Since its accession to political and economic independence, the Democratic Republic of Congo has experienced an emergence in political matters, especially in what concerns the organization of the conquest of power, from 1960 to the present. However, it should be noted that since the establishment of the constitution of February 18, 2006, which instituted the 3rd Republic in the Democratic Republic of Congo, has allowed an adequate regulation of political parties. It is worth noting that after a long period of dictatorship in the Democratic Republic of Congo, under the Third Republic, politicians have given a new air to the functioning of political parties. Thus, this work allows to cross the regulation of the political parties on its functioning as recognized by the Law n° 04/002 of March 15, 2004 relating to the organization and the functioning of the political parties in Democratic Republic of Congo; on the private or public financing as recognized by the Law n° 08/005 of June 10, 2008 relating to the public financing of the political parties in Democratic Republic of Congo; As well as the statute of the opposition of the political parties in Democratic Republic of Congo.

Research is progressing, but there is still no treatment or vaccine to eliminate the AIDS virus, and prevention is the only option. The fight against HIV/AIDS among MSM depends essentially on their choice of therapeutic routes. The aim of this research is to gain an insight into the choice of treatment routes used by MSM, so as to be able to make suggestions for halving the proportion of MSM who comply with prevention standards. Investigations involving 55 HIV-positive MSM treated in the Infectious and Parasitic Diseases Department (MIP) led to the following results: 58.2% of MSM immediately opted for ARV treatment when they tested positive, while 41.8% opted for non-ARV treatment even though they were HIV-positive. Profession, level of education, distance between health centre and place of residence and income level, as well as knowledge, attitudes and practices regarding HIV/AIDS, are among the determining factors in MSM's choice of treatment routes.

Mythology has always populated the various forms of human expression, especially in the artistic field (literature, theatre, music, painting). With the technological increment, new languages also began to serve as a herald for various myths that, updated, were reinserted in current social, political, economic and cultural contexts, allowing new ways of thinking about human existence, according to the values of each time. This is what happened in the film What's up, my brother, where are you? released in 2000 as a comedy, written and directed by the filmmaker brothers Joel and Ethan Coen. The production, as the authors explicitly propose, is a proposed re-reading of the mythical Ulysses for the beginning of the 1930s in the United States. From the epic a comedy was born, presented as an audiovisual work. Thus, we analyse the relationship between Homer's epic Odyssey and the film E ai meu irmão, cadê você? bringing to light aspects that intertwine in a comparative line, from the point of view of the Coen brothers' rereading.

In a concern of preservation of the water resource already scarce at the beginning of this century and to better understand the problem of water erosion and the processes that generate this phenomenon, we are interested in the sub-catchment area (118 km2 ) Wadi Boumessaoud (North West Algeria). Our work will focus first of all on a physico-geographical diagnosis of the study area, a preliminary presentation of all the geomorphological, geological, hydrological and climatic parameters of the sub-catchment is essential. A bibliographical synthesis on the genesis of the transported sediments in suspension, the mechanisms and dominant processes which govern this erosive dynamics as well on the slopes as within the hydrographic network will be approached. The detailed analysis of instantaneous series of liquid (QL) and solid (Qs) flows between September 1988 and August 2004 at different temporal scales has allowed the selection of a power model (Qs=aQLb). This model will specify the interrelationship between the various hydrological parameters and will allow us to understand the explanatory factors of the water erosion processes in this semi-arid zone of Algeria.

This work seeks to define the rhetorical genre of Utopia and is inspired by Aristotle's thought. This genre is defined according to the rule of the three proofs, i.e. ethos, pathos and logos. More generally, this work is in line with the thinking of the Brussels School and Chaïm Perelman; great attention is paid to the political, civic and democratic components of rhetoric. Concretely, our reflection takes as its starting point the Tunisian revolution of December 2010 and January 2011; attention is therefore paid to the contemporary history of this country. Beyond this case study, the question of Human Rights and the matrix framework of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights as the foundation of our modernity is inevitably addressed. Finally, this work was written and carried out under the supervision of Emmanuelle Danblon, professor at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (Belgium) and founder of the Groupe de Recherches in Rhetoric and Linguistic Argumentation.

