In modern conditions of economic development one of the most urgent problems is the improvement of quality and reliability of accounting information in the course of operations with securities issued by banks. In commercial banks accounting of operations with securities is conducted in accordance with regulatory and legal documents and local regulatory acts, but the complex document flow can lead to slowdown in such operations, which leads to a number of negative consequences. The monograph reveals theoretical and methodological aspects of accounting and auditing of operations with securities issued by the bank. Proposals for improving the organization of accounting of securities in the bank and for increasing the efficiency of the internal control system of operations with securities have been developed.

They are tools for building up the body of Christ (1 Corinthians 12:8-18; Ephesians 4:11-14).

In the peri-urban area of Mahajanga, pollution comes from both production units and consumption units of organic waste products. The lack of organic matter collection in small-scale livestock farms and the fertilization practices of market gardeners, which combine repeated organic and mineral inputs at high doses due to the functions attributed to manure, lead to substantial losses of elements that are harmful to the environment in the city. Reasonable fertilizer and organic matter inputs as well as the organization or implementation of an appropriate structure for the collection of organic waste from the farms would make it possible to limit leakage to the environment. This fertilization formula remains to be determined because the effects of daily watering and the nutrients brought by water as well as the mineralization of nitrogen from endogenous organic matter with the hot and dry climate of Mahajanga must be taken into account.

The failure of village water supply projects and the consequences that it has generated raise enormous questions about the participation of populations in development actions. This research proposes to investigate field practices in order to see how participation translates into two of its main objectives, namely the reconfiguration of powers in favor of the poorest and the self-development of local communities. It was conducted in the districts of Pahou and Avlékété and is part of a qualitative research approach that favors the collection of data through in-depth qualitative interviews based on interview guides developed according to the categories of actors. Thus, the introduction of a project into the local political arena in Ouidah is confronted with a complex dynamic of action logics and power issues. The appropriation is made with a political aim that reinforces the relationships of inequality and domination within the local communities.

Far from the outdated image that we sometimes associate with it, wood energy is one of the few local renewable energy resources. The mobilization of this resource is likely to generate sustainable employment in both rural and urban areas, but in most cases contributes to the destructuring of rural landscapes and the surroundings of major cities in Chad. To remedy this new phenomenon, the Chadian government took restrictive measures: a formal ban on cutting green wood and a framework for collecting dead wood. A few months later, there is a real shortage of fuelwood in N'Djamena and Moundou. Is this the opposite effect of the forestry policy or is the product scarce from the production sites?

A sustainable development of voluntary organizations in their activities called voluntary work, honorary office or in civic engagement, is characterized by no gainful employment and refers to a voluntary and public welfare-oriented commitment.The occupational field yields learning impulses for politics, practice and adult education. Since the nineties, the development has been moving in the direction of a topic in politics and society. Areas are for example the sport, associations, organizations, youth associations and NGOs. Tasks arise in the recruitment of volunteers, accompaniment, promotion and training. Adult education has planning, organization and consulting as its field of activity.

In September 2021, Burkina Faso will have more than one million internally displaced persons (IDPs) receiving food to cover their food security needs. Our study analyzed the environmental impact of this assistance.It targeted twelve field sites in the country's six humanitarian regions in 2021. The Nexus Environmental Assessment Tool (NEAT+) was used for this study. Field observations showed a negative impact on the environment after food distribution, livestock rearing, farming, and irrigation system deployment. This impact is illustrated by air and water pollution, deforestation, water scarcity, soil degradation, climate change and flooding. This study is being conducted in a context where efforts are being made to strengthen coordination on accountability and environmental management issues. However, these efforts need to be strengthened and coordinated. The shortcomings identified, at different levels, have allowed the formulation of perspectives for a better Environment and Humanitarian Action tandem.

