It is an exploratory study that investigates the possibility of increasing political interaction and popular participation within the context of digital culture and cyberdemocracy. Aiming to verify how the interaction between government and citizens occurs through social media, this research performs an analysis of the fanpage of the Government of Alagoas on Facebook. This text presents a problematic that links the question of time in the group with the question of the transformation of affect through the group, based on a mediation group clinic. It emphasises the capacity of the group to put the different forms of time to work. Based on several clinical cases, a typology of time forms is proposed. The mediating object plays an important role in the implementation of intersubjective exchanges at the origin of the transformation of affect into feeling, i.e. the passage from a fixed time specific to the primary process to a deployed time specific to the secondary process. This work is facilitated by the group but also by the mediating object, in this case the image, since it is a question of photographs with the Photolanguage method.

Researchers have clearly indicated (Borman & Motowidlo and Organ, 1988), that in evaluations of work performance, performance on tasks directly assigned in the workstation is taken into account. But there are also other evaluations of contextual performance, referring to behaviours not directly prescribed in the job, which some people call "pro-social behaviour at work" and others, notably Organ (1988), call "organisational citizenship behaviour" (OCB). However, if these behaviors have been the subject of numerous studies in order to understand the determinants and consequences on the workers and the organization, it would be interesting to explore these OCBs in a work environment governed by a specific temporal organization, outside the conventional framework of day work. Our research will therefore attempt to shed light on the correspondence between shift work (3x8) divided into different rotations or shifts on the one hand, and the evaluation by the superior of the implementation of these non-prescribed behaviours on the other.

The objective of this work is to highlight the relationship between public capital and economic growth in the Central African Republic (CAR). After developing the theoretical framework, we conducted an empirical analysis of the contribution of public capital to economic growth in CAR over the period 1980 to 2012, using econometric techniques related to time series. We used a Cobb-Douglas type function extended to the public investment rate as a proxy for public capital. Our results show a unidirectional link between public capital and economic growth and that public capital contributes significantly to GDP growth. However, this contribution remains relatively small.

This work is part of a research project on the phytochemical study of the Araliopsis Soyauxii plant. This plant is used in traditional Cameroonian medicine to combat malaria. In order to enhance the value of traditional African pharmacopoeia and develop improved traditional medicines (ITMs), phytochemical studies such as this one are carried out on extracts of medicinal plant parts (bark, leaves, roots, etc.) to isolate the active ingredients or secondary metabolites and confirm their efficacy as traditional medicines. To achieve this, the first step, which is the subject of this book, has to be taken. This involves harvesting the part of the plant to be studied, extracting, isolating and characterising the chemical compounds isolated from it. This work contributes to determining the chemical composition of the bark of the trunk of the Araliopsis Soyauxii plant. Knowledge of this composition is useful for studying molecular interactions in the body and thus preventing the toxic effects of its misuse in traditional African medicine.

The African continent is making progress in terms of economic growth and the prospects are good, especially for Togo. However, the entrepreneurial adventure in Africa remains difficult. Young entrepreneurs are confronted with the problem of the survival of their activities and the growth of their nascent enterprises. However, the lack of structures that can help them overcome the difficulties they face forces many of them to give up and put an end to their dream of becoming great entrepreneurs and job creators. Start-ups and project holders do not benefit from a sufficiently important support framework and have real problems accessing the financial, technical and human resources that would facilitate their growth. In a Togolese socio-economic context characterized by the precariousness of start-ups and where the opportunities for creating new jobs are essentially in the private sector, it is clear that the search for and implementation of sustainable solutions is becoming an essential exercise, hence this work on the creation of an incubator.

Problems in the integration of interdisciplinary knowledge through Physical Education were detected in the second grade students of the Escuela Fiscal "Enrique Gil Gilbert" in the city of Guayaquil, as a result of the theoretical and methodological lack of knowledge of the teachers. It was carried out within a methodology with a mixed approach, of descriptive type, likewise, methods of theoretical and empirical level were used, such as documentary analysis, scientific observation, surveys and knowledge test, in addition to the statistical mathematical method. The descriptive results show that in the knowledge test of: Mathematics 33 (75%) students, in Language and literature 36 (81.8%) students and Foreign language 33 (75%) teachers, positive changes were shown in the effectiveness of the knowledge test when comparing the initial and final test through the test of ranges with Wilcoxon sign. The asymptotic significance was 0.000 < at 0.05 level of significance, therefore it is affirmed that there are significant improvements in the knowledge of the different subjects.

