I consider this to be an exquisite book, the first of many, an achievement that came about through hard work and rigorous bibliographical research. In this book, play is shown to be of paramount importance for education, its aspects need to be discussed and its applicability too, which is why this work aims to make the reader reflect on the child's childhood and what is important for it. It is worth pointing out that all well-intentioned and well-managed play has a lot to teach and, for a child, it is essential to work on the playful aspects, without losing, of course, the intentionality. This is how you learn without even realising it. For those interested in play and its effects on early childhood education. May children continue to be children and develop in the best possible way.

Raid Jabbar HABIB the Iraqi playwright, poet, critic and writer invokes a peculiar phenomenon in French-language literature. This Iraqi, born in Baghdad in 1973, seems to be trying to build his own bubble, a universe of his own, a colorful, fertile and prestigious universe through French literature, his favorite intellectual domain:"Something leads me to believe,That I have a new bubble,In my life".Touched by French literature and his diverse readings, he decided to walk his literary path in the same footsteps of those writers he loved so much. His literary work reflects a serious scope, both cultural and symbolic.

The results of the application of the subcritical water hydrolysis technique for the utilization of lignocellulosic residues from pea (Pisum sativum L.) shells to obtain reducing sugars are presented. To this end, the combined effect of the factors temperature, reaction time, pressure and water/lignocellulosic material ratio, managed in ranges established from preliminary runs, was evaluated. The experiments were performed in a batch reactor and the heating was carried out in a furnace. The presence of reducing sugars was quantified using the DNS technique.

This paper analyses the case of the revocation of pre-adoptive guardianship due to the repentance of the biological mother-father in the light of the legislation, doctrine and the principles that regulate the institute. A detailed description is made of the legislation defining the analysis of the legal institute of adoption considered as an institution of private law founded on an act of will of the adopter and born of the decision of the judge, by virtue of which a relationship analogous to legitimate filiation is established between two persons. The analysis of national, international and provincial jurisprudence, in addition to the definition of the rules of comparative law, makes it possible to establish the bases that support the possibility of revoking the guardianship of the child due to the repentance of the biological parents, in the face of the rights of the adopting family and the conciliation of the best interests of the child.

THIS BOOK HELPS TO CHANGE THE WORLD. It is incoherent from every point of view a world system that already consumes 2% of the global GDP in military expenses, another 5% in corruption, another 2% in money laundering, another 2% in tobacco, another 2% in drug trafficking and another 2% in cellular telephony (15% of the total GDP in superfluous expenses)... While it refuses to contribute a 2% fund to Save the entire Planet... The UN Program for the Environment (UNEP) advises to allocate 2% for the green economy... what are we waiting for?! With these funds it will be possible to allocate an annual budget of 500 billion USD to end world hunger, pandemics and mitigate extreme poverty. It will also be possible to activate a program of planting 30 billion trees (kiri) per year to capture CO2 in the trunks to later bury them and return this greenhouse gas to the subsoil and return to 350 ppm free in the atmosphere. As well as switching to hydrogen and electric cars, accelerating fusion reactors, decontaminating the oceans, saving Amazonia and recovering fishing grounds, fighting world corruption, drug trafficking, trafficking and terrorism.

It is a book with great connotation within the framework of the logistics application for companies that have long worked empirically and now apply the technique for economic development and resource optimization is what is intended with this writing, in addition to giving a defined process of how to carry out each of its activities, in order to also gain competitiveness at the international level.

The aim of the research is to draw up guidelines for diagnosing and qualitatively assessing the effectiveness of environmental education projects developed by governmental and non-governmental organisations operating in Curitiba. The methodology used was qualitative and descriptive. Three institutions that carry out environmental education projects in Paraná were selected, two public bodies and one NGO. A project was chosen from each of them for analysis, and in-depth interviews were conducted with the professionals responsible for the respective projects. The results indicated that quantitative evaluation methods were prioritised and the interviewees pointed to the difficulty of measuring subjective aspects as the main complicating factor in including quality aspects. Guidelines for qualitative evaluation were proposed, emphasising the need for the project manager to have contact with the population in order to access the subjective and cultural aspects that characterise qualitative evaluation, and the opportunity for the community to decide on relevant issues and seek solutions that suit the reality they experience.

