The following work is focused on finding answers to the new forms of coexistence for young people today, connectivity and the use of Smarthphones that have made communication much more efficient and faster. How much does this technological change benefit humanity? It seems that there are no frontiers and everything we would like to find is present at our fingertips.

According to the World Health Organization, benign vascular tumors (BTV) are the most frequent and understudied form and occur in 5-10% of all newborns. MVCs are often characterized by a progressive course (75%) and without proper treatment are accompanied by a number of complications (15-18%). DSS are more often manifested in children at the age of 2 weeks after birth, characterized by extremely rapid growth and invasion into surrounding tissues. At the same time, the radicality of treatment of complicated, mixed and cavernous forms of hemangiomas reaches 30-40% and often requires repeated interventions.

The quality of food is essential for the health of the consumer. At the large Aboisso market, vendors handle food in precarious hygienic conditions that expose the consumer to all kinds of food poisoning (TIA). Thus, this study proposes to contribute to the transformation of the hygiene habits of food sellers in order to prevent any health threat related to TIA.The methodological approach is based on a survey that is both qualitative and quantitative. Using a triangulation approach, several tools were used: documentary review, observation, questionnaire and direct interview. A sample of 50 individuals, all salespeople working under the large hangar, were interviewed.The results showed that the well water used by the vendors contains anaerobic bacteria, proof that the water is contaminated with feces. Consumers are therefore not immune to an epidemic of cholera or typhoid fever, etc.

The objective was to identify, through an in silico study , natural molecules characterized in the hydroalcoholic extract of Ocimum citriodurum in the laboratory that could act by antioxidant action, resembling experimental studies for teaching Organic Functions based on this interaction.According to HPLC-MS methodology, 7 chemical constituents were identified, most of which is rosmarinic acid, corresponding to 38.65%. Thus, with in silico activity, the active potential (Pa) determined for the hydroalcoholic extract of Ocimum citriodurum was exactly 0.547, thus identifying the antioxidant action in it. In comparison, the reliability of the in silico study was verified in vitro. The extract also showed active antioxidant activity against DPPH method, with a 50% efficient concentration (EC50) of 50.53 mg/L. In addition, through the results of the similarity search, the Teaching Sequence (SD) was developed by addressing the topic of bioactive molecules and antioxidants with the PASS Online and Pubchem server addressed to the content of Organic Functions.

The current growing demand for entry into public service, through the holding of public competitions, increasingly requires special attention from control agencies regarding the performance of the examining boards. This is due to the Constitutional State of Law, which enshrines not only constitutional norms, but mainly values and principles that are fundamental to the pursuit of the public administrative purpose. In this sense, the study addresses the limits and possibilities of judicial control over the actions of the boards of examiners of public competitions, with particular regard to their administrative merit. The proposal is to offer reflection on the performance of the boards of examiners, as well as on the role and objectives of judicial control, in favor of the pursuit of the guarantee of individual rights alongside the guiding principles of public administration.

Socio-scientific controversies (SSC) deal with controversial issues that divide opinions within society, the scientific and technological world, not presenting a simplistic resolution, requiring scientific knowledge related to the themes concerning them. In this study, it is the subject with emphasis on transgenic foods (AT). The objective of this work was to investigate the approach of the SSC specifically concerning the AT, in the training of teachers of Natural Sciences of the State University of Amapá (UEAP), with students entering and completing the year 2015. It is a research that sought to ascertain the Pedagogical Plan of the Course in question regarding the presence of CSC and to investigate the Curricular Matrices (MC) with regard to the object studied, by reading and interpreting them. The physicochemical/phytochemical characterization of prickly pear fruits as well as its actions on a certain number of physiological activities and digestive physiopathologies have been carried out. The study of their effect on the TGI confirmed that they possess anti-diarrheal activity. we have shown that acute pretreatment with fig juice and total extract allows a marked reduction in intestinal hypersecretion induced by castor oil. This inhibition is stronger by the juice compared to the total extract. They contain a significant antioxidant activity explained by its ROS scavenger effects. In the future, it will be a question of molecularly and more specifically characterizing the bioactive nutrients in order to determine the active principles and the exact mechanisms of action for the nutritional and pharmacological valorization of these fruits.

