The subject of this study was the factors that determine the non-application of the Entity Principle by entrepreneurs in the auto parts industry in the city of Montes Claros/MG. The aim of the study was to identify these factors and analyse them. To achieve these objectives, the data collection instrument chosen was the questionnaire. Initially, the study conceptualised fundamental themes such as the accounting entity, the entity principle, commerce, the business management process and difficulties in company administration. Subsequently, the data obtained was presented and analysed, and it was found that 60% of those surveyed did not apply the Entity Principle in the management of their businesses, and that among the greatest difficulties causing this behaviour are the high tax burden and the high rate of default.

This research is motivated by the conditions of uncertainty that characterize today's economic and financial environment in emerging markets, particularly in Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Mexico: Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Mexico. An operational, practical and functional instrument of "early warnings" (of recession or expansion) is developed to estimate the probability of instability and local financial vulnerability. Use is made of third generation non-linear and multiple equilibrium forecasting models. The modeling strategy includes a unit root analysis and cointegration of fundamental macroeconomic variables, which allows for a better level of reliability in the variables to be included, that is, to identify those variables that are more effective for reasons of causality than chance, avoiding the inclusion of only those with spurious r2. The discrete choice probit, logit, dynamic, multiple equilibrium models are also used. This text is of interest to those readers interested in learning more about this interesting and current topic, which is a vast and promising subject of analysis.

It is usual that at the moment of being close to a minor offender, society tends to reject him, forgetting that regardless of the conditions of such child, young person or adolescent, he cannot lose his preferential character in front of the application and materialization of his fundamental rights. Thus, it is necessary to know the handling of the criminal process in minors and the application given to the rules proposed for the development of the same. Therefore, the purpose of this project is to determine the inconsistencies and incongruities derived from the application of Pro Infans in Colombia and the incidence of these irregularities when sanctioning a minor offender attributing criminal responsibility.

The most characteristic clinical finding of nephrotic syndrome is oedema, which initially presents insidiously and later evolves into a more generalised form. The mechanisms of oedema formation in NS have been studied since the beginning of the 20th century. With studies into the pathophysiology of this nephropathy, many authors observed a significant enlargement of the liver, leading them to initially believe that this was the cause of NS, but in fact it was a consequence, i.e. generalised oedema. In the 1930s, some authors suggested that renal oedema, as well as generalised oedema in NS, started from infections, most often by staphylococci, which were present in 21.4% of patients. Therefore, considering that tissue oedema is a common characteristic of both patients and experimental models of NS, it is necessary to assess the renal dynamics of sodium (Na+) and potassium (K+) ion excretion and the possible relationship between these ions and the presence of oedema and the progression of renal dysfunction, as well as the interference of the use of diuretic agents on the dynamics of these ions' excretion, the progression of oedema and renal dysfunction.

Artisanal fishing is considered an important source of income for the inhabitants of coastal areas who dedicate their lives to this activity, supporting their families; however, with the passing of time and the appearance of technologies and new methods of capture, artisanal fishing has taken a back seat, affecting the income and standard of living of the people who used to dedicate their lives to it. The main objective of this degree project is to find out the factors involved in the commercialisation process of the production of artisanal fishermen in the parish of Posorja in the Guayaquil canton in order to analyse the relationship they have with their economic situation and to determine their main disadvantages. Through the surveys carried out with the artisanal fishermen of the parish, it was possible to analyse the marketing factors that most affect their economic situation.

This book set out to investigate how socio-cultural factors interact to influence women's involvement in drug trafficking. As such, this research seeks to contribute to public security policies, given that female criminality, especially the involvement of women in drug trafficking, is marked by peculiarities and vulnerabilities that must be observed. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the methodology used was predominantly qualitative, with a survey of data on the socio-economic profile of women prisoners, a literature review and interviews with women imprisoned for drug trafficking. This approach made it possible to understand the perception of those involved about their situation of vulnerability and their entry into the world of drug trafficking. The study showed that the main motivating factors pointed out by the interviewees' life histories for their entry into drug trafficking are: economic hyposufficiency and the influence of third parties.

