As a founding principle of the Federal Constitution, the principle of dignity of the human person "acts to ensure the full development of dignity and personality of all human persons who make up the family entity, although from a social point of view there is so much violation of the principle, especially children and adolescents. The child has the right to life, which is the most essential right, because without life there is no existence. Life is protected from conception, ensuring the due protection to the unborn child. But the right to life should also be understood as the right to a dignified life and to a free life. The child also possesses the personality right to physical integrity, which protects him/her against injuries to body and mind. Physical, psychological and sexual violence violate the personality right to integrity. Within the family, these rights cannot be violated through violence, as it is the family that assumes, together with the State and society, the role of guarantor.

This book adds to the organizer's efforts to share some contributions on the history of psychodrama in Cuba, as well as its practice in community settings. Most of the articles included here have been published in recognized journals and some are chapters of books devoted to these topics. They are compiled in this book -together with other unpublished texts- because of the relevance that the organizer confers to them, at the same time that each and every one of them is directly or indirectly related to her own practical and research work. The authors of the selected texts are from Cuba as well as from other countries, since the history of psychodrama in Cuba and its implementation in community settings is marked by the presence of psychodramatists and spontaneous theatrical artists from other latitudes, whom we intend to acknowledge and thank through this compilation.

The present book is the result of a study carried out on the institute of supressio in the matter of food in family law; if it is possible to apply such institute, an unfolding of objective good faith, in relation to food. For this, it is part of the idea of objective good faith to be a general clause of behaviour to be respected, under penalty of its disregard lead to abuse of rights, enshrined by the Civil Code of 2002. It is also presented the emergence of objective good faith in the Brazilian legal system, as well as its functions, attached duties and the institute of suppressio. It is also about the transformation that the family underwent, mainly due to the issue of the Federal Constitution of 1988. It is discussed, still, the issue of food, analyzing its main characteristics and hypotheses of fit. The objective good faith is analysed in the context of Family Law, pointing out its feature of general duty of collaboration and reciprocal loyalty between the subjects. Finally, it is presented the divergent position of the doctrine about the application of supressio in the matter of food, as well as the position of jurisprudence that, depending on the concrete case, applies or not the supressio.

International relations, the term used to describe the relationships between sovereign states and nations, are currently undergoing a relatively profound transformation. At the same time as many international problems linked to the lagging effects of the decomposition of empires persist, the rise of Asia raises the hopes of some and the concerns of others, yet this region today constitutes the central chessboard where the great geopolitical and strategic lessons are being applied. The collusion of these lessons generates tension and repugnance, in stark contrast to the principles of International Law. If U.S.-Iranian relations do indeed rhyme with this failure, we can nonetheless observe, through close examination, a keen desire to reduce these hazards to a promising situation. It is from this perspective that this book sets out to examine the relationship between the United States and Iran, to highlight the seeds that contribute to the paradox of this relationship, and finally to define the policy that could be used to achieve normalization of relations between the two.

Cholera is a diarrhoeal disease that claims victims during epidemics and remains a public health problem worldwide in general and in the DRC in particular in the FIZI health zone where the disease is endemic. This is a descriptive study of 4618 patients who attended the Fizi CTC from 2010 to 2013. We drew up their eco-epidemiological profile and the data collected were analysed using SPSS and Excel OFFICE 10 software, which enabled us to categorise the patients according to well-defined variables. Results: A total of 4618 cases were admitted, with Baraka being the most common health zone with 1646 cases. The age group most affected was 6-14 years. Compared with occupations, farmers were the most affected. Symptoms mostly appeared within 24 hours, with severe dehydration. Fortunately, the majority of patients recovered. This study has shown that the Fizi health zone, with its multiple armed conflicts favouring promiscuity, poor hygiene and massive population movements, is still a sanctuary for cholera.

