedonian economy in its entirety. All companies show positive financial performance before and after the investment in the innovative project. 51% of the FITR portfolio, i.e 326 supported companies are startup companies, mostly founded by young people.

This seismic base shear value is vital for the design of ductility behaviour of RC structures and enhance the better performance of buildings during earthquakes.

After four preceding sets of practical exercises laid forward in preceding manuscripts written by myself as author, I have inspired from my previous modules taught to produce this manuscript. Here, a successive set of 33 cohesively written practical exercises in softwares, pertaining to the field of Personal Skills Enhancement, has been laid forward, in a similar style as in the preceding manuscripts. This set of exercises apply better to beginner levels in university courses. Of course, its applicability to advanced level courses may be appreciated by many academicians to their discretion. It is retained here that adaptations of these exercises by academicians to their requirements is very possible. It is recommended for students to devise good/workable summary sheets for each exercise, along with writing proper report and referencing needed. For each exercise, a share of analysis is required to develop their thinking and critical/professional abilities. Most exercises have been devised for computers/laptops along with the currently trending smart phones/tablets. Students should communicate properly with their coach, who in turn, are recommended to perform judicious follow-ups.

The main objective of conducting this study was to evaluate condylar position and glenoid fossa position in different sagittal malocclusions and to highlight the diagnostic significance of glenoid fossa position. It has been seen that a posteriorly positioned glenoid fossa has been associated with many Class II malocclusions, an early diagnosis of this could help in a more effective treatment plan for the patient and hence better results.
