My book is based on my doctoral dissertation "Problems of sustainable development of the agrarian sector of the economy of the Kyrgyz Republic: theory, methodology and practice", which I defended in 2020. Sustainable development of each individual sector of the economy is an important part of the development management system of the whole country. In 2017, the share of gross output of the agricultural sector of the KR economy or agriculture, forestry and fisheries, calculated by value added, amounted to 12.9%. More than 633.3 thousand people or 26.8% of the total active population are employed in the agrarian sector of the KR economy. 65% of the population lives in rural areas of the country, while part of the urban population is also involved in agricultural production. The agrarian sector of the Kyrgyz Republic remains one of the most significant sectors of the country's economy and a factor of its production. It has an important socio-economic significance, supplying agricultural products to the domestic market of the country and for export, as well as providing the population with sources of income and employment. The choice of the topic of our research is conditioned by the increasing urgency of the problem of development of the agrarian sector of the KR economy.

We must refer to the statute of limitations in criminal matters, which constitutes a limit to ius puniendi, a limit that the states themselves set. The statute of limitations cannot be conceived of as a right of the person responsible for an offence, but as a self-limitation of the punitive power of the state. This affirmation is evident in that the statute of limitations cannot be waived for the accused, as the political-criminal grounds for the statute of limitations, of a social order, are above the interest of the accused in proving his innocence. In practice, the statute of limitations is an institute that releases the responsibility that arises from the commission of the crime, through the passage of a certain period of time that ends the right of the State to impose the penalty. It is a cause of extinction of criminal liability that acts after the commission of the offence, extending over the penalty. Non-applicability of statutes of limitation can be perfectly explained from a conception of criminal law as a necessary instrument to preserve a certain social order, when it comes to crimes such as those against humanity, as their prosecution and punishment continue to be necessary as long as the perpetrators are alive.

The ontosemiotic approach provides a pragmatic anthropological perspective on mathematical knowledge and proposes three dimensions in the analysis of mathematics teaching and learning: epistemological, cognitive and instructional. Didactic appropriateness is a theoretical tool born within the ontosemiotic approach, which provides a framework for the reflection on the teaching and learning of mathematics.and learning of mathematics, and the improvement of its quality at the educational levels. In this way, research on activity design, analysis of classroom experiences and analysis of didactic resources has been emerging. In this paper, we intend to present an approach in the construction of a general guide of epistemic suitability indicators around probability, specifically the Central Limit Theorem. All this for its possible application by teachers as an instrument of reflection on each teaching experience in higher education.

Advances in computer technology have enabled the development of new tools to support surgeons in the field of medical imaging and computer-assisted surgery. These tools assist the physician in the diagnosis, planning and execution of the surgical intervention. Among them, the neuronavigator stands out as a state-of-the-art tool that has replaced traditional procedures in many hospitals around the world. The present research is based on the need to generalize this procedure throughout the country. This work is focused on solving the problem of increasing the spatial information received by the surgeon with respect to the patient's anatomical information in the planning stage. The objective is to implement a software component for the surgical planning tool of a neuronavigator that is capable of visualizing a 3D volume reconstructed from the patient's DICOM images.

Beyond the beauty stereotypes that are supposed to be covered, overweight and obesity are public health problems that involve a high economic cost, since the high costs of chronic degenerative and incapacitating diseases that this physical condition entails have to be solved. For this reason, the methodology of questioning premises and discrediting beliefs arises as an intervention protocol for women with obesity who present binge eating disorder. The methodology was created by Alba Gloria, who after years of work in the therapeutic space and following a systemic methodology, concluded that these people, from within the family, learnt forms of interaction that allowed them to develop this medical condition as a form of adaptation, taking into account that adaptation is not necessarily healthy.

A descriptive, retrospective, cross-sectional study was carried out in the orthopaedic service of the Hermanos Ameijeiras Hospital, from May 1, 2005 to April 30, 2015. With the aim of characterising the behaviour of knee prosthesis failure in patients operated on for gonarthrosis. With a sample of 26 patients. The female sex predominated with 21 cases for 80.8 %. The mean age was 72 years with a standard deviation of 7.56 years. The most affected knee was the right knee with 14 patients (63.8%). Prosthetic failure appeared with an evolution time between 1 and 5 years represented by 46.2%, finding that smoking was an important risk factor followed by obesity and diabetes mellitus. Aseptic failure predominated. Prosthesis replacement was the most frequently used procedure.