The low availability of good quality water is one of the limiting factors for the development of agriculture and cattle ranching in the Brazilian semiarid region. Therefore, the objective of this work was to evaluate the effects of different saline levels of irrigation water on the growth and production of forage palm cultivars. The experimental design was in causalized blocks in 4x3 factorial scheme, 4 salt levels: 0.2; 2; 3.8 and 5.6 dS m-1 and 3 cultivars: Miúda, Orelha de Elefante Mexicana and Baiana. For the growth variables the salt levels affected all cultivars, especially the characteristics related to the primary cladodes, according to the morphological behavior of each of the cultivars. The cultivar Miúda was the one that best responded to the increase in salinity with the best performance at 3.8 dS m-1, while Orelha and Baiana had the best performance at 2 dS m-1. With increasing salinity levels the emission of upper cladodes was negatively affected. The cultivar Miúda presented the best production for the threshold salinity of 4.04 dS m-1, 2.73 dSm-1 for Mexican Orelha de Elefante and 2.17 dS m-1 for Baiana.

Street children live in very difficult conditions and are regularly the victims of the perpetrators of unhealthy activities such as juvenile prostitution, trafficking in children and human organs, etc. Illiteracy does not facilitate their socio-professional integration and forces them into lowly and dangerous jobs. The traditional education system has demonstrated its limitations in the education of street children. This system responds better to the needs of children in families and has difficulty integrating the specific needs of street children. From February 2016, the Building Africa Association is implementing a non-formal education programme for street children: "the education and reintegration of street children programme". It is experimenting with a pedagogical approach that is producing remarkable results. This working document is of interest to students, educationalists, academics, social players, and individuals or legal entities interested in the education and reintegration of street children. The proceeds from the sale of this book will go towards funding humanitarian projects.

Published in 2016, Nutshell is a novel that presents as its creative spring a somewhat curious narrator: a fetus in the belly of its mother. Thus, its author, Ian McEwan, creates his narrative based on the monologue of this fetus in its last weeks of formation, about to be born, telling the reader about his family life, the dysfunctional relationships and the murder of his father. This study seeks to understand and propose a reading of the form of the novel Nutshell, perceiving the forces of reality that (de)form the narrator and work, as well as to read the novel as a document of ways of being and being in English, globalized and contemporary society. At the same time the study observes the impacts of advanced capitalism on the formation of subjectivity of both the narrator and the other characters. For such an investigation, it will be guided by levels of analysis, which allow and call for an allegorical reading, as proposed by Fredric Jameson in Allegory and Ideology (2019). From there, the study works with an attempt to map the subjectivities that present themselves to the reader.

"The future has many names. For the weak it is the unattainable, for the fearful the unknown, for the brave it is opportunity." (anonymous)Innovation management, as well as public and private organizations in general, requires a continuous analysis and monitoring of the external context variables that impact it. In this sense, it is worth noting that educational agents are the ones who make innovation and that is why their management and direction play a key role. Education professionals, more than ever, need to know how to understand and comprehend the complexity of what external variables mean and their impact on the educational task. The following is a model and method for monitoring them. It is an invitation to know and position themselves as agents of change in the practice of creativity and innovation, without neglecting at any time, the impact of the external context of the school, as it occurs in the Dual Mode (school-company relationship).

Concerned by the segregationist essentialisms that tear communities apart, Amin Maalouf is committed to using literature as a mediator between cultures, and to offering himself as a border-crosser, taking into account his condition as a deterritorialized, borderline and minority writer, raised in the confluence of Arab and European culture. For him, the boundaries between fiction and non-fiction, like others in his life, are blurred and permeable, enabling an intercultural weaving that germinates reflection and reconfigures worlds. Taking travel as an opportunity to reconfigure identity, this writer makes the itinerary a major theme of his fiction, through the openness to the other, the decentering and shifting of perspective it enables.

The commission of an offence results in its perpetrator being punished. The Congolese penal code, through its nomenclature of all penalties, recognizes the death penalty at the top of the list. The DRC has ratified a number of conventions and treaties recognizing human rights and the sanctity of human life, but has failed to demonstrate, or if you prefer, to explain the real scope of the death penalty, which is recognized and defined by article 5 of the decree of 30/01/1940 on the penal code, and whose current constitution advocates its abolition, while at the same time enshrining the sanctity of human life, to the sad fate of those condemned to the said penalty. It is with this in mind that the present work is divided into two chapters, in addition to the introduction.

