Acute Diarrheal Disease (ADD) is one of the main causes of mortality and morbidity in children under 5 years of age worldwide, as well as an important factor in childhood malnutrition. Approximately 2 billion cases of diarrheal disease occur each year. It is in Africa, Asia and Latin America where most deaths are registered in children under 5 years of age as a result of Diarrheal Disease.

Human beings by nature are divided into two cultures, the culture of the good and the culture of the bad; the bad always has to be hurting the good; and the good because it is good does not hurt the bad, but there is a side of the balance that falls and creates a lack of control. This creates: wars, enmities, hunger, diseases, unemployment, deaths, sadness, etcetera. In the book the steps of the constitutional investigation are observed following a due legal process and respecting the rights of each person as a human being made in the image and likeness of God.

The purpose of this monographic work is to analyse and convey a contemporary interpretation of the origin, foundation and realisation of the concept of the State developed by the idealist philosopher Hegel, in his famous philosophical system contained in Philosophy of Law - 1820/21. In order to do this, we will use Platonic and Aristotelian philosophy as a basis for the idea of the original state, as well as contractualist philosophy, based on these three contractual currents: liberal, absolutist and socialist, to support our contemporary reinterpretations of Hegel's concepts of the individual, the family, civil-bourgeois society, morality, ethics and the state.

This book deals with the work process in the Family Health Programme (PSF). It is a qualitative, descriptive study. We present Chapter 1 - Theoretical and reflective work process and two chapters of this dissertation that gave rise to two other chapters: Chapter 2 - Family health team work process; Chapter 2 - Descriptive flowchart in the work process of the Family Health Teams (ESF). The results show that the work process of the Family Health Team employs the hegemonic model and programmatic actions through appointment-based care for the various population groups. The health team makes excessive use of soft and hard technologies centred on prescriptions, standards and care schedules. It is necessary for the ESF to commit itself to making the SUS a reality and to take responsibility for users' health with a view to guaranteeing the resolvability of health problems through the production of new technologies for care (soft and soft-hard technologies), by breaking with the system's hegemonic medical practices, with the aim of producing humanised, comprehensive and equitable care.

This work aimed to analyse the historical and methodological foundations of Social Work, the scope of Marxism as a hegemonic matrix within the professional category and the contemporary "postmodern threat" in the face of the advances of the capitalist system in its new configurations. We sought to understand the historical and methodological foundations of the profession and the responses offered by different authors to contemporary society. With regard to the Ethical-Political Project of Social Work, its main foundations are analysed, as well as presenting the opposition to post-modern tendencies that seek to empty Marxist discourse, outraging it with relativism and neo-conservatism.

Can we see reality? Are we sure of everything we experience and believe? In times of paradigms and unknowns, something very old and always new is needed: philosophising. To do this, we can't assume that we know everything, but by progressing along a path of knowledge and reflection, we will arrive at what philosophy really means. In Book VII of the Platonic Republic we have the Socratic example of how through memory and personal effort we can discern all things. Far from any absolute, ideological sophistry, Plato invites us to face up to uncertainties, to break away from easy, practical schemes that don't require us to make any enquiries.

A comparative subject on the rule of law in the Senegalese and Gabonese political systems. The rule of law is a contemporary concept that some African countries have yet to assimilate. Fundamental rights enshrined in the country's constitution are sometimes flouted, such as the fundamental principle of freedom of expression. When a fundamental principle is violated, we are no longer in a democratic state, because these two concepts go hand in hand. This same idea is developed in parallel in administrative law with the principle of legality, which implies the submission of the Administration to the rule of law, in order to protect individuals against the arbitrariness to which they would be exposed if the Administration were not bound by any prior rule. As we can see, the rule of law is indeed the magical concept that governs our era, in that it lies at the interface of the various branches of law. As a result, it is becoming globalized, gradually spreading to states and political systems all over the world. Any society in which the rule of law is neither enshrined nor legally guaranteed.

This study aims to problematise the discourse of the elderly and their representations of the socio-economic development of the city of Três Lagoas, Mato Grosso do Sul. Our hypothesis is that the elderly subject's representations of their geohistorical locus, intertwined and interwoven with their narrative of self, can both legitimise their citizenship as a member of a nationalised collective and demarcate their position as a subject of exclusion in the constitution of the multiple faces of their identity. To this end, in a transdisciplinary movement, we have drawn on French Discourse Analysis (PÊCHEUX, 1988; CORACINI, 2007), Foucauldian Archaeogenealogy (1997-2013-2014) and a post-colonialist perspective (NOLASCO, 2013; BHABHA, 2013; SANTOS, 2007), with the aim of promoting an analytical gesture on the delineation of these representational processes born from the elderly person's view of themselves and the city locus in which they live. A modernist process of concealing the multiple and the heterogeneous behind a totalising, single and homogenous appearance that makes the city's history and memory invisible to make way for a modern, capital-generating representation.
