Addressing concepts about documentary heritage in the light of Library and historical concepts and understanding the importance of musical collections as part of social memory, these are some of the themes addressed in the following study. The Major Xavier Torres Music Band of the fifth battalion of the military police of the state of Ceará and the Alberto Nepomuceno Music Conservatory are the institutions addressed for this work and the relevance of their collections as part of the documentary and musical heritage of the city of Fortaleza.

This book deals with communication for the sustainable development of decentralised territorial entities in the D.R. Congo. The author maintains that communication is essential in the process of endogenous, integral and sustainable promotion of local entities. He also argues that it is the first strategy to be promoted in the DRC's journey towards becoming a middle-income country (2021), an emerging country by 2030 and, finally, a sustainably developed country (2050). The book is aimed at all those with a passion for social communication in all its diversity.

Examinations are procedures for determining knowledge and skills, generally performance, which are determined by subject-specific tasks or questions. This requires an examination didactics. As pedagogically planned situations with specific performance, skills, knowledge, abilities and dispositions are determined as objectively as possible through forms of performance assessment and certified with a certificate, examination certificate or diploma. Objective. To analyse the reasons that led the Portuguese colonial administration to condemn indigenous drunkenness in the 18th century by means of indigenist policies contained in the Directory of 1757. Methodology. Qualitative, documentary research, analysing three records from the 1750s - two communications and the travel diary of Mendonça Furtado - from which considerations are made about the insertion of articles 13 and 14 of the aforementioned law. In addition, ethnographic and archaeological information on the alcoholic consumption of the indigenous peoples of the upper Rio Negro is used. Results. It was found that the effects of the cohibition of drunkenness seem to be directed against the festive activities of the natives.

The book covers the cultivation of sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas L.), carrot (Daucus carota L.) and brassica (broccoli, rocket, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, turnip, radish, cabbage, leaf cabbage, mustard and watercress) from planting to harvest. Being subdivided into three chapters, being Chapter I: Cultivation of sweet potato, Chapter II: Cultivation of carrot and Chapter III: Cultivation of Brassicas. A bibliographic survey was carried out based on books, articles and technical communications on these crops, in order to provide in-depth knowledge for professionals in the area of Agricultural Sciences about these vegetables.

This "Rudiments of Music" presents the essential foundations of musical notation in everyday (even familiar) terms. We've learned how to interpret clefs, notes and durations, rhythmic signatures, dynamics, conceptual clarifications and more. Everything needed to transcribe our own compositions or interpret those of others was developed. In addition, we studied scales, beats and fingerings, which are key elements in understanding and making music harmoniously.Musical notation is much more than just a set of symbols on a staff. It is the universal language of musicians, enabling music to be communicated clearly and precisely. Thanks to our knowledge of music theory, we are able to capture and convey the most complex and subtle musical ideas. Let's not forget that learning musical notation is an ongoing process. The more we practice and explore new music, the more we hone our musical notation skills.

"The impact of pineapple cultivation on the development of the town of Bonoua" is the theme of our master's thesis. Pineapple growing has been a great success in the sub-prefecture of Bonoua, encouraging the creation of agro-industries such as SALCI in Ono, SOCABO and SIACA in Bonoua. Bonoua thus became the main centre for the development of this crop in Côte d'Ivoire, encouraging a massive influx of foreigners into the sub-prefecture. Given the historical importance of pineapple growing in the Bonoua area, many authors and observers claim that the town's development stems from the spin-offs of pineapple growing. But what role does the pineapple economy really play in the development of Bonoua? The aim of our study is to identify the impact of pineapple cultivation on the spatial, human and economic development of the town of Bonoua.

Digital marketing has become a major ally for companies to stand out in the market, due to the exchange of information and collaboration of Internet users with websites and virtual services. With the expansion of new concepts and media on the internet, companies have started to invest most of their resources in digital marketing strategies. In this relatively inexpensive but extremely complex electronic medium, companies need to know well the audience to be reached, identify what consumers want and how the relationship will be made.