"In many ways, setting up or restructuring a business seems like a job for professionals. Yet entrepreneurship is the most common thing shared by people in every area of their lives. Which is why we often associate it with the desire to "do something". But Entrepreneurship goes beyond that and can be seen as a journey, a path that the author wants to share with his readers. There is no diploma for being an entrepreneur, so diverse are the aptitudes, skills and abilities required. This book sometimes takes on an important psychological dimension as the basis for all the analysis it contains. Above all, it seeks to provide pragmatic motivation for the proposals made. In reality, these are life experiences that are told in a light-hearted way, despite the depth of the discourse. This book will undoubtedly edify you, because the author, through his scrutiny of the professional world and the life of a company, has made visible all the firmaments of the social and other links that come into play in the creation of a company.

Oxidative stress can be assessed at various levels: on the one hand, by measuring modified biological molecules, such as peroxidized lipids and oxidized proteins; on the other, by determining the antioxidant potential of superoxide dismutases (SOD), catalases and glutathione peroxidase (GPx). Secondly, antioxidant potential can be assessed by determining the enzymatic activities of superoxide dismutases (SOD), catalases and glutathione peroxidase (GPx). In terms of reprotoxicity, our results revealed a reduction in the net weight of male reproductive organs, with a decrease in the number of normal spermatozoa and their motility, and an increase in abnormal sperm with abnormalities of the head and tail. Our results on the efficacy of arugula (Eruca Sativa Mill) have enabled us to determine its antioxidant power against radical attack, thanks to its rich phenolic compound content, which acts as a scavenger of oxy-radicals.

Freedom of the press is a guaranteed fundamental freedom. Almost all democracies have understood this and have emphasised or simply highlighted it. It appears to be one of the necessary conditions for effective citizenship, allowing full expression of the faculties of action and expression accorded to individuals. Its examination, in relation to the judicial judge in the general system of fundamental freedoms, will have enabled a better understanding of the problem in a developing country such as Burkina Faso. The individual can only be a player in society, a citizen, participating in the life of the country and possibly criticising government policies, if he can free himself from the fear that is likely to engender various forms of arbitrary repression by the State.

It was in urban areas, where settlers concentrated many of their non-agricultural, industrial activities, so to speak, that unemployment most often occurred. It was with colonization that the rural exodus phenomenon began. It was with colonization that the phenomenon of rural exodus began. We can all agree that seasonal and cyclical unemployment dominated the colonial and decolonization periods. Urinary tract infection has always been a problem of concern to the medical community, because the damage caused by this pathology can alter the body's proper functioning and cause irreversible after-effects. The importance of this infectious disease stems from its incidence and the difficulty of treating it in the presence of multi-resistant bacteria. This work involves bibliographic research into urinary tract infection, from an anatomical and pathophysiological point of view, as well as its incidence and the antibiotic resistance of the bacteria responsible. According to national and international studies on antibiotic resistance, enterobacteria are the main cause of urinary tract infections. Escherichia coli is the most frequently encountered, with high levels of resistance to the various antibiotics, including families of the beta-lactamase class such as cephalosporins, but remains sensitive to carbapenems. This resistance is increasing day by day, due to the natural selection of bacteria, which is exacerbated by overuse of antibiotics.

Solid Biomedical Waste (SMW) is a health and environmental problem. A study was therefore carried out to develop a biomedical waste management system whose implementation would improve public health, while respecting environmental, technical and socio-cultural concerns. Out of 70 health facilities surveyed, 70% had no incinerators, 25% had defective incinerators and 5% had incinerators that were not functioning properly. However, a study carried out in the field has resulted in an improved artisanal incinerator that meets the requirements of the health facilities. Analysis of the components (smoke and ash) of this system shows that the incineration cycle of DBMS at various times during health activities at a constant temperature of 1100° C produces ash and smoke varying respectively between 0.5 and 1.30 kg for the first component and between 10ppm for CO, 20% for O2, 0% for CH4, 0.01ppm for H2S for the second.
