This book aims to articulate and problematise mental health care production actions in primary care in the municipality of Parnaíba-PI, based on my professional internship practice during my undergraduate degree in Psychology at UFPI and the territorial practices carried out through the Collective Health Observatory extension project. Among the objectives proposed by the study, we highlight the importance of getting to know the mental health care practices of a Family Health Strategy (ESF) and the actions developed, identifying the assistance offered to cases by workers, and ascertaining how the family and the team deal with the person in psychological distress. We also highlight the reflections and dialogues relevant to the struggle to strengthen public mental health policies within the psychiatric reform process, demonstrated through the social commitment that the state, professionals and users must seek on a daily basis to consolidate practices involved with the quality of services and the provision of humanised care for people with mental disorders.

This book tries to answer a variety of questions about how 'craft' is created and what influences writing, whether it is the author's own beliefs, his social or economic context, or the many 'environmental' factors that surround the author and of which he is not even aware, these processes are even internal to the author of the work.The writing of this book has been greatly influenced by university professors whose interest in epistemology is very evident and has influenced me as well.

The influence of the Gothic novel on French literature and on expressionist cinema is still little addressed in interdisciplinary research. As far as his romantic universe is concerned, certain literary topoi, be it the fantastic plot, medieval settings or numinous characters are the constants on which he is built. In order to identify its manifestations and explain its influences, this thesis proposes to study, within the short story La Morteamour by Théophile Gautier and the filmNosferatu le vampire by Wilhelm Murnau, the updating of its major characteristics codified by Maurice Lévy, namely the presence of the ¿Beyond¿, the use of medieval architecture and an atmosphere of anguish and mystery.

Final result:It is accepted that society changes day by day that is why it is accepted that political structures must be molded to that change. What happens today is of no use for tomorrow, I must learn from the past to understand the present. It is the present as a function of the past. That is the historian's job = to ask questions, that is to say, to listen to the history of individuals who are anonymous, and that is to anthropologize history.

Asthma exacerbation is a paroxysmal phenomenon that can be life-threatening. The aim of this study was to evaluate the epidemiological profile and management of asthma exacerbations in children aged 6 to 12. This was a retrospective study involving 57 children hospitalized for moderate or severe asthma exacerbation during a period from January 2021 to March 2022. Results: The mean age of onset in our series was 8 ± 2.17 years, with a clear male predominance. In patients with known asthma, the disease was controlled in 28% of cases, partially controlled in 38.6% and uncontrolled in 33.4%. Asthma exacerbation was inaugural in 33% of cases. Viral respiratory infections dominated the triggers (28%), with an average hospital stay of 5 ± 1 days. Most cases improved with treatment. Most exacerbations could be avoided by improving therapeutic education for asthmatic children and their families.

This study raises the following question: Insofar as, since its formal "independence", Africa has been working on its development, drawing inspiration from the theoretical and political model of the West, would it benefit, for its effective development, to continue to draw inspiration from the Western model, when the latter is itself in crisis? The investigation carried out using the phenomeno-prospectivist method establishes that the philosophical reflection carried out since 1960, on the basis of imported models, has led political action for the Development of post-colonial Africa into a budgetary impasse, whose exit requires, conversely, an innovative theoretical gesture which, taking into account the oral character of African cultural heritage, in general, to interrogate and document the results of re-evaluation studies of endogenous African knowledge contained in proverbs, tales, myths and legends from the pre-colonial period, in order to compare the results of this historical cognitive diagnosis, covering the pre-colonial, colonial and post-colonial periods, with the endo-exogenous expectations and ambitions of present-day populations.

The objective of this book of Basic Crops is that the public that reviews it understands the technical process to develop the crop or crops considered and in the best conditions can obtain the best yields efficiently, because technical processes, characteristics of each crop, yields and means of technical control are mentioned. The environmental conditions that must be taken into account to establish the crop that is considered necessary are presented first, followed by a detailed explanation of each basic crop.

In 2025 Brazil will be the sixth country in the world with the largest number of elderly people. In view of this there was an importance of knowing the role of nurses in the nursing consultation in primary care aimed at the elderly. The objectives of this work were: to characterize the vision of the elderly and the nurse against the nursing consultation, show the importance of the role of the nurse in the nursing consultation provided to the elderly; to verify if the nursing care to the elderly is being provided according to the Health Booklet of the Elderly; to analyze if the professional nurse is able to meet in the health care of the elderly. This is a field research with a qualitative-descriptive approach, in a city in the interior of Piauí - PI. The research took place in three Basic Health Units, one in the urban area and two in the rural area, being interviewed 15 elderly people and 3 nursing professionals. It is important that the elderly of this region are seen in a multiprofessional way, so that there is specific care within their health. Nursing needs to have a holistic look at these elderly, and bring to their midst things that draw attention to self-care.