Fifty years have passed since the signing of the 1967 Treaty on Principles Governing the Activities of States in the Exploration and Use of Outer Space, including the Moon and Other Celestial Bodies, and a new space odyssey is on the horizon. Space activities are no longer conducted solely by states. Private actors have entered the market. The world has changed - the world of space has been profoundly transformed and the law must adapt, but how? What will space activities be like in fifty years... in 2067? The system is constantly evolving to take into account the new issues related to the activities, and to the evolution of technologies. We are at the dawn of a new era in space activities - which now requires reflection on exactly how to adapt, and adopt adequate legal frameworks to balance sometimes competing interests. This book is intended for students, researchers, and anyone interested in the space sector and its evolution.

Dropout is one of the most intriguing and crucial problems in education. This problem permeates the various levels and modalities of education and generates social, economic, political, academic, and financial losses for all those involved in the educational process. Therefore, it is essential to develop efficient methods to predict the risk of student dropout, allowing institutions to adopt proactive actions to minimize the situation. Thus, the objective of this paper is to present a knowledge discovery approach, using a database, to identify groups of students at risk of dropping out of in-class courses of higher education.

The purpose of this work was to focus on the evaluation of the audit procedure within the company TECOPY SA Morocco in order to ensure proper compliance with the procedure, and proposes recommendations to improve the audit procedure. The internship aimed to bring a practical experience in the management of an audit procedure, planning and realization of audit missions as well as to prepare me for the job of an internal auditor. Indeed, this study conducted with the help of an analysis of the different case studies allowed to detect the strong points of the procedure and the points of improvement like the follow-up of the application of the recommendations of the audit report, and the lack of follow-up sheet for the steps of the procedure. For this, we proposed recommendations for the problems identified after evaluation of the procedure, hoping that we have achieved the objectives of the course, which is to improve the audit procedure.

It was in 1977 - over 40 years ago! - that the conclusions of a major study on underdevelopment, commissioned by the United Nations, were published. Conducted by a team of outstanding experts led by the famous economist-statistician Wassily Leontief (hence the name "Leontief's Expertise" given to this important work), the study came to such bold conclusions that at least one of them should have been a bombshell. Here it is: "The real obstacles to the development of the Third World in general and of sub-Saharan Africa in particular are not physical (i.e. they are not related to climate, relief, the presence or absence of major rivers ...); rather, these obstacles are human (i.e. they are related to political, social and institutional organisation)". In other words, the key to the development of these regions is not directly in the hands of the Creator-God, but rather in the hands of ... his children who live there!

During the process of my training and teaching career, I have come across various situations concerning sporting talent (most valued performance indicators) which make us reflect on the situation of talent and its transformation process, i.e. talent is one of the fundamental conditions for achieving excellence in competitive sport and its identification represents the first step in a long process of specialisation which allows the right subjects to be selected. Various sport segments have devoted some attention to this theme. Besides sports researchers, private, public and governmental institutions have been showing some concern in the search for indicators and criteria for the selection of sports talents; It is within this framework and due to the lack of studies at national level that we intend to contribute to the understanding and systematisation of this phenomenon, making it more scientific. Therefore, in this book, we list a set of concerns describing the performance indicators most valued by school sports coaches in the Detention and Selection of Sports Talent in football in Matola Municipality in Mozambique.

Today, technical progress and modernity disturb human tranquility, which is one of the main preoccupations of contemporary writers including Le Clézio and Tournier, who find human life in peril, which is why they resort to primitive nature. According to the German thinker, Heidegger, the essential cause of the anguish of modern man is due to the feeling of the gap in the being. Heidegger finds the only solution in the return to the being. Jaspers, like Heidegger, represents his method in a positive way. The essential problem posed by the writers mentioned, seems to be that of the identity of the modern man. The protagonists of the works of these writers brutally accuse the modern world, an era in which mankind has become aware of its effort to build only an earthly hell. In this book, we plan to analyze the internal universe of these two works based on Bachelardian ideas. The study of how to express the hostility of these writers with the modern life of today is the essential goal of this research.

