The purpose of this study is to set out the system and procedure for authorization of sureties, endorsements and guarantees in public limited companies, and the prospects for its future development. It covers the exceptions to the banking monopoly (1), the law applicable to the authorization procedure (2), the scope of the authorization required under article L 225-35 of the French Commercial Code (3), the guarantees subject to authorization and their classification (4), the procedures for granting authorization (5), then the procedure and conditions for granting Board authorization (6), and finally the sanctions applicable in the absence of authorization (7). In addition, the possibility of determining the amount of the guarantee by reference to the amount of the underlying commitment guaranteed, the guarantee ceiling and/or any liability limitation clause stipulated therein will be discussed (8). Lastly, the cases in which a clause limiting or eluting liability may be disregarded will be recalled, as will the possible impact of such disregard on the validity of the authorization granted (9).

The purpose of this work is to expose a didactic approach in teacher training defined as: "Educational Engineering", more than a didactic strategy for the construction of educational competencies, it shows a permanent didactic action in education professionals, with which it is intended to obtain better results in the teaching process and the approach of contents for the achievement of the specific objectives of education, the expected learning.

The monograph discusses topical issues of sustainable development of mutually beneficial cooperation between the three countries in the context of the implementation of the Mongolia-Russia-China Economic Corridor Program, adopted in 2016 at the highest political level. The most important global task for Mongolia is to ensure favorable conditions for the formation and development of such a corridor, as well as the construction of a main gas pipeline from Russia to China via Mongolia.Particular attention is paid to the prerequisites and conditions for creating the economic corridor, as well as the formation of the necessary institutions and mechanisms for mobilizing domestic resources to turn the economic corridor into an effective lever of development of the three countries. Specific conclusions are made, on the basis of which the author proposes a new concept of development of the transport corridor "Mongolia - Russia - China" in modern conditions.

The companies, which operate in the construction sector, have been going through a time of major transformations linked to the processes of globalization of the economy and to growing developments in technological, social and market aspects. All these changes increase the requirements for the competitiveness of these companies and reinforce the issue of human training with regard to professional qualification, where skills, abilities and attitudes required are becoming increasingly higher. The Catholic nurses in Mozambique are already spread all over the country responding to the needs of their people. It is true that they are a very small part of the population, considering the size of the population and the number of nursing professionals, but we believe that minorities can make a difference. We believe that they will be yeast in the dough where they are integrated and, with time, will produce good fruits, for the good of the people and nursing of Mozambique. The Univeridade Catolica de Moçambique, accepted the challenge to offer young people a training with the PBL method, to develop critical thinking to respond to the unpredictable that the reality presents to them.

This research is in the line of research works on sound space and urban environment, and consists in characterizing sound effects by means of audio textures. It has three objectives. A general objective of identifying certain sound effects within the study area: Beb Bhar Square. And two specific objectives, one of which is to demonstrate the relevance of using audio textures, in order to provide new methods of understanding and representing sound ambience. The third objective of an operational nature, consists in developing an interactive sound map that represents different aspects of the sound dimension. The results obtained have shown the contribution of audio textures in the characterization and visualization of certain sound effects. These visualizations of audio textures have enriched the field of graphic representation of sound and urban phenomena and have contributed to the evolution of sound mapping.

Protected areas are important and essential for the conservation of biodiversity, helping to maintain ecosystem services and the flora and fauna of ecosystems. This is the case of the Forêt Classée de Lama (FCL), located in the south of Benin, which represents a special refuge for multiple species with different statuses and conservation threats. Unfortunately, the administration in charge of this reserve lacks reliable data on wildlife in the FCL. The aim of this study is therefore to use camera traps to determine the relationship between habitat characteristics and mammal occupancy in the Forêt classée de la Lama (FCL). This will enable managers to better orient their policy choices in terms of the conservation of this forest.

This paper investigates the application of energy-efficient technologies in the engineering systems of buildings. The object of the study is engineering systems of buildings, which at the moment can solve the current situation with the problem of ecology. The types of devices, such as solar collectors, heat pumps, automated individual heating point with which you can achieve rational use of natural resources. The state of the housing sector in the Republic of Kazakhstan to date is described. Energy efficiency of engineering systems is justified, the example of energy audit of the existing facility is given.

Ductal carcinoma in situ accounts for 85-90% of breast cancers in situ, i.e. approximately 15-20% of all breast cancers. Their incidence is increasing as a result of widespread screening. In 75 to 90% of cases, these CISC are caused by microcalcifications. Our aim was to illustrate the different echomammographic aspects of ductal carcinoma in situ. The average age of our patients was 47 years. Mammography in all patients showed isolated foci of microcalcifications in 7 cases, an isolated mass in 3 cases, microcalcifications associated with a mass in 2 cases, a focus of architectural distortion in 2 cases and focal asymmetry of density in one case. Breast ultrasound revealed a mass in 5 cases: hypoechoic, lobulated with irregular contours (n=3), oval with micro-lobulated contours (n= 1), irregular with indistinct contours (n=1). CCIS is often sub-clinical and discovered by mammography in the form of microcalcifications which may have a benign appearance and pose a diagnostic problem. In this case, their topography and regional or segmental distribution points towards the diagnosis.

