The research topic is part of the "Valorisation du potentiel écologique et hydro-agricole de la vallée du fleuve Sénégal dans le département de Dagana par l'aquaculture intensive d'Oreochromis niloticus" programme, signed between the University of Liège in Belgium and the Cheikh Anta Diop University in Dakar, and is in its final year of implementation after 5 years of existence from 2006-2011. Most of the activities have been carried out locally, at the CSS experimental station, at the target sites and in Belgium for the research work (genetic and nutritional analyses). The study on enzymatic polymorphism of proteins made it possible to characterise the different natural populations from three environments in the Senegal River valley. The river population had the greatest genetic variability, with polymorphism rates of 19% and heterozygosity of 6.1%. However, the Djoudj reserve population had the lowest rates of polymorphism and heterozygosity (12.5% and 2.4% respectively), so less genetic variability and more inbreeding.

Audit and compliance experience specific to financial holding activities is rare and unique. It is mainly found in investment banks and in a few consultancies. It is of crucial importance when it comes to certifying to new partners that the business is being run properly, or when it comes to securing the confidence of the tax authorities in the application of preferential tax regimes. This book covers the essential aspects of a dissertation, but differs in its methodological approach, focusing mainly on audit, control and risk management work. The book is aimed at managers, decision-makers, financial managers, accountants, lawyers and tax specialists working on compliance issues relating to investment and divestment transactions. It provides the reader with professional commentaries based on real audit and advisory assignments involving portfolio management companies.

Persons who have not obtained nationality authentically or by individual decision in accordance with the legislation of a State are deemed stateless de jure: i.e. under the applicable law. All persons are deemed to have a nationality unless proven otherwise. However, it can happen that the states with which a person may have genuine ties are unable to determine which of them granted citizenship to that person. In such cases, the person concerned cannot prove de jure statelessness, even though he or she has no nationality and enjoys no national protection. Such a person is considered de facto stateless.

Medicines are one of the pillars of the healthcare system. Equitable access to medicines must be ensured by a supply system that guarantees their availability, quality, safety, efficacy and cost-effectiveness. This is the background to this study, which aims to contribute to improving the availability of essential generic medicines needed for good patient care in the three Health Zones of the town of Mbandaka in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The study was conducted using a retrospective approach covering the period from January 2013 to June 2015. Its objectives were to describe the organisation of the supply system for essential generic medicines in the health zones studied and the human resources in the supply chain in each health zone studied, but also to identify the problems common to the health zones studied in relation to supply chain management. The study showed that not all public health structures in the city of Mbandaka have an efficient supply system guaranteeing availability and quality.

This book deals with governance and its effect on economic growth in the countries of the CEMAC zone in a context of high volatility in oil prices, on which they are heavily dependent, and the trend towards global energy transition. Our empirical attempt, with dynamic panel data (GMM) covering the period 1996-2016, attempts to clarify the effects of good governance on economic growth in the CEMAC zone, via Kaufmann variables, on a sample consisting of six countries in the zone. The results of the analysis of the simple and cross effects of governance variables on growth show that governance acts positively on economic growth, above all through the rule of law, the capacity for demands and expression, and government efficiency. The estimate also reveals that public consumption expenditure (i.e. the size of government, increased operating expenditure) and inflation have a negative impact on economic growth. This confirms the recommendation to undertake reforms to improve governance.

In the competitive environment, the nature tourism organizations need to maintain a good relationship with those that operate in various and different sectors, because this relationship results in the composition of tourism products and their attractiveness. Therefore, it is essential to implement strategies that aim to promote partnerships that can expand and strengthen the scope of opportunities to develop this sector. Due to its characteristics, nature tourism, which depends essentially on environmental conservation, cannot survive without the support of the public sector and the third sector - the main responsible for its conservation -, as well as (from) a conscious use by the private sector. That is why cooperation strategies, between them, may represent a means to strengthen the sector and its organizations.