It is both a scientific and research work which is intended to give the best tips for optimising working time management. The working day of less than thirty days, affiliation to the Health System and salary lower than the Minimum Legal Monthly Wage in Force, are the characteristics of a Part-Time Worker, a figure which has taken a great relevance in the current labor environment in Colombia, reason for which the present research determines the legal development regarding the same, describing the legislative progress and identifying the relevant milestones in the Colombian legislation by means of a legal analysis. An exploratory methodology is used, the purpose of which is to highlight fundamental aspects of the subject and to use a qualitative/ descriptive model.

The Mbosi, a large ethno-linguistic Bantu group living in the northern part of Congo (Brazzaville) have been able to cultivate and develop, throughout their history, a vast universe of values structuring a civilization that places them at the center of the group and intimately links them to the other Bantu peoples of Congo: Kongo, Teke, Maka. Supported by a virile language and a social organization that balances matrilineality and patrilineality, this civilization, which was destructured by French colonization, remains, however, embedded in the vast sum of Bantu civilizations of Central, Eastern and Southern Africa. In the present work, Joseph ITOUA who draws his inspiration from some rare publications on the subject, but especially from his direct observation and oral accounts and, regretting the little interest of the African researchers on this civilization, commits himself to make discover the most significant elements of these founding values of the Mbosi civilization.

The FAUNA OF CONGO is the main theme of this scientific research. It is a series of publications by the author, of characteristic animals of the Democratic Republic of Congo, a country scandalously rich in biodiversity but little known. The first part of this book is related to the qualitative and quantitative study of the endogenous Microarthropods of the Nsadi Valley. The second part is both present and critical of the Mammals, tenants of the Zoological Garden of Kinshasa. The global objective of this research is to attract the curiosity of scientists and men of good will, interested in the Ecology and the conservation of Animal Resources, in the world and more particularly in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The study of endogenous microarthropods as well as mammals of the zoological garden of Kinshasa is an approach that has been made possible by the means at hand. With a little more means, it will soon be possible to conduct more in-depth research for a better contribution to national and global biodiversity.

The degradation of marine-coastal environments, mainly due to the disorderly urban occupation, the lack of sanitation infrastructure, as well as the pollution of water and soil resources has caused the accelerated process of ecosystem destruction, including in the research area, the coastal lagoon system. The use of environmental education instruments for community empowerment is an important tool for the elaboration and proposition of socio-environmental public policies, with a view to reversing the processes of environmental degradation and recovery, which contributes to improving the quality of life of the community that still survives on artisanal fisheries. The main objective of the research was to carry out environmental education with the residents of the community together with the Fishermen's Colony Z-33 to train them so as to subsidize them in the struggle for public policies for the environmental recovery of the ecosystem studied, inserted in the coastal environment.

Hemangiomas occur in 5-10% of all newborns. Oral hemangiomas mostly appear at 3 weeks of age and are characterized by extremely rapid growth and invasion into the surrounding tissues. Hemangiomas are most commonly located in the head and face (up to 70%), causing changes in the child's appearance, up to and including disfigurement. Oral hemangiomas mostly lead to complications such as bleeding, infection, dysfunction of vital organs, disfigurement of the appearance, and also lead to the isolation of the patient from society, which is an important social problem. Proceeding from the above-mentioned actual problem is early diagnostics of this pathology, development of modern algorithms of minimally invasive and radical treatment.

In view of the socio-political and financial realities of today's world, the CFA franc is increasingly becoming a major concern that is generating a great deal of debate. While its promoters approve of it, its detractors reject it, believing that it is the cause of all the ills suffered by the African continent, particularly underdevelopment. They believe that since its creation in 1945 until today, the countries using the CFA Franc do not really enjoy monetary sovereignty. This explains the many departures of certain states from the Franc zone and amplifies the problem of reforming the CFA Franc, which is on the agenda in the WAEMU and CEMAC zones. But with the acceleration of the regional integration process in Africa, which aims to harmonize policies between states, it is necessary to ask whether this reform is an advantage or a disadvantage for regional integration on the continent.

