The company must make strategic and intelligent decisions in favour of society, social actors and shareholders, by integrating CSR principles, which will enable it to generate social and environmental value, as well as economic value, which is necessary for the proper functioning of the company. This is achieved by determining what type of products/services to produce, in what quantity, when, where, and at what price. Because CSR, if approached strategically, and not by mimicry (defensive CSR), can become a source of competitive advantage, and therefore profitable for the company. We will show how Danone integrates responsible practices into the heart of their business model. And how they believe that CSR is not a marginal activity, but an integral part of their decision-making and the way they create value.

Originally oriented towards the sale and recovery of vehicle spare parts, the number of wrecks has increased and their activities have diversified. One can distinguish between wrecking yards specialising in the resale of electronic parts, refrigeration parts, kitchen utensils and furniture in the communes of Abidjan. These activities contribute to reducing unemployment and represent an opportunity for low-income actors to integrate into the economic fabric. However, the junkyards are faced with problems of insecurity of tenure, insalubrity and location. The objective of this book is to contribute to their harmonious integration into the urban space of Abidjan. What are their spatial and socio-professional characteristics? What strategy should be adopted for an adapted development? The aim is to identify the inadequacies of the sites on the one hand and the needs of the scrap metal dealers on the other, in order to understand the links between them and to decide on options in terms of urban development and equipment, to study the current organisation of the scrapyards in order to improve the management system and to propose a sustainable development principle.

The work carried out in this manuscript aims to test three clays: bentonite from Maghnia, kaolin from Mila and feldspar from Guelma (Algeria) in the context of removing organic pollutants: dyes (Bimacid Red and Dianix Blue). The bentonite is selected as the clay material that has a high capacity for adsorption of organic pollutants used. The study is followed by the influence of the experimental parameters (pH, temperature and agitation speed) on the adsorption capacity of the studied clays towards the used pollutants. Our work is closed by kinetic, thermodynamic and diffusional modelling. The obtained results showed the practical interest of the use of clays in the field of the depollution of waters contaminated by organic pollutants.

This book is part of a rich body of work on learning difficulties in mathematics. The aim of this collection is to contribute to the field of study concerning the fundamental source of these difficulties, which have important repercussions on both the social and academic levels. More specifically, this book presents the views of ten professionals from the field of education. It aims to describe their perceptions of the nature of students' learning difficulties in mathematics.

The health of an individual is conditioned by a multitude of factors such as genetics, environment, stress, smoking, types of care, lifestyles, food consumption patterns, etc. There is a strong correlation between nutrition and health, since a balanced diet is a real factor in the prevention of cardiovascular diseases, certain cancers, obesity and deficiency diseases. In order for the health professional to participate in primary health care, in the promotion of correct nutrition, and to be able to integrate general and specific nutritional recommendations for malnutrition, it is important that he/she acquires knowledge related to nutritional needs, the main dietary characteristics, the risks of deficiencies or excesses in vulnerable groups (e.g.: the elderly, pregnant women, infants, adolescents), diseases with nutritional or metabolic determinism, as well as means of prevention. This nutrition course is therefore designed to achieve and enable this type of targeted learning.

The present Master's dissertation defended at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo aimed at understanding the clinical phenomenon of refusal or selectivity of food from a Winnicottian point of view. Despite being a relatively common phenomenon in children, the dissertation was based on the clinical case of an adult patient. The hypotheses put forward deal with obsessive defences erected against a possible unconscious voracity or even the impossibility of making use of the object. Since this is qualitative research, new studies on the subject are suggested.

Within the framework of the present work, it was a question for us, to identify the risks to which FTSL is exposed, then to put forward a strategic approach allowing to minimize these last ones for a profitability of the investment. Thus, from the analysis of the different functions of FTSL, we first highlighted the different strengths and weaknesses of this company, then we highlighted the opportunities and threats of the market. The qualitative modeling of the risk of FTSL highlights the mission of supervision or monitoring which is devolved to ECP in this project. The quantification of the correlation coefficient between the expenses and the result, as well as the sustainability ratio allowed us to identify on the one hand the strong relationship between the increase of the production cost and the decrease of the result of FTSL. On the other hand, the capacity of the company to resist to exogenous shocks in spite of its negative result since periods; Capacity resulting from the recapitalization and reorganization of the company following its repurchase by the ECP group. The risk management measures taken so far have an impact at the global level.

The Euphorbiaceae family includes dicotyledonous plants; it comprises nearly 6,000 species divided into almost 220 genera. The Euphorbia resinijera Berg from the Middle Atlas of Morocco, is a medicinal plant known since the highest antiquity; it is it which provided the name of the genus, dedicated by Dioscorideb to Euphorbus, doctor of king Juba. In the work presented in this book, we have contributed to the valorization of the Euphorbia plant endemic to Morocco through chemical and phytochemical studies completed by biological evaluations.

For more than two decades, natural flowers have played a considerable role both in the decoration and in the decoration of great ceremonies of any kind in Cameroon. In Yaoundé, the sale of natural flowers has become an economic activity integrated in the urban landscape. It attracts a diversity of actors whose presence here is only equalled by the income they generate on a daily basis. Moreover, this activity brings to light significant spatial interactions linked to the number of movements of actors both within the urban space and between the city of Yaoundé and its hinterland. Thus, in view of the growing awareness of the populations of the city of Yaoundé, who are now integrating natural flowers into their culture, this study highlights this activity in terms of job creation, income and improvement of living conditions and

Wastewater discharged from cities, especially large ones, can cause serious damage to the natural environment. Humans spend 70-90% of their time indoors (living, working, educational institutions) and in various enclosed means of transportation. Some chemical pollutants found indoors have a predominantly external origin. These are for example black fumes (possibly from vehicles). Sites are generally defined as sites where known hazardous substances are detected. Pollution can be localized or diffuse. Point source pollution is characterized by the local presence of a high concentration of hazardous substances not confined in the soil and subsoil. In France, a polluted site is a site which, due to the former deposit or infiltration of dangerous substances, presents a pollution likely to cause a nuisance or a risk for people or the environment. This is the case in Mali and in many other countries as well.

Predictive microbiology focuses on indicating the possible variations that occur among populations of micro-organisms as a result of the environmental factors to which they are exposed. Thus, based on the observations already analysed, it is possible to predict the behaviour of micro-organisms in a given environment. In this sense, the use of this tool can be a strategy used for the prevention of microbiological hazards, allowing the adoption of effective corrective measures to be used in areas relevant to food quality and safety.

The philosophy of E. Kant is one of the most famous in the history of philosophy. It is admirably an architectonics whose ideas are systematically organised in such a way that anyone who enters it comes out largely and amply refreshed, restored and satisfied with its depth. This is given in his "critical system" in which he was able to carry out a profound revolution that I call "Metaphysical-epistemological-ethical-aesthetic". However, G.W.F. Hegel - recognized as the main critic of Kant - develops a thought that takes the opposite view of Kant's, whose limits he proposes to indicate and whose overcoming he foresees. The present work therefore intends to put these two great thoughts face to face and concludes that between the two, Kant's thought offers us more material. With Kant, there is the possibility of more creativity, innovation, progress, marked by the concern for truth. He thus remains a true master, the model of an open philosophy for our time and our society.
