The aim of this study was to analyse the scientific production, based on a conceptual review, and to understand the main challenges faced by nurses in relation to risk classification in urgent/emergency services. The methodology used was the literature review, which, from the search in the LILACS and BDENF databases, had as a sample for the construction of the corpus of the analysis of this study 26 articles. The theme was divided into three axes: Public Health Policies - QualisSUS and HumanizaSUS; Reception with Risk Assessment and Classification; and The challenges of the nurse who welcomes, assesses and classifies. The works exposed the theme in a succinct and objective way, and unanimously pointed out the nurse as the professional trained to perform the reception with risk classification, and basing their assistance on humanisation and solidarity, ensuring quality and immediate assistance to the patient and reducing the risks of complications.

Maternal and neonatal mortality are considered important indicators of the quality of care provided. In view of the high mortality rates of this group, the World Health Organisation (WHO) launched a document in 1996 called "Good practices in labour and birth care", which lists a series of practices that have been shown to be useful and should be encouraged. These practices aim to minimise excessive interventions, some of which are harmful, during labour and childbirth, giving women back their role as protagonists and capable of conducting their own childbirth. Therefore, this study sought to assess in a maternity hospital of the municipal network of the city of Fortaleza-Ce, in the year 2013, considered Baby Friendly Hospital, if the institution followed the new WHO recommendations regarding good practices and what practices were carried out with parturients during labour and delivery. However, this work is intended for health professionals so that they can expand their knowledge on the subject and become aware of the quality of care that has been offered to the mother and child binomial.

This study aims to take stock of Jean-Paul Sartre's criticism of imperialism, colonialism and neo-colonialism as they relate to the Third World in general, and Africa in particular. To sum up, through our choice of author and subject, we would like to assert once again that the unity of the African continent is the surest way to its liberation. This path to unity offers effective means for Africa's economic, political and cultural development. Our reflection does not consist in a simple analysis of the history of colonization, as a historian would do. In the first part, we use historical analysis to show, with Sartre, that colonialism is a system of domination and alienation of both the colonized and the colonizers. In the second part, we'll look at our independence and the causes of neo-colonialism. Finally, the third part will define the prospects for African liberation.

In this book, we reflect on the conceptions of the body of Physical Education teachers and the work with the student's body during their pedagogical action in Mozambique.The discourses of the 18 teachers from 10 secondary schools show that teachers understand the body from the anatomical perspective, body as machine, body and soul, body as a whole and body object of performance. In relation to pedagogical action, teachers stated that they work with the body from the perspective of performance, health, leisure, aesthetics and docile body. In view of these results, we can affirm that Physical Education teachers in Secondary Schools conceive the body from a biological and mechanistic perspective and work with the student's body in a fragmented way, seeking to achieve the best performance and to envisage good health.

Teacher training is important to subsidise the work of teachers in class with the students of cycle I of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd year in the age group of 6 to 8 years, coming from popular classes with cultural diversities and diverse financial conditions. The students when they arrive at the 3rd year of cycle I need to be well prepared in their learning with a good development in reading, text production and mathematics. Every month the students are evaluated, but many times it does not depend only on the teacher but also need guidance from parents and coordination to develop interest in learning.

Even after eight years of legislative change it is common to observe among professionals from various areas difficulties in understanding the organisation form Individual Limited Liability Company. Even among people with legal training certain basic clarifications are necessary as the differentiation between the EIRELI and the Individual Entrepreneur. In this sense, the EIRELI must carry out business activity and pay as Social Capital an amount of at least one hundred times the minimum wage. While the Individual Entrepreneur only needs to exercise a business activity defined in the Brazilian Civil Code.

The work covers the recent doctrinal discussions on the current methodological phase of the civil process and the problems surrounding the issue, containing the constitutional approach of procedural effectiveness, among others, and the ability of the process to give a quick and safe response to the legal assets protected which does not occur, often, due to excessive formalism. This book is based on the author's dissertation for his Master's degree in Political Economy, which was awarded with a "Very Good" distinction. In recent years, there has been a particular interest in "Islamic finance", especially on the part of banks. But this interest is mainly limited to adapting banking products to the principles of the Islamic religion. However, despite the specialist content of the subject, the style adopted makes the book accessible to anyone wishing to learn about the principles of Islamic economics.

Today more than ever, the whole world is faced with a number of crises, natural disasters, plagues and other ills, including pandemic, endemic and epidemic diseases. The frequency and severity of these diseases vary depending on whether the country is in the North or the South. Despite the efforts of all concerned, these diseases continue to claim victims at global, national and local levels. As we all know, cholera is a disease that is rife throughout the world, appearing in the form of epidemics. In some parts of the world, the disease has become endemic. Our Health Zone, located in the Territory of Uvira, Province of South Kivu, in the east of the Democratic Republic of Congo, is not spared from this disease, which is both endemic and epidemic. This work constitutes a reference document likely to provide information about cholera in the Uvira Health Zone to anyone who feels ready to make a contribution, however small, to the fight against this endemic and epidemic disease.