The authors of this book believe that the evolution of sexuality requires the development of certain legal rules on the part of the world's States to prevent and not only cure certain perverse behaviours encountered in this field. However, public order takes precedence over any sexual or commercial freedom, even if it is aimed at achieving the general interest assigned to the State and its constituent parts. A certain challenge to national legislation to take measures against deviant sexual behaviour such as necrophilia, gerontophilia, zoophilia, homosexuality, masochism or voyeurism, without neglecting other sexual behaviour of the same nature; these encourage States to adopt up-to-date penal sexual legislation. As a reminder, in sexual matters, state non-interventionism is the principle, and interventionism can only be acceptable in exceptional cases. In other words, sexuality is based on a principle of freedom, framed by a certain number of limits, the sole objective of which is to prevent the sexual act from harming others.

At the end of this presentation which embraces a field which causes more and more relevant debates at the best of international institutions and associative movements, my dearest wish is to see developing in the city of Kisangani in DRC a strong conscience of the imperative of safeguarding the rights and fundamental liberties of the children as well in the head of the authority as of all the components of the living forces of the nation. Far from us the pretension to have done everything the science being dynamic, to close this study which is not perfect, we remain open to all the observations which will be given to us by other researchers and especially our scientific elders.

In aviation, the term "safety" is related to preventive and reactive resources for flight safety, against accidents and incidents. For this reason, it is essential that airports have a Firefighting and Rescue Service. The aerodrome operator has the mission to apply the resources, comply with the legislation and keep this service on standby according to local needs. The problem is how to maintain service efficiency and avoid possible impacts on airport management. The justification occurs because it is an activity where the focus is to save human lives, all investment and planning are insignificant before such a noble mission. The objective of this study is to identify the importance that these services, even without much public visibility, have for the operation of airports and their possible negative impacts on airport management.

This book is the result of a hard work of which I treated the following subject "The role of the judge commissioner in the difficulties of the companies in MOROCCO" (which is almost the same in FRANCE). I first dealt with the legal status of the latter, and then his administrative role in this procedure which is characterised by the control of the organs of the procedure, as well as his intervention in the operations of the procedure. Finally, I have dealt with the jurisdictional role of the bankruptcy judge in two parts to be discovered.

In view of the double globalisation, geographical and thematic, as well as the consequent global stakes, the book analyses raises the question of how national CSOs can make themselves heard in the field of internal politics in their countries. More specifically, in relation to building democracy and the rule of law in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), how can national CSOs regain ownership of citizen action, knowing that the local democratic space is condemned to open up to numerous global actors, integration and international cooperation? What can be done to ensure that this so-called 'glocal' space does not become a place of predation by certain international organisations.

In non-school education, opportunities arise to offer a basic knowledge in course form or modules. As an objective, a better understanding of today's economy in the context of civic education in its complexity is aimed at. The study wants to make a contribution to this.

We live in a globalized society, traced by technological and industrial searches, where much is said about education and educational practices. However, some of these practices are still linked to traditionalism, where education is a means of trying to pass on to the student what he should learn, leaving aside his real needs, life perspectives, reflections and critical capacity, which affects the performance of his learning. In opposition to these facts, Ethnomathematics, a trend in Mathematics Education, comes to build an educational process based on the recognition of the mathematical knowledge developed in the daily practice of some coexisting cultures and to relate this knowledge to the teaching practice. The aim of this final work is to develop an anthropological research with an ethnomathematical approach found in the craft of the Naval Carpenters of the Vila do Itapuá - Vigia/PA, using their informal mathematics as a mathematical model to teach Geometry by means of a pedagogical intervention.

Pesticides or plant protection products are a category of substances that pose a high risk to living beings, are dangerous because of their harmful effects at low doses, and are polluting because they can spread in the environment in abnormal quantities. In order to protect the environment and public health, good life cycle management of pesticides must be based on effective registration of these chemicals and comprehensive and enforceable legislation. Thus, I have taken the example of zinc phosphide, organophosphates and synthetic pyrethroids, which are heavily used in agricultural activities.
