The monograph is devoted to a comprehensive study of geodynamic processes of the Earth surface by satellite methods (GNSS observations, satellite interferometry), including: analysis of mining and geological and mining engineering conditions of field development and previously performed instrumental observations (high-precision leveling, seismic monitoring). The algorithms of GNSS observations and space images processing by satellite radar interferometry methods are presented. Verification of satellite interferometry results with instrumental observations is performed. The present work combines data from different sources and helps to achieve a more complete understanding of the nature of deformation and subsidence in the field.

Antibiotic treatment must be rapid and effective, and must not depend on the results of additional tests, especially in the case of severe forms. Knowledge of the various clinical and biological features of severe rickettsial disease will help guide the diagnostic and therapeutic strategy aimed at improving prognosis.

With the concept of liquidity increasingly present in a society that is plural in ideas and opinions, brand discourses play a fundamental role in understanding and contextualising fashion today, as well as mapping emerging socio-cultural behaviours. Through the synthesis of visual language and coolhunting - as an ethnographically-inspired research modality - this research presents a comparative methodological case study approach that aims to contribute to the areas of Fashion Branding and Trend Studies. The aim is to consolidate knowledge through an analysis based on the intersection of two approaches: analysing visual languages, based on the Linear Model for analysing brands (Oliveira, 2015), and analysing socio-cultural trends. The results of the study presented here confirm the relevance of combining the two areas and suggest potential for generating strategic solutions, as a contribution to new approaches to analysing and managing brands.

The book outlines the tasks and functions of the Fund for Ameliorative Improvement of Irrigated Lands, which is currently lacking in the structure of the Ministry of Agriculture. The objective necessity of ameliorative improvement of irrigated lands is substantiated, international experience of ameliorative improvement of irrigated lands is studied. Prospects of agricultural melioration development, characteristics of the current state of reclamation of irrigated lands are analyzed. Problems in this direction have been solved and the efficiency of measures of reclamation of irrigated lands has been evaluated. This book set out to explore and understand the contextual factors (macro, meso and micro) that favour business success in Africa; it identifies the economic sectors of choice for successful investment; it describes the regulatory, normative and cognitive institutions that favour business. Due to the emergence of the information and knowledge society - characterised by the increasing use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and the management of large volumes of information -, where the main source of production, power and wealth is information, computer science has emerged as the science responsible for studying the automatic processing of information. The subject of Statistics within the syllabus of the Computer Engineering degree is important because those who master this content will be professionals who are characterised by avoiding subjective speculation and providing solutions based on data, having clarity about the processes of data generation, synthesising information from large volumes of data. Achieving statistical thinking in students is a complex task, which, due to its importance, begins in primary, secondary and pre-university education and continues in university education.

Pollution of wastewater by heavy metals is a public health problem that calls for appropriate solutions from environmental protection authorities. The use of apatitic supports for the liquid-solid extraction technique is an effective way of decontaminating effluents loaded with heavy metals.Our study concerns the extraction of Cu2+ ions from aqueous solutions diluted with an apatitic tricalcium phosphate (TCPa)-based support, at room temperature and atmospheric pressure. The results obtained show that :- Extraction kinetics are relatively rapid.- Cu2+ ions are extracted with a good yield R>95%.- Cu2+ ion binding capacity equals 0.75 mol Cu/mol TCPa.- Total purification of a 6.35 ppm copper solution is achieved with a small amount of TCPa, m = 60mg.

Dealing with the constitutional state is gratifying, but at the time of preparing the subject it seems correct to link it to the legislative perspective in accordance with the following problem: Can the Mexican state adapt to a level where its constitution is fair, is configured according to recently formed parameters, achieves its aims, satisfies its needs, inspires confidence, and tends towards ever better development, from a legislative origin? And based on this approach, the answer is affirmative in the sense of the great responsibility that lies with the legislative powers to promote changes, increase the life of the State, define its elements; since the balance of the perfect symbiosis that exists between these elements must be attentive to the changes.For this reason, the present work aims to create an outline for a transition in the model of the Mexican state, and how a series of legislative reforms could lead us to a possible change or approach to this specific end.

Crying is a normal response of the child, if excessive it may be infant colic. Diagnostic tests depend on clinical guidance and treatment consists of exclusive breastfeeding, hydrolysed formula and the use of probiotics, allopathic drugs (herbs), and even massage and acupuncture, which is under discussion. The prognosis is excellent.

Every person who is immersed in a criminal proceeding needs to be tried within a reasonable period of time; however, at present it represents a challenge for our Courts of Justice, due to the existence of several factors of different dimensions that cause its contravention; therefore, we are honored to present this research whose purpose is to establish the objective and subjective factors that concur in the violation of the principle of reasonable time within the Criminal Courts, based on an analysis of our legal-procedural reality.

