This work is presented as a constitutional analysis of the affectation suffered by the procedural subjects in a criminal case, when the states, in order to guarantee a criminal policy of repression, violate the universal principle of the presumption of innocence, through the recurrent application of preventive detention, a precautionary measure of a personal nature, considered a measure of last resort. Throughout the analysis certain questions are raised, which undoubtedly require dogmatically based answers, among others, is the constitutional principle of the presumption of innocence violated in Ecuador?

This book refers to: "FAMILY DYNAMICS AND ITS INFLUENCE ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF ORAL LANGUAGE IN CHILDREN OF THE FIRST GRADE OF GENERAL BASIC EDUCATION OF THE SCHOOL OF BASIC EDUCATION "OVIDIO DECROLY" OF THE CITY OF CATAMAYO PROVINCE OF LOJA SCHOOL YEAR 2013-2014". PROPOSITIVE GUIDELINES, carried out according to what is established in the Academic Regulations of the National University of Loja. The General Objective was: To make known the importance of Family Dynamics and its influence on the Language Development of children in First Grade of General Basic Education parallel "A and C" of the School of Basic Education "OVIDIO DECROLY" of the city of Catamayo. The methods used for the elaboration of this research work were: Scientific, Inductive, Deductive, Descriptive, Analytical, Synthetic, Dialectical and Statistical Model, which were used to efficiently achieve the proposed goal. The techniques and instruments used were: a survey directed and applied to the parents of children in the first grade of General Basic Education.

The research project developed is done with the intention of knowing the impact of intensive shrimp planting through ionic control as a business alternative for the sugar dam sector, together with the inhabitants, this Canvas business model will be developed. We will seek to change and direct the activity of planting and harvesting shrimp that is practiced in this sector in an empirical way to a business development with better materials, quality, better trained human resources, better distribution channel and a better finished product. Therefore, as mentioned above, the proposal presents a Canvas business model where these four items are taken into consideration: Problem that would be the difficulties in relation to the place, necessary capital and other adversities that may arise that slow down the development of the project. Theoretical framework that corresponds to the research in terms of background, everything related to this type of business. Methodology of the investigation we will proceed to the collection of information and specific data to answer questions and develop the phenomenon under study.

The present research entitled: "Evaluation of the impact of the Public Administration Improvement Program (PROMAP) on the educational support staff at the Technological Institute of Celaya", tries to show the details of its implementation as a training course for the educational support staff, which performs different administrative and service activities that complement the educational activity that has as its central axis the ITC. The PROMAP course was given with the purpose of modifying attitudes in the work performance of the federal public employee, in this case to the education support personnel of the Instituto Tecnológico de Celaya.

The Brazilian Amazon, an immense and peripheral region, owes its occupation since the colonial period mainly to two processes: geo-politics and extractivism. In the 19th century, with the imperial control of navigation on the Amazon River and its tributaries and especially with what was called the cycle of the borracha, the region was transformed with the arrival of thousands of migrants and with the urbanization of Belém and Manaus, with extractivism being the base of the pyramid of a society in transformation. The beginning of the 20th century brought the crisis, represented by the concurrence, but extractivism did not die, it only diversified, because as this text shows, the structures: productive, social and even political were strongly rooted. The great change came with the Second Great War, when the Amazon was transformed into a great supplier of strategic raw materials, mainly of native drunkenness. The Brazilian government promoted a human migration to the Amazon, the "soldiers of the drunkenness" so well portrayed in this text of Prof. Maria Graças S. Dias, her own daughter of a "seringuerio" of that time. "Prof. Dr. Nelvio Paulo Dutra Santos".

This work constitutes a proposal for the construction sector in the province of Imbabura, Ecuador, which seeks, through the measurement of indicators, to be a guide for the work done by this important economic sector in Imbabura and to reactivate the efficiency and effectiveness of this activity. This research work presents the theoretical and conceptual framework, the proposal itself and the conclusions of the present study.

This book is the result of a study of cinematographic montage procedures in search of a broader understanding of its mechanisms of operation as a principle that creates images loaded with meaning. Soviet montage is the reference system for an interpretation of the basic principles of montage elaborated on an amplified field, in which the various ways of operating this procedure are brought together in the notion of expanded montage. In order to verify the existence of a common radical among the heterogeneous forms in which montage is presented in cinema, I bring together artistic, philosophical and linguistic aspects that can be verified in the composition of the Soviet term and in more current versions of the concept, in order to understand it as a way of creating that is perceptible in various artistic languages, especially in theater. In the final stage, I analyze these procedures in the theatrical staging of Cabras: cabeças que voam, cabeças que rolam... by Cia Teatro Balagan.

