Through this study, I had the satisfaction of having realized a theoretical part on the field of health and also to concretize it in the form of a practical study on the ground, which allowed me to assimilate the statistical tools. The choice of my theme was not random. A study that I concretized through a survey conducted among Moroccan citizens, students of the faculty and doctors. All these facts to know the true vision of the citizens, students of the faculty of medicine and doctors on all the sides of the sector of the health, so to bring to your eyes the opportunities and the threats of this sector. Without forgetting to mention the major importance of this project, which is to give the opportunity to the student to be responsible as well as to maintain relations in the field of health.

After 20 years of practice in Senegal, AI should no longer be a national campaign affair, but rather an everyday activity, depending on demand. The democratisation of AI will only be effective when each breeder can benefit from this biotechnology in due course and by his own means. The study reveals that within the framework of the project, the cost of AI on induced heat is 35,867FCFA against 22,715FCFA for AI on natural heat. However, outside the project, the cost of AI on natural heat is 20,305FCFA, which represents a saving of 15,562FCFA and 43.4% of the cost of AI on induced heat. Economically, AI on natural heat is better, provided that the intervention zone of each inseminator is circumscribed within a 15 km radius. It is also essential that the farmer agrees to invest more time in heat detection.

A pesar de las leyes que penalizan la violencia contra los niños en diferentes formas, pero es cada vez mayor , donde el niño expuesto a diario para ciertos tipos de abuso, que el abuso sexual se encuentran entre las formas más graves de estas violaciónes que han tenido un impacto significativo en la vida mental y física y relacional buque del niño y se extiende su peligro para la sociedad a través de la propagación de este tipo de comportamientos que la sociedad argelina se había convertido en experiencia que comienza a menudo secuestrado niño y terminando con los asesinos para difuminar los efectos de la delincuencia o intimidar, por lo que es difícil medir las altas tasas reales, por lo que queremos estudios a través de este campo de estudio es las características sociales y demográficas de una muestra de delincuentes de la sociedad argelina para descubrir las razones y los motivos detrás de estos abusos sexuales , especialmente a los niños que tiene un lugar especial en la sociedad y la ley argelina y que el sexo fuera del matrimonio está prohibido y castigado.

The increase in strokes in Portugal and throughout the western world, despite the focus on systematic prevention campaigns in recent decades, means that this disease continues to represent one of the main causes of mortality and morbidity worldwide, with a personal, family, social and economic impact on societies. The production of knowledge and research in the area of transitions that we presented aims mainly at understanding core areas of nursing, which are highly sensitive to rehabilitation nursing care. We mentioned the stroke patient with dependence for self-care and the informal caregiver in assuming the "new role". In this context, this study emerged with the main purpose of understanding the process of transition of the informal caregiver of the person with stroke and the intervention of the rehabilitation nurse, thus contributing to a better care practice that promotes a healthy transition, with positive gains for those involved. The production of knowledge in this area will inevitably lead to new perspectives of care. The challenge is to be facilitators throughout the transition process.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is necessary today in Tunisia and in particular in the banking sector, as elsewhere, to face the ever fiercer competition; as well as the integration of social networks, at all levels of the marketing strategy. These two notions gathered in one, lead us to the concept of Social CRM. In this project, I have tried to talk about this new concept which allows to facilitate the customer relationship in different sectors such as the banking sector.

The study aims to analyze how the current process of granting, maintaining and excluding social benefits, whether federal or municipal, affect the relationship between social worker and beneficiary in the city of Londrina, Paraná. Furthermore, it investigates how this process of updating the Unified Registry for Social Programs online has ordered the performances of those who are part of the implementation of this public policy.

Africa's impressive economic performance in recent years has raised hopes that the continent will become a major player on the global economic stage. In Africa, food insecurity is a persistent challenge, yet agriculture remains the backbone and employs 80% of women, and even more in some sub-Saharan African countries. Women are the main agents of food security and household welfare in rural areas. Women work in many capacities: as unpaid family workers, independent producers, casual employees, entrepreneurs, traders and service providers, researchers and technology developers. Despite global and national forces that lower the market value of their products and drive up food prices, women are key players in production despite their limited access to land, credit and infrastructure. These women have initiated strategies for food production, processing, distribution, consumption and use.

