The transport of oil and hazardous and noxious substances by sea is a global problem in that it affects the safety of human life, the safety of navigation, the integrity of property and interests (ships, cargoes and freight) and the preservation of the marine environment and its animal and mineral wealth. It is therefore clear that this industry is potentially dangerous and creates casualties located either at sea or on land. The primary, and at the same time ultimate, objective is SAFETY. To address and achieve this we turn to technology, navigational science, naval architecture and legislation. Legislation arises in the domestic order and international production, being its framework very broad: administrative, planning and police, civil and commercial, criminal and environmental, coexisting Public Law with Private Law, that is to say, State intervention and the autonomy of contracts.

Urogenital fistula (UGF) is an abnormal, congenital or acquired communication between the urinary tract and the female genital tract, classified according to anatomical location and organs affected. The aim of this work is to analyze the profile of urogenital fistulas in all its epidemiological, etiological, diagnostic, therapeutic and preventive aspects, in order to plan a better management of FUG according to the literature and the latest recommendations.This is a retrospective descriptive and analytical study of all patients treated for FUG at the Urology Department of Fattouma Bourguiba University Hospital, Monastir, over a 35-year period.

The study analyzes the political possibilities of a key public health strategy: Primary Health Care and examines the specific role it plays in the system of social control, in the shaping of subjectivity and social habitus in relation to the political objectives of the State. To this effect, it describes the mechanisms for collecting information on individuals, families and groups; it investigates the process of searching, collecting and processing data; it analyzes the role of the community both in the monitoring of individuals and in the production of desirable behaviors for the State. It explains the implications of the system, the effects on individual and social habits under the discourse of healthy life and finally, glimpses the possible lines of escape.

The text is aimed at physical education teachers in general and in particular at teachers in special schools and inclusive centres where schoolchildren with disabilities are enrolled, practitioners, spectators and lovers of adapted sport, as well as all those who are directly or indirectly involved in the process of educational care for schoolchildren with special educational needs associated with disability.

This research article is approached from the perspective of positive psychology in the field of work and organisational psychology, taking up contemporary authors such as Seligman, Salanova, Peiró, Bauman, Blanch, Rentería and classics such as Marx, Garder, Foucault, From, Weber, among others.It seeks to carry out a historical, systematic and methodical bibliographical review of topics of scientific interest for the Psychology of Organisations and work, describing the conceptions of work, the need to promote happiness at work in organisations as a positive psychological state in the collaborator, strengthening the engagement so that work has as meaning and sense a positive psychological state that leads to job satisfaction, loyalty, loyalty of the collaborator and the effectiveness and productivity in the organisation (Salanova, 2009).

Nowadays, in the global economic scenario, it is becoming increasingly common to carry out financial analyses of the profitability, control and development of their enterprises, and such analyses are of fundamental importance in order to see new prospects for growth and solutions to problems. Financial analysis aims to study the viability, profitability and stability of a business or project. With this in mind, this study analysed the cash flow, profitability and liquidity indicators of Natura Cosméticos S/A in 2009, 2010 and 2011 to answer the research question: "What is the relationship between cash flow and profitability indicators at Natura S/A?". The methodology was based on bibliographical studies, websites, articles and periodicals. The nature of the work is quantitative and qualitative, and the research is classified as exploratory and descriptive. Therefore, it is concluded that cash flow does not always accompany the growth or decline in profitability, and that low cash flow does not always mean a loss, or high cash flow, profitability.

What is Morin's conception of science and reality? What does Morin mean by complex thinking, or, to put it metaphorically, if Edgar Morin questions the structure of the edifice of classical science, what is the structure he proposes and on what does he base it? In order to answer these questions, the aim was to analyse and understand hermeneutically and critically the two aspects that are considered most fundamental in relation to Edgar Morin's complex thought, namely the epistemological aspect and the ontological aspect. In other words, the present work, more than showing some strengths, seeks to demonstrate the weaknesses of the author of the Method in the two points mentioned above that are the ones that order the exposition; where the approaches referred to epistemology are found in what Morin calls the knowledge of knowledge, while the ontology of complexity is clearly expressed, in his theme on the noosphere.