If identities do not exist in themselves, if they are constructed and invented according to the wanderings of history, what could be left for the Man of Africa? And if, despite their ambitions, all the formulas of politics have so far been unable to sufficiently guarantee the life on which they rely, should we stand idly by and remain passive? Or is there something that can be done, a possibility that must be made to happen? How can we manage our identities in contemporary Africa in such a way that they do not lapse into the politics of negation of the other, of others, into their death for our life, but rather foster an environment where, having fallen silent, they do not kill the other and others, and by dying without falling silent, they encourage modes of expenditure for life, one's own life and the life of the other, and that of others? How else can identity and difference be spent in Africa today? And, above all, how do we go about it and get to work? In my opinion, what remains to be done is to bring about a full awareness of death, tending towards an ethic of the death of life and an ethic of existence.

The subject of money laundering is always topical, and is dealt with in numerous reports by international organizations, as well as in analyses and other studies by experts, academics and other researchers. This is the "classic" form of money laundering, involving both financial and non-financial businesses and professions, as defined by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF), the international body that sets standards in the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism. It is true that the theme of money laundering, in its "classic" form, has been sufficiently dealt with, but not in its "evolved" form with the use of new technologies, hence the choice of the theme of this book. Indeed, a new, "more sophisticated" form of money laundering has emerged in recent years with the use of new technologies, also involving, unbeknownst to them, new intermediaries, namely Internet service providers through their platforms, as well as the financial sector through the various services and products it offers.

Numerous studies have looked into the future of our healthcare system, and have attempted to study the industrial activities involved, in an attempt to identify the major future trends that the social protection system will have to face. In fact, most of this research focuses less on the production of biomedical equipment and products than on biomedical technologies. In other words, the focus is not on how products are produced, but rather on the evolution of diagnostic and therapeutic practices and methods.Our work is based on this observation, and posits that the study of the conditions of emergence of a healthcare industry requires consideration of the social function it performs.This does indeed concern the production of the resources needed for medical and care procedures. In the final analysis, however, the latter only take on meaning if we simultaneously take into account the way in which care is provided (biomedical technologies, staff training, etc.) and the reason for providing it.

"Com a pena da galhofa" presents an analysis of the Brazilian Literature classic "Memórias póstumas de Brás Cubas", by Machado de Assis (1839-1908). The comic elements and the biting irony of a dead man turned author are studied in order to understand how they participate in the construction of the plot that revolutionised - at the same time as it inaugurated - Brazilian Realism. Thus, this study aims to contribute to the understanding of the delight through humour and criticism that the reader finds in the narrative.

Biomedical analysis laboratories (LABM) play an important role in the healthcare system, and are one of the pillars of public health. The results of medical analyses carried out in these laboratories are decisive for the practitioner's diagnosis. Hence the choice of this subject, entitled "ABC/ABM cost analysis of medical biology laboratory services at the Centre de Sante Gaspard KAMARA (CSGK) in Senegal". This study, which is part of an approach to controlling the production costs of medical analyses supplied by the CSGK laboratory, aims to shed light on the hypothesis of managers who believe that the medical analysis rates charged do not correspond to the real production costs. This assertion could be true, especially since the laboratory has never determined its costs with a view to analyzing them in order to offer reasonable, bearable and judiciable rates to users, while maintaining a viable structure.

The general objective of our study is to provide managers with an understanding of business process optimization and its role in a modern organization. This study will focus on two (2) main areas: In the first part, we will address the conceptual and theoretical framework of business process optimization, starting with theories on accounting organization, followed by a presentation of the conceptual framework of business processes; In the second part, we will diagnose the business processes of the Accounting Department, followed by the presentation of an architecture for reorganizing the bank's Accounting Department. We will then make a few recommendations on the practice of business process optimization at CNCE, before concluding our study.