No Estado do Maranhão e na cidade de São Luís, levantamentos epidemiológicos envolvendo adolescentes são escassos na literatura odontológica. A proposta deste estudo foi avaliar a prevalência de carie e associação com variáveis socioeconômica e hábitos em saúde bucal em adolescentes do município de Codó, Maranhão. The research was conducted in 2013, through an epidemiological survey with cross-sectional design. Foram examinaram-se 301 estudantes de 15 a 19 anos. The data concerning the socio-demographic characterization, habits and behaviors were collected through a questionnaire. Kappa was 0.9249 to 0.9666. The mean number of decayed teeth in total was 0.77 ±1.45, of lost teeth 0.29 ±0.70 and restored teeth 1.01 ±1.89 and of teeth with caries history was 2.08 ± 2.43. The CDC found was 2.08. About the socio demographic variables, 49.9% were female and 50.5% were male. The variables gender, family income, number of residents living in the same residence, mother and father's education did not present association with caries history (CPOd ¿ 1). Regarding oral hygiene habits and behavior, 59.1% reported brushing 03 times/day RP 95% CI

In Morocco, public policies in rural areas have recently given increased importance to local development projects. Evaluations of these projects have often focused on physical and financial achievements and less on the learning and skills of project participants. We conducted a study on the skills and learning of participants in local development projects, and the contribution of these projects to the improvement of their capacities to carry out new projects in the future, their resources and their representations. The study focused on 5 collective experiences in the province of Sefrou. The analysis enabled us to classify these participants into 4 groups according to their skills and learning, whether technical, administrative, related to collective action or a change in representations and values. There appears to be a wide gap between the beneficiaries and the leaders in terms of skills and learning, which could jeopardise the functioning and sustainability of the associations that manage the collective projects if the leaders leave.

It has been much discussed during the last quarter of century to speak sincerely about the failure of public actions focused on the urban. The State and the elected officials of the territorial communities are in front of the crisis, with new social demands, with the rise of precariousness, unemployment and persistent insecurity in disadvantaged areas. It is in this context that the city policy proves to be an alternative to face the various urban ills. It is an action that changes the top-down approach to the bottom-up approach and therefore think local to act global. It is also an action through which the social dimension will be introduced in the treatment of urban issues taking as a base the sociological approach to verify the changes that have affected the social and cultural context of our cities (Weberian approach, Durkheimian, Marxist, and that of the Chicago school) to see how are problematized the social and urban issues of our cities. It is therefore to see through the study of space, the new political action.

Prenatal care is an assistance aimed at pregnant women during pregnancy, which aims to clarify doubts and guide them, to avoid possible problems that may occur with them and the fetus. It is the pregnant woman's right to be oriented, to receive the proper information and support, thus making her feel calmer during pregnancy. The nurse must be closely linked to patient care, in a holistic way, and it is of utmost importance the assistance and monitoring of nurses in prenatal care, through the use of technical and scientific knowledge. The research aims to demonstrate the role of nurses in prenatal care, according to the opinion of pregnant women who do this monitoring in the Family Health Program - PSF I Andrezina Severina de Rezende in João Pinheiro-MG. To obtain this information, questionnaires were applied to pregnant women and the head nurse of the health unit. This study was conducted qualitatively, with involvement between the researcher and the respondents, presenting the necessary changes to improve prenatal care provided by nurses.

Today the greatest concern of society is linked to environmental issues, to know how and in what way we can develop and generate wealth without causing impact on the environment. With the growth and expansion of urban centres, industrial and economic activities, cities often grow in a disorderly manner, without planning land use, advancing into areas that should be protected, such as waterways and river sources, generating in the landscape, environmentally vulnerable areas, where any factor conditioning the unbalance of that system can cause damage often irreversible. This work proposes to identify and characterize through geoprocessing techniques the environmental vulnerability of the watershed of the Extrema River, and thus, to evaluate, spatially model the watershed, and represent it cartographically showing the areas impacted because of anthropic actions in the region. This study sought to contribute with science and technology to present effective solutions to the development of a new model of environmental analysis able to assist in decision making, helping to ensure an ecologically balanced environment.

Ten diploid banana genotypes were cultivated in nutrient solution with or without NaCl. The experiment was conducted in a greenhouse in an entirely randomized design. The objective of the work was to verify the effect of the NaCl on biometric, ecophysiological and nutritional variables.the experiment was collected 21 days after the beginning of the treatments.salinity provoked, in the majority of the genotypes, significant reductions in almost all of the analyzed biometric variables. It also caused a reduction in transpiration and a tendency to increase diffusive resistance and leaf temperature in all the genotypes.Salinity also caused nutritional alterations in the different plant organs. The Tungia genotype showed higher sensitivity to salt stress and the Lidi genotype showed higher tolerance. The other genotypes showed intermediate degree of tolerance.