The impact of sewage irrigation was evaluated based on the agronomic characteristics, nutrient composition, heavy metal content and health quality of Trigonella foenum-graecum grown in the field and in the plastic greenhouse, with and without the addition of cattle manure as fertilizer. The control water was groundwater from the growing area. The field crop was more productive than the greenhouse crop. The factors of irrigation water quality and fertilizer use did not significantly affect the vegetative and reproductive development of the crop. Physiologically, an accumulation of nutrients in the aerial parts of the plants was observed. The plants in the greenhouse were richer in Na, K and P than those in the field. Finally, the bacteriological analysis concluded that the location of the crop, the quality of irrigation water and the use of fertilizers did not significantly influence the sanitary quality of the cultivated plants.

This scientific paper deals with the crisis in the Brazilian prison system and an alternative to the failure of this institution, seeking more humanising sentences that meet the constitutional guarantees laid down in the 1988 Federal Constitution. Of the alternative forms of prison sentencing, the Associations for the Protection and Assistance of Convicts - APACS - stand out as the object of this research study, due to the high rate of re-socialisation that this institution has been able to achieve, in contrast to conventional Brazilian prisons.

The general objective of our study is to investigate the conservation activities of the Sitatunga(Tragelaphus spekii) for the sustainable maintenance of this species in the Sitatunga Valley Community Nature Park. To achieve our objectives, we used a methodology based essentially on participatory diagnostic tools, notably interviews, direct and participant observation, the Venn diagram, the SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) tool, triangulation and data analysis.At the end of our study, we understood that the Sitatunga(Tragelaphus spekii) is the most aquatic of antelopes, living in wetlands (marshes, swamps, ponds, pools, peat bogs). Sustainable conservation of this species will require the development of the Sitatunga Valley Community Nature Park. In fact, a program will be launched to create a specially protected wetland around this species, with the creation of a green belt around these areas. Ecological monitoring will also be carried out with the involvement of local communities, providing reliable data on the Sitatunga.

Celestine III died and Lotario Segni (Innocent III) was elected, he was only thirty-seven years old, he had studied Theology in Paris and Canon Law in Bologna with Uguccio, they saw in him that he understood perfectly the crisis that the Church was living and that he was conscious of being able to solve it. The vast humanitarian experience in societies over the centuries currently points to the most degrading violations of human rights, a factor evidenced by human and social stamentalisation, which comes from distant times and has been restructured in contemporary times. As a result, a vacuum and social depression has become so unsustainable that the Greek philosophical myth of the Narcissus Syndrome is present in contemporary societies and in a striking way in Brazilian society. The re-stamentalisation experienced by Venezuelan refugees in Brazil is a major historical and social step backwards, in which a section of society is unbridled in its pursuit of statist composition, excluding individuals who do not fit in with the material value imposed, in which segregation is based on the qualitative selectivity of the individual. In this vein, the aim is to provide alternatives to the state crisis faced by refugees, to the detriment of the protection of the democratic rule of law. Therefore, the target reader is the one who yearns for social debates and new humanitarian reflections in order to reconnect with what makes them human.

In this changing world where information overflows, the focus on management as a strategic key in the valuation of human resources is very significant in the formulation of new challenges for the growth of knowledge in professionals. The new organizational structure in public institutions invites the highest authorities to evaluate strategies, make changes and develop actions for the valuation of human resources through professional training plans, allowing to increase quality indexes, productivity and labor excellence, applying management skills of direction, strategic thinking, interpersonal effectiveness, teamwork, decision making, leadership and people development. The success in the managerial management of the control organs is the valuation of human resources, taking the most valuable, knowledge, continuous improvement, valuation of experiences, and exercising control, surveillance and inspection of income, expenses and goods handled by the active administration, decentralized entities and other power efficiently.

This work is that of a journey of scientific transhumance. It begins with the ethnographer becoming a native(go native) in a distant country; it continues with themes of culture, accomplice in bodily illness, political corruption and work ethics. It is oriented towards the way of doing science: epistemology of Latin America and the first transcendental criticisms to our concept of matrisociality to which a categorical closure is given with all the sense to explain the Venezuelan country: its ethnicity offers its best values in favor of human universality. At the end, a chronicle narrates the autobiography of the transmigrated thought, interwoven from the native country (Castilla-León) to the ulterior country (Venezuela). Outer Country constitutes a contribution to the societal conceptualization ('project of society') of cultures, in particular the Venezuelan one, to make it rise early in the thought that must be presented with intelligence of societable innovation, not as the owl of Hegel's German vesper, nor the lark of Touraine's French noon, but dressed in white heron the morning breeze, as dawning is sung at work in the Venezuelan tropical Llanos.