One of the inherent characteristics of biology is that, unlike other sciences, there are no apparent laws. For example, physics cannot do without the law of gravitation. In chemistry we have the law of chemical equilibrium, which involves Le Châtelier's principle. However, Biology, at least for the time being, does not have them. Even so, if there is one phenomenon that has occurred in all living beings, it is the fact that they have evolved. Who knows, maybe as a result of this observation there is a law of biology that no biologist or other scholar has yet realised?

Banking accounting is similar to corporate accounting, but has its own specific features and responds to different concerns: prudential control, risk measurement, particularly in relation to financial instruments, etc. The accounting standards applicable to banks and companies are constantly evolving. For example, banks have had to write down many of their assets because they have become illiquid; conversely, they have boosted their earnings by reversing impairments. However, we should not 'throw the baby out with the bathwater', as these standards have many advantages: standardisation and comparability, easier prudential supervision, etc. In a context of financial stability, the quality of accounting standards is very important. Accounting information is the input used to measure compliance with regulations: it must be reliable, relevant and timely.

This book aims to analyse the data on suicide and cases of depression and anxiety among Brazilians based on the UN's paradigmatic shift, which occurred due to the Human Development Reports (HDRs), and the relationship between the role of information media according to the logic of neoliberal subjectivity in the post-globalisation world, where the individual is solely responsible for their success or failure in life (taking as a parameter the consumerist logic of the postmodern capitalist era).

Ever since the colonisers landed on Brazilian soil, our country has shown day after day the growing manipulation of other cultures and ideas over ours. When it comes to the religious aspect, it was no different. The first religious movements in Brazilian lands had a desire largely to obey what dictated the State of the time, and thus join the forces that the Portuguese Crown needed to seize more and more of our Brazil. This union between State and Church has perpetuated itself over our nation until the present day, albeit in a masked form. However, the benefits that the State granted to the one that helped it in the beginning, the Church, led to a problem that needs to be circumvented: The Commerce of Faith. With privileges granted by the State, the current Brazilian religious scenario is out of step with what should really be its main concern: social causes, the good of others, the gospel pure and simple.

The aim of this study is to identify the link between agricultural policies and the development of agriculture in Senegal. The description of the main historical, quantitative and institutional elements characterises the various agricultural policies implemented since 1960. We used different methods to carry out a more in-depth national analysis of the different policies implemented, and to provide new elements for analysis, namely: The hypothetico-deductive method, the ordinary least squares method and the correlation matrix.

Technologies are gaining great space in society in all areas of knowledge, including in the teaching of Chemistry, ICT has become a fundamental tool in schools, collaborating for the learning of students. Some schools still do not have full support with financial resources to meet the demand that technologies cause. Teachers seek to improve activities with students with new practices, but it is made impossible by the fact that schools do not have adequate chemical and computer laboratories to be used. The main role of technology in education is to make classes more dynamic, and in the case of Chemical Science, to arouse student interest and make content more visible. Experimentation in chemistry is another important factor to complement the student's learning, because through it, he will have the opportunity to understand the chemical concepts and elaborate questions that will lead them to think about a certain subject. This work aims to apply ICT in the teaching of chemistry in the 3rd grade of high school, using computer programs that approach certain contents in a playful way.

This essay sums up Abdoulaye Wade's forty years at the helm of Senegal's socialist regime, which fell precipitously to attrition in the February 2000 presidential election. To put it mildly, the Senegalese had high hopes for Abdoulaye Wade after 26 years in opposition. But after a few years in power, this hope turned into disillusionment for the majority of Senegalese. Above all, with the presidential family taking over the running of the Republic. A sort of "family-state" in which certain members played a leading role. To achieve this, Abdoulaye Wade first managed to oust his former allies, before playing the Caligula, and finally working his son Karim Wade with the help of the politico-religious mafia. And the weary Senegalese, in a state of advanced dereliction born of a decade of liberal bamboozling against a backdrop of scandals, were fed up with the situation.