Why a dialogue between Maurice Merleau-Ponty's intellectual experience and psychoanalysis? Perhaps it would be more prudent to begin with another question: why does Merleau-Ponty have recourse to what he calls non-philosophies? Any reader of the philosopher's work can continually ask why the sciences, politics, institutions and the arts in general are so present in his thinking. Why is this dialogue so constant and so constitutive of his philosophical experience? And why, among the various non-philosophies to which the philosopher had recourse, was his dialogue with psychoanalysis chosen?

The period from 1993 to 2003 is probably one of the most tragic and darkest chapters in the recent history of the Democratic Republic of Congo, which was marked by a series of major political crises, wars and numerous ethnic and regional conflicts that resulted in the deaths of hundreds, if not thousands, of people. During these crises, the country has been prey to numerous violations of international humanitarian law and international human rights law, leading to the commission of international crimes, in particular war crimes, crimes against humanity and even, in some cases, crimes of genocide. Internally, while it is undeniable that some Congolese military justice officials have handed down a small number of courageous decisions on international crimes, defying material, structural and psychological obstacles as well as political pressure, the circumstances nonetheless illustrate the significant operational limitations of our magistrates. This remains insignificant for the victims, and the establishment of specialised mixed chambers remains the least onerous solution.

This research addresses the issue of teaching/learning English in the Congolese education system. It examines the factors limiting the teaching/learning of this language at secondary level. The study shows that poorly qualified teachers, the use of inappropriate curricula, the lack of appropriate teaching materials and learners' lack of interest in learning foreign languages are among the factors penalising the teaching/learning of English in the Congo.

Economic, social and environmental changes are leading to a search for a new vision of development, in which the territory is the common thread. In an attempt to define what a territory could be, geographers (from the 1980s onwards) have called on interdisciplinarity, in particular economics and sociology, to understand and define what a territory is. Territory refers to "an entire socialised space appropriated by actors. We call spatial actors all those who intervene in a territory, practice it and have a representation of it: local actors, institutions, etc.". (Pascal Baud, 2013). Consequently, the territory must be seen as a plural, diverse and contradictory reality. In this context, can we define the territory of the Drâa-Tafilalet region in the same way? How can we get the spatial players involved in local development strategies to cooperate?

As the main idea of business, develop a product that is within the reach of all people, optimizing the search for real estate and meeting the needs of users, with the main focus on providing a service focused on low cost and without the bureaucracy that is given in the use of a realtor. To perform the modeling of the proposed service development, a market research was applied so that it was possible to raise ideas and verify the acceptance or not of certain features for the web system.

Water is a natural resource that sustains and develops life. It must be carefully monitored and rigorously controlled. With this in mind, ONEE-Branche Eau is responsible for treating and monitoring the quality of drinking water nationwide. Bacteriological analysis reveals faecal pollution in water. It is also a good way of checking the effectiveness of protection or treatment measures, and should be used as a complementary tool to health surveys. The bacteriological quality of raw groundwater from a borehole at Fkih Ben Saleh was studied in comparison with treated water. Fecal contamination indicator germs: total coliforms, faecal coliforms and faecal streptococci were tested using the most probable number (MPN) method. These analyses showed the absence of these faecal contamination indicator bacteria in treated water from the Khouribga region and also in the raw water from Ouled Abdellah in Fkih Ben Salah.

The work deals with the problematization of the theoretical foundation of the principle of the nullity of unconstitutional law in Brazilian constitutionality control. It questions the theoretical sustainability of the assumption that the unconstitutionality of a rule implies the nullity of the law. To this end, it resorts to the theoretical treatment of the material and temporal relationship between law and rule, starting from the contemporary conception of law, which emerged in the codifications, passing through the theories of the rule of Hans Kelsen, Ronald Dworkin, Robert Alexy and Friedrich Müller, authors who are widely accepted in Brazilian doctrine. The question is whether it is possible to theoretically extract, just from the concepts of norm and normative text, the presumption that the unconstitutionality of a norm automatically implies the nullity of a law. It also includes an analysis of the jurisprudential development of the Brazilian Supreme Court in the application of the principle of nullity and the verification that there is a movement to make this principle more flexible, not for theoretical, but practical reasons. The approach criticizes the theoretical bases of the principle.

Cow's milk protein allergy (CMPA) is a frequent pathology that ranks among the three most common food allergies in children and involves IgE-mediated, non-IgE-mediated or mixed immunological mechanisms. These mechanisms are at the origin of various clinical manifestations. Its treatment is based on the avoidance of cow's milk proteins. The disease is cured in 60 to 70% of cases by the age of two years. The acquisition of tolerance to VMP is sought by the oral reintroduction of cow's milk test (OPT). The clinical signs of CMPA are not specific. In delayed forms, the clinical signs are dominated by digestive signs. The VLP avoidance regimen is essentially based on breastfeeding and cow's milk protein hydrolysates, the cost of which remains high. Primary prevention of VLP is based on exclusive breastfeeding for the first 4-6 months, without the mother following a specific diet.

