Through the theory of hybridity, we have been able to shed light on some of the works of Tahar Ben Jelloun, an internationally renowned author. First, by highlighting what is related to the linguistic hybridity that underlies Ben Jelloun's work. Then, the question of genres by clarifying the presence of genres (tales, rihla and legend) and their characteristics in the text. Finally, we have undertaken a reading of the two texts in the light of the theory of cultural hybridity as thought in the work of Bakhtine and Alphonso de Toro.

The present research has as its theme biopiracy and the traditional customs of local communities, pointing out as a reason for this delimitation the concern in producing scientific knowledge for the discussion of issues concerning the legal protection of access to biodiversity and the misappropriation of its elements - biopiracy. Biopiracy is a new issue, still unregulated, without a specific definition. It seeks protection indirectly in sparse laws such as Law 9.605/98, which deals with Crimes against the Environment, specifically Crimes against Fauna and Flora, and in the Federal Constitution through the protection of biodiversity, as well as in the Convention on Biological Diversity. The objective of this study is to examine the criminal protection in Brazilian legislation against biopiracy, based on the criminal protection of biodiversity and its liability. The proposed problem consists of analyzing the need to criminalize biopiracy. The question is to what extent criminal protection can represent an efficient legal mechanism for the protection of Brazilian biodiversity and whether the exploitation of local communities of the Brazilian biome constitutes the crime

Our research focuses on ethnicity and the organisation of political power in South Kivu. We analysed how the leaders of the institutions elected in 2006 were chosen, through direct elections (the provincial assembly) and indirect elections (the provincial government). According to the missions of a political party, one is the conquest and conservation of power for as long as possible while tribal mutualities are tribal associations created by the nationals of the different villages living in the city of Bukavu as a mission to defend the interests of their territories and of their peers living in Bukavu. The tribal groups are the real determinants of conquest and are the stepping stones that allow certain politicians, who exploit them with intelligence, to gain access to the various positions in the provincial government. All this justifies the predominance of tribal mutualities over political parties.

Occupational routine is one of the fundamental concepts that frame the optimal performance of a person in all situations and contexts. Among the conditioning factors that can affect occupational performance and routine are the health situations that afflict people and their social environment. Among them is Fibromyalgia, an underdiagnosed pathology that can have a significant impact on people's quality of life. That is why knowing the alternative treatments and their impact is of significant importance.

Many studies carried out to date on business financing highlight the difficult access and/or rationing of SMEs to credit from formal financial institutions. Thus, as a complement to these studies, this study, conducted in the city of Bukavu, aims to evaluate how the attributes of social capital can fluidify the SME - financial institution partnership and thus facilitate access to credit. Specifically, it aims to test, among other variables, the effect of social capital on the granting of credit to SMEs in this entity. Based on data from a sample of 136 owner-managers of SMEs registered with the Provincial Division of SMEs, drawn by proportional stratified sampling and reasoned choice and processed using descriptive statistics, Principal Component Analysis (Factor Analysis) and multiple regression using a Logit model inspired by previous studies and the context of Bukavu, it is observed that, on the one hand, community organization, relationship, honesty, social trust, information sharing and community regulations are the components of the.

Phytormones are produced by the plants themselves and command a series of physiological responses. In this work we used analogous formulations of brassinosteroids (BR) and auxins (AIA). BR have been recognized to attenuate damage caused by biotic and abiotic stresses. The objective of this experiment was to evaluate the potential of BR in attenuating or potentiating damages caused by the auxin herbicide (2,4D) in "Jalo" bean and in maize variety "UENF 508-6". The treatments were: Control (without application of EIA or BR), EIA (1000mg/L), BR- (0.1mg/L), BR+ (1.0 mg/L), EIA followed by BR-, EIA followed by BR+, BR- followed by EIA, BR+ followed by EIA (5 repetitions per treatment) in the flowering phase (bean) and vegetative development (corn). The plants were grown in pots (30L) with growing substrate (mixture of filter cake:clay:manure) in a vegetation house (uncontrolled conditions) located at the Instituto Superior de Tecnologia em Ciências Agrárias in Campos dos Goytacazes/RJ.