The motorcycle sector has been very dynamic in recent years and for this reason it is interesting to review one of its components: the sale of parts. Parts are understood as spare parts and accessories. Products that are often opportunities for commercial development with online auction platforms as a marketing option for these products. Therefore, this work carries out a step by step to create a business model based on the new era of web 2.0. where the key points for the analysis of a b-web are described and thus be able to extrapolate a current business in the physical world to the virtual world. This methodology allows a comprehensive analysis of the main characteristics that influence the business, increasing the probability of success and reducing risks. Finally, a financial evaluation was made on projections based on the analysis of the market and the current prices of spare parts, using mechanisms such as IRR, NPV and applying security factors.

In Chile, interest in swimming has been growing. Thus, it is observed how families are interested in having their children learn to swim, approaching the different clubs that offer these matroswimming or baby swimming courses. This is the origin of this research work, which has a qualitative, descriptive character, corresponding to a microethnography. The objective is to know which is the methodology used in the matroswimming classes and to identify which are the adequate swimming programs for children under 4 years old offered by these courses. In order to achieve the objectives, research was carried out by means of recent literature, a semi-structured interview was created and applied to teachers and families, ending with the observation in a swimming pool in downtown Santiago, where matroswimming classes are held. With the information gathered, several triangulations are carried out, allowing to describe the adequate characteristics for the matroswimming programs. It is concluded, according to experts and theory, which is the most adequate way to work.

In those moments when we have clarity of the past that has allowed us to develop and build ourselves as worthy human beings, when we listen to ourselves and learn from our felt affections; we have the capacity to expand our vision, to develop ourselves as agents, to strengthen mind, body and heart in our daily life and thus achieve health, wellbeing and full happiness.

When I dedicate myself to read books, I always like to see which author it is about, and the topics that it handles, and that drives me to look for my writings to be more varied; not to dedicate myself to a single subject, for example: history, family, environment, society, biology, oceanography, the topics that gave me professional training and thus try that my readers also enjoy browsing the pages of the book. This time I have selected a topic of Human Biology, a bit Anatomical because of the way it is presented and described and at the same time picaresque, because not everyone dares to say the things that are looked at, observed, felt, because they are considered Taboos. It is nothing less than the Zone of balance of Man, without which he could not walk upright for lack of counterweight in the lining of his skeleton: Many call it Buttocks, another ass in its most popular form.

This research shows the analysis of the treatment of the LGBTI theme in the Ecuadorian films "Feriado" and "El Secreto de Magdalena", in order to learn more about how the LGBTI community is presented through national cinematography, within the social context of the country. In this way, it is essential to mention that both films are produced and released at the height of the world cinema boom that addresses the subject, but in the country, the reality is different, and the aforementioned films are the first fiction films released to address this type of stories. Cinema as a producer of images, discourses, meanings and representations, has become a tool to enter in a sensitive way, generating different emotions and questions in the viewer, building different subjectivities that revolve around social mediations. Since its inception, cinema has become a contribution to the preservation of historical memory, from documentary to fiction, have witnessed moments of great global and social relevance.

If we are to understand the world's major problems, determine their causes and foresee their effects on present and future society, we need to be aware that humanity today finds itself at the start of a major new revolution. This revolution is marked, among other things, by scientific and technological advances in information and communication technologies (ICT); the globalization of the world's economies; and the trend towards planetary management of the world's resources. These technological innovations are forcing a new interdependence between nations, the corollary of which is a new way of thinking and a new state of mind.It is in this context that the present study proposes to: (i) assess the appropriation of ICTs by the Congolese diplomatic administration, and (ii) identify the obstacles to access and appropriation of ICTs by Congolese diplomats. The objectives of the study are to examine the role played by ICTs in the processing of diplomatic information; to identify problems in the appropriation of ICTs; and to formulate useful suggestions for capacity-building.

