When there is an absence of ovulation (anovulation) or a disorder (dysovulation), and it is possible to try to correct these abnormalities using drugs that induce ovulation. However, it is important to distinguish ovulation inductions intended to correct an ovulation disorder from those intended for paucifollicular recruitment for intrauterine insemination (IUI), or multifollicular recruitment for intrauterine fertilization, in in vitro (IVF). Ovulation induction techniques have evolved in recent years, thanks in particular to progress made in the field of treatment monitoring. The relatively recent appearance of rapid estrogen assays, the practice of ultrasound, are elements that have notably contributed to clarifying the conduct of treatments, thus making it possible to obtain better efficiency, but to prevent the problems, so worrying, of ovarian hyperstimulation.

This work brings the analysis carried out in the ILPI located in Teresina-PI, illustrating the understanding that only the spatial adaptation is not a condition for the existence of a bond individual / environment and consequent appropriation of this, in the environment of an institutional collective housing in Brazil. It is up to the community, professionals and governments to work in network, seeking to improve the standards of this and many other institutions that are incurring in failures, or even ignore what is provided by legislation.

Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women, and ranks first in most countries. It is a major public health concern. Its causes are incompletely understood, whether they be environmental, occupational or lifestyle factors, genetic susceptibility factors or gene-environment interactions. Data on occupational and environmental factors in breast cancer in Tunisia are scarce and patchy. To our knowledge, no study analyzing the link between occupational exposure and breast cancer has yet been carried out in our country. With this in mind, we conducted a case-control study with the aim of describing the socio-professional characteristics of breast cancer patients and determining the occupational and lifestyle-related environmental factors implicated in the genesis of this cancer.

The present degree project is a study that deals with nutritional disorders in pregnant adolescents. This group of patients with nutritional complications are those young women who since childhood have had a poor diet and even their bodies have not reached the full development that a woman's body should have in order to have a baby, As a result, children are born with anaemia, malnutrition or macrosomia and the mother is left in very bad conditions. If this is added to the fact that the adolescent girl does not breastfeed very often, since most of them have to continue with their studies, she is giving a poor diet to the future children of our canton. In the Balzar Hospital we were able to carry out this research work in which we carried out a survey of pregnant adolescents who presented some type of nutritional disorder such as being overweight or underweight. During prenatal check-ups we provided nutritional advice, gradually changing their eating habits, measuring their height, weight, BMI, laboratory tests, and we gave talks to adolescents and their families.

This study focuses on the physico-chemical characterization and organic pollution parameter of water, in six natural wetlands of the vast region of the northern Sahara: Lake Temacie, Lake Megarine and Oued Still, Oued Djedi, Lake Ayata, Oued Zemar (Biskra). The surveys conducted between October 2016 and Mais 2017, showed that the majority of sites are slightly turbid, brackish or salty with a low conductivity has strong depending on salinity, and a pH moderately alkaline. The concentrations of the studied ions (NH4+ and PO4-3) are high at Oued Djedi and Lake Ayata compared to the other sites, and for Nitrite (NO2-) are very high at Oued Djedi than that of the other sites. The organic pollution parameters are diverse from one site to another. The values of TSS (Suspended Solids) are higher for the current hydrosystem compared to the stagnant hydrosystem, the values of COD (Biological Oxygen Demand) are varied between (32 mg/l) and (85 mg/l), denotes an important organic pollution at the level of Lake Megarine and Oued Still and Oued Zemar (Biskra) which are much more subjected to anthropic action.

Popular Education has been a fertile ground for countless social segments in their most varied representations. It appears in new contexts as a new pedagogical thinking and doing, being a reference for the political and educational work in the most diverse social movements, both traditional and emerging, in formal and informal education, in university extensions, in centres and suburbs, among other spaces of struggle and social organisation. In the ecclesial field, some progressive movements have built an education committed to the promotion of citizenship, seeking new forms of organisation. In this context, we find the Dom José Maria Pires Foundation (FDJMP), in the municipality of Serra Redonda, Paraíba. The formation offered by this institution reached young people from all over Brazil in a critical and humanizing perspective, with emphasis on the exchange of experiences, living and studying themes that enabled personal growth and the strengthening of social, political, religious and cultural practices in the light of Freirean epistemological contributions and other contributors.