The book's thematic field is "technology and sociability at school", with the objective of understanding the processes of sociability among teachers and students who use cell phones during class time. The study allowed us to perceive the following results: at school, most people use cell phones for their private interests, and very sporadically they are used as a pedagogical tool; the teachers' concern is pedagogical-rational, focused on teaching the subject content, while the students "isolate" themselves on their cell phones, oblivious to what is happening, conditioning the teachers to an authoritarian practice and the construction of a discourse in which they say that the use of cell phones negatively affects the teacher's authority and harms the quality of the teaching work. In the ethical dimension, the classroom shows itself as an imprisoning environment, stifling inter-human ethical possibilities between teachers and students, since the educational action does not add human values, losing the human enchantment in education as a moment of meaning production for life.

Originating in the Anglo-Saxon world, the profession of artistic agent is one of the more recent professions in artistic and cultural management that is still little known in France and neglected by research. Sometimes denigrated and sometimes obscure to the general public, it is often poorly perceived by the artists themselves, who see agents as a source of problems rather than a key player in the organisation of their careers.

The DRC is fertile ground for anyone with an entrepreneurial spirit. Through entrepreneurship, the country could even become a locomotive of development for Africa. But for this wish to become a reality, a major social factor needs to be revolutionised: mentality. It is this mentality that drives - among other things - the creation of businesses, savings and investment. The role of the public authorities is therefore to encourage these elements, in particular through (i) reforms that improve the business climate and adapt the national education system to the country's socio-economic needs, but also through (ii) public funding of calibrated business support programmes. I am firmly convinced that in the long term, "investment" - by the Congolese state - in youth entrepreneurship will prove to be one of its best "investments". For every generation, young people have always been the future of the nation, and that future must be bright. With their potential, they can be a considerable source of wealth, because whole swathes of the Congolese economy are just waiting to be opened up.

Since gaining independence in 1960, the Democratic Republic of Congo has been, and continues to be, subject to various crises that have led to the establishment of three United Nations missions. The first mission was conducted from 14 July 1960 to 30 June 1964, during the Congolese crisis, with a mandate to protect the country against external aggression. At its 873rd meeting, the UN Security Council, in Resolution 143, asked Belgium to withdraw its troops, authorising the deployment of 20,000 peacekeepers who carried out robust operations during which the UN lost 109 peacekeepers and the UN Secretary General, Dag Hammarsk Jöld, was killed while on a negotiating mission in Katanga. As we have just seen, you will agree with us that ONUC, MONUC and MONUSCO have been and continue to be involved in the geopolitical and geostrategic issues of the UN peacekeeping missions in the Democratic Republic of Congo, which you will find out more about in this work.

Achalasia is the most common primary motor disorder. It is suspected in the early stages of functional dysphagia associated with regurgitation or chest pain, and is confirmed by manometry, which in this case shows esophageal aperistalsis and lack of relaxation of the lower esophageal sphincter. At a more advanced stage, when dysphagia tends to be organic in nature, patients report respiratory symptoms with an impact on their general condition. There is no curative treatment. Therapeutic means work by reducing pressure on the lower esophageal sphincter. Surgery and pneumatic dilatation may be used, depending on the patient's condition and the factors predicting a good response.

Our study was carried out in an open field in Sétif. Five corpses were sacrificed. Their decomposition rates were not similar, and there was a diverse succession of necrophagous insects. A total of 50 specimens were captured, divided into 18 families. Calliphoridae and Sarcophagidae diptera were the first colonisers and the predominant ones. Adults and larvae were collected. Climatic data were recorded and the MPI was calculated using the accumulated degree days and degree hours methods. The first colonisers were Diptera of the Calliphoridae family. Calliphora vicina was abundant during the early stages of decomposition. MPI calculations gave an accurate estimate of the date of death. The results obtained in this study can help us to improve our fundamental knowledge and to understand the relationship between the diversity of the necrophagous entomofauna of Algeria.

