Fitting out and adjusting a computerized workstation allows for the adoption of comfortable postures and prevents fatigue, discomfort, tension and the risk of injury. Ergonomic adaptation of the workstation does not always require the acquisition of new furniture, but if furniture must be acquired, it is recommended that it be adjustable.With this in mind, we carried out a study of the workstation of an operator working on a screen, with the aim of adapting her workstation ergonomically.

Adolescent pregnancy refers to any pregnancy that occurs during adolescence and includes women up to 19 years of age. Pregnancy bursts into the lives of adolescents at a time when they have not yet reached physical and mental maturity, and sometimes in adverse circumstances such as nutritional deficiencies or other illnesses, and in a family environment that is generally not very receptive to accepting and protecting it. Unplanned pregnancy in an adolescent can cause serious biological and psychological disorders, especially if she is under 15 years of age. In addition to having repercussions on her social sphere, her educational project is interrupted and she is forced to take a job prematurely, generally for poor pay. Sometimes there are hasty marriages that often do not last, with the subsequent social, economic and personal repercussions, as well as on the health of the children.

During academic training, there are many questions and motivations that lead us to think about certain subjects and proposals. This research was no different, and through studies of children's books and the day-to-day life that surrounds us, the challenge of literature arose. The tendency is often to think of the harsh, negative and problematic side of literature (how much students and teachers dislike reading). In this work, we wanted to take a different route, one that was lighter, more interesting and more exciting. Thinking about the positivity of literature, about how and why people are enchanted by literary texts. The research therefore sought to understand how a group of adult readers living in Lajeado, participants in the Pedagogical Training and Nomadic Thinking Extension Project, justify their passion for literature. In what way and by what means did they approach the literary genre to the point of becoming voracious readers? The application of the work was a Literary Sarau.

The aim of this book is to discuss the expansion of global grapes and multinationals in the Mendoza region of Argentina and the clash between global and local perspectives. The methodology employed sought to identify the significance of globalisation, fragmentation and multinationals in the wine industry in terms of Fordist standardisation. Wine production has undergone major changes due to globalisation. We therefore sought to discuss the extent of its effects on world wine production. We therefore decided to carry out a literature review on the concept of globalisation and its different points of view: economic, political and cultural, noting that these aspects are intertwined. We also investigated the extent to which and in which aspects of globalisation related to wine merchandise is real or feasible. The possibility of wine being standardised for the international market was questioned. Another concept discussed in the light of globalisation is fragmentation, which appears as its counterpoint and obstacle or resistance. In Mendoza, Argentina, there was a trend towards the expansion of multinationals and global grapes, especially Malbec.

Many companies have consolidated their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) practices, especially in the critical areas of internal and external linkages. The evidence shows the benefits of incorporating CSR into management practices, while also emphasizing relevant parameters for consumers, such as quality, service and innovation. At the same time, the advance of technology is becoming increasingly extensive in all aspects of organizational management. Mobile applications, the "internet of things" or, tailored to users, change the relationship between companies and consumers from concentrating on selling only products or services to selling results. Artificial intelligence creates even more complex challenges due to the substitution of jobs, and the redefinition of management towards values. Telework represents not only the dimension of technology in labor aspects, but also a transformation in the organization towards greater flexibility with positive effects on the emotional state, job satisfaction of people and therefore greater retention, increasing productivity.

There are few studies on coffee intercropped with rubber and banana trees, so studies on shaded coffee are important for a better understanding of the systems. The aim was to study the effect of intercropping with banana and rubber trees on Conilon coffee trees, and to characterise the microclimate. This project was carried out on three plantations: 1) Conilon coffee (Coffea canephora), planted at the end of 2006, intercropped with rubber trees (Hevea brasiliensis), planted at the end of 2007. The rubber trees were planted in a double row (33m X 3m), with 2.3m between plants, and the coffee trees with a spacing of 3m X 1m. 2) Conilon coffee, planted in full sun at the end of 2006 with spacings of 3.0 X 1.1 and another coffee plantation intercropped with rubber trees with the following spacings: 2.6 X 1.3 and 7.8 X 2.3m. 3) Conilon coffee intercropped with banana trees (Musa sapientum subgroup Terra) with spacings of 3.5 x 1.2 and 1.5 x 10.5 at 1 year of age. The crops were planted in an east-west direction. Solar radiation, temperature and relative humidity were measured in January (summer) and September (winter) 2012. The concentration of leaf nutrients was also measured.