Roads that do not last long, supplies that are not of good quality, unsatisfactory services and consultants that are not always well qualified are the results of fraudulent practices in public procurement. In order to combat these practices, it is important to be more aware of them and also to better detect the signs of fraud in the procedures. An overview of the procedure for awarding public contracts in the Democratic Republic of Congo is done, we have focused on the consistency of fraudulent practices in the phase of awarding public contracts by detailing a typology of fraud because this is where strategic calculations are multiplied. Teachers, researchers, students and actors working in the public procurement sector will find in this book an important tool to quench their thirst.

Is Justice disconnected from the expectations of citizens? Are Justice and the Law too rigid with regard to a person wishing to defend himself? It is interesting to observe the difference of point of view between jurists and people who are not initiated to Law, and to wonder about the reasons of this divergence of vision. This thesis proposes to question the notion of "self-defense of persons", a notion that is often a source of emotion and popular misunderstanding. By questioning this notion, we will address the foundations of this notion as well as the difference in regime between the forces of order and the citizens, while evoking some recent media cases (the case of the Nice jeweler, as well as the Alexandra Lange and Jacqueline Sauvage cases). It will thus be demonstrated that self-defense is a social necessity, essential to society. This book is intended for legal experts as well as for people who have questions about this notion and wish to better understand self-defense.

The present work aims to study the problems faced by nursing and health technology students at ISPITS in Agadir in the era of Covid-19. It is a quantitative descriptive study carried out on a sample of 173 students, based on a questionnaire grouping the different problems of online learning raised in the literature.70.6% of the students declared having a poor to average internet connection, 73.9% had a poor to average level of computer knowledge and 45.7% expressed that they had problems using the internet and computer tools. 22% find it difficult to access a course on an educational platform and 38.2% state that instructions and questions in online exams are unclear to ambiguous. The Ki-2 test showed that some options find it more difficult to use the internet and computer tools and to access courses on educational platforms.It should be noted that health professionals are called upon to acquire new technological skills in order to adapt to future constraints.

The respective work presents, based on the principles of plurality of forms of family and the principle of affectivity listed in the Federal Constitution of 1988, a new type of family: the multi-species family. It is the one which aggregates both human members and their pets, which sometimes play the role of children. The Brazilian legal system classifies animals as property and such definition places pets as things to be shared in case of marital dissolution. Thus, it makes them, sometimes, object of the law, in cases of litigation between their owners. Today, there are countless issues regarding the custody of pets, similar to the disputed custody of a human child. There is the awareness that animals are sentient beings and therefore their welfare must be taken into consideration. And how do judges base their decisions; under which perspective of jurisdictional guardianship is the animal classified as a subject of law; is its welfare considered or an asset to be shared, when the couple in litigation? Concrete cases were analyzed and it is concluded that there is much divergence as to which line of thought the magistrates.

In this story, which is precisely about educational values for children, it is shown with a small to medium depth how important school education is for our children. Children are the future and education is the most important thing parents can give their daughters and sons for life, so we preach morals, decency and social values such as politeness and charity to them, because faith also plays a role in this play, love for God and for people is just as important as their own development. So we experience a little family drama in which Pedro is automatically involved, but how will it end for his siblings Hans and Guédévi? And how do Pedro's parents behave? Josephine and Komlan? Housework and school, does that work? Not necessarily without difficulties.

Ahmadou Kourouma systematized the use of the aesthetics of laughter and ugliness through his five novels. He based his work on African political realities by referring to royalty, democracy, dictatorship, independence and war. As for the African cultural realities, they concern the highlighting of the religious and the shortcomings of Africans, as well as the hybridization of the language of writing. But he also constructs spaces, characters and a bestiary corresponding to a will to create the laughter and the ugly. Our study found that Kourouma often emphasizes the worst through the topoi of death and blood. But the novelistic action is very picaresque and turned towards the carnivalesque as well as the grotesque. The omnipresence of the scatological and the erotic in the language as well as in the action, translates a will not only to create the macabre, but also the obscene and the indecent. In the end, it can be said that the aesthetics of laughter and the ugly constitute a posture that Kourouma has chosen to differentiate himself in the African literary field.

