The present work seeks to explore the connection between the famous German composer Ludwig van Beethoven and the philosophy of the also German Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel. Musician and philosopher lived at the same time, in the late eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries. It is considered that his works had a great impact on the culture and thought of the time of the French Revolution and the figure of Napoleon Bonaparte. Hegel covered a wide range of topics, from art aesthetics and metaphysics to politics and history. On the other hand, Beethoven is known as one of the most important composers in the history of music. His works, such as the Heroic Symphony, the Fifth Symphony and the Ninth Symphony, have been considered masterpieces of Classical Music, of great social and cultural impact. Both believed that music was capable of expressing the very essence of human life, and that its power to move and transform people lay in its ability to unite the rational and the emotional. Their works remain relevant and inspiring to this day.

This study has enabled the mapping of organic carbon stocks in Tunisian soils while developing an integrated methodology. Indeed, on a national scale and on 1 meter depth, Tunisian soils store 0.859 Gt C. About 46% of this stock (0.402 GtC) are located in the surface horizon (0-30 cm). This work has provided some answers to questions about the distribution of organic carbon. The maps obtained can be considered as a tool to visualize and monitor the level of fertility of Tunisian soils. They also constitute an interactive decision support tool that allows visualizing the response of soils to different scenarios such as the adoption of new cropping systems (adoption of conservation agriculture, adoption of agro-forestry ...) or changes in land use or climate change.

Tax administrations are in a way victims of multinationals that know how to use legal loopholes to their advantage. This is in fact the cause of tax evasion. It is very important for jurisdictions to revamp their legislative frameworks in the fight against base erosion and profit shifting, not to mention the administrative framework. This could be done through the elimination of preferential measures contained in tax laws, the improvement of the technical capacity of administrative staff. The reform of administrative assistance must be enacted. This should include extending the scope of assistance to the tax base and consolidating the legal framework for administrative assistance. It must be modified to adapt it to the digitalization of the economy.

The Convention on Wetlands is the framework for international cooperation and national action for the conservation and wise use of wetlands (Ramsar Convention). Wetlands are a collective asset to be protected, hosting more than half of the world's biodiversity and playing a crucial role in the regeneration of water resources and the preservation of biodiversity. Sustainable development by 2030 depends on collective action, by all and for all.The use of the Ramsar Convention as an essential tool for the implementation of the SDGs, through the integration of the four objectives of the Ramsar strategic plan into the actions of all countries by 2030, is therefore almost essential.

The objective of this work is to investigate and evaluate the contribution of dialogue between neuroscience and education from the perspective of the teaching-learning process and its favorable implications of this process, generating significant results in the learning of students by corroborating the hypothesis formulated and the need to improve teacher training before this is directed to classroom practice. A work that approaches the cycles of learning from the evolution of man experienced in the phases: childhood, adolescence, adult and senility. This is followed by an approach to the challenges and contributions of neuroscience applied to education.

With regard to molecular diversity, scientific research is focused on plant compounds for use in phytopharmaceuticals. Natural molecules from plants are considered to be a very important source of medicines; more than 120 compounds from plants are used in modern medicine today and about 75% of them are applied according to their traditional use. Indeed, plants are both a finished product for consumption and a raw material for obtaining active substances (Bérubé. 2006).

Our study was an opportunity to assess the practices and mechanisms in place to promote rational use of medicines in peripheral health facilities. The level of awareness of prescribers on rational use remains limited. Indeed, the results reveal that the majority of them have a vague knowledge of the concept of rational prescribing and of the tools to support rational use (EML, therapeutic formulary). Furthermore, although they are all aware of STPs, some of their criticisms of the EML indicate a lack of training, information and awareness of the concept of essential generic medicines. However, some in-service training has been implemented since 2010 with the support of the WHO.

Many people have no idea about protected areas, despite the fact that they are the cornerstone of global biodiversity conservation and an important tool in the fight against climate change. In order to initiate anyone who wishes to understand the concepts of protected areas, the author proposes, through the lines of this book, to present the current state of knowledge on the planning, management and governance of protected areas. Thus, the fundamental notions on how to plan, manage and govern a protected area are widely exposed in this book.