Deeply situated in the retroperitoneum, the adrenal glands are in a complex and dangerous anatomical region because of their vascular relationships and with the neighboring organs. The complications of adrenalectomies are more often related to difficulties of access and exposure than to the glandular exeresis itself. This is reflected in the range of possible complications with overall perioperative complication rates varying between 1.7% and 30.7%. Regardless of the approach chosen (open or laparoscopic, transperitoneal or retroperitoneal), they share the same possible complications: complications related to the topographic anatomy of the adrenal gland that encompass the known complications of open surgery and complications related to the laparoscopic approach. Many of these complications are related to laparoscopic access and are shared with other laparoscopic procedures. Therefore, the rules for preventing complications in laparoscopic surgery also apply to laparoscopic adrenalectomy.

As an observer/participant, for several decades, as a social worker, of the effects of the social dynamics of a district of Toulouse, I set out to detect the founding elements of a remarkable dynamic of cooperation. From the 1960's to the 1990's, initiated and then relayed by the associative authorities, this dynamic was constantly renewed. Need to write, to describe, ... The complex issues of peace and peaceful cohabitation between communities that are fuelled by police manipulation: identity stereotypes, prejudices, discriminatory power from the village level up to the high level, social fragmentation, ignorance, require deep reflections to address them and spaces for participatory and inclusive dialogue. This book aims to promote the efforts made by different layers of social leaders at the local level, the lessons learnt on voluntary commitment, awareness, the contribution of a "local peace dynamic" vis-à-vis inter-community conflicts towards collective endogenous peace solutions; an inspiration to be capitalised on, and in a stepwise manner to take into account the conflict and gender sensitivity. It is this inspiration that requires the support and strengthening of international actors towards a balanced and sustainable partnership approach.

It is clear that the world is evolving at a speed that it has never recorded until recently; while going faster, the world is evolving towards a state of possible exchanges that are more and more numerous and ever increasing. These exchanges are neither neutral nor simple; they can be described and evaluated qualitatively, but it is difficult to quantify them, to predict their evolution, while knowing that they are inescapable: the global mass of world exchanges will increase irrepressibly. These exchanges provoke cross-fertilisation of all kinds, through the diversity that characterises countries and peoples and which is the result of their past and present. To speak of the relations between times and peoples, between the elements that differentiate them and those that bring them together, between what the world's population was yesterday and what it is today, is invariably to introduce notions of exchanges of all kinds: the diversities of the one and the other are based on constant cross-fertilisation, nourished by what is other, strange, different and always similar, because what is human is reducible to the Same.

Through the world of luxury, particularly Louis Vuitton, this paper aims to define the icon as an architectural concept. The aim is to see how the architectural icon has become a tool for vectoring and mediatizing the luxury brand. From the embodied icon to the architectural icon, this thesis tends to see how an architectural icon is constructed in the luxury universe, and if it can really still be, today and tomorrow, the tool that will establish the supremacy of the said brand in the contemporary city. By laying the foundations of the icon, of luxury, and of marketing, then through the filters of luxury values, how is an architectural icon conceived, built and acts for luxury?

It must be considered that after the elaboration of the Moroccan labour code in 2004, the question remained as to how fruitful, juicy and profitable its translation into the labour field would be. Indeed, an assessment of its applicability had been checked even before its position. However, after its use, a number of complexities in its implementation became apparent. Businesses found it difficult to comply with it, given its demanding nature, because it was seen as a difficulty to accumulate earnings. This problem was an obstacle to the organisation of relations between employers and employees. Subsequently, Moroccan companies are convinced that the respect and fair application of labour legislation constitutes a considerable guarantee for their long-term prosperity. Morocco has made significant efforts to adopt the policy of opening up to the European market through free trade agreements. The Moroccan government, with the help of professional organisations, is therefore striving to lay the foundations for social security.