The purpose of this document is to show the progress made by the Colombian capital in terms of security, to reflect on the challenges it faces and to bring to the forefront the criticisms of the population. It demonstrates the important place of the relationship between security and development in the remarkable transformation that Bogota has undergone during the last two decades; but it also discusses the limits of this mutation. This tension is the central object of reflection, revealing both the central work of public policy in the capital and the dimension of the tasks it faces. Challenges that are evident in the difficulty to reach single-digit homicide rates, in the persistence of "violent enclaves" and the spread of violence. Popular perceptions reflect it, the persistence of practices such as "social cleansing" reveal it, the road ahead is arduous.

The present project was directed to investigate about children's tensions in the affective area that influence school integration, it was studied if the tensions affect the social development among students in the first year of basic education of the "Once de Noviembre" Educational Unit, since there are no integration strategies for social, affective and psychological development, so that through the investigation it was possible to verify the existing difficulties. It is oriented to know the most common problems of first year children in the social affective development, besides following a playful model to rescue values, attitudes and virtues that children should have and put into practice not only in the classroom but everywhere, in which parents, teachers and students participated, Field, applied and bibliographic research methodologies were used, using quantitative data collection instruments such as the survey, but above all I contribute pedagogically with knowledge that stimulates socialization among children, besides contributing to the inclusion that today's society needs and the educational work.

Since ancient times, the uterus has been associated with something sacred in the female body. After its removal, women feel diminished, as they believe they are sexually incapable of feeling and giving pleasure. Surgery affects women not only biologically, but also sexually, psychologically and socially. Within this context, this research aimed to identify the meaning of hysterectomy for women and the repercussions on their sexual and social lives. This is a descriptive study, carried out by means of a bibliographic review of works published in the CAPES BDENF and LILACS databases, from 2005 to 2015, using the descriptors: Hysterectomy, Sexuality and Nursing. Nine articles were analyzed. The results of the related studies consisted of three themes that identified the meaning of hysterectomy for women: hysterectomy and body image; hysterectomy and sexual activity; hysterectomy and social role. The studies showed the importance of this organ for women and how it interferes with their body image, conception of gender, female, sexual activity and social role.

"The teacher facing the technological revolution of writing" is an investigation about the perspective that the teacher has about the transformation that the use of technology has given to the forms of inscription of the students of Pedagogy of the FES Aragón and about the ways in which such transformations are related to learning and training. Using the methodology of Symbolic Interactionism, narrative interviews were conducted with the actors to highlight the meaning they give to the forms of inscription and how they experience the changes in writing before and after the technological boom. The points of analysis are Dewey's notion of reflexivity and Schön's Reflective Professional.

The series of books on Medical Mycology is the result of studies, classes, seminars and presentations prepared for undergraduate and postgraduate students and health professionals. The main aim is to consolidate knowledge and coordinate learning based on relevant scientific and literary productions on the subject. The way in which each mycosis was grouped and categorised was based on the general principle of fragmenting the content as much as possible so that it could be visualised and understood when added to other scientific productions and publications. As a spokesperson for the new generation of medical mycologists, firstly, we aim to bring the spotlight back to the field of fungal diseases, attracting the attention of the public health spheres to the important and considerable pathologies that affect the population and remain neglected. And secondly, through a didactic and enjoyable read, to attract new and promising academics to the field of mycology research.

Spinal diseases have affected a large proportion of the Brazilian population, causing expensive public health costs. The worrying thing is that many people are unaware of their causes, complications, treatment and preventative measures, which can aggravate or even lead to the early development of degenerative diseases. With this in mind, we believe that guidance through scientific exposure can reach a population that lacks this knowledge. In addition, we believe it is important to carry out assessments of visitors' level of knowledge, as this is a way of qualifying the needs of the Brazilian population when it comes to the spine. Finally, step-by-step explanations of how a scientific exhibition is put together can encourage other professionals to take the initiative, thus disseminating knowledge.

To establish an affordable alternative for teams with only one programmer, facilitating the application of an agile and flexible methodology for software development in their work environment; thus, it has been proposed to adapt the Scrum framework, for which an analysis of the process that encompasses this methodology will be performed, clearly defining their roles, events and artifacts, the same that are applicable by the team.

The present study of the subject presented and developed constitutes a global vision of the legal development of the Ecuadorian Public Administration throughout history, especially focused on the Executive Decrees issued by the Executive Function through its highest representative (President of the Republic), and its incidence or social influence by generating serious social impacts and negative consequences that have affected the Ecuadorian legal system. Being a transcendental subject, it is important to take into account that the hierarchical order is as the first scale of application, the Constitution supreme rule of direct application over any other, then we have the other laws, regulations among others; so it is illogical to think that a regulation or an executive decree can change the rules of a law and even more so that they are applied to change, contradict or harm the rights established in a law.
