In the present work, we have chosen to analyze some features of Moroccan film characters through a precise characterization scheme. This will enable us to understand the physical and moral nature of selected characters in two different films: "What a wonderful world" by Faouzi Bensaïdi and "Number One" by Zakia Tahiri. This study would also provide an overall picture of the evolution of Moroccan cinema through the themes chosen by filmmakers of different generations, in addition to techniques of direction, editing, sound composition and so on.

In order to carry out this study on the financial autonomy of the Conseil Régional des ONGD du Sud-Kivu, the author presents, in a general way, the context of the creation of non-governmental organisations in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The author devotes a chapter to the evolution of the associative movement and its characteristics at the country level, which reached its peak between 1986 and 1996. It was during this period, known as the "fat cows", that the voluntary sector and all the NGDOs in Zaire at the time reached their peak and carried out sustainable development projects and programmes, some of which are still visible in the field. It was also during this period that good self-financing initiatives were developed thanks to solid partnership relations with the North.

This book aims to analyze the profiles of women built in the poetics of Chico Buarque, confronting myths and legends that projected the image of women over time, contributing to literary studies on the subject. Francisco Buarque de Hollanda, better known as Chico Buarque, is a musician, playwright and writer who became an icon in Brazilian culture, because when we talk about Brazilian popular music (MPB) in the decades of 1960 - 70 it is impossible not to make reference to Chico, due to his great contribution to the cultural scene of the country. Thus, the research aims to understand, through literary analysis, the meanings put in the songs of Chico Buarque, in which he thematizes the female figure, conflicting with the fact that the female is considered a social marginality, in various periods of history.

During the colonial era, literature was marked by the nationalist négritude movement. It focused on the awakening of nationalism, the evils of colonialism and the demand for independence. In the post-colonial era, the period of the "suns of independence", literature was characterized by greater variety. The majority of literary works take the African man as their predominant subject. It focuses on the dramatic action or inertia of so-called independent African countries. Everywhere, the abortion of independence ideas is denounced. For the writer of post-colonial Africa, his pen becomes his only weapon in the fight against the evils and dangers of political regimes. To complete this research work, we will divide it into three chapters. In chapter 1, we discuss the various political problems that arise in our corpus. In the 2nd chapter, we examine the consequences of these problems on the socio-political and economic life of the African people. Finally, we analyze Tansi's visions for the future of Africa.

The viability of an MFI depends on the level of intermediation (its capacity to collect micro-savings and grant micro-credits) it carries out in the area where it is established. This is a crucial factor in its development. The micro-credit program thus becomes an instrument for revitalizing the economy by financing income-generating micro-activities in vulnerable, poor regions, and sometimes in urban centers. This program enables the less well-off to avoid or bypass the guarantees required by banks. Micro-credit is an alternative to the current financing model used by banks, and is characterized by the provision of small amounts of credit to those who cannot access bank credit due to a lack of collateral. However, examples show that there's no point in MC2s achieving colossal sales figures if they can't guarantee their follow-up. This book is the answer.

Breast carcinoma is uncommon in young women, constituting 5% to 14% of cases in some series and presents a worse prognosis, since the diagnosis is made when the patient is symptomatic and, therefore, has already progressed to a more advanced stage of the disease. Consequently, a higher mortality rate and lower disease-free survival is observed when compared to patients in the postmenopausal period. The higher vulnerability of young women to advanced diagnosis is justified by the lack of screening actions and difficulty in reading and interpreting mammographic results due to the high breast density. Another factor that may collaborate is the false perception by many health professionals that young women are not at risk of developing cancer, devaluing the initial signs and symptoms of the disease. Contributing to an increase in the incidence in women under 40 years of age in the last decade. The screening of young women and the identification of early lesions would reduce the possibility of mutilation and create the possibility of offering alternative treatments in which body contour and self-esteem are maintained, favouring the well-being of the patient.

