Writers and artists have a leading role in their society and are often in the forefront of denouncing the problems that the country is experiencing on a political, social, economic level, etc. They propose to the reader/viewer a new way of looking at Lima. They offer the reader/spectator a true radiography of the city of Lima. In front of the works of Alvaro Portales and Eduardo Tokeshi, reading the novels of Oscar Malca (Al final de la calle), Fernando Ampuero (Caramelo Verde), Jorge Eduardo Benavides (Los años inútiles, El año que rompí contigo), Jaime Bayly (La noche es virgen, No se lo digas a nadie) and Martín Mucha (Tus ojos en una ciudad gris), the reader realizes that Lima is the common thread. So let's wander around Lima.

Through their actions, the armed groups have negatively influenced and continue to influence the development of the territory of Shabunda; they have been creating permanent instability there for many years. This instability has had disastrous consequences, particularly at the political, administrative, security and economic levels. This state of affairs prevents the public authorities and the local population from exploiting the multiple natural potentialities with a view to boosting its development. Ylang-ylang of the Comoros, a resource that generates the most subtle perfumes and income for poor households. The sector plays a crucial role in the economy of the Comoros but is not well known. Ylang-ylang cultivation is easy to manage and simple to renew. It grows quickly. In natural conditions, the plant blooms from the second year onwards and this for several years with the possibility of renewing the plantation. Ylang-ylang appears then as a renewable resource contrary to the resources of fossil origin like oil. Currently, large new production areas such as Jimilime, Kangani, Hajoho, Bimbini in Anjouan, and Hamba in Moheli, produce significant quantities of quality. High quality essences are produced with professionalism in Moheli in the Union of Comoros. 24 distillers are operational in Hamba. Pure and natural quality essences are produced there. They have what to incite my determination and my commitment for the protection of this sector.

The main objective of this study is to evaluate the contribution of CHWs in the home-based management of malaria in children under 5 years of age in the GASHOHO Health District. Data entry, processing and analysis were done using Word, Excel and Epiinfo software (version 3.3.2) and the Khicarré was calculated and the confidence interval of the 95% OR was constructed. The results of this study revealed that 64.89% of the CHWs were satisfied with the contribution of the malaria PECADOM against 35.11% who were dissatisfied and 81.48% of the beneficiaries of the PECADOM services appreciated the work of the CHWs. This study concludes with recommendations for improving the work of CHWs for all actors involved in the management of malaria.

This book outlines a multidimensional study of poverty, including qualitative indicators of human poverty manifested by hunger, malnutrition, poor health, increased morbidity and mortality due to disease, lack or inadequacy of housing, unhealthy environment and the threat of erosion, social discrimination, poor education, child labor, etc., and the quantitative indicator of poverty, which is the lack of income that deprives people of the opportunity to lead a decent and fulfilling life. This book is the culmination of thirteen years of research in the field of archaeology as it relates to major works in Côte d'Ivoire. This Manuscript "Guide to Conducting an Agronomic Experiment", is a work, which deals with the intellectual baggage that the researcher must acquire, the different types of experiments that he should have in mind, the terms that are commonly used in this field and the different types of experimental devices with their modes of drawing, conditions of use, advantages and disadvantages and the determination of their degree of freedom (ddl). This manuscript does not deal with the analysis of data from these experimental devices. The details of each of these experimental devices are supported by examples to facilitate the understanding of the reader (researcher).

Coordinative capacities are extremely complex capacities that influence the quality of the motor act and all the activity that involves movement within human activity. Agility is considered as the maximum expression of the conjugation of all coordinative capacities and the sum of the capacity to sprint, accelerate, decelerate and change direction, elements of utmost importance in soccer. That is why it is required that this capacity be developed in soccer players, especially in the formative categories. Taking into account the above elements, the objective of the present work was to carry out a study and analysis of the theoretical and methodological foundations that support the training of agility in soccer players of formative categories. In the study, documentary analysis and content analysis are used as fundamental methods, providing as main result the systematization of the theoretical and methodological foundations that support the training of agility in soccer players of formative categories.

The general approach we take in this book is positive, not prescriptive, in the sense that we strive to be realistic. Topic or problem investigated.Cross-sectional analysis of the health situation of persons deprived of liberty in the Unidad de Atención Integral (UAI) 20 de diciembre de 1979, in comparison with the Costa Rican penitentiary system.Main results achieved.The demographic data of the UAI are congruent with those found at the level of the national prison system. With regard to the social determinants of health, food and daily life, crime and average stay in prison do not seem to have a direct impact on the final health outcome, with prevalence rates of chronic non-communicable diseases and incidence of communicable diseases and morbidity being very similar in the UAI and the Costa Rican prison system, Therefore, it is reasonable to infer that the evaluation of the health and disease profile of persons deprived of liberty in the UAI December 20, 1979 can be extrapolated to the rest of the Costa Rican penitentiary system, so that these data can initially be used as national indicators for making health decisions in the Costa Rican penitentiary system.

Pharmacy is a science that involves several areas of knowledge, such as chemistry, biology, physics, and mathematics, among others. This interdisciplinarity is essential for Pharmacy to develop increasingly efficient and safe solutions for human health. In practice, interdisciplinarity in Pharmacy can be seen in several areas, such as drug production, where chemistry, molecular biology, and pharmaceutical technology work together to develop and produce drugs with quality and safety. In clinical analysis, interdisciplinarity is fundamental for accurate diagnostic tests, involving areas such as molecular biology, clinical chemistry, and microbiology. In the area of pharmacovigilance, interdisciplinarity is important for monitoring the effects of drugs after they are marketed, involving areas such as pharmacology, epidemiology, and statistics. In summary, interdisciplinarity is fundamental to Pharmacy, as it allows the integration of different areas of knowledge to solve problems and develop new technologies, thus ensuring the promotion of health and the well-being of society.