This paper is on the subject of "The Interference of Echuwabo in the Production of Written Texts in Portuguese Language Classes: The Case of Students in Class 10, Class C, Day Course, at the Eduardo Mondlane General Secondary School, Quelimane City-2018". The problem raised seeks to find out to what extent the Echuwabo language interferes with written production in Portuguese, taking into account that in Mozambique it is the language of instruction and the second language of many Mozambicans. The general objective is to understand the phenomenon within students, in terms of their "writing" skills. In order to carry out the work, we used the bibliographical method and field research, which allowed us to collect data from those surveyed. The ethnographic method, applicable to sociolinguistic studies, was used as the method of approach. As for the approach, the research was mixed, since it merged mathematical and non-mathematical languages. The objectives were descriptive and exploratory. Descriptive because it also describes the characteristics of 10th graders and exploratory because it did not require the formulation of hypotheses to be tested.

This work was born out of the encounter between a profound theoretical question and concrete problems experienced by companies of different sizes and in different sectors. It is part of the general issue of performance management. Indeed, the question of performance management has given rise to much debate among researchers in the management literature (M-J. Avenier 2009; Meyssonnier 2009; Bourguignon 2005; Lorino 2013; ...).In this respect, the aim of the present work is to capture corporate performance by starting from the responsibility centers that contribute to its realization. Indeed, all centers are expected to contribute to the performance of the entire company. More specifically, the aim is to propose an approach for measuring and evaluating the contribution of responsibility centers to corporate performance.

The research responds to a current problem of the Second Cycle Secondary School "Sto. Agostinho" of Huambo, Angola: the methodological preparation of teachers for values education from the school-family-community link. It is presented a strategy based on a model that contributes to the methodological preparation in the harmonic procedure between families and other community agencies for the education in the socio-community altruism value. Theoretical, empirical and statistical-mathematical methods were applied to facilitate the collection of information, the design of the construct and its implementation in practice in a satisfactory manner. By means of the experts' criterion, the result of the research was evaluated as feasible, which was introduced in a partial way, through a pedagogical pre-experiment, where the potentialities it has to solve the scientific problem of the research were validated.

Companies should perform with the appropriate technical support and tools designed for this purpose, a diagnosis of their current and prospective situation, their organizational performance. The purpose of this diagnosis is to identify the capacity to face risks and reduce uncertainty, to define the strategic and management projects to be carried out for at least a prudent period of time, in which it can be concluded that the financial information and reports have been prepared under the going concern or going concern hypothesis.

Analysis of the Initiative to enact the Federal Law on Telecommunications and Audiovisual Content "In favour of convergence" The need to move to a new model for viewing and using ICTs for the benefit of communication and our interaction with society. There are very important challenges that must be addressed by governments for the benefit of society and to generate incentives that make it possible to receive better services and high quality content.

Following the oil crisis in the 1970s, there was a search for alternative energy sources in Brazil. In this context, biogas has emerged as a promising source of energy for various uses. The aim of this book is to propose replacing private vehicle fuel with gas generated at sewage treatment plants in the municipality of Palmas, TO. It was necessary to quantify the flow of biogas generated at the Sewage Treatment Plants, in addition to quantifying the company's fleet for subsequent conversion from conventional to alternative fuel, in suitably adapted vehicles. The system's efficiency in removing COD ensured the stable generation of biogas and, consequently, methane gas, with an average of 717.84 m³CH4/day at Vila União and 423.04 m³CH4/day at Prata, characterising an excellent alternative for use as a vehicle fuel.

Brazilian municipalities gained autonomy when they were recognised as federal entities in the 1988 Constitution, expanding their powers and obligations. However, local governments, especially small ones, have a low tax collection capacity and become financially and economically dependent on the federal government and the states as they need to provide more and more services to the population. The Jequitinhonha Valley region has a predominance of small municipalities in which these conditions prevail, permeating a situation of fragility and need. Only intense local economic development can influence the public finances of small municipalities, insofar as it leads to an increase in local government revenue and favours the dynamism of activities.

This paper is a study devoted to the expression of impersonality in Spanish and French. The main objective is to detect differences between the two languages when expressing impersonality. Not all the possible linguistic resources for expressing impersonality in both languages have been treated, but the following constructions have been dealt with: the periphrastic passive, the reflexive passive, impersonals with se and other phenomena relevant to the topic. In French, only the voix passive, the pronominal impersonnel and the pronoun on have been analyzed. After the presentation of all the constructions, a comparison between the two languages has been made. The practical part consists of the analysis of a corpus of 120 collected abstracts, 61 of which are in French and 59 in Spanish. The analysis has been carried out on the basis of different guidelines, but the main objective will be to verify the hypotheses put forward in the comparative part.