The book's central theme is: "The Digital Inclusion Policies of Public Schools" with reference to the case of schools in the municipality of Uberlândia, MG. Based on a historical contextualization of computer systems and the phenomenon of digital inclusion in the scope of Brazilian basic education, it aims to describe and analyze the public policies of digital inclusion formulated and implemented in the municipal public school network of Uberlândia - RPME/UDI, in the period 1999-2012 and has as objectives: (a) to describe and critically analyse the historical process of emergence and diffusion of computerized systems and their relationship with education as a possibility of promotion of public policies of "digital inclusion"; (b) to analyse the historical path of digital inclusion policies in the scope of education, prescribed and developed in Brazil and; (c) to describe and analyse digital inclusion policies, prescribed and instituted in the municipality of Uberlândia in the light of the study of official documentation and the perceptions of laboratory teachers who work or have worked in the school units concerned and of the managers of the digital inclusion project in this municipality.

The training of business students in Brazil is focused on managerial aspects of marketing and, because of this, managers seem unable to deal with the complexity of the exchange system. In a world in which people's lives are increasingly affected by markets, it is essential to broaden the understanding of the discipline that deals with the relationships between markets and society: macro-marketing. In the work that gives rise to the book, in-depth interviews were conducted with nine marketing professors from undergraduate business administration courses, with the aim of raising their views about the teaching of the discipline and its gaps, their understanding of macromarketing and its concepts, as well as the potential contributions of macromarketing to the improvement of marketing education, its social consequences and a more critical view of the discipline.

Today, the territories are launching themselves into a race for tourism. They must define their legitimacy as a "destination" by establishing a singularity and coherence. Brands, labels and slogans are therefore appearing and becoming promotional tools allowing the territory to be identified and valued on the basis of cultural and identity links. However, the administrative delimitation of a territory is not necessarily based on a cultural foundation, nor does it form a sentimental and lived territoriality. This study looks at the creation of territorial brands and labels as marketing tools and their use and impact in the tourism sector. A case study was conducted on the Sud de France brand in the Languedoc-Roussillon region.

This study exposes the different characteristics of the epics of several civilizations. It was important to compare these different epics in order to highlight their differences and similarities. In the course of this study, we made an analysis of the characteristics of the epics of the selected civilizations through the ancient texts we found. The analysis of these texts has revealed that although the environments or times are different, the epic keeps its purpose and characteristics. The epic resists the influence of time and space as well. In all the epics studied, traditional images, speeches and songs have emerged.

The management of statistical information based on self-management in educational institutions is a topic of current interest due to the importance of statistical information for decision making in education. Self-management, in turn, is a way of empowering the members of the institution so that they can actively participate in the management of information and thus improve the efficiency and effectiveness of decision making. Therefore, the novelty of research on this topic lies in the possibility of developing innovative and adaptive procedures that allow a more efficient and effective management of statistical information in educational institutions, through the active participation of the members of the educational community in the information management process. This book, an international inter-institutional collaboration, projects the doctoral research of the main author, advised by the co-author. The study sample is the administrative team of the "Leona Vicario" Elementary School of San Antonio Xonacatlán, Toluca, Mexico, who participate in the statistical information management process in the institution.

A bibliographic survey was made about the characteristics and properties of some materials and technologies used in the civil engineering branch for the execution of architectural and structural projects, where it was possible to make a correlation between the characteristics of the material and the types of structural systems. Finally, it was evaluated and made the comparisons with three already existing structures, between them and the new structures formed theoretically by new materials, more modern and with new properties, through general parameters and theoretical assumptions. The comparison between two existing structures, made of different materials, at different times, with different functions, but with the same geometric shape, was also presented.

