Biométrie résiliables peuvent être une bonne approche pour répondre aux préoccupations de sécurité et de confidentialité sur l'authentification biométrique. Elle utilise des transformations paramétrées pour convertir un modèle biométrique original dans une nouvelle version pour l'authentification. La sécurité de la biométrie résiliable se cache dans la non-invertibilité du modèle transformé, de sorte que le modèle d'origine ne peut pas être récupéré. Une façon d'atteindre cette caractéristique est par l'utilisation d¿une fonction de transformation plusieurs-à-un. Dans ce travail on a analysé l¿algorithme de sécurisation de modèle d¿empreinte digitale proposé par Chouaib et al. (2014) basé sur la conversion des données biométriques en représentation de coque (shell). Cet algorithme présente plusieurs failles de sécurité, on a décrit un algorithme d¿attaque permettant de récupérer les données originales à partir de modèles protégés par l¿algorithme de coque. Cela se traduit par la récupération possible de minuties d'origine à partir d¿un modèle transformé.

Depuis plusieurs années beaucoup de travaux de recherche considérables sont menés pour analyser et perfectionner la détection radar. Cependant, la difficulté qui se pose est de trouver un algorithme de traitement qui s'adapte à une variété d'environnements. Un concept important qui est en liaison avec les propriétés géométriques d¿un objet est la géométrie fractale. Cette géométrie, qui décrit bien les objets complexes et irréguliers avec son paramètre important "la dimension fractale", a été utilisée dans la détection radar. Dans le cadre de notre thèse, nous avons proposé un nouveau détecteur radar basé sur l'utilisation de la dimension fractale, estimée par la méthode de comptage des boîtes, et adaptée à plusieurs types de clutter de mer et de terre. Le processus de formation d'une image SAR s¿effectue à partir de données brutes. De multiples d¿algorithmes ont été développés. Dans ce travail, nous avons utilisé trois algorithmes; l¿algorithme à filtrage adapté (Matched Filter Algorithm MFA), l'algorithme de rétroprojection (Back Projection Algorithm BPA) et l¿algorithme de format polaire (Polar Format Algorithm PFA) pour former des images SAR expérimentales.

The study focused on the diagnosis of gastropods and pelecypods classes species, mostly in the planktonic larvae stage, to be used as evidence of marine transgression of mid-Holocene in Southern Iraq. Three biofacies were identified depending on microfossils (planktonic larvae) primarily as well as the nature of sediments. They were defined as Biofacies1 (B1), Biofacies2 (B2) and Biofacies3 (B3). Cette etude d¿Habilitation universitaire relate nos activités de recherche scientifique consacrées à l¿étude des leishmanioses au Maroc. Nos axes de recherche correspondent aux différents maillons de la chaîne de transmission des leishmanioses. Ainsi, nous avons discuté nos résultats concernant les phlébotomes vecteurs, les mammifères réservoirs, les hôtes réceptifs, puis les risques de co-infection VIH-Leishmania au Maroc. Ce travail constitue une capitalisation d¿une longue expérience au sein de l¿équipe du Laboratoire de l¿Ecologie et Environnement (L2E), Université Cadi Ayyad, en matière de recherche, fondamentale et appliquée, dans le domaine de l¿Epidémiologie des leishmanioses. Un chapitre est consacré au Programme National de lutte contre les leishmanioses au Maroc, à la suite de quoi, nous concluons par des recommandations et des suggestions avec l¿objectif de contribuer à la lutte contre ces parasitoses au Maroc.

Le choc culturel, ce « sentiment de profonde désorientation qu'éprouvent les personnes et les groupes mis soudainement en contact avec un milieu culturel dont les traits se révèlent inconnus, incompréhensibles, menaçants » , a provoqué dans nos sociétés modernes des grandes mutations.

Diabetes mellitus is becoming a worldwide epidemic. Epidemiologists estimate that by 2025 diabetes will affect 300 million people, with about half of them from the Asia Oceania region alone. During this time, there will be three-fold increase of this disease in Asia, both in developed countries like China and India, and in the rapidly developing countries, such as Malaysia and Singapore. In the last two decades, Malaysia has undergone rapid growth, registering an improved quality of life, a reduced mortality rate, and an increased median age. Unfortunately, this great progress also makes Malaysia highly prone to the diabetes epidemic. The ratio of the diabetic patients who can achieve the target glycaemic control is varied from one population to another. This depends on many factors; the treatment and the patients compliance to the treatment are part of these factors.

We live in an era characterized by attitudes and behaviors' fluctuations. Indeed, nowadays consumers don't necessarily go to stores to buy something clearly defined. But, they go to explore, look, compare, hang out...The influence of environmental characteristics on individuals' behavior has long been exploited by architects, retailers, and interior designers. Over the years, it has become clear that environmental variables can significantly influence consumer behavior and emotions. The atmosphere on a retail space is composed of different elements that are often called "store atmospherics" such as music, scent, and colors on which the retailer should act to impact the consumers' behavior. This book focuses on environmental psychology for the explanation and interpretation of store atmospherics and its impact on consumer behavior. With a collection of empirical studies that summarizes all previous research on the influence of colors, music, and crowding on consumer behavior within stores, the book highlights the methodological challenges inherent in this field of research.

A large number of cultural practices and environmental conditions affect bulbing, flowering and seed development in onion. The main factors affecting seed yields are high temperature and water stress during pollination and seed development. The quality of seed is not good enough and most of the times there have been problems related to germination capacity of the seeds and true to typeness. The problem is further exacerbated by the short shelf life of onion seed (one year under favorable condition). Literature extolling Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) has contributed to this genre called Panegyric (al-Madih al-Nabawi or al-Madaaih al-Nabawiyya) in a big way.Odes in praise of the Prophet Mohammed(PBUH) are distinct genre of Islamic poetry, which first emerged during his lifetime and have continued after his death in 632. Notable Muslim poets who composed such works during his life include Ka'b ibn Malik, Käb ibn Zuhayr, al-Nabigha al-Jädi, and Abd Allah ibn Rawahah. After the Prophet¿s death, many poets and scholars such as al-Busiri, Shawqi, and others continued to compose panegyric poems.