Terrorism from its origin has formed very strong links within the Latin American region, and its purpose is to cause horror, consternation and death within the countries that make up the region. Year after year terrorism has been internationalized to the point of having joint trainings between terrorist groups. The mutations of terrorists and their increasingly sophisticated strategies allow them to evade governmental controls, making counter-terrorism efforts ineffective. In the development of this book we will compile the origins, events and current events of terrorism in Latin American countries.

This book focuses on the analysis of telework and the participation of workers in technology. Both aspects are related to technology and work. Telework appears in the 80's of the twentieth century in an economic context presided by the decentralization and outsourcing of economic activity. In this context, telework will become a useful tool for the business world, as an alternative to traditional work, by facilitating the flexible production that governs the current international economic landscape. Regarding the participation of workers in the technology of companies, it should be said that this has been an objective long pursued by those since the Industrial Revolution was implemented. Since then, the impulses to democratize work have not ceased to happen, so that today participation is present - in its various forms, intensities and spheres - in most companies in Western countries, despite the obstacles of all kinds that have tried to stand in the way along the way.

Human ageing has gone through different stages of treatment, given the progress of humanity and the transformations that have taken place within families, becoming a serious challenge in contemporary times and a growing social problem, an object of concern for society as a whole, especially for the elderly themselves. In view of this, it is essential to improve the care provided to this age group, as well as to broaden the discussion around old age in order to better understand the ageing process, with the aim of preventing violence and family abandonment, seeking to meet the needs of the elderly.

In Europe, it seems that the transcendence and significance of the existence of the EU, as a successful result of the integration processes of the ECSC and EEC, is not appreciated in its real dimension. The EU represents -for humanity- the greatest economic and political legacy of the 20th Century, coming from leaders such as Schuman, Adenauer, Churchill and others; who, in a visionary way, worked to unite the European family in an environment of peace, solidarity and prosperity; for this reason, they are called "Fathers of Europe" and of the "EU". The EU is a dream come true, achieved with greatness of spirit, weighing the past and looking to the future; and, thanks to its integration, Europe, as never before, has been enjoying peace for 74 years. Like all great human works, the EU also has detractors, skeptics and discontented people; this is the case of the Brexit Pact that seeks the exit of the UK from the EU, when the ideal would be to join the European family as Churchill "Father of the United States of Europe" would have wished. Moreover, the EU is the image of Europe in the world and an example of growth and joint development in a context of peace and solidarity among its peoples and with the world.

The development of new Nanomaterials based on hybrid materials is of high interest and impact in several areas of Science due to their large number of applications depending on their composition. In the present book, the design and synthesis of hybrid silica nanocomposites with luminescent properties enhanced by Fluorescence Resonant Energy Transfer (FRET) mechanism and their application to the bio-labeling of cyanobacteria is presented. In particular the study of these Bio-structures is related to a high Clinical and Environmental Interest. Since they possess weak luminescent properties, Energy Transfer processes between Nanoplatforms and Cyanobacteria, such as Bio-FRET mechanisms, were studied. In this way, synthetic luminescent properties were generated and evaluated by Fluorescence, Fluorescence Laser Microscopy and Flow Cytometry with Laser excitation and Fluorescent detection.

Clinical simulation has been highlighted as a didactic and pedagogical methodology that promotes learning in health sciences students. In the same way, the evaluative practice is established as a strategy that projects to transform knowledge and promote learning in simulation, contemplating competencies in knowing how to be, knowing how to know and knowing how to do, allowing the student to have an approach to the field in which he/she will work, by means of analytical, critical, procedural and ethical tools corresponding to the nursing discipline. The book has three chapters that bring together tools for teaching practice, evaluative instruments, non-technical competencies such as leadership, and strategies to empower their skills in the simulated classroom, as well as allowing reflection on evaluation and its contribution to the institutions.

The theme of the book was the sad reality of the crime of trafficking in human organs and tissues in Brazil. An extremely thought-provoking topic, but one that is difficult to access. The aim of this work was to investigate, through bioethics, which legal and criminal asset is protected in the prohibition of trafficking in human organs, as well as the relationship between art. 149-A of the Penal Code (trafficking in persons) and art. 15 of Law 9.434/97 (Transplant Law). It discussed the permitted and prohibited types of organ transplants in Brazil. In addition, arguments were presented about the possible decriminalisation of the conduct, as well as its impact on the Brazilian health system. The crime was analysed through the lens of bioethics and its principles, as well as the doctor's conduct and responsibility for committing or participating in the crime of trafficking and trading in human organs. I invite the reader to take a look at this interdisciplinary investigation and wish you all a good read.