In 2023, the Republic of Belarus has set a goal to actively restore the volume of investment in the Belarusian economy with the priority of creating import-substituting industries focused on exports and working on local raw materials. In this vein, another critical goal for the open economy of Belarus is the growth of exports. In March 2023, the Council of Ministers noted that Belarus' trade interests are not only within the Eurasian Economic Union and the Commonwealth of Independent States, but also in Asia, Africa and Latin America. In this context, for instance, Belarus will step up its cooperation with the countries of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, which will help Belarus tap the fastest growing and most promising markets. After all, in the current dynamic geopolitical situation, the Republic of Belarus will have to act as quickly and efficiently as possible in order to occupy its niche in these markets and successfully implement its export strategy. So what steps are being taken in these areas, both for Belarus and other countries? What is relevant in this regard? This study is about that.

Topological optimisation makes it possible to design parts in which the material is distributed as efficiently as possible in terms of the loads absorbed. Under the same operating conditions, optimised parts have 20-70% less mass than conventional parts, which is essential in aircraft design. However, in most cases these parts have very complex shapes that cannot be reproduced using the most common technologies. Additive manufacturing facilities for metal powders and consumables are expensive, which can be a deciding factor in the design of a new product.This book discusses a method of producing topologically optimised parts that does not require the use of expensive powder metal sintering or melting additive manufacturing equipment - investment casting of topologically optimised models pre-printed on a 3D printer.

When we understand the reality in which we live, we raise hypotheses and seek solutions. That is the purpose of this book, since science contents can no longer be approached in an abstract way, difficult for students to understand, and, in this teaching condition, there can only be memorization. Currently, it is intended to provide a science teaching that enables students to critically analyze what is being taught, resulting in a direction that allows reconciling the scientific theory with their reality, providing a contextualized learning. The teacher, to properly use the relationship between everyday situations and scientific knowledge needs to make a planning that includes curricular contents so that the knowledge gains a real meaning, contributing to the students' learning.this condition demands that are incorporated, in the approach of the contents, issues related to the social environment where students are inserted, condition that favors them to realize that science is an important component in society and that has a noticeable applicability and great relevance in various areas.

Rural areas in Sub-Saharan Africa are evolving in a global environment that is undergoing multiple crises. These are linked to climate variability, deforestation, migratory pressure, soil depletion, political, economic, social and land crises, the depreciation of agricultural commodity prices and the disengagement of governments from agricultural production marked by the appearance of new actors (NGOs). In this highly changing context, farmers are multiplying adaptive measures. Based on research conducted in the southwestern Plateaux Region of Togo, which has long been considered the main area of food production, export crops and migration, this book analyzes in its first chapter the factors related to the degradation of the natural environment. The second chapter examines the dynamics of inland valley systems as an adaptive measure. The low profitability of inland valleys shows that their exploitation is hampered by technical and social constraints that require the establishment of appropriate management structures.

Oral health and facial aesthetics are two fundamental conditions to be achieved by dental rehabilitations. To this end, the dental surgeon can use prosthetic restorations whose adaptation is essential for clinical success. The present study aimed to evaluate and compare the internal adaptation between two groups of ceramic frameworks used in fixed partial dentures on implants. One group was made by milling with zirconia-reinforced blocks (ZIR) and the other by injection using lithium disilicate-reinforced blocks (DIS). The evaluation methodology was based on the Weight Technique, through the replica of the cementation film, and estimation of its thickness. To this end, addition silicone was inserted into the interior of the infraestructures, and these were seated on the prosthetic pillar. The resulting film was removed, its mass measured and applied in a formula, thus obtaining an estimate of the average thickness of the cement film. Given the results obtained, it is believed that the Weight Technique, after the proper standardization, can be employed in clinical practice.

In recent years, internal and external factors have led to changes that are essential for the survival of the higher education system in Senegal. There is strong competition in the sub-sector in initial and continuing education, with the "big" or "less big" schools, especially with the development of private higher education and the increasing diversification of offers and providers by private structures (firms and institutes, research centres, etc.). Internally, institutions are strongly concerned by the mobility of their staff due to their human resources management policies. This poses the problem of the positioning of the quality approach in these institutions. For higher education, this puts at the heart of the debate the problem of the quality of the overall organisation of the student's journey, from his or her first contact with the training and research institution to the award of his or her diploma, passing through all the intermediate phases without forgetting the learning and working conditions for them and their supervisors.

In a context of increasing anthropogenic pressures, the study of vegetation is a major imperative for the preservation and sustainable management of natural resources. The objective of the present research is to evaluate the spatio-temporal changes in land use over the last three decades. Remote sensing, land use mapping, vegetation inventories and socio-economic surveys were the methodological tools used. The Pontius program was used to measure the intensities and rates of change of land use units between 1986 and 2013. The results show the extension of anthropized spaces at the expense of natural formations. The floristic inventory yielded 329 species from the 110 plots installed. Agriculture, logging, livestock and carbonization are the main factors determining the dynamics of the vegetation. It appears that this forest constitutes not only botanical reservoirs in the same way as the protected areas of the State, but also real means of communication, protection and preservation of ecosystems.