This book presents the development of a tool for finding textual continuities in text files. With this tool, it is possible to find the number of words in a text, or a set of repeated words, according to the user's selection. The creation of mechanisms to automatically analyse textual documents in order to compare the information contained in them is presented.

The main purpose of the monograph is to assist future specialists in solving the tasks of information and management activity. This monograph reflects the results of the research, which are denoted by in-depth clarification of the essence and structure of the concept of "information-management competencies of a master", scientific substantiation and definition of theoretical and methodological foundations of the process of development of information-management competencies of future specialists, conditioned by the requirements of modern education (approaches, principles, conditions, methods, technologies), determination of optimal conditions for improving efficiency, identification of ways to ensure the improvement, p The results of the study can also be applied in the system of professional development of heads of educational institutions.

The present research aims to validate the Sternberg-Wagner Questionnaire of Thinking Styles, in order to have a clear and precise scale that adjusts to the Peruvian reality. Robert Sternberg, the creator of the Mental Self-Governance model, is one of the main promoters of the renovating movement of the study of human intelligence as seen from modern cognitive psychology, and his scientific contributions have focused on the creation of a new method and approach for the understanding of human intelligence. Given the complexity of his theoretical proposal, three new directions in the investigation of intelligence and cognitive styles could be basically derived from the present study. First, to have a clear and integrated conception of intelligence with valid instruments to measure it. Second, to review and properly manage the instruments that measure intelligence, aptitudes and styles. Third, develop new teaching and assessment strategies that fit the styles of students and professionals in the workplace.

Recent studies have shown that although the symptomatology does not become apparent until four weeks after childbirth, this mood disorder begins to occur during pregnancy; it is called peripartum depression. This is why early detection is the responsibility of primary care health professionals, since they are the ones who will establish a close therapeutic relationship with pregnant women and their families.

In the current era, work stress has become one of the most common and highly relevant diseases for the health of people, companies and society in general. This non-experimental quantitative research, with a cross-sectional methodological design and correlational level, seeks to identify the perception of the employees of a logistics company (Blu Logistics) regarding the meaning they give to their daily work and the strategies (noological resources) that they have to face the adversities that arise in their daily work performance, In this way, the causes that generate stress in the analyzed employees and, at the same time, the consequences that this situation generates in the internal processes of the company, in the health of the people and in their environment, besides proposing the different existing coping strategies to counteract this delicate disease and, in turn, contribute to improve the quality of life of the employees.

We are born of water, we live with water and we die for lack of water, as Jacques Collin once said.Who would have thought that fatigue, lack of energy, hypercholesterolemia, obesity, osteoarthritis, high blood pressure and premature aging could also be caused by a chronic lack of water in the body? Practice shows, however, that these and many other disorders can be effectively prevented and cured by rehydrating the body correctly.

This text includes the configuration of administrative processes that promote the initiation and training of sports in rural contexts, and how, from an organisational perspective, it can be positioned and developed in the sporting and educational sphere, specifically for a municipal sports body. This study allows contributions aimed at the planning of a municipal model of sports initiation and training centres with the empowerment of the qualification of the human talent available, creating an educational project with a biopsychosocial sense in the implementation of the sports initiation and training centres, the identification of necessary improvements in the physical infrastructure and access to it for its adequate use and the financial resources to guarantee its permanence over time. Finally, an outline is given of how to advance processes of institutionalisation and financing that ensure the permanence over time of the schools of initiation and sports training based on the formulation of municipal public policies and also with processes of permanent qualification of the personnel involved in them.

The paper summarises theoretical and conceptual issues related to two central phenomena in today's economy. The first is the so-called "External Constraint on Economic Growth" or "Balance of Payments Constraint". The second phenomenon is that of international capital movements ("Financial Flows"), one expression of which is "Capital Flight". These cross-border flows have grown very significantly since the beginning of the 21st century. These two issues are the subject of extensive theoretical and empirical analysis, and constitute structural problems of Argentina's economy. In these pages we seek to describe, distinguish and analyse theoretically and empirically the relationship between both phenomena: External Restriction and Capital Flight.