In this collection on the knowledge and practice of resident nurses in relation to cardiovascular problems in health care, the papers discuss the perspective of sick people, nurses working in health services and experiences of successful educational practices. In today's digital communication landscape, social networks represent an important communication channel for brands. The general aim of this research is to understand consumer perception of luxury fashion brands' social media posts. Specifically, the following dimensions were analysed: information, word-of-mouth, trends, personalisation, interactivity, brand value and purchase intention. Using the quantitative method, two quantitative studies were carried out based on a questionnaire survey, with the instrument based on the model by Yadav and Rahman (2017). In Study I, the aim was to analyse the consumer's perspective on the publications that luxury fashion brands make on social media. In Study II, the aim was to analyse the profiles of social media users of luxury fashion brands.

Big Data is a phenomenon with growing repercussions in the world of law and, in particular, in the regulation of Data Protection. Organisations must become aware not only of the legal obligations currently in force, but also of the myriad of duties that will be progressively consolidated in our legislation. This implies accepting the paradigm shift implied by regulatory self-regulation and the implementation of a series of active responsibility measures that safeguard the fundamental rights of the individuals concerned and avoid the risks to which mass data processing in the cybernetic environment exposes them. Thus, this paper aims to offer a clear vision of this new reality, focusing the issue on Big Data technologies, and highlighting the challenges that remain in relation to existing needs and other legal systems in our environment.

What do students graduating from public secondary schools want? Immediately entering the labour market, or continuing their studies? Despite the expansion of access and places on offer at secondary schools in recent decades, it is not possible to talk about a true democratisation of this level of education, since exclusion happens within the system itself, as the literature points out, where privileges and exclusions are found to be strongly associated with the social origin of the students. In this context, the concepts of sociologist Bourdieu, such as habitus, cultural, economic and social capital, appear in this study as facilitators in the search for an understanding of how these inequalities are established and how the expectations of students completing this type of education are formed.

Progressive Sentence Regime: recognising the conditions of access and permanence; tensions in situations of confinement. Boulogne Sur Mer Penitentiary Complex, Mendoza. This research is aimed at identifying the conditions of access and permanence in a context of confinement and how these conditions affect the fulfilment of the Progressive Sentence Regime. Talking about situations in a context of imprisonment can refer directly to the struggle for the defence of the human rights of persons deprived of their liberty, carried out within the framework of a strategy in which the Inter-American system for the protection of human rights is involved.

This research was motivated by the need to promote learning assessment practices associated with Laboratory Activities (LAs) in chemistry teaching, which are process-oriented and not just result-oriented. Thus, the main aim of the research was to understand the perceptions of teachers and students about the conditions necessary for the learning assessment practices associated with the LAs in the LEQ course to promote relevant learning for future chemistry teachers.

The purpose of this work is to understand the relationship between educational supervision practices (PEP) and teachers' attitudes towards the class visit (VC). The study showed that, firstly, PEPs favorable to the resolution of the object of VC such as the use of an observation grid known to teachers and the provision of relevant advice contribute to explaining the positive attitude teachers with regard to VC. Secondly, it showed that PEPs favorable to the satisfaction of the interpersonal relationship such as the involvement of teachers in the organization of VC, exchanges between supervisors and teachers before the activity and respect for practices in terms of interpersonal relationships contribute to explain the positive attitude of teachers towards VC. Third, research has shown that motivating PEPs such as respecting deadlines in information and transmission of VC reports, valuing teachers' successes, taking into account the context in criticism contribute to explaining the positive attitude teachers with regard to VC.

This study aims to create an exercise program for the development of coordination skills in children aged 9 to 11 years in the soccer academy "Madrigal", thus giving solution to the problem raised, using field exploration and descriptive types of inquiry, also implementing the techniques and tools for data collection such as the survey to coaches, the interview for 1 manager and conducting the Illinois agility test aimed at the 15 players aged 9 to 11 years, showed as a result the low level of learning in the coordinative capacities that the players have in relation to the technical fundamentals in soccer including the implementation of didactic resources, training and knowledge of diverse variants of exercises by the coach that allows the players to have a significant learning, concluding with the thought that if the player does not carry out a correct development of his coordinative capacities tends to diminish his level of learning with respect to the technical fundamentals of soccer.