The objective of the present study is to analyze the economic offender from a legal, criminological and social perspective, and to assess the purpose of the penalty in relation to the legal institution provided for in Article 25 of the Spanish Constitution (hereinafter EC), i.e., with respect to the reintegration and resocialization of the economic offender. The legal figure in question will be approached from a theoretical framework, and subsequently the criminological profile of the offender in Economic Criminal Law will be synthesized. Likewise, we will try to channel it legally and socially in a controversial case in Spain, called "Sandro Rosell Case", examining the crimes he was charged with, and from a legal critique we will analyze the longest preventive imprisonment in history in a State under the rule of law.

With the accelerated development of the market and its demands there was the need for organizations to delve into parameters that keep the company focused on profit, production and especially the quality in their products. This book aims to analyze the painting process of a sector of the company Marel S/A, in order to raise information about the occurrence of rework, and propose improvements with the MASP quality tool. Some subjects approached as quality, quality management, performance indicators, MASP, PDCA, Pareto Graph, 5W2H among others enriched the theoretical foundation. The MASP methodology was used in more depth, together with its quality tools and graphics used to highlight results, standardizing and verifying the activities so that nonconformities do not occur again. This provides quality in a totally automated company, allied to effective quality control.

The research work presented in this book aims at implementing different tools for the detection, description and matching of points of interest. First, we propose a bibliographic analysis of the existing methods of stereoscopic image matching. The latter allows us to deduce the implementation parameters as well as the main advantages and disadvantages. We then detail the proposed method. The detection of the primitives is based on the use of a DAISY descriptor which provides very good results and allows to decrease the time of descriptor computation with a great accuracy in the matching. We validate the proposed method on a laparascopic surgery image base composed of more than one hundred pairs of images.

The objectives of this work were to evaluate the knowledge and practices of BH prescription in the surgical environment, the impact of an information-training action on this knowledge and to elaborate a document to help in BH prescription. We conducted a prospective study in seven surgical departments. An evaluation of the correctness of BH prescription (practice-study) with an evaluation of knowledge (knowledge-study) was followed by an information-training action evaluated by a questionnaire. The practice-study included 163 patients of whom 126 (77%) had an inappropriate BH prescription. The knowledge study included 57 physicians, 33 of whom frequently prescribed a BH. The median score for the knowledge assessment questions was 5/8 [2.5-8] and 7/8 [4-8] after the information-training session. In conclusion, BH prescribing was not in accordance with SFAR recommendations. This was explained by: lack of knowledge, the practice of defensive medicine, and the absence of a collaborative climate between the different stakeholders.

The environmental degradation that has resulted in the disappearance of vegetation in the Penga Penga neighborhood (Gécamines) is a real problem in the daily management of the environment. The effects of trace metals in excessive quantities in this soil are believed to be of anthropogenic origin and the proximity of the neighborhood to the source of contamination was a determining factor following the prevailing winds for the accumulation at the site of the deposit. The termite mounds in the Penga-Penga neighborhood and those in the vicinity of Kassapa allowed for the quantification of trace metal elements, particularly through physical and chemical analysis of variables such as pH, granulometry, Cu, Co, Pb, Zn and Cd. The listing of the flora present on the red and yellow termite mounds served to detect contamination by the presence of indicator species of polluted soils; the anthropic origin of these trace metals would be the metallurgical plants for the extraction of Cu by Gécamines.

Our results indicate four main relationships to languages: to English, to Chiac, to the English-French duality and to French. Students have ambivalent relationships with these languages, which are both adored and criticized. Positive relationships towards these languages are thought to help them learn French, build confidence in the classroom (Cormier, 2005) and develop feelings of competence in French (Landry, Allard and Deveau, 2011). The analysis also identifies seven pedagogical practices that are both praised and criticized. The students were satisfied with these practices and established positive relationships with them, which provided a foundation and intrinsic motivation (Deci & Ryan, 2002) for them to acquire good French skills and to counter their feelings of linguistic insecurity towards this language.