The importance of writing in a student's life is essential not only for their school career, but also for their effective participation in the social world. Despite the undeniable importance of this language, Brazil is still a country with serious educational problems, with thousands of children and adolescents experiencing serious difficulties in acquiring this content, which involves a highly complex process. This process requires students to have resources such as interest, attention, self-esteem and persistence, among others, which are linked to motivation to learn. This variable, in turn, has been pointed out in the literature as an aspect of great importance for school learning, as was analysed in this study, which sought through psycho-pedagogical work with students diagnosed as having difficulties in writing, to work not only on this school content, but also on motivation to learn, demonstrating at the end of the work that it was an important link between the two.

Didactics is anchored in the training for teachers and deals with questions of teaching and learning. Educational processes require didactic knowledge and skills. As a rule, teachers first deal with general didactics in the planning and implementation of lessons. Didactics issues are currently also concerned with topics such as educational and school development, quality assurance and performance comparisons. Digital didactics, didactics of age education in lifelong learning and examination didactics in the form of the increased importance of the multitude of certifications are becoming increasingly important.

One early morning at the beginning of 1799, a group of gendarmes at the service of the Spanish crown brutally broke into the house of a citizen of La Guaira; after savagely beating him, they interned him in one of the dark dungeons that the Spanish colonization kept in that port city on the southern coast of America, in what today is Venezuela. Shortly thereafter, after a summary trial, the man was condemned to be dragged out of prison on the tail of a pack beast to be taken to the gallows. Subsequently, his head would be cut off to be taken in an iron cage to the port of La Guaira and exposed on top of a 30-foot beam; his body dismembered, and each of the quarters, exposed in similar conditions in the emblematic sites of his action. Why so much cruelty? What was this man's crime?

This research was carried out in the Business Unit Base Muebles Imperio Guantánamo, with the objective of designing a Performance Audit procedure, which allows the evaluation of economy, quality and services. Chapter I deals with the conceptual environment of performance auditing, definitions of different authors, types of audits and their classification. Chapter II elaborated and applied a methodological proposal through inherent risk assessment and control procedures and a performance audit program, which include economy, efficiency and effectiveness indicators and allow measuring the management of production and services in the Imperio Guantánamo Furniture Base Business Unit. This allows reaching Conclusions and Recommendations that synthesize the research results, in addition to the Bibliographies consulted.

There has been little empirical or theoretical research on the effects of priming on the phenomenon of inattentional blindness. Although there has always been an ongoing debate focusing on the effects of priming on social psychology and decision-making and how attention is affected by numerous conditions, few, if any, attempts have been made to describe and analyse the relationship between priming and attention, more precisely inattentional blindness or change blindness. The aim of this work is that, by means of an experiment carried out with students of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, an attempt was made to answer the question "is there an influence of the priming effect on inattentional blindness? From this it was intended to determine whether priming a content related to a changing stimulus reduces inattentional blindness. The author will learn about the different types of priming that exist and how to use them in everyday life, as well as the theory behind great experiments and demonstrations in marketing, persuasion and influence.

The regime of the public force, which is made up of the personnel of Officers, Non-Commissioned Officers, Agents and Members of the Executive Level of the Military Forces or the National Police, belonging to a special or exceptional regime, contemplated in article 279 of Law 100 of 1993. Far from giving favourable and generous treatment to this group of people due to the high risk activity they carry out and in many cases are subjected to exhausting and long working hours, they do not have the possibility of accessing the right to the Substitutive Indemnity or Refund of balances contemplated in the general Pension regime, due to the non-existence of these legal figures in its existing regulations. Therefore, by virtue of the principles of favourability and equality, through the jurisprudence of the high courts, the obligation of the pension administrators has been established, to give full application of the rules that are more favourable to the worker, member or beneficiary, in equal cases and situations that do not have the minimum guarantees established in the general pension scheme enshrined in Law 100 of 1993.

Comprehensive patient care is complex. There is no proven curative treatment, which requires continuous preparation of medical and nursing personnel to perfect the care that these patients require.Currently, one of the challenges facing Nursing as a profession is the production and consolidation of its own knowledge, which allows personnel to strengthen their autonomy and improve the quality of care they offer to individuals and groups in the community.

This research aims to evaluate the performance of all those employees who have been trained in Six Sigma and Red X Shainin methodologies for structured problem solving in all departments in an assembly plant of Electronic Components of Mexico in the city of Reynosa, Tamaulipas. The frequency of the use of structured problem solving methodologies in their daily activities will be analyzed, and also, through this work it will be understood if there is any significant factor on the part of the trained employees that causes them not to use structured problem solving methodologies.