This book attempts to explore the use of digital media in the European election campaign of May 2014. After studying the European digital landscape, the author delves into the example of the Socialist Party campaign. In response to a difficult context of growing Euroscepticism, the PS worked to develop a European debate in France, through a permanent activity on social networks and by establishing a digital platform for questioning citizens. In light of the election results, he criticizes the use of the Web in politics, its effectiveness and its methods of action, through the failure of the socialist campaign. A formidable mobilization tool, the Web struggles to impose itself as a political communication tool. Nevertheless, it seems obvious that the increased use of the Web at the European level has allowed the emergence of a European public space during the campaign, through the political events of the campaign and their diffusion thanks to the network. Congenital orthopedic knee deformities in children are a reality. However, these centers are still insufficient in our country.Rehabilitation of congenital orthopedic knee deformities gives very good results if it is started early and if protocols are followed. Nevertheless, there is no shortage of failures in the correction of these deformities, caused by late onset of treatment and non-compliance with treatment protocols.

The book brings a playful approach as a primordial point in pediatric physiotherapeutic treatment, which seeks subsidies in the fields of psychology and pedagogy, so that from these perspectives the professionals in question can add playfulness to their treatments for children and adolescents. Since in this perspective the child is motivated to participate effectively in therapy. This interventionist study enables physiotherapy students to practice the art of playing in their treatments, using play as a therapeutic resource. Thus, the instrument of playing is not seen as a form of subordination or reward for the child in therapy, after all, playing is considered as a prerequisite for healthy development, besides enabling a communication link between therapist and patient. For pediatric physiotherapy, there is still immeasurable need for research on this topic, as well as transfer of information / training for physiotherapists. However, this subject holds a valuable therapy, standing out as promising and innovative for clinical applicability.

This book has three objectives: to identify the causes of the accelerated morphodynamics of the Atakpamé site; to identify and explain the hydromorphological risks that surface mechanisms generate; and to propose guidelines for better management of the Atakpamé urban area. To achieve these objectives, our methodology was based on fieldwork and mapping. The fieldwork involved numerous observations and measurements of surface mechanisms, as well as interviews with resource persons. Mapping was based on 1:50,000 topographic maps, interpretation of 1:30,000 aerial photographs and field data. Analysis of the results shows that the surface mechanisms that generate hydromorphological risks are erosion, flooding and landslides. These surface mechanisms are set in motion by human action in a physical context that is conducive to their occurrence. Reducing the effects of hydromorphological hazards in this town requires a participatory approach as part of a forward-looking urban development plan.

This book is the result of careful research by a young Malian. It deals with the questions relating to the legal protection of soils in the face of mining in Mali in the light of international environmental law. Today, soil protection is undoubtedly the Gordian knot of our century characterized by economic productivism, even though 2015 was declared "the year of the soil". Thus, he takes a very critical look at the implementation of the soil protection norms of the International Environmental Law in the Malian mining law. Indeed, the last of the intellectuals is not without knowing that mining activity is not without harmful consequences on the environment, in this case the soil. The author studies, criticizes and proposes strategies to not only protect the soil but also to reduce the impacts generated on the soil as a result of mining in Mali. Land is a structuring element with multidimensional issues. It is intrinsically linked to the land, and through its relationship with the other natural resources in the area and the relationships it fosters between people, land is a determining social factor. As such, it is the product of social relationships and is administered according to the rules and customs of the community that uses it. In Senegal, particularly in rural areas, there is a legal duality when it comes to land management. Positive law is often grafted onto so-called customary law, which creates real difficulties in land management by local authorities. These authorities, which do not have the appropriate tools to resolve land conflicts and problems, quickly find themselves limited. Ndiaffate is no exception to these obstacles, which affect practically every local council in the country, particularly the new communes. This dissertation examines the naming mechanism of loincloths in the third arrondissement of the city of Cotonou and the influence of these names on the relationships that users have with these cloths. We have worked to understand the values and opinions conveyed by the patterns printed on the cloth, to list those that are codified and to assess the codification in relation to the socio-cultural context of use. The analytical models used are those of symbolic interactionism and Weber's comprehensive sociology, supported by systematic communication theory. The research that led to this thesis is qualitative in nature. The sample size was limited to 114 respondents, due to the saturation threshold of the information. Beyond the simple clothing tool that it constitutes, the loincloth has a linguistic dimension. This study therefore contains theoretical foundations relating to sign language, verified from the data collected in the field.

