La presente investigación tiene sus bases en la pedagogía critica, cuya finalidad es transformar el sistema educativo desde dentro, no es, como podríamos pensar, crear un nuevo sistema educativo, más bien es utilizar las herramientas dadas por él e implementar nuevas estrategias que cumplan con los objetivos. Estas estrategias necesitan ir en función de una verdadera praxis, que el alumno sea capaz de reflexionar en su hacer, apoyándose con elementos propios de su entorno, para que de esta manera sea capaz de apropiarse de su conocimiento. Este documento se materializó en una tesis de investigación, con un tinte altamente formativo, el cual me permitió lograr mi título como Licenciada en Educación Primaria.

The global financial obstacle between rich and poor states illustrates the new form of colonialism and slavery. Today, states are dominated by their financial incapacity. In this sense, in the global world, the separation into blocs has lost its meaning in the face of financial power. There are no longer extreme socialist or capitalist countries. There are no blocs of allies based on political orientation. Today, alliances are made through buying and/or selling power. They are relationships of creditors and debtors. They are economic-financial relationships. The world lives under the command of the new pharaoh: the neoliberal god. The logic of the financial obstacle is denounced as one of the factors preventing the economic independence of poor countries. Well, economically poor countries like Mozambique don't have the political, scientific or technological capacity to compete with richer countries, which perpetuates global asymmetries and exacerbates dependence on foreign aid.

This paper aims to analyse the importance of the working environment based on the Principle of the Dignity of the Human Person. It shows that a healthy working environment is a fundamental right for those who work. To do this, it is important to define what a labour habitat is, its requirements and characteristics. This is followed by a conceptualisation of Fundamental Rights and a consequent analysis of the working environment and its fundamental protection by the law through collective protection, with the aim of guaranteeing the dignity of the human person. Consequently, the meeting of these concepts gives rise to the need to strengthen worker protection, insofar as the object of legal protection of the labour habitat is precisely the life, health and quality of life of those who work. Finally, an examination of the concept of the words "work", "environment" and "working environment", the historical origin of legal protection for the working environment and the legal nature of the right to a balanced working environment.

It has numerous applications in the industrial world (materials, dyes, drugs).The aim of this course, dedicated to organic chemistry, is to present the basic concepts of general organic chemistry. This textbook is intended for undergraduate and graduate students. It will also be of interest to students in other fields such as process engineering, the petrochemical industry, biology and pharmacy. No previous knowledge of organic chemistry is required.

Postoperative analgesia (PSA) plays an important role in the evaluation of professional practices, and plays a key role in reducing postoperative morbidity and mortality.We conducted a prospective observational study evaluating postoperative analgesia in patients operated on in the visceral surgery department of CHU Habib Bourguiba Sfax Tunisia.We included 60 patients aged over 18 years over a 15-day period.Postoperatively, monomodal analgesia was most commonly used, mainly intravenous paracetamol. In major abdominal surgery, postoperative epidural analgesia was used systematically. Patients who benefited from this technique were entirely satisfied. At the end of the hospital stay, pain was least marked, and the majority of patients were satisfied with their care in the department.

The fundamental purpose of every health institution is the comprehensive care of patients. For this reason, each service seeks to measure the quality of its work, and in this context, quality indicators become important in national and international accreditation processes. In this context, the image rejection rate is the most widely used indicator in radiology services, but it is imperative that this indicator is evaluated over time and reviewed by trained personnel, with the aim of being efficient and being able to propose goals to lower the repetition rates, as this means an increase in patient doses, increased time for the medical technologist and wear and tear on the x-ray tube.

This is an investigative study into the actions required of nurse managers in hospital units. Given the changes that have taken place in the health sector in recent years, especially since the 1990s with the creation of the Unified Health System (SUS), nurses have been required to have managerial competences and skills so that they can manage hospitals in a way that meets the expectations of more effective management. This research study concludes by confirming that in the hospital context, nurse managers must develop their actions in a critical and reflective manner, especially with regard to the competences required for good professional performance, in order to always seek quality in the services provided to patients.