The surveys conducted within the framework of the Observatory of Urban Change allowed me to penetrate the realities of rural areas. Indeed, a study commissioned by Columbia University on the evaluation of the Tuungane project, consisted in analyzing the impact of the program for the improvement of the economic and social sector as well as the good governance implemented by International Rescue Commette in the provinces of Katanga, South Kivu and Maniema. The realities experienced during our fieldwork motivated us to discuss the issue of sustainable development in rural areas. Why this interest? Accurate assessment of the rate of access to drinking water and sanitation is a challenge faced by water sector actors in Burkina Faso. A national database coupled with a GIS was developed in 2005/2006 and is updated annually. The cumbersome use of this tool and the associated procedures led us to think of an approach that could improve the evaluation method currently used by using free satellite images. To improve the level of accuracy of the assessment of the rate of access to drinking water, we recommend taking into account the habitat as the smallest spatial entity to be considered instead of the neighborhood. The identification of the habitat by satellite images requires heavy financial means because of the need to use very expensive images with very high spatial resolution. We have therefore turned to low cost solutions to try to match the level of accuracy of commercialized images in order to propose an acceptable solution.

Despite the fact that modern medicine has made significant progress in diagnosing and developing new methods of treatment of sensorineural hearing loss, the results often leave much to be desired.The etiology, pathogenesis, modern methods of diagnostics and treatment of patients with cochleovostibular disorders are analyzed in the monograph, the algorithm of diagnostics and treatment is developed, and recommendations for doctors are given.This monograph is intended for masters of otorhinolaryngology, clinical residents, and otorhinolaryngologists.

Constitutional production is deficient in Cameroon. After half a century of constitutionalism, Cameroon's constitutional texts do not shine in terms of their intelligibility and clarity. A reading of the various fundamental laws that the country has known reveals paradoxes that hinder the entrenchment of constitutionalism. The Constitution of 18 January 1996, which is the subject of this study, is not immune to this observation. It is true that it has modernised the institutions and the State, but there is room for improvement in its writing. Between silence, ambiguities, contradiction and confusion, it abounds in numerous paradoxes that are perceptible both in the constitutional semantics and in the options of the constituent. Oscillating between advances and setbacks, coherence and inconsistency, this text allows us to perceive the basis of the tribulations of Cameroonian constitutionalism.

A total of 130 medicinal plants from the Republic of Djibouti are presented in alphabetical order of their scientific name in Latin. Their systematic botanical classification (family, genus, species), their common name in French and their vernacular names (in Somali, Afar and Arabic) are also given. It is a major work of pharmacognosy because it is the first time that the plants of the Republic of Djibouti are illustrated and approached simultaneously from an ethnobotanical, chemical and pharmacological point of view. In recent years higher education institutions have faced major problems caused by academic retention. In light of this, several researchers have dedicated their efforts to discovering the causes and preventing academic retention, and educational data mining can help in this process. However, to obtain satisfactory results with data mining applied to the context of academic retention it is necessary to know the best data mining resources to be used. Thus, in this paper a systematic review of the literature was conducted in order to identify the main data mining techniques and tools that can be applied in this process, as well as to identify the main factors that induce academic retention.

This study was conducted at the INERA/MULUNGU research center during the B cropping season. The experimental design adopted was the split-plot with two factors under study. These were mineral fertilization with NPK and DAP and seedling density. The results of the analysis of variance showed that the two factors studied had no effect on almost all the growth parameters of the peanut crop. Thus, this study suggests that a much more in-depth study on the subject taking into account the different ecological zones of the province, by making fractionations of the different fertilizers used in this study, to determine the optimal doses giving the best yields.

Lophira lanceolata Van Tiegh. ex Keay, Vitex doniana Sweet. and Ximenia americana L. are among the local species of great socio-economic interest. They play an important role at the level of the farms as well as for the environment. Unfortunately, they are disappearing as a result of overgrazing, bushfires, charcoal production, excessive fuelwood collection and deforestation. The objective of this work is to evaluate the phenodynamics of these species and to develop appropriate low-cost propagation techniques to contribute to their domestication. To do so, phenological observations followed by germination, suckering, root segment cutting and aerial layering trials were conducted. Phenological observations of the main phenophases (foliage, flowering and fruiting) of each species were made every 15 days in the Bini-Dang savannahs. This book is intended for researchers, teachers, students, agroforesters, agronomists, technicians and horticulturists.

Since 2015, Burkina Faso has been facing recurrent terrorist attacks associated with the rise of organised crime and other forms of cross-border crime. Ansarul Islam, the Group for the Support of Islam and Muslims, and the Islamic State in the Great Sahara are the main terrorist groups sowing fear and desolation in the country of the upright. The sources of funding for their dastardly activities are drug trafficking, extortion and kidnapping, robbery with violence, fraud, money laundering and counterfeit trafficking, etc. In the face of these growing and increasingly complex security challenges, Burkina Faso has put in place an institutional and legal framework adapted to effectively combat the scourge of terrorism. This framework, which is still under construction, needs to be strengthened. In any event, the fight against the financing of terrorism in Burkina Faso must be part of a holistic, coherent and integrated vision. To achieve this, a national security policy is needed. The fight against terrorism must also be part of the dynamics of international cooperation.