In this book you will find valuable information on the different types of anemia found in 615 Ehrlichia canis spp positive dogs over a period of six months. The results of the erythrocyte indices were obtained from a type V hemogram using the Vetscan HM5 hematology equipment of the zoetis brand.All ehrlichia-positive canines were entered into the study by means of the Uranotest ehrlichia-anaplasma test.

This book presents a proposal for the management of inclusive education based on the theory of the Index for inclusion, elaborated by Tony Booth and Mel Ainscow (2000) and published in the United Kingdom by the Center for Inclusive Education Studies, this theory has been adapted to the Spanish educational context as "Guía para la evaluación y mejora de la educación inclusiva" (2002). Convinced of having done a very important work to improve the management of inclusive education in the Educational Institutions of our country, I would like to express my thanks in advance, firstly to the jury and then to the readers for the observations and suggestions they may wish to make on this paper.

Corrosion of metallic materials, especially carbon steel, is a major problem, as it occurs frequently in a wide variety of activities, such as the chemical, oil and gas, construction and automotive industries, among others. The economic losses incurred by these activities are enormous, which is why it is necessary to study in depth and use methods that can combat corrosion of metallic material. The most common way to combat corrosion is to paint the part, using paints that are basically composed of resin, solvents and additives, forming a protective layer on the metal surface. The general aim of this project is to develop low-cost chambers for accelerated testing and to study the anti-corrosion protection offered by anti-corrosion paints available on the market, applying them to combat corrosion in metallic material.

The fundamental purpose of preschool education is to foster in children the integral and harmonious development of their physical, affective, social and cognitive capacities, based on the characteristics of this age and their social environment, in such a way that allows them to have autonomy and confidence in themselves to fully live this stage and face the later challenges of their school and social life. To refer to mathematics at this educational level is to talk about a discipline that is difficult to learn and teach, however, within the curricular proposal of the different study plans it represents part of the essential elements in the formation of every individual, since its learning in connection with other subjects allows the development of intellectual abilities: creativity, imagination, critical thinking, curiosity, etc. In other words, they contribute to the formation of the child.

The evolutionary development of individuals is influenced by aspects including the environment, parents and technology. During childhood, social and cognitive development is greatly influenced by technological media, specifically the excessive use of cell phones. The present study seeks to promote family time through filial therapy, which will result in improvements in the social and cognitive development of children aged 5 to 10 years. By means of interviews with parents, tutors and the children themselves, as well as the application of the Corman Test applied before and after therapy, the benefits of family time will be recognized in order to obtain improvements in behavior, skills to interact in the social environment, adaptability to the environment and improvements in the academic performance of children in different contexts.

The proposal aims to improve the service of the company MG Catering through the most popular media today such as social networks. By means of the field observation method, the problem of the study was determined and a possible solution was then sought. The survey was directed to a group of companies in the city of Guayaquil, which facilitated the collection of information, thus allowing to know and establish the preferences and demand of customers, resulting in the fact that price is a determining factor when purchasing a service, as well as the use of networks for hiring a service and that their main social networks are Facebook and Instagram for the company MG Catering.

Currently, the final disposal of municipal waste (MSW) is a problem that affects people's health and the environment. Some controlled sanitary landfills have the disadvantage of producing liquids with high levels of contamination as a result of biological decomposition, called leachates, so it is necessary to apply environmentally friendly decontaminants to control these effluents that are discharged into water sources. Thus, given the importance of this problem, the present research, which was carried out in the landfill pool of the Mejía Canton, Province of Pichincha, has the objective of evaluating the effectiveness of chitosan as a remover of the different heavy metals contained in the leachates. These liquids were previously treated by the FENTON advanced oxidation method, which is applied by combining an oxidizing agent, Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) with a catalyst of Ferrous Sulfate heptahydrate [Fe (SO4)].7H2O.