The subject of research in the first part of the Philosophy of Time was time itself, where the author proposed to look at it from the perspective of scientific and philosophical methods of cognition. In the second part of "Philosophy of Time" the author will continue to reflect on the ideas of time from the perspective of religious and mythological methods of cognition. The author proposes to look at time by synthesizing scientific, philosophical, religious, mythological, artistic and intuitive methods of cognition. The main provisions and conclusions of this work can serve for practical use by scientists, philosophers, religious scholars, psychologists, clergymen, and journalists.

This work aimed to quantify the contents via acid digestion and soluble in infusion of the essential elements Ca, Mg, N, Cu, Mn and Zn of the toxic elements Al, Cd and Pb in four brands of yerba mate commercialised in the city of Lages-SC. For the total content, nitro-perchloric digestion was used, according to the Manual of Methods of Tissue Analyses used at Embrapa and for the total N content, the sulphuric digestion method was used. For the infusion, 1.5 g of yerba mate was weighed into 10 ml of deionised water, with a contact time of 10 minutes, at temperatures of 70, 80 and 90 °C. The quantification of the elements was performed in ICP-OES. On average, the highest contents obtained for all elements in infusion was at 70 °C. The nutrients Ca, Mg, N, Cu, Mn and Zn were transferred to the mate. The Cd contents in infusion are above the maximum values allowed by legislation for infusions. However, for Pb content, only the M4 brand is above the permitted.

The ability of an organisation to remain competitive in the market has never been a simple task, however, with the advent of globalisation this ability has become even more arduous in the face of the challenges constantly launched. Remaining in the market is currently the great challenge that organisations face, and it is essential that efforts are made to use the available resources rationally in order to achieve high levels of production with greater productivity.

Chronic non-communicable diseases (NCDs), such as diabetes, cancer and cardiovascular diseases, are responsible for more than 70% of all deaths worldwide, equivalent to 41 million deaths, 15 million people die prematurely, aged between 30 and 69 years, with more than 85% of these early deaths occurring in low- and middle-income countries. The increase in the occurrence of these diseases has been driven by risk factors such as physical inactivity, unhealthy diets, air pollution, among others, however, these factors also exacerbate mental health problems, which can originate at an early age. Half of all mental disorders start by the age of 14, but most cases go undetected and untreated. Suicide, for example, is the second leading cause of death among adolescents aged 15 to 19. Through school Physical Education classes we can reverse this situation, diversifying the contents, presenting modalities such as climbing. A manifestation of body culture that has been gaining space in Brazilian society, enabling new motor and social experiences. This work is intended for Education and Health professionals.

The construction of road infrastructure is essential for the development of a locality. This study on the bypass of the Melong-Carrefour Yimo section of National Road N°5 in Melong was carried out to assess the socio-economic and environmental impact of this bypass in the town of Melong. The town of Melong is crossed by National Road N°5, which serves the West and Littoral regions. This road was rerouted in 1978 at Melong. The high-altitude terrain on which the old route was built made the road very long and winding, with gradients that were sometimes very steep. The new section is less winding and wider, with more or less heavy traffic depending on the season. The new route has not only led to the spatial expansion of the town of Melong and the development of new income-generating activities in the new trading points, but also to a considerable reduction in economic activity in the town center and other districts along the old route.

When talking about poverty on the African continent, the term poverty must first be defined. In this paper, the term is intended to encompass the generalised lack of the conditions necessary for an acceptable quality of life, with reference to socio-economic standards such as average life expectancy, birth rate, adult and infant mortality rates, the percentage of the elderly population, the human development index, the distribution of GDP per capita or the unemployment rate, which, when compared to European standards (given that African colonisation originated in Europe), illustrate the enormous gulf between the two continents and, at the same time, emphasise the precariousness of existence in the overwhelming majority of African countries.