This study seeks the development of a Business Plan to verify the opening of a coworking space in the city of Aparecida de Goiânia, Goiás, seeking the analysis of the demand of professional entrepreneurs and students of related areas in this region. The relevance of this planning consists in elaborating and detecting situations directly correlated to the possibility of carrying out the enterprise. Therefore, given the possibility of implementing this project in the region, it is expected the creation of new job vacancies contributing to local and regional development. To carry out the plan, market research was carried out to analyse the environment where the company will be located. It was also defined marketing strategies, initial investment, services, customers and suppliers, so that then it is possible in the business plan the analysis of the possibility of opening in three scenarios (realistic, optimistic and pessimistic), raise the costs, expenses and revenues of the business, evaluate the economic and financial viability through the projection of cash flow and the income statement for the year and analyze the costs, volume of services and profit.

University students in Panama use these strategies according to the weaknesses and strengths of their biopsychosocial aspects which allow them to develop the professional practice report according to the methodological and content requirements of each university. The type of research is descriptive ex post facto of non-experimental field design with qualitative approach and hermeneutic method. The interview technique was applied to a sample of 688 students taking the subject related to the development of the professional practice report in different careers in day and evening hours. The results indicate that a total of 21 categories of andragogical learning strategies used by university students in Panama to develop their internship report were identified. It is concluded that reading and writing is the preferred technique in the andragogical learning strategy for a total of 296 students, which represents 43%. The audio-visual technique was used by 172 students, which represents 25%. The reading technique in 98 students with 14% and finally the auditory technique in 63 students with 9%.

In this work an analysis and study of the competitive advantages according to Porter on the production of prickly pear cactus (opuntia ficus-indica) is made, considering the characteristics of the region, the culture of this very important crop in the state of Zacatecas, considering also the results obtained from public sources and institutions of the agricultural sector, also applying the methodological conjunction of Case Study, Historical Method and Observation based on the characteristics of the crop, operating costs and income provided by the nopal crop with its different uses in the economy, concluding with the section on the impact of climate change on agri-food systems.

Low birth weight newborns have been one of the most important problems in many countries. Early intervention (EI) is a set of programs for children with developmental problems. Since 2010 in Villa Clara, this program is being applied in a differentiated way in neonates under 1500 grams.a prospective descriptive observational study was carried out on neonates with very low birth weight who underwent an early care program in the Neonatology Service of the "Mariana Grajales" University Hospital of Santa Clara between January and December 2010, with the aim of assessing the results obtained and the repercussion on the neurodevelopment of these patients in the first 3 months of life.

The main objective of this research is to create a material based on polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and to elaborate the matrices for the execution of compression, flexural and flammability tests. This research promotes the recycling of plastics for the elaboration of raw material for construction, the responsible and sustainable management of plastics, which will contribute to the care of the environment through the use of plastics for construction.

The current state of development of world civilization, acquisition of state sovereignty by the Republic of Uzbekistan, profound socio-political and socio-economic transformations, growth of prestige of our state on the world stage and integration of the republic into the world community have determined qualitatively new interrelations of language and society. In modern conditions of language development, wide integration and mutual enrichment of cultures, issues related to the comparative study of languages belonging to different language groups are especially relevant.

Myrmecophily is the relationship between plants and ants: plants provide ants with food and nesting sites in their domatia; in return, ants protect them from attack by herbivores. In Latin America, this association is well known in several species of the genus Cecropia, where it is presented as specific or non-specific. The aim of the present study was to carry out an inventory of the myrmecofauna of Cecropia peltata L., a species introduced into tropical forest Africa, at a number of locations in Africa. A total of 84 individuals of this plant were surveyed along the left and right banks of the Dibamba River. In the sites surveyed, 83.3% of plants were host to ants. The 19 species inventoried belong to 10 genera divided into four subfamilies. The species Pheidole tenuinodis Mayr, 1901 is the most common (53.4%). Five species are rare. The stem is the most colonized part of the host plant, with the highest species richness. These results attest to the presence of ants on C. peltata L. and demonstrate the high diversity of this fauna.

The Brazilian legal system guarantees the intangibility of the financial clauses of government contracts. However, the right to recomposition of the economic-financial balance is conditioned to the classification of events according to their ordinariness or extraordinariness. In this context, it was observed that, in practice, there is a certain subjectivity in the classification of events. Thus, we sought to identify and analyze, by means of a qualitative approach, the criteria that have provided the basis for the processes of granting economic-financial rebalancing related to exchange variation and oscillation of input prices. In light of the study developed, the conclusion is that only one criterion has been identified, in each of the analysis categories, that can guarantee objectivity and uniformity to the processes of granting economic-financial rebalancing. From this perspective, one can see a scarcity of resources that allow an objective assessment of contractual risks. Therefore, this scenario reinforces the need to seek alternatives that overcome or mitigate the problems arising from the classification of events as ordinary and extraordinary.