The nursery school teacher must take on the role of mediator of teaching-learning-development, which will occur naturally in the actions present in play and interactions. It's worth emphasising that play in Early Childhood Physical Education is both the means and the end of pedagogical practice, based on the appropriation of play as content to be taught. It's not up to us in Physical Education classes in Early Childhood Education to propose activities whose main objective is to develop knowledge of colours, numbers or letters. Nor should we plan lessons aimed at improving children's balance, motor coordination or sense of space and time. In Early Childhood Physical Education, children play in order to learn how to play, they reproduce the play they have been taught, imitate it, internalise the play they have been taught and at the same time create and recreate their own form of play. The child then produces their own culture of play, influencing and being influenced by the culture present in the community in which they live. Body learning related to motor, cognitive and affective development will come naturally in this play, so there is no need to direct the lessons in this direction.

Geoethics deals with scientific, technical, educational, social and cultural practices related to sustainability, development, geodiversity, geological heritage, rational exploitation of mineral resources, responsibility in the prediction and mitigation of natural hazards, among others, both on Earth and, with a view to the future, in other spatial bodies. In addition to the deontological principles of honesty, integrity, professional secrecy, loyal competence, etc., shared by other professions, geoethics establishes other principles on which the behavior of geologists should be based. Internationally, two scientific societies dedicated to the promotion and development of geoethics have developed, both under the auspices of the International Union of Geological Sciences: the International Association for Geoethics (IAGETH) and the International Association for Promoting Geoethics (IAPG). Every professional community strives to maintain certain standards of competence and quality in its work. For this reason, it controls and supervises, in some way, the integration of new members and the adequate professional practice.

Salmonella spp and E. coli BLEE are bacteria of great importance in public health due to their involvement in both foodborne diseases and antimicrobial resistance. The main objective of the present investigation was to isolate Salmonella spp and E. coli BLEE from cecal contents and mesenteric ganglia, from pigs slaughtered at EMRAQ-EP and to statistically associate these isolates with the place of origin of the pigs. A total of 365 samples were taken from cecums and mesenteric ganglia in the pig evisceration area. For the microbiological analysis of Salmonella spp. the methodology proposed in ISO 6579 was used, and ISO 16649 was applied for the determination of E. coli BLEE. A total of 56 (15.3%) and 347 (95%) isolates of Salmonella spp. and E. coli BLEE were obtained, respectively. The Chi-square test showed no statistical significance between the presence of Salmonella spp. and E. coli BLEE in cecal contents and mesenteric ganglia and the geographic site of origin of the pigs sampled (p>0.05).

The objective of this study is to analyze the purchasing behavior of students who decide to enroll in a course to obtain a Type C Professional License at CONDUESPOL. CONDUESPOL being an institution committed to the training of professional drivers responsible towards citizens and the environment, always at the forefront with technology, comfortable infrastructure and having trained teaching staff has contributed to the country in terms of road safety issues and that is reflected with its more than 5,300 students graduated since 2011; but having the most important thing, which has the support of the National Transit Agency and ESPOL. What we want to know are the reasons that influence students to make the decision to choose this type of profession as a source of economic resources vs. other existing professions and in the same way the causes that led them to decide for this school compared to others that exist in the market.

This book was inspired by my favorite sport such as basketball. Emphasizing the importance of sports stretching in the practice of basketball, and how we can apply it according to the needs of the player. It is of utmost importance the application of stretching exercises after the practice of basketball, in order to gain elasticity and flexibility of the joints and improve the athletic performance of each player, in this way we will also reduce the risk of sports injuries.

This study focuses on the challenges of access and permanence in school for working students in Youth and Adult Education. It is known that the problems related to the educational insertion of the EJA public in school, as well as the guarantee of their permanence until the conclusion of the courses, constitute major political and pedagogical issues that dialogue with the economic, historical and social totality that constitutes Brazilian society. The implementation of the National Programme for the Integration of Vocational Education into Secondary Education in the form of Youth and Adult Education (PROEJA) in 2006, within the scope of the Institutions of the Federal Network of Vocational, Scientific and Technological Education, was a historic milestone for the Youth and Adult Education modality in the country, with innovative potential in relation to the demands of organising offers for this public. The research presented in this book seeks to understand the difficulties of access and permanence of students in much more advantageous conditions in terms of infrastructure, funding and qualification of human resources, in the Federal Network, compared to other public education networks.