Our work on the origins of social inequalities between men has been based on three themes, each with its own particular aspects. It is therefore appropriate to summarize in a few lines the course of this scientific research. The first chapter is essentially devoted to the conception of man in the state of nature and his entry into the civil state. Indeed, the state of nature is a hypothesis elaborated by modern-day philosophers, according to which a natural society existed before civil or political society. The proponents of this hypothesis are: Hobbes, Locke, Pufendorf, Rousseau. The second was essentially the basis of our investigation. We set out to discover the origins of the various evils stifling human society. The third chapter dealt with the therapeutic perspective of inequalities in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

This little book recounts my experiences during my first 20 years in Vietnam. An experience that I reread with emotion. Feline hepatic lipidosis is a disease characterised by the excessive accumulation of triglycerides within more than 50% of hepatocytes, it mainly affects obese and anorectic cats without the necessary presence of any other disease that triggers it, and may also be a sequel of disturbances in the normal metabolism of the organism. It has no breed, gender or age preference. This disease may be characterised by an imbalance in the deposition ratio, excess accumulation of triglycerides in the liver due to high intake, and high mobilisation of fats from adipose tissue due to low intake, and may also be due to low synthesis of apoproteins from the diet, or abnormal hepatocyte function reducing triglyceride oxidation.

This research involved studying the role of tourism and its contribution to the economy of the Saint-Louis region. Tourism represents an economic opportunity for local communities. It is an activity that provides many jobs, and therefore has a definite impact on the city's economy. Our research focuses on the impact of tourism on local development. It highlights the economic spin-offs of tourism in terms of employment, as well as its relationship with other sectors of economic activity in the Saint-Louis region.

This research deals with water as a fundamental right and its importance for humanity, for the existence of man and all kinds of life on the planet. It addresses the historical evolution of Fundamental Rights and the principles and aspects of Environmental Law as a basis for the configuration of water as a public and common good. The global situation of water resources, the problems surrounding scarcity, waste, pollution, commercialisation, economic interests and the possibility of international conflicts, as well as the need for current and permanent legislation. It also presents the Brazilian legislative competence of waters and the National Policy on Water Resources. Finally, some concluding remarks, where the need for education and environmental information in awareness that provides preventive care and sustainability of water sources and the environment itself is glimpsed. It is also concluded that water is essential to human life and that, therefore, it is part of the fundamental rights of man, in addition to precepting the dignity of the person and the healthy quality of life.

Africa, as a continent rich in diversified natural resources and human resources from different horizons, has to this day put this potential at the service of development and sustainable development. Through their mobility and their activities within regional and international organizations, decision-makers never cease to offer their societies the tools for performance and evolution. Hundreds of meetings, gatherings and forums around the world are committed to bringing this continent out of its hibernation and giving it the chance to assert itself in the international sphere. Unfortunately, Africa, plagued by demagoguery and conspiracy, has been unable to reach the stage of take-off and "deliverance"! In order to give a clear idea of the situation in Africa, we have committed ourselves to giving, in our book, a global synthesis of the different parameters that form the basis of development, presenting the broadest possible definition of each parameter and then assigning it its appropriate role. Finally, we offer an outline of the new African economic order NOEA.

The present work aims to analyse the (in)constitutional aspects of the differentiated public contracting regime, established by Law No. 12,462 of 4 August 2011. This law instituted an exceptional type of bidding, in which its incidence is focused on events involving infrastructure for the 2013 Football Confederations Cup, 2014 Football World Cup, 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games. In order to carry out this analysis, it will be necessary to demonstrate how constitutionality control works through direct action of unconstitutionality in Brazil, the main innovations and guiding principles of the RDC, and the main arguments and defence reported in Adins 4645 and 4655, filed in the Supreme Court. It will also be verified that there are divergent positions of the doctrine, where part of the more conservative doctrine believes that this device contains several vices, mainly of a material nature, while part of a "more liberal" doctrine believes that the RDC can be effective to the national order, due to some flexible devices that may be able to give more efficiency and speed to public bids.