This study focuses on insalubrity, its causes and manifestations in schools in Abomey. It required qualitative and quantitative data from documentation and field research in 20 secondary schools in Abomey. A total of 618 direct stakeholders (learners, teachers, administrators and shop assistants) and indirect stakeholders (managers of the hygiene and basic sanitation service, the departmental directorate for the living environment and the coordinating doctor for the Djidja - Abomey - Agbangnizoun health zone) were interviewed. Various rates, ratios and the Insalubrity Level Spatialization Index were calculated. Insalubrity in Abomey's secondary schools stems from the conditions offered by the school and the behavior of its users. The latter is characterized by the poor security of the school grounds, with 45% of schools unfenced, and a low communal coverage rate (30.32%) for toilets/urinals, suggesting strong pressure on existing facilities.

In these pages, we offer our readers four texts dedicated to the figure of Inca Garcilaso de la Vega (1539-1616), one of the first Peruvian mestizos, son of a Spanish conquistador and an Inca ñusta. The future writer received the Spanish name of Gómez Suárez de Figueroa, chosen by his father (Sebastián Garcilaso de la Vega), but as the years went by, this young man born in Cusco, left his native city and embarked on a journey of no return to Spain. In this European kingdom he lived from 1560 to 1616 and in that period of more than 50 years he became a reader, a writer, a translator and a historian. And to make it known that his immortal written work was the result of the encounter of two worlds, two cultures and two languages, he changed his Spanish name to Inca Garcilaso de la Vega, was proud to be a mestizo and sent a greeting to his countrymen who were inhabitants of that new space called Peru, which in his time was a viceroyalty, depended on Spain, but thanks to the struggles of Independence reached the category of Republic in 1821.

Considering that this year 2023, and obviously the last 2 decades, the internet is a globalized and indispensable tool not only for academic, informational or entertainment purposes, but for the generation of profits or economic income by offering products or services digitally, this through different platforms that allow the exposure, promotion and advertising of such products or services, that is why this monograph seeks to capture the need and importance of having either a professional in Community manager or digital media management as well as entrepreneurs, owners or managers of commercial enterprises whether physical or digital need to have knowledge about digital media management, taking advantage that this year artificial intelligence still does not exploit its full potential.

The work aims to analyze the contribution of management to the economic viability of projects financed under the District Development Fund in the Locality of Chinjinguiri - Homoíne. From the methodological point of view, it privileged the qualitative research, complemented with the review of the specialized literature, not only that, twenty farmers from the family sector also participated in the study through the semi-structured interview and the focus group. The results of the research indicate that the district development fund has not contributed sufficiently to poverty alleviation, since the empirical data show the prevalence of poverty in that locality, contrasting with the official speeches that imply that poverty is decreasing.

Micro and small businesses play an important role in the economic development of nations. However, in order to survive and gain a foothold in the market in which they operate, they need to constantly seek innovation in their processes and ways of marketing and producing their products. In the case of IT, for example, it is now clear that both large organizations and micro and small companies have become dependent on information technology for a large part of their routine operations. Using qualitative research, this study sought to ascertain how the management and innovation of IT resources is practiced in micro and small companies in São Paulo.

The world is currently suffering from many problems. Disease, hunger, international conflicts. In many cases, human beings are the cause, but just as they are the cause, they can also be the solution. This book is an observatory of the universe of the double bass player and musician's market in the 20th and 21st century, its wide-ranging repertoire, the music education institutions that offer training in the instrument and, finally, the transformations in the world of work and the vectors that have acted on them. The text addresses interpretative practices and musical repertoire, focusing on the transformations in the music market and how to adapt to them. Questions are raised about state intervention in the music market in Brazil, including the collection of royalties in mechanical performances and the granting by law to producers of sheet music. The text also discusses the importance of integrating composition and performance in the interpretation of specific repertoires and how to understand the phenomena that transform the musical repertoire for pedagogical planning. There is also a reflection on how definitions of the music market from the perspective of classical liberal philosophy can influence the social mobility of music workers.