In Eastern Europe and the Arab world, constitutionalism was the immediate way out of revolutionary chaos. In these two parts of the world, at two different times, revolutionary peoples chose to adopt constitutions in order to establish democratic political systems. While constitutionalism was the common denominator that the revolutionary peoples used to establish their new political regimes, the uniqueness of each region and country was evident in the transition and adoption of the new constitutions. Already, one only has to look at the situation in Poland, Romania, Egypt and Tunisia to see that the path taken to adopt a new political regime necessarily depends on the national context in which the transition is undertaken. Nevertheless, democracy cannot be decreed, as we have seen in Eastern Europe. Post-communist states, notably Poland and Romania, are still stalling on the path to democratisation. The Arab states will certainly find the same challenges on the road to democratisation.

Nowadays, the scope of internal control is extended to all the company's systems, and tends more and more to merge with the company's quality control system.As a result, the objective of internal control must capitalize on the need to have an administrative and accounting organization system that avoids fraud and errors, but also extends towards performance improvement, the keystone for value creation.This study demonstrates the contribution of internal control in the process of improving the performance of the company Diablanc sarl in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

The haploidization method by intergenic crossing with maize was applied to four durum wheat varieties (Marzak, Massa, Oum rabia and Tomouh), only the effect of wheat genotype was studied. It shows a significant effect on the rate of gestation and not significant on the rate of embryos. The results obtained in androgenesis and in intergeneric crossing with maize are not correlated, and genotypes responding poorly with one of the methods can give good results with the other.

Intra-thoracic tumours are a heterogeneous group of neoplastic diseases in both humans and dogs. They are often difficult to diagnose because of their non-specific clinical signs and their deep location. The hypothesis of an intra-thoracic tumour requires the use of medical imaging techniques, pathological examination or even exploratory surgery to be confirmed. Once the diagnosis of an intratheacal tumour and the extension work-up are established, the prognosis and treatment strategy can be deduced. The aim of this paper is to provide a better understanding of these conditions and to outline the diagnostic and therapeutic approaches in dogs and humans. The treatment of these tumours is multidisciplinary, often involving surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and other new therapeutic modalities, including targeted therapies and immunotherapy.

This course in Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) is intended for students in the second year of the Technological Science course in Mechanical Engineering (Semester 4). It will enable students to acquire the principles of presentation of parts in industrial drawing using software (Solidworks, Autocad, Catia, Inventor, etc...). The objective is to read technical drawings of assemblies and details and to make the student capable of adequately using the two-dimensional (2D) and three-dimensional (3D) functionalities of a CAD software on simple parts of general mechanics. It has been compiled from several sources: books, pre-existing handouts and other contributions freely available on the Internet which are mentioned in the bibliography at the end of this handout. It therefore has no claim to originality. I would like to point out that the examples (in the form of mechanical parts) have been made on CATIA V5R20 software, these parts have been chosen from industrial design books and their solutions (source files in Catpart, Catdrwing and Catproduct formats).

This paper addresses the thorny issue of economic stability in heterogeneous currency areas. The objective is to evaluate, in the CEMAC zone, the effectiveness of fiscal policy coordination and risk sharing. However, the political and economic environment of the CEMAC is first presented, followed by the identification of shocks affecting the zone. Then, the theoretical evaluation of fiscal policy coordination reveals its effectiveness in the presence of heterogeneities. On the other hand, empirical work and the economic precariousness of these countries demonstrate the inefficiency of this coordination based on the monitoring of the convergence criteria. As for risk sharing, its effectiveness depends on the depth of the financial system. However, in the CEMAC zone, alternatives such as the foreign exchange reserve pool have demonstrated their effectiveness. It is recommended to rethink the coordination mode while accelerating the deepening of the financial system.

The purpose of security interests is to protect the creditor against the insolvency of the debtor. However, when they are constituted on future assets, this protection raises questions both upstream and downstream. Indeed, if the admission of future assets in the basis of security is an appropriate response to the expectations of the actors of credit, the OHADA legislator has not been able to rebalance their regime to such an extent that the realization of the related securities is in line with the regime of their constitution. Thus, in considering the impact of the admission of future goods on the regime of the securities to which they may relate, a double observation emerges. There is a kind of relief in the constitution of security interests in the sense that there is a multitude of security interests that admit future assets in their basis. However, there is a complexity in the realization of these securities. For this reason, the non-existence of the property or the beginning of the property renders the realization of the related security inoperative. Hence the need to identify certain solutions in common law, even if others may be internal to the law of security.

