In our study, we assessed sexual desire, sexual behavior and perceived stress during the COVID-19 pandemic in a population of physicians. Our study was cross-sectional and descriptive, conducted among a sample of healthcare professionals, interviewed during the period from September 2020 to January 2021 via social networks. We used the Sexual Desire Rating Scale (SDRS) and the Perceived Stress Rating Scale (PSS). We included 104 physicians ranging in age from 24 to 60. Of the participants, 40.4% avoided having sex with their partner during this period. Participants reported a decrease in desire in 30.8% of cases during this period of the COVID-19 pandemic. Assessment of sexual desire using the Sexual Desire Scale (SDS) showed that 33.7% had a below-average mean total desire score; 41.3% had a below-average mean dyadic desire score and 75% had a below-average solitary desire score. No significant association was found between sexual desire scores and perceived stress.

Since the socio-political crisis of October 1993, the phenomenon of population displacement has become a shocking reality in Burundi. Indeed, the living conditions of displaced populations have been so precarious that both national and international actors have felt called upon to provide assistance and mobilize their multifaceted aid. This study focuses on the phenomenon of displacement, which is already well known in Burundi in terms of its manifestations and its consequences for the populations concerned, but which has somewhat unusual reasons. It aims to : 1. Describe the victims of this flood and the conditions in which the displaced populations were placed; 2. Report on the displaced populations' strategies for adapting to this new situation; 3. Identify the donors and the nature of the aid provided to the victims; 4. Gather the views of aid recipients on how aid is granted and managed.

This article interrogates the political deliberation implemented by Soro Guillaume in his text "Trop est toujours trop" published in Côte d'Ivoire in the print and online press on July 6, 7 and 11, 2017. Articulated around the Aristotelian triptych (ethos, pathos, logos) and inscribed in the descriptive approach of stylistics, argumentative rhetoric and discourse analysis, it presents the central role of the stakes of influence in Soro Guillaume's strategy. He constructs his positioning in the Ivorian political arena in relation to the subjects that circulate within it. The article describes the lineaments of this offensive strategy which, while building the credibility of its author, implicitly discredits his political opponents and their strategies that do not conform to universally accepted values.

Currently, Expert Systems (SE) can be considered as a subset of Artificial Intelligence. An Expert System is a system that uses human knowledge captured in a computer to solve problems that would normally be solved by human experts. Well-designed systems mimic the reasoning process that experts use to solve specific problems. These systems can perform better than any human expert in making individual decisions in certain domains and can be used by non-expert humans to improve their problem-solving skills.

Diabetes is a disease that is rife throughout the world, particularly in developing countries such as Benin. Diabetic nephropathy is a complication of diabetes that leads to extra-renal purification. It is initially asymptomatic, which necessitates early detection. The aim of this study was to determine the level of knowledge and communication with a view to early detection of diabetic nephropathy. It was carried out in the university clinics of Nephrology-Haemodialysis and Endocrinology and Metabolic Diseases at the National Hospital and University Centre in Cotonou. Of the 160 patients included, 4 out of 5 said they knew about diabetes. More than half said that diabetes can be complicated by kidney damage. Three out of four were unaware of the possibility of early detection of diabetic nephropathy. According to these patients, media broadcasts and awareness-raising during medical consultations were the best means of communication. This study highlighted the need to introduce therapeutic education for early detection of diabetic nephropathy.

The classical conception of rationality is that which holds that there is only one way to be rational, namely the acceptance of certain methodological rules that offer us necessary and universal results. This position adopted and developed a method of justification based on the algorithmic model offered by logic and mathematics and developed a normative model which, in principle, shares the desideratum that the results of an evaluation process are also of a necessary and universal character in the precise sense that all those individuals who apply the rules must necessarily reach the same conclusions.

In Chapter 1, there is an interactive game to support physiotherapeutic exercises using Kinect and mobile devices. As a methodology, the Virtual and Augmented Reality resources were used, which enable visualization, interaction, and three-dimensional simulation of images. Thus, it is expected to contribute to the motivation of patients through technological innovations, generating a more pleasant and harmonious environment for the performance of physiotherapy, besides seeking to promote the effectiveness of the treatment.