Parents have a legal right of enjoyment over the property of their minor children. This right, which is a usufruct, belongs to the parents in their capacity as legal administrators of their children's property. This means that parents receive the income from their minor child's assets, and are responsible for his or her upkeep and education. The father or mother, who has a legal right of jouissance, has the rights and powers of the usufructuary to manage the minor's property. He or she can therefore benefit directly from all rents, farm rents and profits from a business or company.This is why the legal administrator who opens a bank account in the minor's name and manages the account, can withdraw the funds deposited there alone and benefit from the interest on the capital and premiums. This freedom of management is such that it has been ruled that a bank has no obligation to inquire about the destination of funds withdrawn by the legal administrator from the minor's account.

This book presents a compilation of texts that invite us to (re)think teacher training based on reflections on the use of digital information and communication technologies to foster the teaching and learning process. The articles deal with different theories and practices, addressing higher education training processes and innovative pedagogical and methodological proposals. In addition, the studies discuss the contributions and limitations of information technology in the training of subjects in the contemporary world and the need for scientific literacy.

The articulation between theory and practice is an essential link in the development of psychoanalysis. Recovering this relationship, especially with regard to the formulation of the concept of "transference" based on Freudian clinical experience and its Lacanian (re)reading, is strategic for understanding the limits and scope of the analyst's work. As an imperative for the functioning of the analytical device, the transference is the phenomenon that best represents the compulsory link between praxis and episteme, acting in the establishment of the device as a technical-theoretical instrument to be considered in the direction of treatment. Taking the Freudian elaboration of the concept of transference as a triggering element, this book presents some reflections on the phenomenon, its possibilities for interlocution and developments. It starts from Freud's theoretical-clinical elaboration towards Lacan's reinventive purification.

This work is the result of long studies in the field of environmental education, with environmental perception as the main methodological tool in the studies. This research began during my undergraduate studies with the aim of understanding how the most diverse audiences (students, teachers, environmental police officers, visitors to conservation units, settlers) perceive the environment and what their future actions/perspectives are in favour of a more sustainable environment.

This book presents a study subsidised by sociolinguistic theories that deal with the possibilities of changes in Portuguese language teaching. The methodology used was a bibliographical review based on primary sources. The aim is to understand how sociolinguistics can contribute to less prejudiced and exclusionary mother tongue teaching. When a particular language variety is chosen to become the official language in a country with several spoken languages, the others become the object of prejudice and exclusion. Sociolinguistics aims to broaden students' knowledge of the different ways in which language is used, providing reflection and rejecting linguistic prejudice.

The theme of this book is Theology of Mozambique's liberation history 1962 - 1992 and its aim is to build a theology based on the history of Mozambique in this period or to understand how a theological approach can be taken to the history of the people of Mozambique in the colonial and post-colonial context. In 1498, the Portuguese occupied Mozambique with the main aim of exploiting its riches (gold and ivory). During this period of history, Mozambicans lived under the yoke of slavery, oppression and slavery. Various forms of exploitation were used, from xibalo, forced labour and the commercialisation of slaves. But the Mozambican people have always spoken out against the occupation of their land, through localised revolts, in companies, in the fields and in other activities and circumstances and places, in the fields, for example, they boiled the seeds so they wouldn't germinate, painters and writers used their art to awaken nationalism, religions prayed for the end of colonialism in Mozambique.

Platonic solids are five geometric bodies that share a set of similar geometric characteristics. They are also called perfect solids, Platonic polyhedra and cosmic bodies, among other names. Platonic solids are regular and convex polyhedra and include: tetrahedron, cube (or hexahedron), octahedron, dodecahedron and icosahedron.This work presents analytical demonstrations of the formula for the area and volume of Platonic solids. The main objective is to show several demonstrative variants of area and volume, while recognizing that the study of the different techniques and methods of demonstration allow the application of the calculation of area and volume to the resolution of practical problems that arise in various demonstrative situations of mathematics. It should be noted that these forms of demonstrations are based on the common basic properties of Platonic solids. On the other hand, the concept of area and volume is generalized to several closed figures, thus allowing a better understanding of these concepts to be built through other teaching and learning strategies.