I analyse all the stages prior to the filing of a complaint of gender-based violence within a family, as well as the consequences that necessarily arise from such a complaint. I refer to real cases of gender violence and the provisional solutions provided by the courts in this area. I detail and develop essential proposals for the resolution of cases of gender violence from the perspective of Truth, Justice and Law.

This book offers a conceptual journey through the current philosophical discussion on the origin and development of human cognition. The book explores, through the two most important philosophical currents of today, namely phenomenology and logical analysis, the most appropriate ways of understanding the possibility and operability of the agential intelligence of individuals in the world; confronting, if you will, the primacy of the mind over the body or vice versa. The author develops new ideas through which to offer a new perspective on the problem and to reframe the mind vs. body contest. Among these ideas, drawing is presented as a paradigmatic case for inquiring into the intentional possibility of action by showing the cognitive mechanisms of consciousness in relation to corporeality. Thus, we witness for the first time a phenomenological description of the essence of drawing. The book ends with a discussion on artificial intelligence and the development of future artist-machines, in which an objection from the phenomenology of drawing is put forward that provides clarity on this highly topical subject.

Like other research in the social sciences, research in the field of textbooks has increased dramatically over the last twenty years. Despite this, there is still much to be done, especially in Secondary Education. In Navarre, the situation is not very different, as this line of research is very little developed. For this reason, the aim of this paper is to contribute to the study and analysis of some textbooks on the History of Navarre. In addition, the aim is to examine the most modern textbooks to see if they are really more useful than the old ones, and in this way to check whether we have made as much progress as we think when it comes to producing school textbooks.

A study aimed at verifying the Effects of the Protein incorporation rate in the ration on the growth rate of local breed chicks (Gallus gallus domesticus) reared in Kindu (DRC) was carried out from December 15, 2021 to September 15, 2022. The aim of the study was to evaluate the growth performance of local chickens reared and fed in an improved system in Kindu. To achieve these results, 90 local chicks were reared at the station on a variety of feed formulas with different protein contents. The results showed that:- the high-protein ration had a positive impact on the growth of the young birds; - the chicks fed a high-protein ration performed better than those fed a low-protein ration such as TI.- The evaluation of the economic profitability of the activity shows that the TN birds had a higher profit margin after the sale than those from other batches (TI and TS). This means that the incorporation of protein in the ration improved the profitability of the farm.

The aim of the research was to propose teaching tasks based on the interdisciplinary relationships between Basic and Organic Chemistry with subjects of the professional profile in the degree of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Husbandry. The empirical methods used were interviews with teachers of Basic Biochemistry, Biochemistry and Metabolism, Pharmacology, Animal Nutrition and Food Hygiene subjects taught in the higher years of the course, as well as the criteria of different authors and researchers based on the literature review carried out. It is concluded that the contents taught in the Basic and Organic Chemistry programme have the potential for students to establish interdisciplinary relations and integrate knowledge with other disciplines in the degree programme. The teaching tasks proposed were based on the interdisciplinary relations between Basic and Organic Chemistry and subjects of the professional profile of the veterinary doctor, and the evaluation of the criteria of specialists demonstrated the relevance of the proposed tasks and the possibility of their application in educational practice.

The Human Being, Artificer of His Own Development is a way of contextualising Human Talent Management - GTH from the individual to the workplace where work is identified as one of the means by which man can develop his capacities, relate to others and, in turn, generate new knowledge that leads him to recognise, in a conscious way, what he can give as a person and as a fundamental part of the company's processes and not only see himself as something else that is part of production. Interpersonal relationships make the individual manifest his qualities in each of the facets that intervene in the relationship with society and show his behaviour towards his family, his friends, his work environment or his work. One of the ways to generate change and, at the same time, flexibility at work is when the worker and the company recognise what each one of them really has to fulfil within the organisation. For the same reason, here you can find different spaces that, day by day, the Human Being has experienced being "the architect of his own development", without knowing it.