This work shows the application of a Lean Manufacturing technique, specifically the SMED methodology "Single Minute Exchange of Die" to a dryer, in the drying area, in order to reduce the set-up time, since nowadays this process takes 5 hours and 20 minutes and this action is performed by a single operator and this generates unnecessary waiting and movements. And therefore increase the productive time of the dryer. This methodology establishes a series of steps, in which the operations that take place during the batch changeover process are studied conscientiously, making it possible to radically reduce the preparation time. At the conclusion of this project, the final results were favorable, since the desired objective, which was to reduce set-up time by 20%, was surpassed, and a reduction of 31.04% was achieved, increasing the reduction in batch changeover time and increasing the area's productivity.

The framework of collective conflicts in Cameroon is mainly done by the 1992 labor code, which defines the notion of collective conflicts by giving its characteristics which are: the intervention of a group of employees; the collective nature of the interest at stake and in a certain way the cessation of work and professional claims.Labour conflicts cannot be totally avoided within the company, that is why the Cameroonian legislator has instituted several procedures such as the amicable procedure and the legal procedure to resolve these conflicts. The modalities of regulating collective conflicts in Cameroonian labour law have proved to be ineffective, that is why a tidying up of the legislation and the setting up of a real negotiation between social partners remain a prerequisite.

The right to a name in Cameroon is a given because it marks the legal existence of the natural person. However, with regard to the modes of attribution and use that result from it, one observation is obvious. The name is subject to whimsical manipulations, which undermines the dignity of natural persons. Protection of the right to a name is the result of two mechanisms: administrative and jurisdictional protection. The first is based on the action of the civil registrar and his secretary. This is done through their daily tasks, which are the keeping of civil status records, their control, and the verification of related entries. As for the second, it requires the action of the jurisdictional authority. In this context, the president of the Court of First Instance and the public prosecutor ensure the effectiveness of the protection of the right to a name through the civil and criminal sanctions that result from the pronouncement of court decisions in this area. This book targets both legal practitioners and policy makers, as it highlights a "poor relation" of the law in Cameroon that deserves special attention.

Osh Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan is the governing body of the Osh regional party organization that existed in 1939-1991.Osh Oblast was formed on November 21, 1939 from the Osh District of the Kyrgyz SSR. It was the only oblast (and regional party organization) in Kyrgyzstan which was not abolished during the administrative reforms of 1959-1962.The role of the party organization in the management of the state and state institutions is that the most responsible comrades from the party organizations of the region were nominated to the corresponding state positions and they had to report to their comrades about their work from time to time while performing state duties and had to bear the party responsibility for blunders in work or poor work. that is, their party organization could point out the blunders in a disciplinary procedure, to reprimand for failure of work.

To vibrate in phase with an international community more and more demanding on the establishment of democratic regimes in Sub Saharan Africa, Cameroon adopted in 1990 the law on freedoms. These are concretized at the political level by the passage of a single-party system to a multiparty system and at the social level by an implosion of private communication structures and the freedom of tone adopted by the latter. In order not to be overwhelmed by this new impetus and undoubtedly to better control the communication field, the Government of the Republic changes its communication course and from an unofficial practice of the language of wood, officially institutes a communication offensive in order not to be obliged to always react a posteriori by denials: it is what we called redynamization of the governmental communication, phenomenon analyzed in the present work. The practice of communication has become institutionalized, becoming a televisual ritual expected and appreciated by many viewers. But the Cameroonian renewal should tie its institutional communication to the requirements of modernity.

The current economic context has called into question a purely accounting and financial vision of corporate performance. Today, it is a question of managing performance that is both global and sustainable in a longer-term approach that includes societal and ethical criteria, because the real performance of a company is measured by its sustainability. This notion of global performance, associated with an increasingly transverse, cooperative and customer-oriented management, promises to link and optimize all of the company's processes. Improving performance thus requires mastering processes with the aim of continuously improving results and enhancing the value of human capital.

Telecommunications are today an important component of the projected emergence of Côte d'Ivoire. From the fixed telephone network to mobile telephony, via the Internet and the computer system, telecommunications are developing rapidly and are used in everyday life by the administration, the private sector and the general population. This technological boom can be explained by the legal and institutional provisions adopted by Côte d'Ivoire in this area, and also by the evolution of telecommunications in the world. Indeed, this sector is quite attractive given the multitude of operators who are in fierce competition with each other, namely ORANGE CI, MTN CI and MOOV CI, and consumers have become multi-subscribers following the various offers from these operators. In order to understand such a situation, it is important that we go to the sources and therefore it would be reasonable to conduct a study, which leads us to focus on this thorny issue: "how to increase the market share in an environment where customers are multi-subscribers?

