This work presents a lithostratigraphic, sedimentological and structural-geodynamic study of the Jurassic¿Cretaceous "red beds" of the Moroccan Central High Atlas. Ten detailed sections taken in different regions of the domain show increasingly coarse deposits going from the center towards the edges of the basin. The total thicknesses of the series vary from 170 m in the west to about 1470 m in the center of the domain. This series contains traces and bones of vertebrates and remains of plants as well as ostracods and charophytes. These deposits changes in their depositional environment between the Bathonian to the Infra-Cenomanian. During their deposition, tectonics coupled with magmatism, caused differential local subsidence which was at the origin of notable variations in the thickness and facies of the series from one place to another. In the Cenomanian-Turonian, the Thetys, coming from the East and the North-East, penetrated into the Atlas domain to draw a paleoshore around the central part of the basin.

Our study has shown that school is the most difficult test in the life of the ADHD child. There is a structure, rules, routine, a need to maintain attention on tasks that are often interesting to him and on top of that the problem of homework. An undiagnosed hyperactive child lives and makes live a real nightmare. The best teacher will break down because a single hyperactive child (not followed up) manages to disrupt his whole class. He will be rejected by his classmates, disliked, and often seen as mean. And yet the teacher will not question his intelligence. The child with attention deficit will often be treated as lazy, and told that he could do better if he made an effort. These are children who are less noticeable, they are quiet and they are found at the back of the class. According to our study we also noticed that teachers are not aware of this disorder, teachers should know the problem as a whole, and work with the parents to help the child to progress, sometimes it would not take much for the child to stay in school.

The main objective of this project is to develop a methodology to evaluate the performance and optimize the QOS of the LTE mobile network. This methodology allows to detect network failures and to minimize them from dedicated measurements via the DT drive test measurement chain driven by the Nemo Outdoor software. In our project, we focused on improving the quality of service in the three main parameters: coverage, signal quality and throughput. The choice of the solution is validated by the interpretations of different simulations provided by the optimization tool Atoll. Thus, our project aims at implementing machine learning algorithms to predict the quality of service of an LTE network.

The use of a good security policy and the implementation of different protection mechanisms against different attacks have become, for a few years, essential solutions to network security. In this end-of-study project, we studied the case of the GEC'S firm's computer park and we adopted an architecture that meets its needs. A software of management of the park GLPI as well as various servers were installed namely the Web server LMAP, the file servers SAMBA and NFS, the FTP server and the DHCP server. This architecture is secured by the implementation of a firewall, a Proxy server and an SSH server.

Study carried out in the city of Canela, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, with the application of several instruments had as objectives to evaluate the social function of this UC and its use as a subsidy to Ecotourism and Environmental Education projects. The methodology is based on the evaluation of applied instruments. The tourist attraction was considered "good" regarding its accesses and with "regular" signalling. The FLONA was pointed out as a protection area with Tourist Potential. The evaluation of the landscape by the tourists revealed that they are multiple with semi limited range, and determined three factors in the perception of the landscapes, such as: anthropic scenery and vegetation. In the Trilha do Veado the visual quality of the elements present were perceived as partially defined lines, organic forms, medium texture degree and random order, with few colours and little variation in the shades of green. It was proposed a load capacity for the Trail that varies with the seasons of the year and the number of group members. The analysis of the attractions of the Deer Trail determined the possibility of use in Ecotourism and its application in themes inherent to Environmental Education.

Niger Sudan in the Classical Age traces the history of West Africa between the 7th and 16th centuries. These ten centuries, which roughly correspond to the Middle Ages according to the chronological breakdown of universal history, recapitulate the attempts at political and economic integration of the sub-region, of which the African kingdoms and empires of the Middle Ages represent the essential stages. As such, their successes and failures reveal the original characteristics of African civilization. It is suggested in conclusion that to remove all obstacles to the development of the continent, Africans must become aware of its singular historical evolution which could not generate specialization in three functions.

The Social Balance was created by social accounting with the objective of generating information that demonstrates the degree of social and environmental responsibility of organizations. This book approaches the Social Balance as a management tool and makes an evolutionary analysis of Petrobras' social balance sheets, in relation to the environment. It sought to answer what is the relationship between investments in social and environmental responsibility described in the Petrobras Social Balance Sheet and contingencies in the environmental field, in the period from 1998 to 2012? The general objective is to analyze the evolution of investments in the social and environmental area of Petrobras, in the period from 1998 to 2012 and, complementarily, identify the influence of environmental pressures on the results generated.