Over the course of the 2010s, social networks have taken on considerable importance in everyone's lives. Today, more than a quarter of humanity is present on at least one social network. For entrepreneurs, it is now impossible to ignore this communication channel, both for the opportunities it presents, and for the challenges it can present. Drawing on his experience working on an entrepreneurial project, the author outlines the various issues that entrepreneurs face when dealing with social networks.

Methods: This is a cross-sectional, quantitative study of a sample of 30 mothers with children under 2 years of age, carried out in October and November 2016 at a Basic Health Unit in Fortaleza, CE. A questionnaire was applied with socioeconomic and cultural data of the mother, anthropometric data of the child, and the SISVAN food consumption marker. The data collected were entered into a Microsoft Excel 2010® spreadsheet. For the quantitative variables, statistical measures were calculated: mean and standard deviation. Results: A large proportion of the women (86.66%, n=26) had more than 6 prenatal consultations. In addition, all of them (100%, n=30) thought about breastfeeding during pregnancy. Many (60%, n=18) of the children were born with normal weight. Weight/height and BMI/age indicators were inadequate for more than half of the children, 52.63% (n=10). The consumption of SMA was 72.72% (n=8) and 84.21% (n=16) in MCA. For minimum dietary diversity, it was 52.63% (n=10). The consumption of iron-rich foods was 0% for the studied group and vitamin A was 68.42% (n=13). The consumption of ultra-processed foods was found 31.53% (n=6).

Organisational culture has influenced human behaviour, and this affects the effectiveness of management, as organisational behaviour allows the maintenance and improvement of people management by providing inputs for the work of leaders. The present research aimed to analyse whether the educational space seeks new strategies in students' behaviour through organisational culture. In what way, the school environment provides a reflection between behaviour and organisational culture and this environment can provide a modification in the behaviour and culture of students. To this end, a qualitative research was carried out in two schools that offer from Elementary Education to High School, one of which is part of the Public network and the other of the Private network. The objective was to deepen and understand the students' behaviour. Observed the attitudes of individuals, group and organisation within the school context, it proved that the organizational behaviour strategies developed by school managers are far from the real behavioural needs of institutions.

Recipe for a happy family: Clarice Lispector in the press (1950-1961) is the result of a History course completion work at the Santa Catarina State University (UDESC) in 2011. The research sought to analyse the discourse of the famous writer in national periodicals: Comício, Correio da manhã and Diário da Noite. The research analysis tried to recognise the different discourses of the author in the themes addressed in her different pseudonyms. The book takes you to know different "Clarices" beyond the literary universe, a journalist who could assume different postures.

After his first essay "Pentecostalism and its 100 years in the Democratic Republic of Congo: from rational reformism to blind imperialism", here again, with this text, the author denounces, with the note of a higher octave, the ignominious practices, set up from scratch by the professionals of a vague religiosity that only withers scandals in Africa; to keep the ignorant under the yokes of servitude. With a helpless gaze, the naïve, tacitly complicit in their debasement, continue to nod their heads at the far-fetched, meaningless declarations that keep them cooped up in the bastille of ignorance. The book's writer's wish is to see the advent of a new sacrificature, 'the new universal priesthood', which would spare the faithful from all the lordly dues and one-way destinations. When, at the beginning of the 20th century, a new form of art appeared under the term "contextual art", i.e. "a set of artistic forms of expression that differs from the work of art in the traditional sense", the museum was no longer the only space likely to host works of art or artistic performances. PARAI was created to support RAI's actions. However, we noted a significant discrepancy in our evaluations between the objectives and the results actually achieved. In fact, our study on the theme "Programme d'appui à la réforme administrative et institutionnelle : "Problématique d'une véritable appropriation des réformes par toutes les institutions publiques au Bénin" (Support program for administrative and institutional reform: the problem of genuine appropriation of the reforms by all public institutions in Benin), enabled us to identify three specific problems: the lack of promotion and lobbying of other ministries with a view to extending the biometric management system, resistance to RAI initiatives in public services, and the subsidiary positioning of the MRAI in the overall system for coordinating the reforms underway in Benin. We set ourselves the goal of proposing a methodological approach for a more efficient analysis of needs, with a view to defining and effectively achieving the objectives of the PARAI.