This is a work on the Baghdad translation movement of medieval period which is considered to have been one of the most important translation movements in the history of humanity. Its contributions to the preservation and exchange of knowledge between different cultures and civilizations are well attested.The Baghdad translation movement, which lasted more than century of time, had an impact on the intellectual and scientific process even up to the present day. In addition, this translation movement brought together scholars from different regions, religions, and different branches of knowledge to translate, discuss and share information that would improve and impact the world we live in.

Fats/oils are integrate parts of poultry diets and their price has shown an abundant increase in the last decades due to shortage of oilseeds production in Egypt as well as the competition between human and animal. Thus, utilizing the by-products of oils/fats industry would help towards decreasing feeding costs, and reducing the amount of oils/fats used in animal production industry and this need to supplementation antioxidants in diets to prevent oxidation.

Placing Emirati nationals in jobs through Emiratisation policy has become a topic that thoroughly deserves attention. The United Arab Emirates (UAE) government has made this policy a priority. However, due to obstacles related to organisational inefficiencies and failures of leadership in public and private sectors, the policy has not been implemented to any significant extent. The purpose of this study was to investigate the current situation of Emiratisation policy, the impact of the policy on skilled and unskilled labour, and the barriers to its implementation.

Most of orthodontic treatments involve sliding mechanics particularly during overjet reduction or space closure; the major disadvantage with the use of sliding mechanics is the frictional forces resulting from the interaction between the bracket and the guiding archwire, which affect treatment outcomes and duration in a negative way. The aim of the present in vitro study was to evaluate and compare the static and kinetic frictional forces produced by a passive self-ligating bracket and a conventional stainless steel bracket ligated with two different ligation methods under dry condition.

This book reviewed forced vibrational behavior of porous nano-composite shells reinforced with graphene platelets, under radial dynamic loads. The geometry of a cylindrical shell with graded porosities and graphene platelets has been discussed in this book. Also, the type and distribution of exerted dynamic load to the shell. The material properties are dependent on the uniform, non-uniform distributions, and porosities. Description of the material properties of such nano-composites accounting for porosity and GPL content is performed via Halpin-Tsai micromechanical rule. The dynamic equations of the nano-composite shell are based on first order shell theory and a semi-analytical approach is implemented.

The aim of the study was to investigate the effectiveness of using chants/ songs and short stories in developing third primary graders' English communicative skills in Damietta governmental schools. In order to answer the questions of the study, the researcher adopted the quasi experimental approach. The participants of the study consisted of (50) pupils from Dr. Ahmed Zwail primary school in New Damietta city. The chants/songs and short stories were used with the study group in the second term of the academic school year ( 2014 ¿ 2015 ). An oral communication test of six questions with ( 30 ) items was designed to be used as a pre -posttest. The study indicated that there are statistically significant differences in mean scores of communicative skills test in favor of the post application. It also showed that there were statistically significant differences in mean scores of each of the communication skills in favor of the post application. In the light of these results, the study recommended the necessity of using children chants/songs and short stories in teaching and learning.

The steps to work in the laboratory are summarized by providing a suitable environment for sample growth and cultivation, stopping the division by using a chemical and adding a solution that causes the cells to bloom and exit the chromosomes, dye the sample and examine it under the microscope and insert the results into a computer program and analyze them using the karyotype

L'étude est basée sur plus d'une approche comme l'approche descriptive, narratologique, éducative, sociologique, neurologique et psychologique. C'est une sorte de mise en relief de la voix féminine étouffée depuis des décennies. Dans l'¿uvre de Djebar, toutes ces voix crient, écrivent, parlent, disent tout et ne cessent de décrire leurs souffrances sous l'ombre de la Virilité ou la société masculine

Dr K.M.A.Ahamed Zubair has been teaching Arabic Literature and Language in New College, Chennai, India. He has written 53 books in English, Tamil and Arabic languages, which were published from Germany, Iraq and India. His 173 research articles got published in Journals from India, Canada, Malaysia and Bangladesh. He is the editor of two Refereed journals NJAS & IJLLL.He has been popularizing and introducing Tamil Works into Arabic, and introducing Arabic works into Tami Languages.His efforts are resulted to carry out comparative studies of these two great literatures.He has given solutions to encoding Issues of Arwi, by substituting some characters in the available character set of the Unicode Consortium.He is the pioneer in popularizing and introducing the literary forms of modern Arabic literature namely Poems, short stories, Novels, essays into Tamil language.The United Nation has referred his translated poem "Gandhi" written by Ahmed Shawqi from Arabic into Tamil & Hindi languages and "Yaadum Oore Yaavarum Keelir" from Tamil into Arabic appreciated his efforts in translating this poem for the cause of Universal Peace and Brotherhood.

There are various developed instruments to assess impact of asthma among asthmatic children but few of these instruments were developed in paired versions of child and caregiver. Children Health Survey for Asthma is one of the instruments that have paired versions, parent version (CHSA) (item, n = 48) and child version (CHSA-C) (item, n = 25). The aims of the present study were to establish the validity and reliability of the Malaysian versions of M-CHSA and M-CHSA-C, to assess the effect of asthma on Malaysian asthmatic children and their parents, to present the difference of child¿s and parent¿s report about the effect of asthma on their lives, and to investigate the differences, effects and relationships of socio-demographic and medical data with the health outcomes from asthmatic children and their parents.