DRAWING INSPIRATION FROM VERY DIFFERENT PRACTICES - YOGA AND MEDITATION, FOR EXAMPLE - ITS ULTIMATE GOAL IS SELF-REALIZATION AND A HARMONIOUS RELATIONSHIP WITH THE WORLD.

Climate change and climate variability modify environmental conditions, generating extreme weather events that affect agricultural production in the Flat Plain Homogeneous Environmental Unit (Department of Río Cuarto, Province of Córdoba). In order to face these events and reduce the vulnerability of production systems, it is necessary to generate adaptation strategies. The purpose of this work is to climatically characterize the study area, identify variables that affect the resilience of corn farmers to the occurrence of drought events and determine indicators to evaluate their resilience.The characterization of droughts in the study area was carried out using the Standardized Precipitation Index (SPI) and the Standardized Evapotranspiration and Precipitation Index (SPEI), both showing a negative trend for the winter and breaking points in the trend in 1995, suggesting greater severity of agronomic and hydrological droughts from that time on.

The aim of the work is to screen and evaluate postural disorders in young athletes practicing an asymmetrical sport according to a cross-sectional study carried out in the physical medicine and functional rehabilitation department of the military hospital of Tunis, during the month of January 2016. including 14 handball players who had a postural assessment on a WinPosture-type platform. The average age of our athletes was 21.92 years. 03 players presented clinical symptoms resulting in back pain. On the morphostatic examination, 06 athletes had an asymmetry of spinal statics. A scoliotic attitude was found in 04 athletes and true scoliosis in 02 athletes. Classical podoscopy showed foot impression disorders in 7 cases with hollow feet in 4 cases and flat feet in 3 cases. The instrumental evaluation of balance on the Winposture platform showed a static lowered S surface when closing the eyes in 06 handball players. A retropulsion of the center of pressure and a lateralization to the left in the majority of handball players.

Reflection on the way in which human beings develop their knowledge has been one of the fundamental pillars of philosophical thought throughout its history. In this context, one of the most relevant aspects has to do with the structuring of the concept of science. From the Greeks to the contemporaries, postulates have been provided in which answers from different positions are evidenced in an attempt to respond to such interesting questions. Under this panorama, the philosopher David Hume develops an impeccable postulate on human nature. Based on his philosophy, the aim of this paper is to demonstrate the existing relationship between knowledge and morality in people from the conception of "habit", showing that this is a disposition that is created in our mind from the repeated experience of something. More than reason itself, in Hume's view habit or custom is the guide of human life, the basis of our causal inferences and our expectations of future events.

This book that I am making available here is a compilation and reprint of articles published in specialised journals that were not of general circulation and scope. It is written in chronological order that corresponds to the dates of publication and follows the development of the writing around the work of a multifaceted thinker, Enrique Pichon-Rivière (1907-1977), who was able to dabble in psychiatry and psychoanalysis as well as in art, literature and tango. Here I take as an object his theory in order to make an epistemic re-reading around various factors that constitute his work, such as: ontology, epistemology, semiotics, the constitution of the subject, politics, the social in the conformation of the subject and a large etcetera.

This work deals with the development of web-based software to train the visual acuity of assessors with or without experience in the process of assessing the incidence and severity of plant disease lesions in certain crops. The proper training process for the evaluator requires standardized methods for quantifying the area damaged by the plant disease, seeking to minimize subjectivity in estimating the severity of plant diseases by training the evaluators' precision and accuracy. The severity variable is considered the best parameter to reference the damage caused by plant diseases to leaves or fruit and the diagrammatic scale is considered the best alternative to help assess plant disease lesions. The importance of adequate visual acuity training is directly reflected in efficient data collection that can determine the disease progress curve, serving as a parameter for the most appropriate management for effective disease control on the crop.

This book, which brings together thirteen articles, is a meticulous approach to some of the different realities that formed part of the extensive history of ancient Egypt. Religiosity, myth, plastic and literary arts, as well as history, are the fields of knowledge that galvanise the themes of the book. The aim was to structure a didactic, sober and solvent proposal that would be within the reach of the interested, educated reader, eager to learn, as well as to gain knowledge of one of the most relevant civilisations of the ancient world.

Corporate trainings are practical educational models that seek competitiveness and continuous improvement of the executive. The training needs of companies have exceeded the traditional educational offer for many years, the training programs offered by universities are no longer enough, companies are looking for more practical and flexible models that easily adapt to their objectives. That is why they have created and promoted their training areas to develop internal programs, even large corporations have their own corporate university which is nothing more than a training strategy for their human talent in this new context of globalization. However, it is important that these educational models guarantee a balance in the training process that meets the objectives and expectations of all its protagonists, not just one of them. This is a challenge that the university must assume in its new role in executive education. This text proposes the design of an integral educational proposal for corporate training that is approached from different learning environments.