Chronic liver diseases can progress to cirrhosis and liver cancer. Given their long silent progression, their diagnosis is still too late. New highly effective treatments are now available and others will become available very soon. The objective of this study was to evaluate the perception of chronic liver diseases by primary care physicians, as well as their current practice regarding the screening and management of these pathologies. The results of our study reveal an under-perception of chronic liver diseases by general practitioners. Indeed, they underestimate the prevalence and impact of these diseases and do not screen them optimally because they do not systematically target all populations at risk. Primary care physicians have expressed a willingness to be trained and to modify their practice, particularly through the use of simple blood tests for advanced fibrosis. This would allow earlier diagnosis of liver fibrosis and offer curative treatment of chronic liver disease before the advanced stages.

Constituting the point of mutation of the contractual relationship from a "land" regime to a maritime regime, the taking over of the goods by the maritime carrier is both a material and a legal notion. The material notion is reflected in the implementation of a set of concrete procedures that the carrier will implement, with the support of the maritime transport auxiliaries, for a more refined verification of the cargo, in order to better cover its liability, in the face of possible future claims, of the beneficiaries of the cargo. A constraining exercise, it is difficult to reconcile with the sacrosanct imperative of the maritime economy that constitutes the "ship turnaround time" indicator. As a legal concept, it is the starting point for a specific regime, that of maritime law. In this case, it appears in the form of a real cursor covering, or uncovering, depending on the legal framework of reference - the Brussels Convention of 25 August 1924 or the French law of 18 June 1966 - the "ante-palan" phase, refocusing or dispersing, depending on the case, the liability actions of those entitled to the goods.

This paper aimed to research the elaboration of the concept of Autopoiesis in the work of biologists Humberto Maturana Romesín and Francisco Javier Varela García, and its subsequent entry into the field of Psychology. A cutout for this entry was chosen, and two main axes were worked on: the first was structured from the discussion about the production of subjectivity; the second was structured from the debate on constructivist psychotherapeutic practices. In face of the proposed objectives, the present theoretical study made use of a bibliographical research, aiming to observe the existing proposals by the theoreticians of this field. In particular, it was researched how the biological theory of Maturana and Varela managed to establish a proposal of articulation between several areas of human knowledge, in an exercise that avoided reductionism and dichotomies. In this way, we tried to observe how a biological theory could help to problematize issues in the field of psychology.

Temporomandibular dysfunction is a pathological entity related to functional problems affecting the joint, masticatory muscles and associated structures. Currently its incidence is increasingly common in children and adolescents, so it is necessary to identify the factors related to the functional status of the temporomandibular-mandibular joint. A descriptive, cross-sectional and correlational research was carried out with a sample of 67 adolescents from 14 to 18 years of age, finding that TMJ is more prevalent in females, regardless of age. Overpassing, slipping from centric relation to maximum intercuspidation position, lateral occlusal interferences and stress are associated with TMD and its symptoms.

Based on an exploratory study of Senegalese SMEs, five modes of performance monitoring according to the axes of the Kaplan and Norton (1992) balanced scorecard are identified. The study also shows that the monitoring method varies according to the size, capital structure, age of the firm, sector, type and level of training of managers, and the presence of an internal management controller and accountant.

In the context of Covid-19, the social isolation of the biosafety social environment were rapidly implemented and installed worldwide by health organizing bodies, causing the everyday life of the entire planet to suffer different impacts. This item identifies the prevalence indicators in the decision making of managers in the Covid-19 pandemic, thus presenting linkage to the pertinent information in the decision map of the social environment of the population. We analyzed 7,772 scientific articles in the Science Direct and Scopus databases, composing a bibliometry of social, political, psychological, economic, and health indicators most relevant to the decision-making process in public management in the Covid-19 pandemic.

Managing School Human Resources Effectively in Cameroon will be a useful guide for those who want to strengthen their capacities in good school governance. This book which will serve for several years has a triple purpose. Odile Ngoma, the granddaughter of the great chief Yangbo, was born on 28 March 1938 in Mbaïki in the Lobaye forest of the Central African Republic. This exceptional and brave woman devoted her entire life to her three children: Annick Léa Kamayen, Béatrice Scholastique Kamayen and Christian Kamayen, after leaving our father, the late Isidore Camayen, at the age of 32 to live in chastity and be in communion with his God. This book traces her spiritual life from childhood and explains why this great Lady is truly a Saint of the Lobaye forest. For more than 48 years, Odile Ngoma has renounced carnal pleasures with the will of God whom she begs every day and night. A true Saint of the Lobaye forest, may she not forget us in her supplications to this God of Moses the Almighty, for we are his children as well as his offspring.