In the 21st century it is impossible to imagine any design process carried out without the application of computer modelling techniques. Computer modelling is an effective and in-demand tool for creating and studying complex systems. As experience is gained, algorithms and methods of computer modelling are continuously improved, databases are supplemented, which, in turn, leads to improved validity of the results obtained. This book discusses the process of creating a computer model of the production line for Abacavir, one of the effective and sought-after drugs for the treatment of HIV infection. The simulation was carried out on state-of-the-art software, Aspen Hysys V 10 (2017). The book describes in detail the existing methods for the synthesis of Abacavir. The process of creating a model for the production of Abacavir substance in the software package Aspen Hysys V 10 (2017) is described in detail, at the instructional level. A detailed technical and economic description of the Abacavir production line is given. The book will be useful for students, graduate students, researchers and possibly businessmen wishing to invest successfully in Abacavir production.

The development of the written expression of schoolchildren is one of the main objectives of Primary Education, however, not all teachers have the necessary skills to give it the methodological treatment required by this component of the Spanish Language. In order to contribute to the solution of this problem, we propose the inclusion of a system of methodological actions that will contribute to improve the preparation of fourth grade teachers for the teaching of textual production. It is based on philosophical, psychological, pedagogical and sociological principles and categories. In the development of the research, methods of the theoretical level were used: inductive-deductive, analytical-synthetic, historical-logical, transit from the concrete to the abstract and vice versa, structural systemic and modeling. At the empirical level, methods and techniques such as: pedagogical test, survey, interview, observation guide, document review and pre-experiment design. The realization of the pre-experiment showed that the proposed system of actions is effective for the methodological preparation of teachers.

It is estimated that 5-10% of breast cancers develop in the context of a genetic predisposition linked to the transmission of major susceptibility genes. BRCA1/2 are the genes most involved in the hereditary form of the disease. The aim of this book is to provide an update on BRCA-related breast cancer, the molecular characterization of these genes and the medical management of those at risk. Individuals carrying a germline mutation in these genes are at high risk of breast, ovarian and, to a lesser extent, fallopian tube, pancreatic and prostate cancer. BRCA genes are characterized by a broad mutational spectrum, which varies from country to country. The identification of BRCA mutation carriers enables personalized treatment, with the major benefit of reducing breast cancer morbidity and mortality. This book will be of interest to medical students, oncologists, geneticists, radiation therapists and doctors of genetics.

This study aimed to analyze whether university teachers are pedagogically prepared to teach hybrid classes with technological education and if there is influence on the teaching-learning process in the training of students of the physiotherapy course in a Higher Education Institution in the city of Recife-PE. Considering that in the hybrid methodology the student is responsible for their learning and the teacher conducts the class in order to stimulate the critical and reflective sense of the learner, with the relevance of a quality education in the formation of this student. The methodology was divided into four moments. In the second moment a participant observation was made in the practical classes. After that, questionnaires were applied to teachers and students and data analysis was performed. This research has a qualitative approach, in descriptive character with the intention according to Sampieri (2010) to understand the phenomena and describe the data with interpretative details. The results at the end of the research indicate the teachers' outdating of university level on the subject concerning hybrid methodologies, difficulties to interact with digital practices in the classroom.

The classical financial paradigm, based entirely on the efficiency of financial markets and the rationality of investors, is the cornerstone of economic theory. Its importance in revolutionizing financial strategy is well established. The main valuation models - CAPM, APT, Modigliani-Miller and Black-Scholes-Merton - all owe their existence to this paradigm. It therefore seems understandable that leitmotifs relating to the efficiency of financial markets and the rationality of investors have always been the most prevalent in scientific financial circles. However, the hegemony of this paradigm has been called into question by certain episodes of financial crisis, generated in particular by bubbles. The crises of the last three decades have led to the emergence of a new approach to the analysis of financial phenomena: Behavioral Finance.

The historiography concerning Rio Grande do Norte attests to the disappearance of indigenous populations in RN. However, the researches either contain an explanatory gap on the situation of the indigenous emergences in Rio Grande do Norte or attest the total disappearance of the Indian, explaining it through a complete extermination or acculturation and mestizaje. The objective of this work is to contribute to repositioning the Indian in the scenario of the history of Rio Grande do Norte over the last 30 years, using data on the announced indigenous demand of the Eleotérios do Catu indigenous ethnic group. Ethnogenesis validates the presence of a current indigenous history, considering culture as dynamic and always in constant movement of re-elaboration of values and signs through political relations. In this way, the references that define the identity of a given human group are directly linked to culture, transmitted through tradition, daily life, rituals, festivals, dances, and even silences.