Today we live in a society where technology is booming. Every technological innovation is designed to bring greater comfort and ease to human life. Subjected to the stresses of routine and everyday life, people instinctively hope to escape their usual spatio-temporal framework. This is why, since the advent of information technology, the Internet interconnection system, the heart of globalisation - "Web 2.0" and the semantic web "Web 3.0" - virtual technologies have been in perpetual development. With our mouths sewn shut and our eyes fixed on the screen of our machines, most of us are intoxicated by this utopian universe, giving up a large part of our real time to it. "Technology is everywhere, in our environment, in our intimacy". To introduce a new technology and get it accepted by the general public, it goes through a whole process of democratisation. For example, in science fiction films. This subject will be dealt with in this manuscript.

War has expression in all regions of the world, constituting one of humanity's greatest concerns. The theme of War has inspired literature, art, music and has been central to all scholars of international relations, historians, analysts, politicians and the military. As a global phenomenon, War challenges all aspects of the societies in which it occurs. In this vein, its study is indispensable to answer a set of complex questions such as: -What is War and why does it arise? -What are the types of War? -How can we characterize war today? -Which types of War will tend to prevail? -What is the position of the State as a political structure in the new international context? -Is the use of Force in International Relations still useful? -Why and by whom is the Security of States and people threatened? -What strategies should be adopted to face these threats? These questions about War and Strategy constitute the core of the book presented here.

Today the neighborhood of Getsemaní is threatened by the diseases of modern cities, which day by day are deteriorating what was once strong and moving what was once immobile. If there is still the desire to remain in time in this piece of walled land, then it is necessary to make an effort to reconstruct its memory, its history and its reason for being in the future of Cartagena. The interest to undertake this research is preceded by the history of my ancestors, my grandparents, my parents and my brothers, who were and still are an active part of Getsemaní.Within this interest it is necessary to understand that the neighborhood of Getsemaní is not only urban structure, buildings and statistics, it is above them, the people, the family; it is the person who learned to confabulate with the history, with the urban structure, with the architecture, in short, with the space.Santa Fe de Bogotá, February 1993.

This is an Integrative Literature Review in the databases Virtual Health Library (VHL), Latin American and Caribbean Literature on Health Sciences (LILACS), Nursing Database (BDENF) and in the journal directory Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO). Full articles were sought; published in the period between 2011 and 2017. The sample was composed of 11 articles. The performance of the Nursing Audit 2 makes it possible to identify problems and guide the team on the appropriate record of actions, being this used for ethical and legal support. However, it is possible to observe that, frequently, failures are detected in the audits due to insufficiency or inexistence of fundamental data for the clarification of the actions performed by the nursing professionals in the medical records. In this sense, it is evident the need to promote the awareness of nurses to perform complete and continuous records. Because the results reflect the lack of commitment and little appreciation of the nursing team with nursing records.

This paper checks the credibility factor in order to identify a coherent logical relationship of its application in the model of the Inflationary Targeting Regime (IMR) justifying it as an important assumption within this regime. Conceived within the theoretical framework of the new classical school, the concept, "credibility" in monetary policy, is increasingly studied and developed in the literature. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to verify this credibility factor under the proposition that it can be verified by the difference between expectations and inflation targets.

Companies that want to succeed see complaints as an opportunity. They set up a complaints management system worthy of quality companies. Inspired by existing standards (ISO 10002:2014, in this case), they are adding their own fingerprints to personalise the relationship with their customers. In addition to procedures, these fingerprints will relate in particular to personnel and communication. The main purpose of this report will therefore be to take a detailed look at the recommendations of the quality approach. More specifically, the ISO 10002:2014 standard. To focus in particular on those concerning communication and human resources. Then compare them with the realities of the HP complaints department.

The budget figures as one of the main instruments for planning and producing specialised information that assists decision making. The functions performed by the budget apply to all levels of the organization, facilitating the interaction and coordination of efforts. However, the budget presents weaknesses which have motivated the emergence of criticism that have triggered new strands of thought. The Beyond Budgeting model emerged as an antithesis to the traditional model and stood out by advocating the abandonment of the budget by companies, suggesting as an alternative the adoption of a set of principles aimed at decentralising leadership and making processes more flexible. Considering the importance of the budget for the management of organizations, this research aimed to analyze the impacts of the Beyond Budgeting adoption in the perception of managers of federal financial institutions.