Kouamé Django is the author of several essays linked to his university training. He denounces domination in all its forms and believes that political activity in Africa is made up of theories formalised in an illogical language that does not fit with reality. As a result, the issues arising from this interpretation need to be assessed, with the emphasis on the establishment of democracy, which is the only way to foster harmonious and homogeneous emergence.

Given the relevance of understanding the acidity index (AI) since it is related to the susceptibility to desertification, the objective of this work was to map and compare the acidity indices in the hydrographic basin of the Paraíba River, specifically, the AI in the sub-basin of Alto Paraíba-PB. To determine the Aridity Index in the Upper Paraíba-PB sub-basin, the total annual precipitation and estimated potential evapotranspiration were obtained, in this work calculated by the method of Thornthwaite & Mather (1955). From the calculation of the dryness index, the risks of desertification were determined, as well as the climatic classification that delimits the climatic zones established by UNEP (1991). Thus, the indices varied, as to the climatic classes for aridity, as follows: less than 0.03 (< 0.03) Hyperarid; 0.03 to 0.20 Arid; 0.21 to 0.50 Semi-arid; 0.51 to 0.61 Subhumid and Dry; and greater than 0.65 (> 0.65) Subhumid and Humid. The production of the maps used census data from the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE), which helped both in the elaboration of the maps and in the interpretation of the data.

During the visit to the Deux-Rives district, with several exchanges between the population and certain local development players, it emerged that certain players are becoming familiar with the project's governance issues.As far as new neighborhoods under construction are concerned, they're all in the same boat, but the QPV is different. It's not new, and has often been a forgotten district of the city of Strasbourg.Some of those involved in the Port du Rhin district find it hard to believe that they will be be truly integrated into the major urban project, even if on paper this should be the case. Governance issues are important, especially for such a project. At the moment, we're seeing some discrepancies, more a resentment on the part of players already in place in the Port du Rhin district.

Education systems in sub-Saharan African countries in general, and Cameroon in particular, have deteriorated in the face of various economic crises and the working, reception and living conditions of the main educational players in the teaching/learning environment, namely teachers. This work was developed in Chedraui Perote, Veracruz, which aims through Linear Models, to determine a model for shrinkage control, through an analytical and statistical process of the data collected and interpreted through graphs and reflecting the results obtained, to determine which variables affect the process, and thus define strategies for improvement and control that the store should implement to solve the problem.Success is the result of the mission you have in this life...! The big challenge is to work with families who occupy subnormal housing, who have been included in a housing programme and within a year will move into their new homes. How can the Government create a bond with the community? What tools can be used to promote respect for common spaces, rules to be followed, taxes to be paid? What positive results can we obtain in public management with the housing programme covered by social programmes? How to select the people who will work with these families? These are the answers of this work that was carried out in the city of Barueri, State of São Paulo, Brazil.

The incidence of Acute Renal Failure induced by SARS-COV-2 published to date is very variable, the initial epidemiological studies showed that the pathology spread immediately, that it behaved more aggressively in adults between 30 and 79 years, the most accepted route of transmission between humans is from person to person by respiratory route, in general population the clinical picture of the infection may present symptoms and signs that depend on the dangers of other systems, as well as neurological symptoms and signs,the objective of this research was to analyze the scientific evidence of the symptomatology and diagnosis in patients with acute renal failure and SARS-COV-2 infection, where the renal system presents alterations in paraclinics reported with SARS-COV-2, this study was of documentary design with a descriptive type of study, original scientific and bibliographic articles were taken into account from pages with academic prestige, on the subject raised, including academic journals such as PubMed, Scopus, Biomed Central, SciELO, Redalyc, Latindex, Elsevier, Dialnet and Science Direct, within the relationship that exists.