Marantaceae, called in Lingala "Kasa ya kwanga" or "mi/makungu" in Kikongo, is a semi-evergreen plant of the natural forest wetlands in the regions surrounding the Congo basin. It is used to pack food like fish. These young thumbs are also consumed as a vegetable (Mikungu) among the people of certain ethnic groups in Kwilu province, such as the Mbala. Some households in Kinshasa are involved in marketing these leaves. However, there has been a decline in production in recent years due to deforestation and overexploitation of the resource. The sample survey conducted on a sample of 120 traders revealed that the income from the marantacea trade is 201161.50 Fc ± 184285.64 or $225, of which food costs account for 59.5%, communication costs plus personal care for 30.4% and schooling costs for 21.6%. The correlation test carried out on a multiple regression reveals that a 100% increase in turnover leads to a significant decrease in housing and food expenses.

As time goes by, the epicentre of the world is increasingly shifting towards information technology with more than 5 billion people connected in 2010, i.e. 70% of the world's population. With the development of ICTs, we see the growth of crime, which is becoming more and more sophisticated with the help of information technology. This is of interest to criminal investigation officers because of the clues that can be drawn from their investigations. As part of the fight against crime, judicial police officers issue requisitions to operators in order to obtain information that can help in investigations. Unfortunately, this process is carried out manually through administrative correspondence, which has many drawbacks, including slowness and security breaches. In this context, the actors involved in this process are entitled to ask themselves whether this process can be automated and made more secure. As a result of our work, we have designed and implemented a secure requisition processing system.

Mining mapping in Cameroon is an important concern of public and private authorities in the evaluation of the potential of Cameroon's subsoil for useful mineral substances. In order to increase the knowledge of Cameroon's metalliferous resources, we undertook the mapping of potential iron mineralization zones of the northern edge of the Congo Craton (2°30'0''N - 3°30'0''N and 12°0'0''E - 13°0'0''E) by processing aeromagnetic data. These data were processed with several operators (reduction at the equator, polynomial method, frequency filtering and upward extension) using Geosoft and Surfer software. The analysis and interpretation of the regional and residual magnetic anomaly maps obtained, allowed the definition, in addition to Nkout (known deposit), of five other zones with iron mineralization of varying importance: Dindan on pyroxene orthogneiss; Meulok on pyroxene orthogneiss, greenstones, granites and granitoids; Oding on pyroxene orthogneiss, granites and granodiorites; Djoum on pyroxene orthogneiss, greenstones, granites and granodiorites and at Ngom on granites and granodiorite.

This study focuses on a new approach to outsourcing web application security, which is the distributed web application firewall in the cloud. The solution is an on-demand service that filters and monitors traffic and delivers it to the application. Simple to deploy, it takes advantage of the concept of cloud information and therefore ensures high availability and high performance in security, delivery and migration of DDoS attacks due to its capabilities and resources. The centralization of the latter is a strategic aspect for the continuous evolution and professional monitoring of security, in fact, it promotes a supervised and common learning

Summary: The aim of our work was to undertake a scientific approach to the development of the Znadia and Gaoua forest into an ecological park. This work consisted first of all in gathering as much information as possible on the site, and then in carrying out an analytical study using Landsat 5&7 and Spot-5 satellite images, and thus evaluating the environment of these woodlands. The results obtained show a significant urban sprawl in the vicinity of the Gaoua forest as well as a progressive decrease in vegetation cover in the Znadia forest. In this context, a development plan has been drawn up to enhance these two sites in order to attract city dwellers to a place of relaxation and leisure and to hope for their participation in the protection of the heritage.

Malaria is a public health problem that affects 40% of the world's population. Approximately 92% of malaria cases occur in sub-Saharan African countries. In this continent, the incidence is 500 to 900 per 1000 inhabitants, compared to 5 to 6 per 1000 inhabitants in Asia. In Mali, malaria accounts for 39% of consultations in health centres. It is the leading cause of morbidity and mortality in the general population, at 15.6% and 13% respectively. Pregnant women and children under 5 years of age are the most affected, with complications such as maternal anaemia, abortion, low birth weight and neuromalaria. This work highlights the influence of distance on the use of health facilities by the population.

