Thinking of childhood as a process that is not necessarily linear, allowed me to think of the Right to Health and the Right to Education as complementary and inalienable, so that the child can reach his or her full potential. When health is interrupted, the care of that child or adolescent no longer depends exclusively on his or her family as an institution of belonging, but becomes a child approached in an interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary way. In this process, the Hospital Pedagogue will be the link between the intervening health professionals, the child, the family, the social context of belonging, towards the achievement of the future reintegration to their educational community of origin. In the integral approach to the child, the figure of the Hospital Pedagogue is part of the team of professionals who, in a subordinate and coordinated manner with the health team, in effective and respectful mutual communication, will guarantee the full treatment of the child-patient-pupil, as a full subject of rights. As adults with direct intervention with children, we must guarantee the full respect of their rights, towards the achievement of full human beings. Together we can create bonds and assume new roles.

This work is a compilation of a certain experience lived in 1988, based on a field diary of a trip to Europe. The author takes on the task of reconstructing past -and fascinating- experiences in the form of stories, where he combines memory with creativity; it is an exercise of imagination and thought, where we could say that Art is the protagonist, since this trip was a search for the genius of the great Renaissance masters as a source of inspiration, however this search found, without intending it, unique and fantastic characters, that the author himself doubts if they were the fruit of his imagination, or if they emerged from his own dreams, or if they were finally real. To read these lines is to approach the old continent from a different angle, from the vision of a Mexican who faces an imposing, dangerous Europe, jealous of its past, but which in the end, like a great lady, opens its doors to invite him to some of its deepest and most nostalgic secrets, which in literary form, the author shares with us.

Violence, due to the number of victims and the magnitude of the consequences it produces, has become an important public health problem. As a far-reaching phenomenon, it can manifest itself in all human contexts and one of these is the workplace. Several studies on the subject of violence in the workplace conclude that it is precisely workplaces and occupations oriented towards health care that are at greater risk of violent acts than others. Violence against healthcare professionals and burnout syndrome, which is increasingly affecting healthcare professionals, the healthcare system itself and, therefore, the users of healthcare services, appear to be interrelated. When the discourse of users with contained aggression or overt violence is evidenced, they refer that the trigger of their condition has been the perception of a dehumanized and undignified treatment. Depersonalization, as a result of professional burnout, increases the risk of aggression against health personnel.

Advances in technology, particularly simulated techniques, have opened new teaching-learning possibilities for nursing, which increase patient safety and improve quality care. Nursing, due to its theoretical and practical training, requires scenarios in which it can consolidate knowledge, develop competencies in a safe way and reduce adverse events. Learning strategies have gone from being the most reliable method to acquire information to being a process through which the student is provided with guidelines that allow him/her to obtain and understand knowledge for decision making and problem solving, with an active, flexible and reflective participation that favors the environment to generate commitment, innovation, safety and cognitive and practical skills.

This research explores the phenomenon of misleading advertising in the world of consumption, with an emphasis on the study of the mechanisms of legal and constitutional protection. The work, of a scientific and informative nature, is completed with a comparative study of advertising offences, highlighting their characteristics in relation to the right to information. The increase in cases of misleading advertising requires interdisciplinary legal research on advertising discourse and the application of the principle of constitutional truthfulness, in accordance with the doctrinal position of various specialists in the field. The author, in an agile and dynamic style, analyses the application of the concept of truthfulness in advertising, determining the causes that generate advertising deception. The book is completed with a study of the control measures established by the public authorities in the constitutional framework, as well as in European legislation.

The sculptor Josep Salvadó Jassans (Alforja, 1938-2006) is a key figure in understanding 20th-century Catalan figurative sculpture insofar as he is the last great sculptor of a trend initiated by Aristides Maillol and which was to determine in a crucial way the way of understanding the classical world and updating the sculptural language based on the human figure. This lineage of sculptors, among whom Josep Clarà, Enric Casanovas and Joan Rebull stand out, is characterised by simplicity of form, geometry and balance.

In recent decades, the concept of resilience has generated a great deal of attention and research in the field of Social and Human Sciences. This perspective is recognised as valuable for its possible applications in the field of health, prevention and education, as well as a theoretical contribution for the elaboration of strategies to be developed in the family, school and community spheres aimed at recovering the health, dignity and human condition of people immersed in situations of adversity. Resilience is emphasised as a product of a dynamic process between protective and risk factors, which can be built, developed and promoted from the family, the school and the community. In modern democracies, the construction of a public agenda involves the media's influence on public opinion and the latter's influence on the evaluation of mass communication policies. In this sense, attitudes have been studied as indicators of audience persuasion or dissuasion. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to specify a risk communication model considering attitude models related to the processing of information about public agenda items.