Researchers have reported on the intermediation of insurance by seeking funds from economic players with sufficient funds and making them available to economic players in need of financing funds, such as entrepreneurs who are investors and borrowers of these funds for investment. By issuing insurance policies, the insurer collects the funds, in its capacity as a financial intermediary, and makes them available to people in need of various forms of financing, through the indemnification of property and casualty insurance or life insurance. This financial economics literature has sufficiently developed the notion of financial intermediation and its influence on the establishment of growth rates and general equilibrium models; other theoretical approaches have also highlighted the contribution made by the financial intermediation of insurance institutions to better economic performance. GDP figures for some economies have shown the contribution of the insurance industry, through intermediation, to economic development.

The lecture market has existed for just over 10 years, although it has been a common practice among academics and professionals for several years as a way of disseminating knowledge, only in the last decade has it been approached as a business. The lectures are often motivational and aimed at adults. Some specialists qualify them as "reactive", because their content, in a usual way, is intended to correct a human behaviour already sedimented in the character of each listener. This study analyses the possibility of innovating the service, focusing on those who are still developing their own set of characteristics, therefore the proposal is to approach the theme in a "proactive" way. It is an untapped business, which can revolutionize the lecture market and change futures.

The placenta is an essential organ for maintaining pregnancy and fetal growth. Recent studies have demonstrated active microvesicular secretion in the placenta, including exosomes. The incorporation of syncytin-2 on the surface of these exosomes has been clearly demonstrated. The overall aim of our research study is to evaluate syncytin-2 incorporation in exosomes from normal pregnant women between 01 and 20 SA. To this end, serum samples from 173 pregnant women were collected from the beginning of pregnancy to 20 SA. After analyzing the exosome content of these pregnant women, we found a progressive incorporation of syncytin-2 between 0-10 SA, followed by a decrease and stabilization between 16-20 SA. This work could be of interest to students, researchers, professionals, biologists, PhD biologists, doctors and clinicians in the healthcare field, and will generate a great deal of research interest in the years to come.

Cuban culture, with its immense wealth and diversity in traditions and customs, its history and its people, as a nation in the Caribbean region is the most valuable strength for developing tourism. Cultural institutions have the task of identifying, differentiating and enhancing the tourist and cultural products of this country, involving the new and future generation in the preservation of cultural heritage, through community projects, as an expression of the organic presence in popular and traditional culture. The objective of this work is to propose cultural exchange programs, through community projects, with different segments of issuing markets for the development of a sustainable cultural tourism.

The representation of real numbers in binary systems caused floating-point numerical representations to be established. Besides precisely representing a numerical value, calculating the result of arithmetic operations between two floating point values, such as adding, multiplying, dividing and subtracting, without error and with immediate response time is a crucial point. Currently the IEEE 754 standard is the representation standard used in computer systems, and this work presents a simplified implementation of floating point representation, in which the number of bits used is parametrizable. The implemented circuits make use only of combinational logic, in order to optimize the response time of the operations, and the amount of logic elements used, according to the desired application.

Corruption is a global calamity that strikes all countries, whether developed or not. Without effective and appropriate measures, it can significantly jeopardize a country's efforts to promote good governance and reduce poverty. Madagascar is one of the most corrupt countries in the world. Its CPI score in 2017 was 24/100, placing it 155th out of 180 countries, according to Transparency International. Widespread corruption in Madagascar seems to penalize its economy, affecting the promotion of economic growth. Exploring this relationship is the very purpose of this book.

A positive diagnosis of HIV/AIDS is as painful as any other negative life event. Its announcement is marked by psychological distress, requiring the patient to mobilize coping mechanisms to deal with it. The problem posed by this research is that of the initiation of resilience processes after the announcement of the diagnosis in HIV-positive patients. The aim of the study was to determine the influence of quality of care and idiosyncratic mechanisms on resilience processes in patients following the announcement of HIV-positive results. The study shows that idiosyncratic mechanisms reinforce resilience processes in subjects after the announcement of a positive HIV diagnosis, while the contribution of the quality of psychosocial care remains diffuse in the context of the study. Finally, social support has a very positive influence on the development of resilience in patients after the announcement of a positive HIV result.