This book is intended to appeal to African youth in general and Congolese youth in particular. True development begins with oneself, it is not expected or given. Although different, work and luxury are concepts closely linked with abundance, value and time.It is time for the Congolese youth to wake up and work: to give service to the nation that needs change, innovation, both in the formal and informal sector, so we will live on our own luxury, comfort that will take us out of organizational begging.The notion of luxury creates confusion among young people between the comfort zone and work. The real luxury in work is the abstinence of luxury in the absurd sense of African ideals.Therefore, my goal is to call upon the elite to roll up their sleeves and create comfort in their upcoming development. To create luxury in the work does not mean to be the holder of a remunerative job but to create it in order to achieve a guaranteed and solid development.

The Author was in 2018 a non-criminal detainee in the jails of the National Intelligence Agency of the Democratic Republic of Congo, ANR in acronym, for political reasons. Active activist of human rights issues within civil society, particularly in the citizen movement Les Congolais Debout (alongside LUCHA, FILIMBI, Res publica, ECCHA, and others, Mr. Arsène KATOLO KAMBADJA will be restricted from his freedom for some 4 months of detention which, moreover, not elucidated to this day. For, not being condemned, less still presented and judged by a competent Court.During his stay, he got to know many other detainees of different nature and his research project at the central prison of MAKALA was reactivated.

Our present work deals with the optimization of a solid-liquid extraction method of rare earths (cerium, lanthanum, neodymium and yttrium) present in Tunisian phosphogypsum by mechanical agitation, in which we studied the effect of parameters (extraction solvent, contact time, extraction temperature, mass-volume ratio (between phosphogypsum and solvent) and agitation speed) related to the extraction of these four metals. At the end of this study, a new method for the extraction and recovery of these four rare earths was proposed for use in industry.

The profession of the image consultant is recent, but it covers many topics that are necessary and must be studied. To better know the clients and make a good image diagnosis, the consultant must take into account: anthropometry, biotype, non-verbal language, methods and visagism. A better understanding of these concepts and terms that are part of the daily life of these professionals is important to situate this profession. It is necessary to understand that each individual is unique, and the image consultant's role is to perceive this particularity and to direct the consultancy according to the client's needs; it is to know what led each individual to be the way he is and to discover why some people regress when dealing with themselves in their own image.

A study of the effectiveness of the legal regime of the banker's obligation to know his customers in the fight against money laundering shows that it derives its existence from a number of sources. Some are non-mandatory and come from the "soft law" instruments of the para-governmental professional organisations for the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism and proliferation, such as the FATF recommendations and the Basel declaration. KYC standards are currently being disseminated around the world in the hope that they will serve as a benchmark for supervisors to develop national practices and for banks to design their own programmes on sound KYC procedures. Thus, the KYC requirement is becoming a mandatory source, i.e. a "hard law" consisting mainly of international conventions, laws, EU regulations and directives. Its implementation follows from the banker's performance to identify and verify the real identity of the customer in a constant and permanent manner.

In this analysis of the process of operationalising the unified register in Mali, we have made a diagnosis of the initiatives undertaken by various actors on this specific issue, based on a five-step theoretical path suggested by Ayala Consulting Group1 on the process of setting up a unified register of beneficiaries. The analysis of the general context of the social protection system in the country, and the consideration of the issues, challenges and assets thus identified, led us to propose a scheme for the configuration of the unified register for the country, as well as its main components.

This book presents an economic and financial feasibility study for the installation of a new and aged brandy factory in Cidade Velha in the municipality of Ribeira Grande de Santiago. The theoretical foundation addresses concepts of entrepreneurship, business plan, investment projects and their evaluation methods. To obtain market information, identify the potential and acceptance of the product, a survey was carried out with 100 people from Cidade da Praia through a non-probabilistic sample, with which it is not possible to generalize the results. With the economic and financial analysis it was verified that the project is viable and presents favourable conditions for its implementation.

There is no effective solution to the crisis in the Great Lakes region of Africa, but there are ways of resolving it that must be free of any hint of machination or manipulation; these would be based on real interests for these states and would seek peace through justice. Indeed, proxy powers are characteristic of the countries in the region. They can never be one of them. National and international justice mechanisms must be brought into play in earnest, for the sake of peace and the satisfaction of the victims of the atrocities, which will soon be hundreds of years old. Respect for the obligations of States must be advocated. We have therefore opted for a general awareness, and an involvement of all African social strata first of all, in the search for the Pax Africana. There is everything to be gained from preserving humanity, and silencing weapons so that the law does not remain a dead letter and inadequate: it is by letting Africa apply it that this important part of the strategy becomes part of the solutions. It is important to focus on the stability of this region in every respect.