In the ECOWAS region, agriculture plays a key role in the economies of member countries. It contributes 17.5% (World Bank) to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and employs more than half of our working population. Agriculture is the main source of income and employment for the population, the majority of whom live in rural areas. In Senegal, agriculture has in the past experienced a structural problem linked to the steady decline in its contribution to GDP. Our work is structured in three parts. The first chapter, on the methodological and theoretical framework, will consist of defining the scope of the study, i.e. presenting the study area and the investigative approaches and techniques, defining the problem and setting out the research objectives and hypotheses. The second chapter analyses the national onion market. In the final chapter, our study will focus on the financial and economic analysis of the establishment of our production farm.

The state of Piauí is very rich in cultural manifestations. As the state is relatively large, with various types of climate, vegetation and relief, it is common to have a variety of cultures depending on the location. The most common manifestations in Piauí are: Bumba-Meu-Boi, Cavalo Piancó, Congada, Samba de Cumbuca, Reisado, mandolins, rabecas, among others. From the north to the south of Piauí, the characteristic culture of the people of Piauí is presented in various ways. Whether in music, dance, theatre or even in the mixtures of these cultural manifestations, our identity is found. In festivals that go beyond the capital Teresina, culture is preserved through the promotion of different types of art and presentations throughout the state, as also occurs in Floriano, Oeiras, Pedro II and Bom Jesus.

The book we present is one of the results of a research task, it is a compilation of topics related to virtual teaching-learning environments (VLE), an invitation to stop and reflect on the teaching performance mediated by virtual environments and analysis of some of the strategies and educational practices that we have understood as useful and effective in the training of competent teachers from these environments. This work may be useful to a wide group of teachers and readers. In this sense, its content and purpose respond to the need to mitigate the difficulties in the use of NICTs, wherever the slightest crack of the latest and newest technology has been placed. Hence, ideas are presented by the authors, university professors, in order to improve and make the way of teaching and learning more suggestive, attractive and profitable.

The present work has the purpose of presenting the non-cumulative regime of PIS (Social Integration Programme) and COFINS (Contribution to Social Security Financing), more precisely with regard to crediting for inputs. In this sense, the taxes as a whole will be addressed, presenting their main characteristics and, mainly, all the doctrinal and jurisprudential concepts related to inputs. Obtaining this credit and how it is accounted for will also be highlighted in this text. All this with fulcrum in the laws n° 10.637 of 2002 and 10.833 of 2003.

The monograph presents modern ideas about the disease, the consequences of which worsen the quality of life of patients, in particular, the experiences of works of a number of foreign authors are given and when choosing the optimal method of surgical treatment of DGPJ in urological practice it is necessary to take into account various factors such as availability, cost of equipment, training of specialists, as well as individual characteristics and condition of each patient, paying attention to risk factors of DGPJ. Improvement of the results of surgical treatment of DGPJ can be achieved through further study and implementation of modern technologies, training and professional development of urologists, as well as cooperation with international organizations and exchange of experience and basic diagnostic aspects in the timely approach to this disease.

In a daring way, the voices of the riverside communities emerge and combine the historical events of a small community with the national conjuncture of electricity policies. The relationship of force between the Movement of People Affected by Dams (MAB) and the hydroelectric companies in the Chopim Valley brings us reports of two dams that were to be built, but which, although absent in form, appear at all times present in the narratives of the residents. The relationship between present, past and future times, in confluence, are accompanied by feelings of fear and hope. The Gerdau company that would build the dams was concerned with creating relationships with the affected families in order to convince them of their need and importance. At the heart of the land struggle, activists demanded fair compensation, believing that they were being cheated by the company. In the context of knowledge and practices, feelings of belonging and different relationships with the time of the dams allow us to analyse how those affected reinterpret their space of experience and how they figure out their horizon of expectation.

In the month of May 1949, on the 18th, 19th and 20th, the city of Maceió suffered a serious disruption that changed the way a large number of people acted and lived. The city and the people living in it were disrupted. A natural phenomenon, a water storm, occurred. This natural disaster consists of water falling from the sky without stopping for several hours or days. This natural phenomenon can resemble the great tragic plays that took place in Ancient Greece. Greek tragedies were theatrical performances staged in the 5th century BC that showed the misfortunes brought about by human beings and their humanity. Tragedy arose as a religious cult to the god Dionysus, and the intention was to show the passage from good to bad fortune. Through tragedies the Greeks sought to give signs, senses and meanings to their existence in the world. Through tragedy they sought to reconstruct the processes of the world, in the world. Some facts that happen in our existence do not always seem to have immediate meaning, however, they occur and make us give meaning to what apparently has no meaning. And what happened in that month of May 1949 was something out of the ordinary.