Problematic: It is a frequent obstetrical pathology, multifactorial and which can put at stake the maternal vital prognosis. Aim of the work: To establish the epidemiological profile of parturients having presented a PP, to compare the clinical characteristics of the PP between the overlapping / non-overlapping groups and to evaluate the maternal prognosis of this pathology, Methods: Our study is retrospective about 179 cases of PP recorded over a period of 2 years, going from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2020. Results: The frequency of PP was 0.87%. The main risk factors: advanced maternal age, multiparity, history of abortion, and scarred uterus. . Delivery by caesarean section is performed in 87.2%. Recovering variety was noted in 36.3%. Hemostasis hysterectomy was necessary in 5.6% of cases and multivariate analysis showed, after adjustment for the association with placenta accreta, that parity (OR=8.2) was an independent risk factor for HH. Conclusion: Placenta previa remains a potentially serious obstetric pathology because of the capcapricious and unpredictable nature of the condition.

Constitutional actions are fundamental legal tools for the protection of the fundamental rights and freedoms of citizens in Colombia. These actions, provided for in the Political Constitution and the law, allow any person or group of persons to request the immediate protection of their rights before the country's judges and courts.In Colombia, there are several constitutional actions that allow the protection of fundamental rights, including habeas corpus, tutela, compliance action and group action. Each of these actions has a specific purpose, but they all share the premise of guaranteeing the effective protection of the rights and freedoms of individuals.

This book is the result of research carried out as part of a final year project for a Master's degree in Didactics. It focuses on the effectiveness of flashcard strategies in the teaching/learning of vocabulary in FLE situations among Algerian learners, more specifically those in the second middle year at the BOUAZZA Belkacem secondary school in the town of Saïda. We carried out a questionnaire aimed at FLE teachers, with the aim of finding out their attitudes to the effectiveness of this technique. The results were reinforced by an experiment we carried out with the same learners.

The Gulf of Guinea is known for its immense wealth. The area is home to nearly 24 billion barrels of proven oil reserves and daily production of 05 million barrels. A veritable melting pot of natural resources, the volume of oil extractions has increased exponentially in recent years. However, this development is accompanied by a number of risks, notably ecological and damaging impacts for the marine environment and for the populations whose resources depend exclusively on it. So the main challenge facing the region's governments is to ensure optimal conservation of this environment and guarantee sustainable exploitation of oil resources. An analysis of the normative and institutional corpus relating to the regulation of offshore activities shows that it remains laconic. The need to enhance or reframe the effectiveness of existing legal instruments for the protection of West and Central Africa's marine and coastal environments remains the key to preserving the protection of this environment against the failures of offshore activities.

The present research is the result of a study conducted in the East Structural Corridor of Uberlândia-MG, located on Avenida Segismundo Pereira, where the implementation of 11 boarding/disembarking stations and an integration terminal is taking place. Considered as an infrastructure for public transport circulation, this study aims to present its implications from its implementation process, seeking to understand the socio-spatial effects caused by the work before its official inauguration.

Ketoacidosis (DKA) is a frequent acute complication (50% of cases, inaugural of diabetes) and a cause of morbidity and mortality in children with diabetes. It can be revealing of diabetes or occurring in a known diabetic child. Patients and methods: Retrospective study of diabetic ketoacidosis cases managed according to the ISPAD 2018 protocol and collected in the pediatric department of the University Hospital of Bizerte over a period of 5 years (2018-2022).Results: Forty-four cases were collected, with an average page of 9 years, a female predominance was noted, DKA was inaugural in 30 cases. It was severe in 17 cases. The main circumstance of discovery was the polyuropolidipsic syndrome. Hydroelectrolytic disorders were dominated by hypokalemia in 8 cases. The management was done according to the protocol of L'ISPAD 2018 with an average duration of 24 h. The evolution was favorable in all cases, only one patient presented a hypoglycemia during the management.

The 1988 Basel Accord was established under the aegis of the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) to regulate, via the monetary authorities or central banks, the constitution of capital and to avoid distortions of a competitive nature for banks operating on an international scale. The regulations adopted at the time mainly concerned G-10 banks, but its scope was soon extended and the Basel Accord became an instrument for promoting international convergence of capital standards. However, over the years, its conceptual limitations and the financial innovations that have emerged have created arbitrage opportunities that banks have been able to exploit. With the reduction in its efficiency, the revision of this agreement became unavoidable. This has prompted a consultation process, led by the BIS Basel Committee, in favour of a new reconfiguration of the capital standards for banks, as set out in the new Basel Accord.

