Poems from a broken heart.

This is an assortment of poems capturing daily perspectives, past influences, feelings and thoughts, people I love or have a deep respect for.

Words are constantly swirling around in my head. They will wake me from a restless sleep, come to me when I'm soaring down the highway, and sometimes in the middle of a conversation with someone. When inspiration hits, I feel compelled to stop what I am doing, to capture them before they're gone. I enjoy writing in many different forms and this book is a collection of poems.

Moments is an exploration and presentation of my thoughts at crucial moments of my life. The thoughts came about based on my own experiences or the discrimination experienced by others. These poems result from gaining awareness of my life and feelings and being brave to capture them in written form to be shared after living in self-doubt. As I moved into a new stage in my life, I felt it was important to share these experiences the best way I could through my art.

Never felt this way is a book to describe the author Anastasia Frangoulis emotions and feelings during the time of her past relationship and she wanted to dedicate the book to Saima Mazamble because not only does she cherish the relationship but she also will never forget her and it meant a lot to her the relationship she was in. The book is Anastasia's way to express herself and it is also for other people to relate to the story.

A lot of my sadness is contained here having lost my mother and grandmother within the same year. Although, feelings of love & happiness have still been present, looking out the windows to my soul, sadness sits on the horizon, a looming reminder of my humanity.

This book focuses on mental health and growth. It processes my trauma and pain. I hope you find some comfort in similarities and hope for a better future.