Conflict mediation involving non-conventional armed actors has emerged as a new way for the State to deal with the growing problem of violence and crime in various places around the world. In this sense, the Conflict Mediation Program (PMC), which acts as a social crime prevention policy in territories of Minas Gerais, has had reports of cases involving these types of actors, without, however, having a theoretical and institutionalized ballast to deal with this type of demand. The objective of this work is to discuss the theoretical framework that deals with prevention policies developed through conflict mediation programs, in parallel with productions that address the phenomenon of the performance of unconventional armed actors. From this, we sought to analyze cases reported by analysts of the Conflict Mediation Program, trying to systematize discussions about new possibilities of PMC action in the peaceful resolution of conflicts in communities marked by the presence of armed delinquent groups.

This work is committed to reflecting on the contemporary challenge: digital ethics. And so it seeks to highlight the need for a current control of data, which can happen if there is greater care in the face of the constant and inattentive use of technologies. For this, it is necessary to remain firm in a measured action that disengages you from bad habits or, perhaps, criminal acts, simply by ethical abandonment. For, just like real media, digital media are not a 'lawless land', nor can they exempt those who harm others from responsibility. Thus, based on current laws confirming the maxim of civil liability: 'whoever causes harm to another is obliged to repair it'. It cannot be expected that in the face of so many unethical conducts such acts will not be held accountable, on the contrary, today, from the General Data Law, there will be a greater demand regarding the practices of users of the computer network or any technology that is worth it.

Leprosy continues to be a public health problem in Brazil and in some countries around the world, even after the beginning of treatment by polychemotherapy in the 1980s. This thesis sought to identify, describe and analyse the perception of intra-household communicants about the disease, living with the patient and the control performed by the health service. A qualitative approach was chosen. The study population consists of 19 intradomiciliary communicants registered in the health unit where actions of the Leprosy Elimination Programme are developed in the municipality of Fernandópolis/SP. The instruments used for data collection were: the patient's medical record, the form and the semi-structured interview, with three guiding questions. For the analysis of qualitative data, the Content Analysis technique, Thematic modality, was used. Three thematic units were formed from the nuclei of meaning. It was also found the need to value the surveillance of contacts in other perspectives, besides the epidemiological one, in order to contemplate other dimensions of the lives of these subjects.

This work deals with the fundamental right to education, analysing this right and the binomial inclusion and social exclusion and the paradox of the democratic rule of law. It seeks to analyse whether public school education in Brazil, instead of being an element that contributes to inclusion and equality, has not paradoxically served social exclusion and the maintenance of inequality between rich and poor, revealing the fractures of the democratic state of law, to the extent of its inability to comply with the constitutional commandment to guarantee a compulsory, free, universal and quality public education. Thus, we seek to analyse the basic principles that guide the fundamental right to education in the democratic state of law, comparing them with the Brazilian social and educational reality, in order to reflect on the existing mismatch between the purposes expressed in the text of the Constitution and the lack of social effectiveness in the provision of the fundamental right to education by the State.

Self-knowledge is at the heart of this study of man. The foundations of our being prompt us to reflect on who we are and what our legitimate aspirations are. What is meant by euthanasia, and what is its relationship with the right to life and the understanding of the High Court about viable life? The text is divided into three chapters, the first of which addresses the concept of euthanasia and its current standardisation. The second analyses the right to life from a constitutional perspective and the understanding of the Supreme Court in relation to viable life. The third discusses the principle of human dignity as a means of ensuring the person a dignified death. Methodologically, to achieve success, the work starts from the bibliographical research, using renowned authors who contribute to the understanding of the theme.

The study is divided into hints for distance learning, online learning and selected subject areas from the author's point of view, which are presented in detail.

The institution of Law No. 12,441/2011 achieved the wishes of the class of small entrepreneurs, through the objective control of risks of patrimonial losses, resulting from the exercise of business activity. In this complex scenario, the aforementioned standard presented itself as a competitive and stimulating element for the development of entrepreneurship in the country. Therefore, we sought to analyse the effectiveness of this conditional legislation, its adequacy to reality, in the business scenario of the city of São Luís - MA.

Attention deficit disorder is a neurological disorder of genetic causes, which appears in childhood and often accompanies the individual throughout their life. It is characterised by symptoms of distraction, impulsivity and physical and/or mental hyperactivity. One aspect that differentiates ADHD children from non-ADHD children is that the symptoms of ADHD behaviour are independent of emotional, environmental and social problems. Many theorists have placed great emphasis on the importance of games and play in children's learning. By using play as a teaching strategy, a valuable tool is used, which will provide an opportunity for the child with ADHD to develop skills of experimentation, imagination, concentration, interaction, socialisation, attention, as well as problem solving.

The relevance of the debate on the subject of democracy in Western societies is now indisputable. This shows that autocratic forms of society have lost relevance and that the struggle for democracy has come to be seen as a positive movement. The present work, converging with this event, rescues the contribution of two notable 20th century jurists on the subject: the Austrian jurist Hans Kelsen and the Italian jurist Norberto Bobbio. The aim is to identify the contribution of these authors to the concept of democracy, the fundamental characteristics of this political form in their thought and its assumptions. In its conclusion, the paper highlights the points of convergence and divergence between the authors and makes it clear that the struggle for democracy remains a fundamental task.