Ideas drive the world, especially biodiversity conservation. However, many of these ideas do not work as expected. Expectations from many projects have turned into frustrations and disappointments without affecting the reputation of their bearers. In this book, the author shares his extensive experience in the development and implementation of biodiversity conservation programs in Central and West Africa, notably in the Central African Republic, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Nigeria, Senegal and in the framework of a regional program for the integrated management of natural resources in the Fouta Djallon massif.

Finance is one of the most important functions in the operation and organization of a company, especially a banking institution.the company is considered the basic unit of production.the classical theory of the firm assigns it an objective of maximizing profit according to its revenues and costs, and presupposes the existence of a single decision-making center.A good management of the company supposes a mobilization of the financial resources adapted to the needs for its activities.these resources must be used advisedly in order to generate profits which will allow the company to refund its possible debts, to carry out investments in order to develop.Aimsi,the good management of the finances conditions the survival of the company because those leave a line in all the activities of the company. To finance its activity, the company has two possibilities either it resorts to the equity capital or to the loan (indebtedness).

The effects of different irrigation rates on cotton were evaluated by testing, T1 = 0.8; T2 = 1.0 and T3 = 1.2 of crop evapotranspiration, applying 411.6, 514.5 and 617.4 mm of water, evaluating the yield, percentage of fiber, boll weight, 100-seed weight and fiber technological characteristics. The water use efficiency and economic efficiency of the production system were determined by studying the average plant height, stem diameter, leaf area and plant phytomass. Seed cotton yield increased with increasing irrigation rate, with the highest rate (617.4 mm) producing 3,289.5 kg.ha-1 of seed cotton. The treatments applied did not affect the production components and the technological characteristics of the cotton fiber. Water use efficiency (WUE) ranged from 0.53 to 0.60 kg.mm-3, for all water rates applied. The treatments presented a net revenue per hectare of R$ 386.99; R$ 732.89 and R$ 1,140.37 for treatments T1, T2 and T3, respectively, with benefit/cost ratio of 1.59; 1.83 and 2.12. An effect was observed on the growth variables studied.

The pedagogical project was conceived and elaborated with the whole pedagogical team. It is built in the respect of the official program of studies leading to the State diploma of midwife, recognized as a Master degree with an integrated curriculum of professionalizing Licence, in the offer of training, emanating from the direction of training at the ministry of health. The initial training must lead the students to the exercise of a competence and a real responsibility, defined by the executive decree n°11-122 of 15 Rabie Ethani 1432 corresponding to March 20, 2011 bearing particular statute of the civil servants belonging to the body of the public health midwives, stipulated in its article n°22, provisions applicable to the body of midwives. The profession of midwife is a profession in the field of natural and life sciences which shares competences on targeted activities with doctors, physiotherapists, nurses and pharmacists, which should be better defined in the interest of the evolution of professions and the quality of care.

This book is the fruit of a long reflection carried out during these last years. The author's experiences in the para-public, private and public sectors give him a rather instructive taste of the areas covered. Therefore, it includes the condensation of articles published in several distribution channels with more than 100,000 readers. The themes that it relates, focus mainly on the territory and the different strategies of its management. From land use planning to the decentralization process in Senegal, including the tools for developing spatial planning documents, the author enriches it with specific examples. He also addresses other issues that concern developing cities and territories, such as urban planning and territorial marketing.

The evolution of African societies is nowadays influenced by the references of the Western world, which reveal a social malaise that can be felt in the new modes of behavior of young people, where we note a break with the respect of traditional norms and values that once regulated daily life (Ondoua, 2019). It is in this perspective that this study proposes to verify whether the difficulties that parents have today with their children come from the fact that traditional education has been replaced by modern education. It poses the problem of the linear development of morality in the Bafoung child in the face of changes in traditional educational techniques. Based on the general conjecture that changes in traditional educational techniques influence the moral development of the Bafoung child.

Consent, in its relation to sexuality, is struggling to establish itself as the key word in the exercise of a free sexual life. Caught between tradition and modernity, individual order and social order, permission and exclusion, consent is at the heart of the repression of sexual offences of the first order. The promotion of legal morality in the use of sexuality restricts any disposition of the body when the acts to be performed do not fall within what qualifies as instituted by the social body. This good sexuality imposes a norm of sexual governance thus becoming the reference. Also, this hardening of sexual freedom by the Cameroonian legislator, assimilated to paternalism, would be justified in addition to moral considerations by a sociology of sexual offenses that tend to increase the phenomenon of victimology within society. Notwithstanding this, is this ratio legis sufficient for the ineligibility of consent as a justification due to the nature of the law in question?