This scientific paper deals with the details involved in the doctor-patient relationship, with special reference to the formation of nosological diagnoses. The evolution of the social bond involved between the aforementioned actors will be demonstrated, focusing on the determining reasons for the deterioration of the fiduciary relationship between doctors and patients, which eventually culminated in the high numbers of lawsuits being filed in the country, in a phenomenon known as the judicialization of medicine. The legal outline of the medical obligation and the consequent successive legal duty of responsibility will be debated, dealing with the hypotheses of non-compliance with the legis artis of the medical profession regarding nosological diagnosis. Next, the views of various professionals on what are known as professional errors, popularly referred to as medical errors, will be exhaustively discussed, embracing their doctrinal classifications and the forms and reasons involved in their occurrence. Special focus will be given to the conceptual determination of the nosological diagnosis, as well as the possibility of violations during its production procedure.

I dedicate this study to all the people who, directly or indirectly, deal with preventing the use of narcotics, including professors from a wide variety of fields, health professionals such as doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers and, most importantly, nurses. The kidneys excrete the end products of metabolism and excess water. These actions are essential for controlling the concentrations of various substances in the body and maintaining an approximately constant electrolyte and water balance in the tissue fluids. The kidneys also have endocrine functions, producing and releasing erythropoietin, which affects the formation of red blood cells; renin, which influences blood pressure; 1,25-dihydroxycholecalciferol (the metabolically active form of vitamin D), which is involved in controlling calcium absorption and mineral metabolism; and various other soluble factors with metabolic actions. Chronic renal failure is the loss of kidney function, in which the body fails to maintain metabolic and hydroelectrolytic balance, resulting in uremic syndrome, which is characterized by a set of signs and symptoms in the patient, and is therefore a major public health problem, with a negative impact on the quality of life of its sufferers. CRF can be treated with peritoneal dialysis, hemodialysis or kidney transplantation.

In a society increasingly marked by violence and crime, the result of deficient public policies and government strategies that prioritize private interests over the common good, addressing the issue of human rights and public security is of fundamental importance for understanding the dynamics of society itself. In this sense, the study of this topic aims to analyze the relationship between the Democratic Rule of Law, Public Security and Human Rights, with police activity as the main parameter, in order to objectively present the concrete problems that revolve around the relational aspect existing between these entities, giving greater emphasis to the dialogue on the importance of the application of Human Rights, based on legal-doctrinal foundations for the construction of citizen policies of Public Security, concerning Brazilian democracy.

This text, which is part of the field of Cultural Studies, aims to analyse the ways in which the book of chronicles The Efficiency of Disability acts pedagogically towards people who live with people with Down's Syndrome and how this book represents the identity of the special dancer. The main aim of this study is to show how the special dancer is represented through a normalised identity in the narratives and how the book A Eficiência na deficiência acts in people's lives as a cultural pedagogy. This research is justified by the fact that the subject proposed here is of great interest to education and Cultural Studies, as it presents a person with Down's Syndrome who becomes an efficient dancer. The methodology is based on bibliographical research using the book Efficiency in Disability and theoretical texts dealing with representation, identity, disability, efficiency and cultural pedagogies. The results of this work show the ways in which the young Lili has acquired to incorporate a "normal" identity through her efficiency, undergoing various changes.

In this work, we have developed the understanding that psychoanalysis can contribute to the educational environment, because we understand that it is through the study of the functioning of the persona and its mental processes that learning will truly take place. According to Freud, human beings live in a constant struggle between their internal forces, governed by the pleasure principle (id) and the external forces of value judgement (superego) under these desires. The school environment can provide children with the development of balance. It helps with the various types of thinking (practical, cognitive and critical), as well as enabling children to develop their emotions in a balanced way.

This book deals with the importance of poetic language as a means of human communication and interaction, its presence and resistance in contemporary times, especially in urban and human spaces. Because it verifies the place of poetry in a consumerist society, marked by the word and the media image, the study reflects on basic notions such as communication, poetics and poetry, mythos and logos, space, place, urbanity and contemporaneity. With the aim of bringing knowledge closer together, the foundation is based on theorists from communication, philosophy, linguistics and sociology, without neglecting poetic productions; we therefore mention Ciro Marcondes Filho, Aristotle, Heidegger, Morin, Huizinga, Kristeva, Maillard and Flusser as the main ones, as well as Italo Calvino and his notion of the ideal city. In order to deal with living poetry in the city, we present here an interpretative reading of an urban poem inscribed on the staircase leading to the National Theatre in Brasilia.