The process generically known as stabilization ponds is one of the most widespread sewage treatment processes in the world. Because it is a low cost process of implementation and operational ease, the stabilization lagoons are very attractive, even when compared with the most modern treatment techniques. However, with the growing demand from environmental agencies for a better quality of effluents from treatment plants, the use of stabilization ponds becomes limited due to the frequent presence of suspended solids in the effluent due to algae. The suspended solids can cause undesirable consequences in the receiving body, such as the increase of oxygen demand in the same or the appearance of colour, odour and taste problems in the water, due to the presence of algae. Algae are extremely important in the treatment system, as they provide the oxygen for the bacteria to degrade the organic matter (natural symbiosis), but when the effluent leaves the treatment system the algae become an inconvenience. The removal of algae provides a better visual aspect and allows the reuse of the treated effluent.

The coastal zone of the Commune of Kafountine is at risk of marine erosion as a result of climate change combined with anthropogenic pressure. The aim of this study is to analyze coastal erosion and its impacts. The methodology is based on a diachronic analysis of coastline evolution using a series of four Landsat satellite images (1979, 1986, 2000 and 2015) and field data. Between 1979 and 1986, the results showed a general trend towards progradation. On the other hand, during the periods 1986-2000 and 2000-2015, the coastline showed contrasting trends, marked by retreating and advancing phases. This dynamic is the result of coastal development and climate change. The resulting impacts are both environmental and socio-economic. This situation has prompted the population to undertake adaptation strategies based on mangrove reforestation and coastal dune fixation, with the support of state structures and NGOs, which are deemed insufficient in a context of permanent change. It is obvious to suggest a few recommendations with a view to sustainable management.

This research highlights the difficulties faced by a student learning scientific knowledge in a society with an oral or poorly literate tradition. It shows the reasoning and the universe of reference on which a pupil in Africa relies to explain a scientific phenomenon, in a school situation of knowledge writing. It shows the relationship that can exist between the popular cultural context of orality and the writing of scientific school knowledge by pupils. Considering this dual relationship, she rejects deterministic and deficitarist conclusions, proposing a didactic approach to science that takes account of students' traditional culture. Such a didactic approach would enable pupils to appropriate scientific knowledge, and to exercise reasoning, critical thinking and reflective memory, thus promoting the transition from traditional to modern scientific knowledge.

Kaolin is one of the most widely used mineral raw materials in ceramic compositions. The study described in this work concerns local kaolins used in the ceramics industry, i.e. kaolins from Djebel Debbagh and Tamazert. The elaboration and characterization of materials prepared from the two types of kaolins DD3P type 22% alumina, DD3R type 36% alumina and derivatives of another local kaolin KT2 were carried out by different analytical methods particularly : DRX, ATG, and SEM; we therefore deduce the mineralogical composition of these products. The thermal behavior of the two kaolins, heated between 1000°C and 11000°C and 1300°C and quenched, shows new phases: mullite from 1000°C and cristobalite nanocrystals from 1150°C. The dilatometric behavior of mixtures prepared from these kaolins in the raw state and sintered at 1200°C shows the various shrinkages significant of the transformations of the constituents of each mixture during heating. Temperature and holding time have an effect on the mechanical properties of the prepared materials.

I had great teachers, including one who is with me in this work and the others, in what I am today. They all triggered this reflection in me and created questions such as: "what did he go through to get here?"; "how can he be like this?" "what can I do to become a teacher like this? As a culmination of an extremely important academic stage, which yielded me the Degree in Chemistry in 2016, this book addresses the importance, attention and interest focused on studies and research on the identity of our teachers, leading me to an investigation of how the construction of identity among high school chemistry teachers from public schools in the city of Sousa, in Paraíba - Brazil took place.