By definition, jealousy is a feeling that manifests itself as a state of mind of attachment, exclusivity or envy. It can be based on a desire for undivided "possession" of the loved one and on the fear of losing the loved one, caused by emotional dependence. This feeling can make one envious of another's possessions and achievements, but also angry, possessive and hateful, and it makes one feel betrayed by infidelity. It is a "wound" that causes pain and sometimes makes people covet another's happiness, rejoice in their misfortune or prevent them from rejoicing in their happiness. Some people consider jealousy to be a proof of love, no doubt because it flatters their ego, but jealousy is more self-love than love, since it is not without self-interest. Moreover, basing jealousy on proof of love is somehow "unhealthy", because it can endanger the couple and engender possessiveness, not to mention the outbidding to make the Continent jealous and go through the murder column for no reason. Jealousy, especially Christian jealousy, kills more than an atomic bomb.

The title suggests even a changing reflection of the school environment, the result of a joint work with final-year students of the Polytechnic Institute of Lunda Sul, is structured in three parts. First, it analyzes the school environment and its impact on the quality of teaching and school management in educational institutions, an analysis that includes the variables as well as theories and scientific experiments to improve the school environment. In second place appears the topic concerning organizational climate and teaching performance, which highlights the management skills to improve the organizational climate along with the theories and scientific experiments to do so. The third and fourth parts summarize with the foray into outdoor classrooms as a teaching modality and method through the psycho-pedagogical foundations of outdoor classrooms and Distance learning and information and communication technologies. Each of the mentioned parts is paved with a more empirical case study in search of concrete findings and demonstrations, thus going beyond the purpose of reflections, to become suggestions and proposals for practical application, of real solutions.

It is said that he who wants to go far prepares his horse, the health sector remains an essential economic capital in the life of a people who wants to be dignified and correct towards himself. To relegate the health sector to the background is to negate his own existence as a man. In view of certain realities on the ground in some parts of the world, it is possible to believe that despite the efforts made to maintain the correct evolution of public health, there are several aspects to be reviewed. The best would be that each partner having power in this field plays impeccably its role, so as to give the best of itself for a better tomorrow; knowing that any development whatsoever, passes by the Health of the population which it is necessary to hold in point. The failure in this sector is much more pronounced on the angle of the infrastructures inadequate to the demographic growth, because of the meager budgets allocated to the services of Health which, consequently, denotes an unremitting imbalance, being at the origin of several evils relating to the public well-being. It is crucial to see the budgetary envelope differently for a dynamic health economy.

The study's objective is to conduct a diagnosis on the issue of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) in Brazil (technologies, characterization and environmental impacts). WEEE contains materials that can be recycled and recovered, furthermore, this equipment presents pollutant and harmful substances to human health and the environment. Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) are components present in all electronic goods, composed of base and precious metals, which stimulates studies as to their recycling. Studies present in detail the stages of board recycling, which consist of disassembly, processing and refining. There are pyrometallurgical, semi-automatic and automatic methods to perform the separation of metals. In Brazil, some companies perform WEEE recycling, as pre-treatment, forwarding the waste (mainly PCBs), to partner companies. Like any activity, the recycling of metals from plates reduces the Environmental Impacts, presenting, as the main positive impact, the reduction of the extraction of raw materials from nature.

The growth of industrial SMEs will be achieved by consolidating product and inventory management systems, reducing costs and improving competitive advantages. This scheme has been called "inventory management". For its development and its contribution to generate competitive advantages, it is necessary to create conditions from the administrative point of view to achieve this purpose. From the operational or administrative process approach, organized companies created as a going concern, depend on a series of external conditions that are part of systems, such as the industry to which they belong to the economic system and society. They receive inputs, transform them and distribute them to their environment, through functions such as: planning, organization, personnel integration, direction and control, which makes them open systems of interaction between the company and its external environment. National and regional economic development can be supported by a productive strategy focused not only on competitive advantages derived from prices, but also on advantages associated with differentiation.