With a surface area of 306 Km2, the Réghaya watershed is located in the High Atlas of Marrakech and is considered one of the most important sub-basins of Oued Tensift, one of Morocco's major water reservoirs. Unfortunately, this area is highly fragile and vulnerable to natural conditions and human impacts. The present study, entitled "Low-water levels in the Oued Réghaya watershed: determination, extraction and analysis", falls within the context of extreme events and phenomena, in particular the hydrology of low-water levels, which is part of the water scarcity problem. The hydrological regime of the Oued Réghaya is characterized by the succession of two periods: a high-water period starting in February and lasting until June, and a low-water period starting in July and lasting until September. To characterize the severity of low-water periods statistically in our study area, we used series of hydrometric data based on low-water indicators defined by the pair (flow, duration), such as the QMNA and the VCNd, to obtain the characteristic low-water flow value.

The practice of archaeology and epigraphic research in the Sahel region in pre-colonial and colonial times was put to the service of colonization by French politicians, military officers and ecclesiastics alike. Some explorers called for the use of ancient stone for modern construction and encouraged the transfer of Sahelian heritage to foreign museums. On the other hand, colonization also benefited archaeology. Despite the damage and destruction of Sahelian heritage, these colonial explorations - especially the production of staff maps - not only had the merit of uncovering sites, monuments and epigraphic documents, but also of enacting laws for the conservation, safeguarding and restoration of certain monuments. It is thanks to these laws that the catacombs of Hadrumète have been saved, that the amphitheatre of El- Djem is still standing, and that the other antiquities of the Sahel remain safe from the vagaries of time and modern construction.

The high school technical courses at the IFMG - Ouro Preto Campus receive students mostly from schools in the region that falls within what has been described as the Iron Quadrangle. Primary education, which is the responsibility of the municipalities, does not have good quality indicators, as is well known. In the case of IFMG's Ouro Preto campus, in the first grade there is an effort to make up for students' deficiencies in order to level out the classes and prepare them to continue the course, since the demands in the following grades are greater. As the quality of primary education worsens, the difficulties of technical courses increase, and teachers of technical-technological subjects are obliged to take part in the effort. From this need came the proposal to research a teaching method capable of tackling the teaching gap by reinforcing the methodology currently applied, but shifting the focus of the process to the student. And along the way we came across Problem-Based Learning - PBL, which proved to be a method perfectly adaptable to the reality of technical courses due to the balance it promotes between theory and practice.

The book deals with the study of the civil service and its law. Indeed, in every country, the civil service is subject to regulation. The civil service therefore has its own law, laid down in the laws of every country. This specific and special law requires the administration to respect the rights of civil servants, but also requires them to respect their obligations towards the administration. This book is aimed at all current and future civil servants, whatever their country. The civil service is divided into several hierarchies, each with its own specific legal status. Every civil servant is bound to be in one of these hierarchies. The book will also help us understand the meanings of civil service concepts such as corps, grade, job, cadre and career, which are sometimes confused in everyday life. The book covers civil service regulations from recruitment, through the performance of duties, to retirement and beyond. Any civil servant will be interested in this book to find out about his or her legal position.

In Singa Leão Pura Cidade, we tried to take a different approach to the theme of mixed race and Lusodescendence, aiming to understand images and stereotypes built, over the years, about these communities and also to perform our own approach to our space of analysis: the Lusodescendant community of Singapore. We have detected, at first, the emergence of a community which, from the ethnic and linguistic point of view, has the sea as its cradle. We then proceeded to an analysis of the Portuguese views on these Lusodescendant communities in Southeast Asia, particularly Singapore, thus glimpsing the successive dominant currents in the way of experiencing a space and a community and guessing details of the political and cultural contexts in which the works were produced. Starting from the idea of the Culture of Discovery, we took into consideration the creation of a discursive body of knowledge about the Orient. On the other hand, for an analysis of the community's life unfolding, as well as for a better view of the traces of its current identity and the presence of a Portugal in the eye, we used two types of instruments: autochthonous texts and questionnaires.

The semiotics of religion is the study and interpretation of signs in religious practices and experiences. Signs are not understood as fixed equivalences or correspondences between signifier and signified; on the contrary, they imply more complex cultural relationships. The semiotics of religion is a semiotics of culture, because religion is culture, just as communication and signification are culture. This book is the study of the communication systems and sign structures that support religious experiences, cults, rites, beliefs and practices about transcendental entities. It is the application of semiotics to religion, to systems of signs and their uses and meanings within structures of signification, with cultural elements that define a religion, its beliefs, practices, expressions and productions of meaning and processes of semiosis or semiotic ideologies with implications for the meaning of life and ways of seeing, thinking, feeling, acting and representing reality. Religion is a semiotic phenomenon because it is based on signs, representations and processes of signification and cultural construction of the world, without which there could be no religion.