Introduction: the aim of this study is to determine the frequency and the epidemiological, clinical and biological profile of children with HIV infection followed up at the Centre d'Excellence - Unilu. Methodology descriptive cross-sectional study. Our sample was exhaustive, and only children aged 18 months to 15 years were included. Standard statistics were used for data analysis. Results Out of 1,500 PLHIV, 250 were children with HIV (17%); the male-female sex ratio was 0.7; the median age was 84 months (with extremes of 18 months and 180 months); school level was undefined in 49.2%; 29% were orphans of at least one parent; the median age of diagnosis was 72 months; in 46% of cases, children with cough 63% of patients had acute malnutrition of the underweight type, of which 14% were in the severe form, 36.4% in the moderate form and 12.8% in the mild form. In 44% of cases, the disease is in stage III (WHO)Conclusion HIV in children is still a major problem in our environment, and collaboration between medical staff and health partners would be an effective tool in the fight against it.

The implementation of a metacognitive methodology, in the teaching planning of the subject Chemistry, allows a majority of students to reach the skills, abilities and knowledge with satisfaction. Through a methodological route, which implied recovery, comprehension, analysis, application and reflection as metacognitive cyclic phases, and self-regulation as a process of autonomous quantification of learning, it is concluded that the process of metacognitive reflection contributes to overcome associated difficulties in the learning of Chemistry. Finally, the need to establish learning based on error correction, the development of logical thinking, problem solving and the use of information and communication technologies is emphasized.

This book touches on the social history of the Bété, a people from the Krou cultural area occupying the west, centre-west and south-west of Côte d'Ivoire. In the popular imagination of Ivorians, the Bété is a bellicose people. Even if all Ivorian peoples have their share of clichés, the quarrelsome character attributed, rightly or wrongly, to the Bété has ended up building an identity for this people in the popular imagination. Like almost all peoples, its history has been punctuated by long battles to protect its cultural identity and vital space. But the fact that they are portrayed as fond of conflict remains an element that has not escaped our curiosity as researchers. How do these people, regularly presented as "bellicose", live in harmony both internally and with the various foreign communities on their lands? Analysis of the sources collected on the history of this people has brought to light the existence of a well-honed pre-colonial system of conflict management revolving around the structuring of society. However, the irruption of French colonization into this society precipitated its gradual destructuring.

This research aims to study the relationship between wine tourism and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Wine tourism is a booming tourism modality in recent years, promoted by public entities and the association of companies resulting in parallel services such as the Wine Route of Spain. To achieve the proposed objective, a qualitative study has been carried out, based on interviews with those responsible for wine tourism in Alicante wineries, in order to draw conclusions that allow us to glimpse the link between the SDGs and the wine tourism activity of these wineries.

Context: Road traffic accidents have become frequent in Kinshasa since 2008, following the emergence of the motorcycle cab (WEWA) phenomenon. They constitute a serious national public health problem. Material and Methods: During an analytical cross-sectional study in the surgical departments of hospitals in the city of Kinshasa in 2017, we took a non-probabilistic quota sample of 120 units from the 15 accident patients present in eight hospital institutions in Kinshasa. Results: RTA victims were motorcyclists, passengers and pedestrians. The median direct cost was $1613.80. This cost varied according to the type of associated complications. In comparison, the median indirect cost was $238.88. It also varies according to the associated complications. Finally, the median total cost is $1842.53, which also varies according to the type of associated complications. Conclusion: The cost of motorcycle accidents is unaffordable for most Kinshasa families living below the poverty line. A state subsidy to public hospitals would help to provide better care for accident victims.

This book was based on a research for the conclusion of the Bachelor's Degree in Dance at the Federal University of Viçosa where the aesthetic construction of a body for the scene was analysed, through the junction between Jacques Lecoq's Pedagogy of the Poetic Body and Rudolf Laban's Movement Analysis. In this way, the methodologies of the Seven Energy Levels of Jacques Lecoq and the Four Factors of Movement of Rudolf Laban were intertwined. Qualitative research, made through bibliographic survey, through the use of studies of Jacques Lecoq (2010) and Rudolf Laban (1978), as well as other important thinkers on the subject. The research also had practical applicability, where the relations of the Seven Levels of Energy with the Four Factors of Movement were worked out. As a conclusion, the research revealed the complementarity and compatibility of the two elements, being their joint application relevant to the universe of the dancer-interpreter and actor-creator.