The present work concerns an auto-ecological study of Lavatera maritima (Malvaceae) in the north-western region of Algeria, for this study we base ourselves on bioclimatic and histological criteria. On the bioclimatic plan and according to the climmagram of Emberger, the station of Beni-Saf is in the semi-arid with hot winter for the two periods, the goal of this bioclimatic study is to make a comparison between the old period (seltzer) and the new period (ONM). The histological study allowed us to know the tissues of the organs following the leaf, the stem, the root and the different tissues such as the xylem, the phloem, ... etc

Underneath their peaceful appearance, the seas are victims of a profound ecological malaise. The galloping demographic growth of coastal cities, pollution and the worrying influx of tourists are threatening the fauna and flora of these seas. Mediterranean countries often tend to consider the sea as their sewage system: oil, chemical pollutants, waste, tar, metals... they threaten both the marine fauna and flora and the health of bathers. The overall assessment of the effects of accidental oil pollution on the marine environment cannot be immediate, as serious disturbances can extend over several years, while the immediate visible deaths are only the tip of the iceberg. This assessment requires a perfect knowledge of the oil product, its behaviour, its evolution at sea, the fauna and flora, and the physical environment in which it is received. This work addresses the sensitive subject of oil spills at sea, highlighting the dangers of such contamination of the marine environment.

The practice of artisanal activity in Kananga presents several possibilities for its industrialisation that can influence its emergence. The practice of artisanal production of goods as a basis for industrialisation in Kananga must cease to be practised in a restricted, rudimentary and family context. It will be in line with the logic of the prospective approach, i.e. to have the aim of eliciting reactions to its future, to determine its "images of the future". This approach must present a certain coherence in the change. The staging of a manufacturing industry which will progress from the practice of craft activity. The creation of art and craft schools or higher institutes of art and craft may well facilitate the transition from empiricism to systematisation. By investing in the practice of craft activities, the city of Kananga will save its material and human resources. In two decades, it will move from the ideology of ignorance, wait-and-see attitude and imitation to that of creativity, invention and know-how.

The present study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of the offensive systems against the defensive systems implemented by the senior male and female handball teams participating in the national championship of Mozambique, 2014 edition, held in Beira City, Sofala Province. The data collection was carried out from 14 to 21 December, at the Pavilhão dos Desportos, where 11 teams participated being 6 male and 5 female. For data collection an observation form was used, previously adapted by Graziano (1990). The main results found were the following: i) for both the male and female groups, the offensive system 3:3 was considered the most effective against the offensive system 6:0, with a percentage of 33.6% for the first and 57.04% for the second group, respectively and; ii) regarding the defensive systems, the systems 3:3 and 4:2 were the most effective against the offensive systems 3:3 and 4:2, for both groups.

Human papillomavirus (HPV) infection is estimated to affect more than half of all adults and is the most common sexually transmitted infection worldwide. When caused by high-risk HPV genotypes (HR-HPV), this infection can persist and lead to the development of cervical cancer. It is possible that polymorphisms in genes such as Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF¿) and Interleukin 18 (IL18) may influence the persistence of HPV infection. Early detection of precancerous lesions and prophylactic vaccination are ways to prevent cervical cancer. The vaccines available in Burkina Faso only protect against HPV 16 and 18, while studies in Ouagadougou have shown that these two genotypes are not the most predominant in women. In order to have a comprehensive picture of HPV-HR infection in Burkina Faso, it was important to look for circulating genotypes in other cities in the country and for associated genetic risk factors.

Every organization needs to rethink and evaluate every day how to improve its customer acquisition and loyalty process, since its permanence and transcendence in time depend on it. Organizations that have ignored this have disappeared. This research proposes the application of an educational marketing technique called Benchmarking, which is very useful, because with the comparative process it offers, it contributes to broaden the vision and perspectives as to what is contrasted. Benchmarking will be applied in a general secondary education institution in Venezuela, contrasting the process of customer acquisition and loyalty with other similar institutions in the same field. Venezuela at the present time, as well as other countries in Latin America, represents a propitious space for the development of inquiries that have in itself, to achieve previously outlined objectives and that in turn, these results can serve as support for the consolidation of new societies, which will move towards the consolidation of a citizenship more in line with the current situation in which we find ourselves immersed.