This work takes place in a context impregnated by a remarkable social tension during the democratic awakening that has spread to almost the entire Arab continent, from the far west to the east. In Morocco, the Referendum of July 2011 and the organization of the legislative elections could prevent the country from a dramatic continuation. In revenge, at the discursive level, the period has seen the emergence of a new rhetoric with a strong populist accent like the rise of the Islamists for the first time at the head of the Government. Identifying its specificities and characteristics despite ideological disparities, identifying its different games and stakes, deciphering its structure in a pragmatic and enunciative dimension, and even highlighting its impact on the recipients, were, among other things, the aims we took into consideration during our analysis of the political discourse in Morocco during the "post-Arab Spring".

Autism, a neurodevelopmental disorder with diverse etiologies, continues to attract the attention of researchers. Disabling the child in the areas of communication and interaction, it is considered to be severe and disabling for life. In a contextual and psychodevelopmental approach, this book highlights the contribution of traditional and modern therapies in the care of the child. Using a comparative approach, the author conducted a cross-sectional study of 143 autistic children, all from Gabon, aged 3 to 10 years, divided into two groups. The first group was composed of 75 autistic children, including 21 girls and 54 boys, who had received medical-psychological-pedagogical care in a specialized institution. The second group is composed of 68 autistic children, including 28 girls and 40 boys who benefited from traditional therapeutic practices. This book is in line with new research in human and social sciences, particularly in developmental psychology.

The teaching of body expression techniques in a fashion show context aims to provide professionals, individuals and models with purely practical and highly technical references, to open them up to the complexity of the aesthetic canons of human movement, to enrich their skills and refine their approach while making them more aware of their body in space. It is with this in mind that this new edition meets a dual practical and educational requirement. Indeed, there is no technical literature on the practices of the modeling profession. This is why we have given particular importance to the description of all the elements that are involved in the harmonious movement of the human being, which is not only the prerogative of the model. We have decided to structure the different sections in a spirit of rigor and method, to propose a wide variety of illustrations and to write the texts in a simple style, but allowing the reader to enrich his technical jargon related to modeling.

Rice cultivation in the lowlands of the peri-urban area of Mahajanga is a small family operation, producing about 0.8 t/ha. Currently, the Tahia variety is one of the most widely grown varieties in the two sites, and it meets the criteria of producers' choice and consumers' expectations. Rice yield improvement was done by determining the influences of transplanting age, transplanting density, number of strands per clump and fertilizer application. The results obtained show that plants transplanted at a transplanting density of 16 plants per square meter, at the age of 8 days after sowing had high yields compared to plants transplanted at the age of 30 days and to the farmer's practice, transplanting plants at 30 days after sowing with a transplanting density of 26 plants per square meter. In the fertilizer test, the combination of organic and mineral fertilizers resulted in higher yields.

The main objective is to determine the factors that lead to differences in yields between rice varieties according to the cultivation practices of producers. The study took place in Niger on the hydro-agricultural developments of the river valley. To achieve this objective, the study was based on a survey phase based on a questionnaire integrated into a smartphone, and another observation phase, based on the installation of plots and sub-plots in the farmers' fields in order to collect information on rice cultivation practices and to evaluate the yields obtained. The results showed that rice crop management varies not only from one plot to another, but also from one farmer to another, with consequences for yield. Significant reductions in yield differences of 53-22% were obtained depending on variety, herbicide rate applied, and failure to observe plant ages at transplanting.

Neurological emergencies during pregnancy and postpartum can be summarized in three situations: disorders of consciousness and coma, convulsions and paralysis. Knowledge of the neurological causes of severe morbidity during pregnancy and postpartum is important because of the vital prognosis for both the mother and the fetus. The study that we present is retrospective, descriptive, carried out in the intensive care unit of the maternity ward of the Farhat Hached University Hospital of Sousse (more than 10,000 deliveries per year), with review of the files and radiological explorations undertaken in 99 patients admitted to the intensive care unit following a neurological complication in the context of the peripartum and this over a period from 2005 to 2014.