The objective of this book is to show in a simple way the Historical Evolution of the Punitive System, addressing the most important aspects of the history of the establishments in the world, such as the emergence of the main systems, next, in Brazil, more specifically in the city of Rio de Janeiro, where the first prison establishments were built, and finally, in the State of Acre, focusing on the Recovery Unit Francisco de Oliveira Conde, being the main prison institution of the State. The historical evolution of the punitive system employs coercive methods and means to repress delinquency, since the past centuries until the modern correctional institutions. Thus, throughout history, the form of punishment has undergone several changes. In antiquity it was fought with cruelty and the sovereign power had the power to apply the penalties. Since the Republic, the punitive state power has been used as an instrument to combat crime.

The Internet of Things is a technological revolution that connects electronic devices such as home appliances or means of transportation to the Internet, based on communication protocols, domains and applications connecting physical objects such as sensors or remote devices through wireless communications. For intelligent objects to perform their functions when connected to the Internet using the resources of the web, it is necessary that the communications interfaces can handle the search of a certain service requested by the user with precision. The search for this service occurs with a clear and objective semantics used in the vocabulary for the request process. In some researches cited in the work the use of semantic vocabularies in web services, presents some problems that persist in the clear detection of these services. These works that perform service search were analyzed and correlated their positive and negative points about the semantics used in the vocabulary and its application in IoT. Thus, to obtain a service discovery process, this work presents a semantic vocabulary that performs service discovery in IoT.

This is a prospective study, carried out over a period of seven weeks in the Parasitology-Mycology Department of the Avicenne Military Hospital in Marrakech. The objectives of my work were to -To calculate the prevalence of intestinal parasites in children. - To show the link between Giardia intestinalis infection in children and delayed height and weight gain. - To compare the performance of the two techniques, M.I.F and Ritchie, in relation to the results of direct examination. During the study period, I studied the cases of 103 children. Thirty-eight children were parasitized, with an infestation rate of 36.58%. The 6-10 age group was the most affected. Poor hygiene and the lack of awareness programmes encourage endemicity and the perpetuation of transmission. The best way to combat this misfortune is through prevention and awareness-raising.

The incidence of sleep disorders in patients with inflammatory diseases of the upper airways is not negligible. Some studies have shown that nasal obstruction and congestion, which are more marked at night, are responsible for an increase in nasal resistance, particularly in the supine position, and could explain the poor quality of sleep in patients with rhinitis. The more persistent and severe the rhinitis, the greater the impact on sleep. However, local symptoms alone do not explain all sleep problems. Identifying and treating these sleep disorders is becoming a priority, not only to improve these patients' SQ but also to control their asthmatic disease with the least possible therapeutic burden. Some authors have taken an interest in assessing sleep quality by evaluating different sleep questionnaires in order to determine the most sensitive and specific ones. However, few studies have looked at the obstructive apnoea syndrome in cases of allergic rhinitis, either isolated or associated with asthma.