As a key stage of any research process, the starting point is the review of the state of the issue of the influence of the lawyer's continuing education on the construction of his identity as a university professor of law at the UAEH. The search for information on research in the field of the identity of the lawyer-university professor will provide an overview of the theoretical and methodological positions that allow the approach of the subject in a relevant way. Because the construction of the professional identity of the lawyer as a university professor and the influence he exerts on the formation of his students are the analytical axes that give rise to the elaboration of the present state of the question in which the most relevant contributions on the subject are taken up.

In recent years, social participation has become an increasingly important factor in consolidating democracy and developing citizenship. With the participation of civil society, conflicts arise in the face of a centralising political culture, both in decisions and in the maintenance of power by groups that dominate political, economic and cultural resources, where the consensus and consequences of public policies in relation to water governance affect civil society. Recent events involving the water crisis in the Macrometrópole Paulista (MMP) denounce the scarcity and reveal the current and real management of water. Indispensable for human survival, this context has triggered new articulations between government, institutions and society. In this scenario, the fight for the environment has come to occupy previously unoccupied arenas. The participation of civil society in water management unveils various conflicts involving different actors in the face of inequality and negotiating conditions.

Currently, animal production on an agroecological basis has been a much-discussed topic in several countries. With the population's growing concern about the change in food consumption patterns and animal production systems, many producers are already aware of the need to use appropriate technologies, with a view to balancing the entire production chain involved in the agro-ecosystem. One of the points to be considered in agroecological animal husbandry systems is the implementation of facilities and management practices.

Correct soil fertility management is essential for the success of an agricultural enterprise. As agricultural species have improved, increasing their production rates, soils have become more nutritionally demanding and fertility assessment has become more relevant in production systems. Therefore, the aim of this study was to assess the fertility conditions of two different areas of the Água Limpa Farm, belonging to the University of Brasilia, using chemical analyses. One of the areas is cultivated with maize for silage and the other with Tifton 85 grass for grazing by dairy cows. The soil's texture, organic matter, macronutrient content, pH, potential CEC and base and aluminium saturation at a depth of 0 - 20 cm were assessed. Based on the data obtained, a diagnosis was made of the area and recommendations were made for fertilising and liming to adjust the fertility levels in the areas for the production of these species.

Our work begins with the discovery of the forces of finitude. They appear when the veil of representation that used to cover them falls and subordinates them to a principle of identity. The thought of the French philosopher Gilles Deleuze was born out of the failure of this representation and moves towards an affirmation of difference. However, not all philosophy or science, especially the human sciences, go in this direction. Deleuze constructed an image of thought capable of defining the operation of representation on difference, and called it a dogmatic image, because it undertakes the subordination of reality to the model of Same and Similar. The forces of finitude are discovered in modernity, the forces of life, but they are apprehended through ideas that are too hard, too crude to grasp their true dynamics, to understand their logic, at the heart of which dwells the logical.

The following project is based on the elaboration of a communication proposal to consolidate the image and identity of Campo Ferial 3 de Julio with the Technical, Commercial and Cultural Exhibition Fair of Oruro (EXPOTECO). A diagnosis was made based on three aspects: institutional, the environment and the beneficiary public, which gave a clear picture of the situation of both the institution and the fair. In the same way, it was possible to identify the Strengths, Opportunities, Weaknesses and Threats that the institution has in order to develop communication strategies embodied in the proposal with the purpose of being able to solve the problems found through the diagnosis. In this sense, the proposal was elaborated with objectives, actions, activities, resources, products according to a chronogram and budget. The main data collection techniques used in this project are: semi-structured interviews, surveys and document review.

Anthropocentric and Biocentric Dimensions of Environmental Education in Brazil: The Experience of Public Schools in the Municipality of Sombrio. This work is the result of the researcher's questioning and helplessness in the face of the attitudes that human beings have adopted in their relationship with nature. A dominating/colonising attitude towards other living beings that are part of the environment. Our school education is too anthropocentric.

This book aims to compare the challenges of fine tuning queries in traditional relational databases with the new challenges of tuning database queries in the cloud computing environment. It suggests the use of semantic web technology, with adjustments to the DBX tool model, to carry out query tuning activities automatically while respecting the traditional rules and the new rules of this environment. This raises the question of whether there is still a need for a DBA in this cloud environment. With this study we begin our research into database autotuning in the cloud environment, give a brief explanation of this environment and suggest further studies that could be carried out.