An organization is a set of resources that combine to produce goods and services. One of these resources is human resources (HR), i.e. the men and women who are mobilized by the organization. Thus, in the activities reserved for Human Resources Management, certain functions occupy an important place in connection with Training Engineering and Employment Systems. Achieving the objectives assigned to the HR Manager therefore requires identifying and studying very specific areas of activity, such as recruitment, which has a significant impact on employment, service quality and company performance; evaluation, which, together with regulation, has a strong impact on quality; remuneration, which satisfies part of the motivation for employment; and training, which is an important lever for motivation, quality, organization and interest in the workplace In short, this HRM book aims to train managers to promote people as the main resource and driving force of the organization.

This book is the result of a study conducted in Santana do Livramento, Rio Grande do Sul / Brazil, a municipality that is located on the border with Rivera / Uruguay. It aimed to analyze the implementation of Local Agenda 21, and its influences on quality of life and environmental education in the community. It became public at the IV Congreso Internacional de Desarrollo Local - Planificación Territorial, Desarrollo Sostenible y Geodiversidad, held from 9 to 12 November 2016, at the Universidad Naional Mayor de San Marcos, in Lima / Peru. The analysis of the Local Agenda 21 of Santana do Livramento allowed the verification of the importance of knowledge and implementation of its actions, showing how each strategy for local sustainable development intends to improve the living conditions of the community. The definition of visions of the future in the short, medium and long term, pointed out which goals should be achieved in 2015, 2025 and 2050. Thus, it was possible to identify which strategies and actions had already been fully implemented and the limitations found by the municipality regarding other actions proposed by the document and not yet developed.

Objectives: To study the epidemiological, clinical, CT scan and therapeutic aspects of cerebral microangiopathies Methodology: Retrospective study. Results: Microangiopathies are responsible for 20.9% of strokes. They are the cause of lacunar infarcts, haematomas and or cognitive disorders. They are more common in men than in women and affect subjects with an average age of 58.2 years. They are associated with high blood pressure (74.3%) and alcohol consumption (21.4%). Motor deficits are more frequent (97.4%), in particular hemiplegia (65.8%). Sensory disorders (46.1%), hemiballism (0.85%) and cognitive disorders (9.4%) were observed. The lacunae were isolated in 4.5%, associated with cerebral haemorrhage (25.7%) or leukoaraiosis (68.1%). They were capsular in 83.3% with a mean size of 12.57mm. Isolated haemorrhages (52.2%) were deep (80.6%) with an average size of 39.47mm. Leukoaraiosis was frequent in 41.88% and associated with lacunae (91.83%). Microangiopathies were frequent.

This text deals with the curriculum, in the sense in which it is usually conceived today, it has an inclusive capacity or power that allows us to make of it an essential instrument to talk, discuss and contrast our visions of what we believe to be the educational reality, how we account for what is the present, how and what value schooling had in the past and imagine the future, as it is contained in what we intend the student to learn; what we want him/her to become and improve. The curriculum, its implementation, has conditioned our practices. It is an instituting component of the educational reality we live in; it could be said that it shapes it. However, the dominant practices at a given moment also condition it; that is to say, the curriculum is at the same time instituted in its realization. And that allows education to raise the human being to the highest level of spiritual development.

In Brazil, public food security policies include the National School Meals Programme (PNAE), the Food Acquisition Programme (PAA), at the federal level, and the Programme for the Purchase of Production from Agriculture in the Federal District (PAPA/DF), at the district level. This work analysed the impact of the latter (PAPA/DF) on the adoption of managerial practices and more appropriate production technologies by the group of family farmers participating in this policy, as these innovations have a recognised relationship with their performance. The baseline was obtained from a 2009 database on these producers. In 2016, producers participating in the programme were interviewed, applying a similar questionnaire, aiming to identify changes in management and production processes from 2009 to 2016. The results indicate positive changes in managerial innovation (planning and management processes) and technological innovation (adoption of recommended technologies) in these systems, and also in variables that can influence these results (production and producer characteristics).