A catalog of African doctors in mathematics was compiled and published in 2007 by the late Professor Paulus Gerdes of Mozambique. In this book we revise that catalog and update it for the case of Burkina-Faso. The particularity of the present list is that it includes doctors of mathematics from the Burkinabe diaspora. After a brief presentation of Burkina-Faso, we present an overview of mathematics in Burkina Faso from pre-school to university including research in mathematics. A list of mathematicians in Burkina Faso and in the Burkinabe diaspora is provided. Terrorism, a phenomenon as old as war, has evolved from a religious aspect to a political characterization. Since the attacks of September 11, 2001, the omnipresence of this moving phenomenon has provoked such a sudden reaction on the part of States that they have considered it as generating a state of war. This gave rise to the problem of the applicability of the Law of Armed Conflict to terrorism. The analysis shows that IHL has only been interested in terrorism for a long time. Its recent consideration is both incomplete and inadequate. The consecration of the war crime of terrorism has allowed the ad hoc criminal tribunals to determine its material and moral elements. However, several ambiguities persist with regard to the definition of terrorism and the confusion of previously distinct notions. On the one hand, international humanitarian law can only be applied to the fight against terrorism if it takes the form of armed conflict. On the other hand, the prohibition of the use of terrorism in armed conflict is absolute and its violation gives rise to a war crime, a crime against humanity or a crime of genocide.

In the automotive field, there are now more than 100 sensors, 30 to 80 computers depending on the type of vehicle and sometimes more than a million lines of code in a latest generation vehicle.The difficulties of exchanging information between these elements have motivated the creation of a communication system called CAN (Control Area Network) bus system.This book provides a detailed study of the properties of this network, explains the requirements for the presence of the CAN network as well as the advantages of a differential mode measurement. Then, it details the properties of the network by specifying the ways of information exchange, data coding and equipment by a study of CAN frame. Moreover, it presents some embedded electronic circuits allowing to install the CAN Bus network.A method of study of a CAN body network of low transmission speed and another CAN motor network of high transmission speed is also presented by this work.At the end of the book a set of corrected exercises help to evaluate and enrich the acquired skills are made available to the reader.

Rationality is in crisis. It does not recognize the content that has been given to it since the 17th century. Conceived as a model of life, of discipline, of objectivity, of honesty, of humanism, of truth and of progress, it has strangely shied away from this model since the very day Descartes gave it birth. Rationality is a tool of double talk, a pretext for a moral truth that is never fulfilled, because it does not believe in itself. It is a pawn in the hands of a few enlightened people who use it to take over all the spaces of the world in the name of peace, development and democracy. But rationality crosses a space without being crossed by it. It never leaves its mark. The only memory that we always have of it is fabrication, arrogance, egoism and misery. The author shows how these paradoxes, of which only rationality has the secret, are represented and deconstructed by postmodern French novelists in order to restore truth, humility and the entanglement of world cultures.

Obesity can be defined as the excessive accumulation of body fat that causes damage to the health of individuals, and in Brazil it has become a public health problem. As it is a multifactorial disease, there are several forms of intervention, such as nutritional, use of anti-obesity drugs and physical exercise, however, as some individuals do not respond to these therapies, the search for bariatric surgery has been increasing. The countries that most perform this type of surgery are the United States and Brazil, respectively. There are different types of bariatric surgery techniques, which can be performed by laparotomy (open surgery) or laparoscopy (more invasive technique), the most used are the intragastric balloon, adjustable gastric banding and gastric bypass with Y- de-Roux shunt. However, some emotional problems have been identified in patients undergoing bariatric surgery, such as depression, emergence of eating disorders, alcohol abuse and even suicide.

In this book, the author takes a critical look at what is being done in Benin's communes under the era of the renewal of grassroots democracy. He believes that decentralization is a fertile springboard for sustainable local development, through good governance of local resources with the support of partners. To do this, men and women exist in each commune with various skills, and must be involved in the search for sustainable solutions.