Les Antibalkans Quid?The Mouvement Antibalkan Congolais (MAC) is a de facto movement created to block the way to any individual or group of individuals, Congolese or foreign, aiming at the unsuccessful balkanization of the DRC. So a group of young people got together to set up the Mouvement Antibalkan Congolais MAC. More than two decades of wars and mass killings in the DRC, particularly in the east of the country, have revolted the entire Congolese population, from all walks of life, and pushed them to a popular uprising to say no to foreign occupation of the DRC.The MAC calls on all Congolese living at home and in the diaspora throughout the world to join the MAC and wage a united struggle as one Antibalkan man.

Every person, every company, and in general every organization, is continuously capturing a series of data, most of which have no significance for them, but there are other data that help them to know the environment around them better and also to know themselves better. These data, which constitute the so-called information, will allow her to make better decisions. Therefore, timely and accurate information is a key factor for any organization. As in any information system, data are used as raw material, which are stored, processed and transformed. Data will be converted into information which we call news, information regarding important dates, projects, activities, among others that will offer operational users. An information system is integrated by a great variety of elements that interrelate with each other in order to support the activities of a company or business. Each system must have the necessary elements to fulfill the objective(s) efficiently.

This study sought to identify the purchasing behaviour of consumers in a virtual environment, more specifically users of the "facebook" social network. The study is exploratory in nature, as it seeks, in general, to understand the processes surrounding e-commerce, including the digital marketing process, which is essential for carrying out actions involving advertising mechanisms, with the aim of understanding how individuals' purchasing behaviour works in order to find better ways of approaching the public. To this end, a questionnaire was carried out using the "google forms" platform to analyse and understand the socio-economic profile, as well as the respondent's perception of and interaction with the various types of adverts, on the internet and social networks, which try to induce the individual to make a purchase of a good or service related to the work in order to obtain the results of this research. In this way, the analysis of purchasing behaviour in the virtual environment demonstrates the importance of understanding how advertising mechanisms affect respondents' purchasing behaviour in the virtual environment.

This study is a critical and well-founded reflection on the teacher evaluation process, which translates the "views" on procedures involving the Portuguese Teacher Performance Evaluation process. The aim of the research was to understand and identify the perceptions that teachers who have been evaluated and teachers who are evaluators have about the process of DDA in the formation of their professional identity. In order to validate the problem defined, we opted for a methodology of an interpretative qualitative nature and used documentary analysis and semi-structured interviews as the data collection technique. The research revealed that the subjects, belonging to an elementary school in a school grouping located in Lisbon, value reflection on educational practices, sharing and feedback for the construction of their professional identities. However, it also revealed the need for a closer relationship between theory and practice, and also between the supervisors and the teachers being assessed, in order for there to be a meaningful assessment.

The conditions of an activity that increase the possibility of the development and appearance of musculoskeletal conditions or disorders, will be given by a branch or science that will relate man to his working conditions: Ergonomics. This studies the interaction between the person and his work environment, that is to say, the adaptation of the work and the equipment to the environment of the person, allowing the adaptation and interaction between the different work environments and their conditions and the human being, allowing a better performance and improvement of his productivity.

This is followed by an in-depth interpretation of each section with illustration of the scores. Dynamics and tempo markings are discussed and how they affect the atmosphere of each movement differently.By ingeniously arranging each movement, Schubert made it easier for the listener to see deeper into his inner world. This piano sonata is a particularly lyrical and moving work.

In this work, art and science move in parallel conditions, a scenario that allows us to analyse the relationship between some of the archetypes of Carl Jung's theory and the work of the Ecuadorian painter Luigi Stornaiolo. Delving into the theory of archetypes to find an answer to the gesture of the face and the gestures of the body, allows us to identify and explore their influence on the visual arts. Moreover, it allows us to understand ourselves and others in a relationship through artistic language. Thus, Stornaiolo's work, due to its symbolic value, allows us to propose an interpretation of the characters as metaphors of human existence from a critical point of view. This book is aimed at professionals in artistic representation as a means of revealing the emotional states of the human being, in which the gesture of the face and gestures acquire prominence, as they are the communicational instruments that allow us to characterise human emotions in all periods and societies. To do so, it starts from the enunciation of the theory of the collective unconscious and the concept of archetype and its relationship with gesture and gesturality in Stornaiolo's work.