The major theme of the book is the suffering that children undergo during wars in Africa. The author has used some of the war novels written by writers who are very grateful for the situation in Africa. The book touches on important themes such as the excision of girls and the sexual abuse of young girls during the war in Africa, as well as the abuse of children in general. The book is a very interesting and moving revelation, it describes the situations in Africa during the wars. The reality was shown using some theories and extracts to reveal the truth of the situation, ignoring the propaganda of the media. Poverty and other elements that encourage the suffering of children in Africa, during and after the war. The mental effects are revealed during the study of the selected Francophone novels. We have shown with the examples poverty, death, sexual, mental and physical abuse. It is a good tool for teachers and students who want to know more about the war in Africa or are interested in French-speaking African literature.

An important factor responsible for environmental degradation is the large amount of solid waste deposited in nature without the correct destination. Some professions such as civil engineering and architecture deal with this reality constantly, because they are areas that have a high rate of loss of materials used. This research aims to evaluate the results of the application of workshops on environmental education and use of urban solid waste with students of Architecture and Urbanism, comparing and quantifying their pro-environmental behaviors before and after the workshops.

The objective of this work is to monitor the dynamics of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium mineralisation, as well as to estimate the fertilising values of the four types of treatments used, which are respectively farmyard manure (cattle, sheep), compost and poultry droppings at a rate of 30 tonnes per hectare. The different amendments applied increase the amount of nitrogen mineralised in the soil compared to the control. Throughout the nitrogen mineralisation process, the compost provided the most nitrogen compared to the other amendments. The application of farmyard manure, as well as compost and poultry droppings to the soil, significantly increases the content of available phosphorus, but this varies in relation to the type of soil amendment applied and its chemical and biological characteristics. The different amendments applied increase the content of exchangeable potassium in the soil compared to the control. Throughout the mineralisation of potassium, which is more active than that of nitrogen and phosphorus, the compost provides the most exchangeable K+ compared to the other amendments.

In this paper we have addressed the issue of current account sustainability in the case of DR. Congo. Over the past few years, educational psychology has evolved markedly and has triggered a vast body of research, particularly with regard to the interpersonal relationship between teacher and student and self-regulated learning. Students' perception of teacher behavior is an important mediator between instructional characteristics and academic achievement. In this sense, self-regulatory skills are considered essential, not only for students to direct their own learning process, but also for maximizing learning in the classroom context. This study aims to analyze how the students' perception of the teacher's interpersonal behavior influences the development of self-regulated learning, as well as its influence on the school performance of 3rd grade students, namely in Mathematics.

The law in its finality organizes life in society. Congolese democracy is characterized by the organization of elections at regular intervals, as is the case in all other democracies throughout the world. Thus, elections ensure the alternation of power, on the other hand they can be a considerable source of conflicts insofar as the situations generated by them, call into question the democratic project to which the people want to aspire. Thus, the object of the litigation is directly linked to a precise category of the electoral operations, whose contestations relate mainly to the electoral lists, the candidatures, the electoral campaign, the results of the poll and finally in connection with the request for cancellation of the poll. Diabetes mellitus is currently considered a worldwide threat, it is proposed that there is a condition called prediabetes that precedes this disease, 25% of prediabetic patients in a period of three to five years, progress to type 2 diabetes mellitus, 25% return to a normal state of glucose tolerance and 50% remain in the prediabetic state. Recognizing and reducing the risk factors that predispose to this entity is an aspect of special importance. Scientific research in General and Comparative Literature has been enriched by a new comparative approach of Anglo-Saxon origin: ecocriticism. It is a reading grid focused on the ecological stakes of a given literary or media work. The present book entitled Literature, Cinema and Ecology : Ecocriticism in the light of some contemporary French media, which is the fruit of the reflection of the doctoral student Arthur Denos MONGA, is presented as a deciphering of the abundant French media production of the twentieth and twenty-first centuries centered on current issues such as climate change, sustainable development, the relationship between nature and culture, otherness, cosmic moralism, and ecofeminism. In this intermedia ecocritical analysis, two media were given special attention, namely Joseph Kessel's The Lion (1958) and Luc Jacquet's The Fox and the Child (2007). The author explained the methods and strategies mobilized by the novelist and the filmmaker to convey an environmentalist vision.