The research work presents a review and bibliographic analysis of gender violence against women, as it is a problem that affects the whole of society and occurs at all levels and in all social contexts. As it is a social problem and as it damages legal assets such as the life, physical and psychological integrity, patrimony and economy of women, and given the high rates of violence against women, international organisations have established that States must establish a legal procedure to comply with their duties to prevent, investigate and punish all types of violence against women. Although through the application of Law 348, mechanisms have been established for prevention, protection and care, the State has not applied scientific criteria to improve the treatment of women victims of violence, nor has it raised awareness, raised awareness and trained all public servants in a formal and serious manner.

Prematurity is responsible for high neonatal morbidity and mortality. The aim of this study is to set up an epidemiological surveillance system for prematurity in the Sétif region. A longitudinal survey was carried out on all premature babies registered in Sétif, supplemented by a case-control survey to study the various risk factors. The incidence was 3.9%. Risk factors included a history of premature delivery, rural habitat and inadequate prenatal surveillance, multiple pregnancies, cervical incompetence, placenta previa, premature rupture of membranes, hypertension and anemia. Morbidity was dominated by infectious complications, metabolic and respiratory distress The mortality rate was 10¿ i.e. one neonatal death in two was related to prematurity. The causes of death were respiratory distress, infection and asphyxia. Better monitoring of pregnancies, regionalization of perinatal care and the creation of level III neonatology units, would reduce the morbi-mortality linked to prematurity.

Bone marrow transplants are the treatment of choice for many malignant and non-malignant diseases, such as leukemia, bone marrow aplasia and immune deficiency. In Tunisia, only allogeneic or allograft transplants are performed between a recipient and an HLA-identical donor. Such geno-identical donors are found in the siblings of patients who are candidates for BM transplants. Donors are first selected on the basis of histocompatibility class I (HLA-A and B) by serology. This is followed by PCR-SSP or PCR-SSO for HLA class II typing of the recipient and any compatible donor. Given that all the HLA typing kits we use are of low resolution, a microsatellite screening approach has been developed. HLA typing is completed by genotyping a panel of 4 microsatellites covering the entire HLA region. The study of haplotype segregation using this panel in the various family members of a candidate for OM transplantation enabled us to highlight genetic or CO recombinations in the HLA region.

The generation of waste from the construction industry, a reflection of population growth, changing habits and intense consumption, has been a cause of great concern to the world, since natural resources are finite and nature cannot absorb the exorbitant production of waste generated by society. In the city of Manaus, environmental problems, especially those related to construction, are no different from the rest of Brazil. The rubber boom at the end of the 19th century and the establishment of the Free Trade Zone in the 1960s were responsible for the growing population migration to the capital, thus boosting the growth of the construction industry and the generation of its waste. The aim of this book is to demonstrate the current scenario of construction waste management in the city of Manaus, from the perspective of sustainability, based on data collected from the Secretariats and public administration bodies, through bibliographies, as well as on construction sites, verifying the current situation of the final destination of construction waste, and what sustainability practices have been adopted.

According to the original definition made by Tamsley in 1935, "an ecosystem is a network of plant and animal species in equilibrium in a given region of the world, interacting with the environment". This balance is maintained through a process of self-regulation (biological equilibrium). Human interference in natural systems tends to degrade them, due to alteration of that balance (e.g. deforestation of the Amazon). In this text, the biological concept of ecosystems is analysed by linking it to human social systems. In this way, the ecosystem view of society would represent a new framework, an ideal to be followed, perhaps a utopia. However, a utopia does not mean an impossible dream, but rather an idea, which at present may have difficulties to be realised, due to the (usually irrational) blockages imposed on human thinking. Social responsibility, according to Davis and Blomstrom, can be defined as "the obligation of decision-makers to take actions that protect and develop social welfare as a whole, along with their own interests".