To date, there are several methods of natural gas purification from sulfur compounds, absorption and adsorption methods are the most widespread in the industry. At the same time practical application of absorption-desorption technology of natural gas purification from these aggressive components has given positive results. As absorbents 25-30% aqueous solutions of ethanolamines (diethanolamine (DEA), methyldiethanolamine (MDEA), etc.) are used. At present 25-30% DEA and MDEA in the process of natural gas purification at gas processing enterprises of our republic: LLC "Muborak GKIZ", LLC "Shortanneftegaz", LLC "Shortan gas chemical complex", Kandym GPP, Ustyurt gas chemical complex use aqueous solutions.

The objective of this work is to examine the effect of public debt levels on economic growth in ECOWAS states over the period 2000 to 2019. Using a PSTR model, the results show that public debt has significant non-linear effects on economic growth. The estimates reveal the existence of a debt threshold estimated at 42.59% of GDP, below which additional debt has a positive effect on growth. On the other hand, above 42.59% of GDP, public debt has a negative effect on growth.The results of this study give rise to a number of economic policy recommendations.

Teachers play a fundamental role in their students' lives. They need to be specialised in order to get the student into the professional market, as well as having a major impact on any institution's educational project. Given the importance of this professional, we need to know the real reason why young people choose Pedagogy as a higher education course and what their perception is of the curriculum offered by the institution. So, in order to better delineate this scenario, this research was based on a bibliographical methodology and also a field study with the first and fifth modules of the Pedagogy course at the Octávio Bastos Teaching Foundation University Centre - UNIFEOB, in order to find information that would show the students' view of the training they receive and what possible challenges they believe they will encounter after graduating. It is well known that with the constant changes in ways of learning and teaching, Pedagogy courses must prepare future teachers to dialogue with the new reality of the classroom, acting as learning mediators.

It analyses the management and application of information services in school libraries, thus considering the reality of the public schools of Farias Brito - Ce. The problem of this book can be summarised in the following question: what is the level of user satisfaction with the management and information services offered by School Libraries and how are information services developed in School Libraries in the public schools of Farias Brito-Ce, from the point of view of their executors (retrained teachers) and their users (teachers and students)? Cases of hospital-acquired infections are on the rise in Brazil and around the world, and are now seen as a risk to the patient's health. These infections can jeopardise the patient's critical condition and in some cases even lead to death. The CCIH (Hospital Infection Control Committee) carries out activities within the hospital environment, working to prevent infections and assessing the correct antimicrobial therapy that the patient needs. Bearing in mind the importance and need to prevent these infections and identify the pathogen responsible for them, it is also important to spread knowledge about the main microorganisms that cause hospital-acquired infections, such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa. This bacterium is an opportunistic pathogen that is very common in hospital environments, has the ability to resist humidity and is easily resistant to various antibiotics. By evaluating these characteristics, this project aims to quantitatively identify the strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and assess their sensitivity profile.

This book exposes the difficulties and possibilities involved in implementing a high school vocational and technical education course integrated with the Youth and Adult Education (EFA/EJA) modality. In order to do this, a diagnosis was made of the scenario of educational institutions offering secondary-level EJA in a municipality in Paraná-Brazil; in addition, the difficulties relating to the integrated curriculum in everyday life and the experiences of some teachers with EPT/EJA were investigated. The research adopted the dialectical method as its principle and philosophical basis, as well as a qualitative case study approach, which characterized it as exploratory and descriptive. Data collection was based on a review of the literature, documents and field research. The results indicate that there is a lack of initial and continuing training to work with the public in question, little experience and knowledge about the modality and the specificities surrounding it. The empirical research revealed many difficulties common to EFA/YA courses and the proposal for curricular integration.