The purpose of this book is to present the reader with an overview of the enormous complexities and intense debates that have arisen in Colombia regarding the signing, endorsement, scope of the control of constitutionality and implementation of the Final Agreement signed between the National Government and the FARC. These debates have had their epicenter not only in the contents of the Peace Agreement, in particular, the regime of sanctions, the political eligibility of the former leaders of the insurgent group and the extension of the concept of crime related to political crime, but also in the legal nature of the same (exclusively political document or mixed text), a discussion that goes beyond the merely academic field, to be located in that of the stability of the Agreement, and ultimately, in the consolidation of peace in Colombia.

The physical context of the middle Ayuquila River sub-basin has a great variety of structural, lithological, edaphological and altitudinal gradients - resulting in different types of climates, vegetation and fauna - which explains the hydrological regime that governs the basin. The study area covers ten municipalities: Autlán de Navarro, Ejutla, El Grullo, El Limón, San Gabriel, Tolimán, Tonaya, Tuxcacuesco, Unión de Tula and Zapotitlán de Vadillo, which constitute the Intermunicipal Environmental Board for the Integral Management of the Lower Ayuquila River Basin (JIRA), a Decentralized Public Organization. The objective of this work was to carry out a territorial analysis of the physical context of this sub-basin in order to help understand the community action that brought together the municipalities to rescue this river from the high level of contamination it had.

Strength and hypertrophy training using the RFS (Restricted Blood Flow) method has been shown to be very effective through experiments and is gaining ground every day, as it is proving to be a very beneficial way of gaining strength and hypertrophy using low weights. Some researchers have used kaatsu training or RFS in Japan and found good results in gyms, orthopaedic clinics and hospitals. In Japan, this method is already widely used, with kaatsu being used in 84% of the places surveyed. Chondropathy refers to diseased cartilage. This condition usually causes pain in the front of the knee and clicking, especially when the person squats, runs, gets up from a chair or goes up and down stairs. The more specific term for this condition is patellofemoral syndrome. Patellar chondropathy has different stages, depending on the degree of cartilage degeneration: softening, fragmentation or cracks, up to erosion or total loss. This is why it is necessary to consult a doctor immediately, even when the pain starts.

The history of slavery in the hinterlands of Bahia always leads to good discussions, and has increasingly attracted the attention of historians, as there are still many gaps to be filled. With this in mind, the aim of this work is to understand what relations were like between masters and slaves in the town of Monte Alegre after the abolitionist laws were passed. It was therefore necessary to search for various historical documents from the period in order to understand the strategies used by the slaves to achieve freedom and, on the other hand, to understand the ways that the masters used to maintain their rights to property; reasons that led to the conflicts that were analysed in the research. Even though we know that there are still gaps that need further study in the future, we can conclude that the result was very satisfactory, because as well as providing the information we aimed for at the beginning, it enabled new discoveries to be made, further expanding our knowledge of Monte Alegre.

The city of Huancavelica is located in the central part of Peru, situated on the eastern slope of the Andes Mountains, on the banks of the Ichu River, a tributary of the Mantaro River, the route of the Ichu River passes through two neighboring districts of Huancavelica and Ascension, During the rainy season, the river increases its flow due to the high rainfall that occurs in the area, causing it to overflow in some parts of the city, putting homes near the river in danger of collapsing. In view of this situation, the civil defense area of the Municipality has the need to have weather data permanently updated in real time, so it is proposed to design a wireless data transmission network, from the rainfall and level stations to the central station, through a radio link in the unlicensed 2.4Ghz frequency band.

This book deals with the work of Bahian artists Juarez Paraiso, Edison da Luz and Juraci Dórea, who during the 1970s and early 1980s embarked on nationalist and conceptual projects. Spreading the word to Brazil and the world that the language of the plastic arts could be incorporated with elements and materials from our regional landscape: Objetos Totêmicos (Juarez Paraiso), ETSEDRON (Edison da Luz) and Projeto Terra (Juraci Dórea).

This book offers an analytical view of the jurisdictional action carried out in peasant communities, which sometimes tends to be in conflict with national legislation. Ancestral customary law versus Western positive law have given rise to a broad debate on the possible infringement of the rights to life and individual liberty, due to the justiciary actions of the community members. We focused on Cuyumalca - Cajamarca as the region considered to be the cradle of the rondas campesinas. Finally, we strive for a culture of social peace through the consolidation of the intercultural justice policy in a country as diverse as Peru.