The most representative type of violence at the national level is domestic violence, however, for years, men have been considered as the generators of violence, leaving aside the fact that both men and women can be victims of mistreatment by their spouses or partners; the literature reviewed for this study deals mostly with violence against women, with few documents on violence against men. The mistreatment of the partner towards the man has often been conjugated under threats of abandonment and separating him from his family such as his children and his material goods, many of them do not take responsibility and attribute their fault to their partner, the man in this sense takes the blame as his own and feels that it is just the mistreatment that he is receiving. Many of them do not separate from their wives because of their children, for fear of losing them and above all that their mother will turn them against them and end the good relationship that exists between them. Violence against men is hidden and under-recorded in Ecuador, which is why this study is being carried out to raise awareness and promote gender equality.

The quest to identify the applicability and effectiveness of Environmental Education (EE) activities in different fields of activity leads us to visualise their strengths and weaknesses. The main aim of this study was to discuss the effectiveness and applicability of formal and non-formal environmental education through the perceptions of environmental educators. It also sought to encourage the development of studies that create tools to evaluate the effectiveness of environmental education, with the aim of improving its applicability in all sectors. This was a quantitative study, associated with the interpretation of data collected using a semi-structured questionnaire. It was concluded that, in general, there is still a long way to go for environmental education to be effective. Not only in the academic debate, environmental education must prioritise criticality and pragmatism so that it can be transformative and emancipatory in all the fields in which it operates.

The security of the nation is a valuable element immersed within the essential purposes of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, however, it is a shared responsibility that requires the participation of all the citizens that make up the country. The general objective of this work was to propose strategic actions to guarantee the security of the Nation in the Venezuelan territorial border with the Republic of Colombia. For the realization of this study, a field research was considered, supported by documentary sources, with a qualitative approach, which allowed the construction of the theoretical foundations that supported the pre-established categories and subcategories. Regarding the collection of verbal information, the semi-structured interview was applied due to its conversational nature that refers to questions that allow reflecting the complex links and relationships of reality. With respect to the instrument, the interview script was elaborated, with the purpose of going beyond what is observable, do, feel or think the four key informants of the investigated object.

The persistent confusion between the work of the psychoanalyst and the psychiatrist will be a recurring theme both in the cultural field and in the field of health, being witness of this important and great confusion this theme will have as a cardinal point the purpose of polishing two basic concepts of both disciplines which are the concept of symptom in psychoanalysis and the concept of disorder in psychiatry. Knowing the difference between the two concepts is crucial for the health professional of any speciality, as both have different approaches and treatments for the subject. Bibliographic analysis will be an indispensable tool for this work, as we will be looking for writings that are sometimes old as well as current; in this way we will be able to clearly appreciate the similarities and differences between the concepts of both disciplines and not only that, but also appreciate the approach and treatment that each discipline gives to the subject, contributing to reduce the confusion between both disciplines.

I set out to study the Control of Constitutionality by observing the tensions it produces between the different powers that represent the State, since the consequences of a declaration of unconstitutionality of a law or an act of the executive branch are not innocuous. My hypothesis is that tensions are inevitable and that this control, in practice, ends up consolidating a judicial supremacy. I chose the period 2005-2015 because of the multiplicity of public disputes that occurred. Finally, in order to investigate whether the tensions were due to the way in which the control of constitutionality is exercised, whether they could be avoided or whether they were part of the institutional dynamics of democratic life, I began with a historical and comparative study. Once I had situated the control of constitutionality, I introduced myself into constitutional interpretation and the assignment of meaning by situating the judgement as a narrative. Finally, as a novelty, in order to observe judicial interpretation, I analysed the "Halabi" ruling from a logical-normativist perspective, by means of the legal syllogism and from a narrativist perspective.

This text is a systematisation of experiences that emerged as a degree project. Its objective is to learn about the process of building political subjectivity and its relationship with emotions through the process of the Jesuit Refugee Service (JRS) group at the José María Vélaz Secondary School in Suba, during 2017. Three semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted with three eleventh grade students who have belonged to the JRS group for a year or more, and who have attended and participated in most of the sessions and activities organised. It was found that for the students the emotions generated by their context are the ones that incite their transformative action as agents of peace.

Research has been devoted to the relationship between financial system activity and economic activity in different markets, including Brazil. There are arguments in favour of this relationship in both directions. Brazil has a strong tradition of financing productive activity through the banking system. Despite the progress made by the Brazilian economy in recent years and the strengthening of the capital market since the 1990s, the financing of Brazilian companies is still heavily based on the banking system. This paper studies the evolution of the Brazilian financial system, with an emphasis on the current strengthening of Financial Services Distribution Channels (FSDC), specifically the Non-Bank Correspondent segment. Combining the study of the financial system with the propositions that financial activity is capable of stimulating economic activity, this study aims to analyse the evolution and performance of Non-Banking Correspondents (a type of CDSF) and their possible capacity to stimulate economic development since they act in the intermediation of financial services and the granting of consumer credit.