In this work, we propose a routing protocol based on clustering (IGP-C protocol) with the aim of extending the lifetime of wireless sensor networks while optimising other resources (memory and processor). The simulation results obtained show that the IGP-C protocol offers better performance than other protocols proposed in the literature. It allows a better distribution of energy, memory and processing capacities of the cluster-heads and reduces the number of solitary clusters as well as the number of iterations. In addition, the proposed routing strategy, built around the clustering algorithm, is efficient because it reduces the data transmission delay and thus extends the lifetime of the network. Another contribution was presented in this work. This consists of applying a cooperative MIMO strategy to a hierarchical routing protocol. The cooperative strategy adopted has extended the lifetime of the nodes and guaranteed the stability of the network.

Dengue infection is a systemic disease, where some patients manifest infiltration of blood plasma into the interstitial space, thrombocytopenia and haemorrhagic manifestations; this severe syndrome is called dengue haemorrhagic fever. Haematological findings include increased haematocrit, thrombocytopenia, prolonged bleeding time and increased prothrombin time. Temperature returns to normal when capillary infiltration occurs. The purpose of this work was to demonstrate the synergism between platelets and the phagocytic-mononuclear system during dengue virus infection in school children. Through a prospective, descriptive, longitudinal study in school patients diagnosed with dengue. It was shown that during the febrile stage, there is greater cellular activity between platelets and monocytes, with an increase in TNF-alpha, and there is a relationship between this and the systemic effects during the clinical course of the infection. The conclusion is that platelets cooperate with the phagocytic-mononuclear system in the control of viraemia, and is a link between innate and adaptive immunity for a neutralising response.

Observing, analyzing and learning were the premises that led this research project whose objective was focused on determining how transition teachers implement pedagogical strategies in their classes to stimulate the development of the communicative dimension through meaningful learning that is transferable to their reality. This proposal was structured based on a qualitative research process and phenomenological method, which allowed the application of data collection instruments, in order to obtain elements that were interpreted through the use of a data analysis strategy, as the main instrument to review the school context during the implementation of the project; observing and studying through these, the contribution of the participants of this research experience, to then perform the analysis of the data and thus be able to know the impact of the project.

The intangible cultural heritage of the Uzbek people has been polished by the centuries-old past and is valued as an important subject for deepening democratic reforms and developing civil society. The Uzbek people have made a significant contribution to the development of world culture and at the same time developed using universal culture. Of course, this is based on the cultural heritage of the Uzbek people and its immortal samples. Just as the more we know, the more we realize how much we do not know, the more we study cultural heritage, the more we understand its essence. Not studying cultural heritage means that you have a ready-made treasure in your hands, but you are not using it. Hence it is clear that any wealth is worthless if you don't use it, if you don't know how to use it. Therefore, learning about our vast treasure and applying it in all spheres of life will be our ladder to the future.

The art of caring does not involve omnipotence, but rather sensitivity and the capacity for psychic involvement. Based on this concept, it is possible to state that at various points in their life trajectory, the subject may recognise the absence of their full health. Therefore, the general aim of this study is to understand and discuss the influences of mental illness on the health of carers. It is understood that carers also suffer from the reflection of these situations in their occupational and personal lives, as they invariably withdraw from social relationships due to lack of time and physical strain. The study revealed that the most common symptom among carers, and the most noticeable, is stress, which can sometimes trigger other pathologies such as depression. Twenty books and 30 scientific articles were researched - Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO), Virtual Health Library (BVS), Electronic Periodicals in Psychology (PESPIC), among which approximately 15 books and 10 articles were analysed, on which this study was based and the results discussed.

Despite regional diversities, the use of medicinal plants in Europe is very rooted in tradition. Each of the great herbalist traditions has developed an original doctrine to account for disease. The aim is to generate subsidies for a proposal aimed at energy production through decentralisation, generating fruitful results in the supply of renewable energy, sustainable residential energy consumption, the labour market and environmental maintenance. As a result, the aim is to demonstrate that photovoltaic solar energy is the technology best suited to the country's current needs and to the guidelines and laws in force, showing the proportion of possible gains between them and their relationship with economic, social and environmental impacts.

Transdisciplinarity is a new scientific, cultural, social and spiritual approach. As the prefix "trans" indicates, it is concerned with what is at the same time "between" disciplines, "across" disciplines and "beyond" any discipline. Its aim is the full understanding of the present world, for which one of the imperatives is the unity of knowledge. It can be defined as the recognition of the interdependence between all aspects in reality. The academic world, the world of sciences is currently the world of autonomous and isolated disciplines. However, due to its dizzying progress and the proliferation of corresponding technologies, the complexity of problems is leading to the approximation and reconstruction of the association between disciplines in different degrees, from the simplest (monodisciplinarity) to the most complex (transdisciplinarity). In other words, it is an integrating tendency, capable of creating bridges between disciplines, a common ground for dialogue, exchange and interconnection. The word transdisciplinarity was first used by Piaget in 1970.