The general objective of this work is to characterize the fauna and ecology of zooplanktonic populations in continental freshwater bodies of Côte d'Ivoire. Specifically, the aim is to identify the zooplanktonic populations, to study the biodiversity of zooplankton and to estimate the population parameters. The present work is subdivided into three main chapters. The first chapter deals with the generalities concerning the study environments (hydroelectric dam lakes, agropastoral dams in the North of Ivory Coast, fish ponds and rice lowlands) and the zooplankton community. The second chapter provides information on the equipment and working methods used to carry out this study. The third chapter presents the results and discussion.

Our research shows that enunciative narratology accounts for the discourse on cultural belonging of "subject-focused characters" in Pie Tshibanda and Jacques Savoie. They also reveal how the values of the foreign culture integrated by the "focused subject characters" forge their personality. The latter maintain cultural relations with the members of their communities, as they also maintain intercultural relations with other peoples of the world, in particular the Belgian and English-speaking communities of their universe.

The forest landscapes of the argan tree encompasses a mosaic of ecosystems that reflect a differential evolution of the territories associated with the argan tree known for its forestry, fruit and pastoral uses and this, in relation to human activities devoted to silvo-pastoral and agro-forestry practices. The relations of the rural communities to the wooded spaces of the argan tree, were woven of long history translating the anchoring of the social forestry in this region known as of the argan tree. The approaches of social forestry thus developed by the rural communities, are progressively used to initiate restorative measures of the forest landscapes of the argan tree in a context of global changes.

There is a good diversity of innovative methodologies for sharing technology and knowledge. However, it is strategic to choose the one that is most appropriate for the type of audience you want to reach. Whenever possible, it is essential to involve the target audience in technology sharing actions through collective construction, so that they are also protagonists of the process and not just objects of the actions. The different actors involved in the agricultural and livestock sector need to understand objectively the need to strengthen the "organizational networks" and act in an articulated manner to this end, which are powerful tools to promote the sharing of technologies and the construction of new knowledge.

The general objective of this analysis is to analyze the effects of the increased savings rate on economic growth in Burkina Faso. In other words, the study aims to investigate the nature of the relationship between the savings rate and the growth rate. More specifically, the study seeks to determine the nature of : - the relationship between savings and investment in order to ensure the accumulation of capital, a source of national wealth; - the relationship between the investment rate and the growth rate. A study of the influence of the savings rate on economic growth in Burkina Faso is an unquestionable contribution to the debate on whether or not developing countries need to increase their savings rate in order to sustain wealth, so as to help them escape the underdevelopment trap. With a view to achieving the guiding principles of the SCADD and the WAEMU Stability, Growth and Solidarity Pact, the conclusions of this study could challenge policymakers to reorient economic policy.

The general objective of this study is to analyze the bushmeat sector by studying household consumption for the maintenance and sustainable management of animal biodiversity in the forests of Walikale territory (D.R. Congo). It highlights the importance of bushmeat for the food security of the inhabitants of Walikale. It describes the increasingly important socio-economic role that this source of animal protein plays in the lives of the actors involved, describes the strategies of the actors in the bushmeat sector, and highlights the health risks incurred by consumers and the level of knowledge of the legislation on wildlife. This study proposes ways of preserving and sustainably managing wildlife that allow the rural population to exploit the game capital in the forests of Walikale territory. During 45 days (15/02 to 15/03/2014) we conducted consumption surveys among 150 households in 5 villages (Boboro, Mubi, Mutakato, Nyasi and Walikale center) of the territory of Walikale and 50 actors (hunters and traders) involved in the bushmeat sector.

Through this research, we want to provide actors in the democratic process and governance at the grassroots with a working tool. This instrument aims to promote a broad association of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) with local public policies in order to entrench democracy at the local level and promote local governance. We have identified three (03) specific objectives related to our research, namely: to contribute to the adhesion of citizens to civil society organizations and to the reinforcement of their status; to propose measures to reinforce the means of financing civil society organizations; and finally, to determine the adequate mechanisms of evaluation of the performance of civil society organizations.
