This booklet is focused on the Iraqi constitution of 2005, which could have saved Iraq and put it on the right track as a democratic and federal country, if implemented in time. Dealing with these crucial issues could have recreated the relationship between Baghdad and Erbil, and perhaps kept the integrity of Iraq. But successive governments in Baghdad have failed to accommodate the Kurds or to persuade them to stay. Back in 2005, Baghdad tried malevolently to delay or not to implement the constitution in parallel with constantly endeavoring to diminish the Kurdish participation in federal institutions. The most important case was the distorted form of the government in Baghdad rocking between federal vs. central structure. In consequence of Baghdad¿s conduct, Kurds were deprived from their share of the federal budget, while fighting with ISIS and defeating them, facing an influx of immigrants that constitute almost 30% of their population. The converging factors finally pushed the KRG to set a date for a national referendum across Kurdistan on September 25, 2017. This referendum will give the people of the region the choice of voting for independence or staying with Iraq.

Many different watermarking schemes for a large variety of data types have been developed. However, creating a watermark for audio files that will work and be inaudible to the human ear is harder and more challenging due to the fact that the human auditory system is much more sensitive than the human visual system. In this book, an audio watermarking algorithm is proposed to embed copyright protection information into a digital audio wave file that was implemented in MATLAB. Extraction algorithm is also proposed to prove the author¿s rights of the watermarked audio signal. Furthermore, this book includes a clear definition of the watermarking technology and what differentiates it from other systems, the properties that the watermark must satisfy, types of watermarks, their applications, possible distortions and attacks that might be encountered, watermarking in spatial and transform domains, some audio watermarking algorithms and the criteria used to perform evaluation for audio watermarking algorithms. Analysis and evaluation for the proposed algorithm are also presented. This book is directed towards researchers and academics who are interested in audio watermarking.

This book intends and aims to identify the mechanisms and instruments of the EU's involvement in the peace process between Palestine and Israel and to analyze how these mechanisms and instruments could affect the peace process and the EU's role. this book explain the role of computational software used by above authorities such as LAZAR to measure carcinogenicity in different species , which gives binary results ¿Active , In active¿ , and TEST software (2016 version) to measure the mutagenicity and teratogenicity (Developmental Toxicity) in living organisms . The study screened about 180 chemicals, distributed in general chemicals and drugs. Some of them were carcinogens, mutagens or teratogens, and some had no activities as in benign molecules (Negative control). The highest positive carcinogens were recorded for toxin group (66.7%), the rest were in between.

It is designated to present the sufficient informations about the skeleton and regional anatomy of the upper limb. This book is supplemented by more than 170 pictures and labeled illustrations. Most of these illustrations are simple and line-drawn for the students to understand and re-draw if necessary. The pictures represent the human cadavers in the anatomical lab. Special interest is given to the applied, surgical and radiological anatomy of the upper limb. I hope this book will be beneficial to the undergraduate and postgraduate medical students all over the world.

Technology (infrastructure + application) becomes obsolete and people are sometime hesitant to learn new technology/method, acquire new method of keeping data. One of the most important and tedious problem confronting the human safety is landmine detection. A reviews the detection techniques of APM using GPR and Em and describes particular situations where each technique is feasible is presented. We provide an analysis for fusion based detection and classification of APM. The GPR and EM data acquisition, signal processing also include a comparative study of these two sensors with respect to signal processing and target detection procedures. The strengths and weaknesses of each of the sensors based on data capturing efficiency, overcoming environmental difficulties and sensor technology. Finally, we emphasize that a geometrical feature based sensor fusion, combining GPR and EM for detection and classification of APM may be the most effective technique. Detection of landmines using recent developments by using dual sensor technology by combining EMI and ground penetrating radar (GPR) have enabled improved discrimination against small metal fragments to be demonstrated in a test landmine field.

Polycystic ovarian syndrome is the most common cause of anovulation and female infertility. (Vincenzo D et al., 2003; Myers et al., 2005), Not only these women are infertile but also more likely they have pregnancy complications, like recurrent miscarriage. (Li TC et al., 2002) Various studies have shown that women with PCOS have increased chances of miscarriage in the first trimester pregnancy with loss rates are as high as (25-35%).