The analysis of El camino de Ida seeks to show how the unveiling of a mystery can be considered a crime novel without having to comply with the canons of this genre. This novel represents Piglia's crime novel, but highlighting a special element: the enigmatic. Likewise, it is intended to show how the novel is also supported by concepts of the detective genre such as: the punishment of the criminal, the violation of borders, uprooting and social denunciation. Finally, it will be shown how in El camino de Ida the fictional-reflexive writer is condensed, how it is possible for the essayistic to have a place in the fictional.

As long as you have dreams, don't stop fighting to achieve them and make them a reality. This is a work that was made with love by two young Afro-descendants. The objective is to show part of the culture that exists in the northern part of Ecuador, especially in the provinces of Imbabura and Carchi. The culture and traditions that this magical people keep with jealousy, but with the passage of time are being lost. The idea is that the new generations know part of its history.

The purpose of this book is to analyze the projections that could have in contemporary music the idiomatic modality of three instruments from the South-Andean area corresponding to the northern part of Chile: the siku, the quena and the charango. As well as the application in them of extended techniques of execution. We will understand as "idiomatic modality" the modes of execution that are traditional in the aforementioned instruments. We will understand as "extended techniques" all those non-conventional performance resources that are used in instruments of the contemporary western tradition.

Rice is a cereal that almost the entire Brazilian population eats. It has a large agricultural production, mainly due to its ease of adaptation to the climate and different types of soil in Brazil. As well as the grain, the cereal is also made up of its husk, which can be put to different uses, as indicated by some of the research studies into viable alternatives for reusing rice processing waste. This research report presents the results of a literature review on the use of rice processing residues in Brazil and seeks to contribute to a better understanding of the possible uses and applications of this resource in a sustainable manner. This research used the Systematic Bibliographic Review (SBR) as the method for collecting and analysing bibliographic data.

The research is based on the study of the post-mortem inventories of the Castro Trooper Museum in Paraná. The aim is to analyse these documents and, from there, obtain information that demonstrates the value attributed to slaves and their importance in the composition of the wealth expressed in the inventories. This will show how the economy of Paraná and the Campos Gerais was integrated into the Empire's commercial system. In order to arrive at this answer, it is necessary to build a dialogue between other factors, such as the end of the transatlantic slave trade, the commercial dynamics surrounding coffee and gold mining, and tropeirismo. This, in fact, appears to be the factor linking the southern economy with the commercial interests of São Paulo and Minas Gerais, an integrating factor that permeates the society of Campos Gerais. Focussing on economic historiography, the use and reading of other materials that can help the research is not ruled out.

According to experts, women are the main subject of fashion advertisements, which has generated debates about beauty stereotypes and media bodies. Some authors focused in the first decade of the 21st century on the influence of advertising on the prevailing female prototypes. Moreover, due to the negative impact of extreme thinness on the eating behavior of adolescents, nowadays diversity has gained importance in society, and specifically in the fashion industry. For this reason, the study seeks to analyze the feminine features and aspects related to the predominant physical stereotypes in the communication of fashion brands in women's magazines (traditionally a key support in the sector's advertising investment) through interviews with professionals and the analysis of advertising and informative units in several leading magazines (Vogue, Elle, Cosmopolitan, Glamour and Telva).

This paper attempts to link the concepts of new public management with its main pillars, public ethics, governance and social responsibility. New public management arises as a response to the dissatisfaction of citizens who feel that the state does not meet their expectations in terms of public services and the needs that they, as central members of a country, have the right to demand. This is why all countries, especially those in Latin America, are making great efforts in this new management paradigm. This new way of doing public management is based on the principle that the government can consciously direct its service strategies towards the user and at the same time be service oriented.

Day after day, innovative techniques and procedures emerge in the practice of dental implants as a restorative option in the loss of dental pieces. The dental implants are additions placed in the maxillary and mandibular hues through surgery, which, after being osteointegrated adequately, will provide the base on which the prosthetic rehabilitation will be made in order to return the patient to lost masticatory and aesthetic function; offering good support, improving oral health and creating healthy periodontal conditions. 4 patients who came to the dental office at the Universidad Central Este in January-May 2018 and needed to increase the volume of the residual alveolar ridge around the osteointegrated implants previously placed in the anterior superior sector were selected los resultados estéticos de la rehabilitation finale.