In military aviation, fighter pilots are exposed during their operational missions to a maximum number of aeronautical constraints, such as altitude hypoxia, GZ+ acceleration, barotrauma and sensory illusions in flight, where the slightest physical, physiological and/or psychological deficiency can threaten flight safety or even the pilot's life. Hence the importance of a pre-flight medical check-up, especially as a preventive measure.The aim of our study was to determine the main medical causes of unfitness for military flying. It is the first study of its kind in Tunisia.

Coronaviruses are a diverse group of viruses infecting many different animals. They can cause mild to severe respiratory infections in humans. In 2002 and 2012 respectively, two highly pathogenic coronaviruses of zoonotic origin, severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV) and Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus (MERS-CoV), appeared in humans and caused fatal respiratory disease, making emerging coronaviruses a new public health issue in the 21st century. At the end of 2019, a new coronavirus designated Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome 2 (SARS-CoV-2) appeared in the city of Wuhan, China, causing an unusual outbreak of viral pneumonia. Being highly transmissible, this new coronavirus disease, also known as coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), spread rapidly around the world. It has far surpassed SARS and MERS in terms of both the number of people infected and the spatial extent of epidemic areas.

Mining legislation has been shaped in many countries around the world. Reworked several times, its recodification has resulted in ordinances, currently in force. The Mining Code enables a company to carry out exploration work, by obtaining an exclusive research permit, an authorization for preliminary prospecting (offshore) or an authorization to search for geothermal deposits, and to operate a mine, by obtaining a concession, even in the absence of authorization from the landowner.

A ponderation on the apparent Brazilian State laicity is presented here, demonstrating the influence of religious belief in the political-legislative sphere from a historical-constitutional perspective. The secular State has a neutral position in the religious field. Also known as the secular State, it preserves the principle of impartiality in religious matters, does not support or discriminate against any religion. It defends the religious freedom of all its own and does not allow the interference of religious currents in socio-political matters - it seeks the democratic rule of law to guarantee fundamental rights. The Constitution affirms the laicity of Brazil - although the religious tradition is still very present and no longer exclusively through the Catholic Church. Therefore, observing the evolution of the State and the main religions over the centuries, it can be seen that they have always been side by side, and even represented in a single body. Even today we have so-called confessional states, in which an official religion is adopted. Therefore, a scenario worthy of knowledge and analysis.

This work was carried out in two localities with different degrees of anthropogenic affectation in the Yasuní Biosphere Reserve. Five sympatric ungulate species were studied using two methodologies in order to determine ecological and demographic parameters. Population density was estimated using the distance method in line transects. The relative abundance index was determined on the basis of the photographic capture rate, based on a systematic census. Camera traps also provided information on the activity patterns of the species studied. The results showed population densities of less than one individual per square kilometre for red deer (Mazama americana), Amazonian brown deer (Mazama nemorivaga) and tapir (Tapirus terrestris). Densities between 2.2 - 5.1 ind/km2 were found for the collared peccary (Pecari tajacu) and between 1.2 - 33.6 ind/km2 for the white-lipped peccary (Tayassu pecari), both gregarious species.

Decentralization contributes to the development of many nations. In the case of this book, we'll be looking at how decentralization is applied at different levels in Africa, and how its application remains a pipe dream for others. The cases of Mali and Gabon provide a good illustration of how decentralization is applied in West and Central Africa, hence this comparative study.

This book is about medical hypnosis: after an introduction and explanations about hypnosis and pain, I have chosen to give a few concrete examples of how I have used this wonderful tool - hypnosis - to radically change the way I approach patients. The protocol used in anaesthesia is adapted and adjusted. Each person is unique and I feel connected, inspired and even guided by intuition. Of course all the safety rules and anaesthetic equipment are there and checked, but a stronger alliance links me to the patient. A hundred people were so connected that I forgot to use my syringe. Today, after 10 years of hindsight, the most important thing is the patient's comfort and safety. Using hypnosis optimises the therapeutic alliance.
